Talking with my dad this morning made us giggle about some of the different shirts we have had over the years. How they can have a funny saying on the front. Spending time with family making memories is truly the greatest gift that can ever be given. Those memories are just the right motivation that is needed to keep you working towards your goal. As I have been reflecting back and looking at my inventory in my shop it has memories of times I have spent with my family. Today's pictures remind of all the times I spent with my grandmother. She was the one who taught me how to do plastic canvas. I still remember all the times that we would spend together in her apartment just working on a piece. If I made a mistake she would just calmly show me how to fix it. I have the memories of her reaction to big projects I was able to make on my own. It's those memories that make me want to share them with others. Today I am sharing a tooth fairy pouch, bookmark, and earrings. Ending with a beautiful quote about making memories.
