I have mixed feelings about Cortex being a former student at Evil Academy. On one hand, the idea that he actually got sent to an evil private school... hell, the whole CONCEPT of an evil private school... is amazing.

On the other hand, this makes Cortex's history a bit confusing. If he killed most of his family, who sent him to that school? How did he end up there? When did he graduate? He clearly continued his education, so how did he do that if he was on the run with N. Brio for so damn long?

Also, it's implied in Crash Tag Team Racing that Cortex served in Vietnam, so... oy...
