Leading India A in the Emerging Women's Asia Cup will be Shweta Sehrawat.

The heart of India's U-19 team, who took home the World Cup this year, will compete in the Hong Kong competition. The core of India's under-19 team, which won the 2023 U-19 Women's World Cup in India, has been selected. a team for the Emerging Women's Asia Cup, which will be held in Hong Kong from June 12–21.

Shweta Sehrawat, who was a major contributor to India's victory in the title match in South Africa, has been selected captain of the A team, which also consists of members of her U-19 team Soumya Tiwari, G Trisha, Titas Sadhu, Parshavi Chopra, and Mannat Kashyap.

By choosing former all-round player Nooshin Al Khadeer as head coach, the BCCI has also maintained consistency. During the Under-19 World Cup campaign in January, Khadeer oversaw the backroom staff. In March, she served as Gujarat Giants' assistant coach in the first Women's Premier League.

The World Cup's top run scorer, Sehrawat, scored 297 runs in seven innings, while Chopra, a 17-year-old who was one of the youngest players in the WPL, finished as the second-highest wicket-taker with 11 dismissals in six innings at an average of 7.00.

The WPL achievements of Shreyanka Patil and Kanika Ahuja, both 20 years old, were also acknowledged by the selectors. The pair was one of Royal Challengers Bangalore's shining stars as they finished fourth in the five-team competition. While Ahuja showed off her creative strokeplay and big-hitting skills, Patil wowed with her power in the lower order and her offspin in the death overs.

Along with Kashyap and Chandigarh's Kashvee Gautam, who claimed 10 wickets in one inning with a hat-trick against Arunachal Pradesh in the Women's Under-19 One Day Trophy in 2020, Sadhu, who is highly regarded by Jhulan Goswami, will lead the pace attack.

In Group A of the Emerging Women's Asia Cup, India A will face Thailand A on June 15 and Pakistan A on June 17 before beginning their campaign against the tournament's hosts, Hong Kong, on June 13. Group B consists of Malaysia, UAE, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh A, and Sri Lanka. For the semi-finals, the top two teams from each pool will advance.

Shweta Sehrawat is leading the India A team, which also includes Soumya Tiwari, Trisha Gongadi, Muskan Malik, Shreyanka Patil, Uma Chetry, Mamatha Madiwala, Titas Sadhu, Yashasri S, Kashvee Gautam, Parshavi Chopra, Mannat Kashyap, and B Anusha.

one thing about Destiel Putin Election night that doesn't really get mentioned is that if you weren't watching spn 15x18 live and only tuned in when unfounded putin resignation allegations were flying and canon destiel was trending on twitter, you missed both the slow build of absurdity and the initial flat-out radio silence when the episode ended

like. i was staring at my tv for a solid 2 minutes before i managed to pull up tumblr and check if i had just hallucinated The Confession, and there was a solid 5 minutes where everyone was just reeling and, idk, calling their irl besties to break the news or staring blankly at a wall processing The Implications before the "oh my god they really Did That" posts started hitting my dash from people who had already been watching and liveblogging the episode. literally everyone was just so gobsmacked that there was like 15-20 minutes post-episode were only a couple of "oh my god they just made destiel canon IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD 2020" circulating, and then at about the 30 minute mark everyone recovered enough for the entire internet to absolutely erupt into chaos

i'm not kidding when i say that looking back at the chaos of that night, the cherry on top of that indescribable psychic-damage, fever-dream, shrimp emotions unlocked night was the 20 minutes of calm before the storm where everyone was still too shocked to even react even though the impact had already hit, and none of us knew how quickly things were going to spiral out of control. and i'm sorry but if you tuned in halfway through the night when you heard about the ongoing madness, there is something fundamentally impossible to accurately convey missing from your experience
