The prompt today was blight so here’s Raoden staring at his zombie self in the mirror, cause last I checked, I think the shaod could count as a blight. I mean, what’s more fun than drawing a character in the moment when he realizes his life is screwed?

Day 28: Romance

This was a gift for my friend Austin’s birthday which is very overdue but I guess Inktober was the kick I needed to finish it. I asked him which scenes from Mistborn were his favorite and so this is a modified version of the final scene from book 1. I’m very pleased with the way it came out. I do backgrounds almost never but I was recently commissioned to draw several backgrounds for a virtual reading of a play so I’ve learned a lot and was able to apply a few tricks here. I still have a lot to learn but this month has been an amazing learning experience
