Update about the woman who collapsed case?
What a well thought-out name. "The case of the woman who collapsed". You are challenging John there for the best case titles. That was sarcasm, if you did not notice. Hopefully, John can provide a better name than that if he writes down the case.
My suspicions were confirmed, as the toxicology report showed that the woman had been poisoned. I already suspected that the cause of death had been poison, and so I collected several potential samples at her flat with which the poison could have been administered. The poison had been consumed enterally, so I searched through the rubbish bin and looked for leftovers of food. I found a container of takeaway, tested it, and it turned out to be the source of the poison. So who poisoned her? Or might it have been self-administered? I further examined the food container, and found several fingerprints. On the victim's phone there was an app of a popular delivery service installed, and with that I could determine where the food had been ordered and paid them a little visit to investigate. Maybe they had been the culprits. I interrogated them and compared their fingerprints to the ones I found on the container. The fingerprints matched, but they had no motive and I did not find any poison at their restaurant. All fingerprints found on the takeaway container either belonged to the victim or to the restaurant employees. There was no one else's fingerprints to be found, is that not quite suspicious? So who did it? Furthermore, while I investigated the case, another sudden death occurred in the same borough. It turned out they had been poisoned as well. The victims had no connections at all, except that they lived in the same borough. All this could just mean one thing, so I demanded any records of previous suspicious sudden deaths in the same area. It turned out there had been five other deaths during the last few months that had been dismissed as natural or accidental, with no foul play suspected.
So we evidently have a serial killer on our hands. Does anyone want to make a guess who the prime suspect is? Or how to solve the case?

"Nick shouldn't spend life in prison when Gypsy planned the murder" Shut up.
Nick was already a sex offender. He had spoken at length about wanting to kill someone. He didn't care about Gypsy he used her as a way to fulfill his homicidal and sexual desires. He raped Gypsy and tried to rape her mothers dead body. Gypsy didn't let him so he raped her.
Gypsy was a victim who would have died if she stayed under her mothers "care". Nick chose to commit the murder and get involved that inherently makes him more guilty because it wasn't life or death for him. LET ALONE everything else that depraved pervert did.

The case of Lisa Fuillerat and Samara Routenberg
The case of Lisa Fuillerat and Samara Routenberg involves a double murder and suicide that occurred on February 24 2017. Vincente Fuillerat, armed with a shotgun, entered his estranged wife's new home and murdered her and her partner, Samara Routenberg. The incident took place at Samara Routenberg's home on Hickory Creek Drive. Vincente Fuillerat later committed suicide.
The details surrounding the case indicate that Lisa Fuillerat had moved in with Samara Routenberg after leaving Vincente Fuillerat. She was living an emotional abuse with Vincente and started a new friendship with fellow co-worker, another teacher named Samara Routenberg. Both grew close to each other during the time they met and started to connect as friends. As things starting to die between Lisa Fuillerat and her then husband, feelings started to grow towards Samara. Lisa spoke to her mother about wanting to leave Vincente, which her mom approved and expected to happen without issue. As Lisa tried to leave him, Vincente did not take the news pretty well and told her she would regret it, that she would come back to him. Diminishing her as he usually did.
As time passed, Lisa and Samara started a romantic relationship that only grew stronger. This infuriated Vincente as he started to stalk, harass and threaten Lisa and her new partner. Before the murders, Vincente had stalked them and even assaulted Samara inside her home. If it wasn't for a near by neighbor, he would've strangled her to death. They both filed a lawsuit and a restraining order against him. Things started to get complicated and as so, both ladies began a strict plan to remain save by taking self defense classes and learning how to use weapons. They installed cameras around the house with detectors as well.
The murders were planned to be motivated by the breakup of the marriage and Vincente Fuillerat's rage about his wife leaving him for another woman. A dissection revealed that the two females died as a result of slug wounds from a shotgun. There were also indications of a confined portion, and it appeared that both the assailant and the casualties had engaged in a gunfight prior to the homicide.
Vincente Fuillerat died by self inflicting gunshot. Alongside Samara and Lisa’s dead bodies, the police additionally observed Vincente had a note taped to his body, the contents of which were not disclosed too much however, the note indicated some instructions on what should happen to his body after his demise also, a short part for the children he shared with Lisa.
Meanwhile, students at Lake Gibson Middle School remembered the teachers as dedicated educators who loved their professions beyond books and grades. They were lauded as "amazing and inspirational" educators in one message left on a fence outside the school.

The Case Of Alison Botha
TW this case is very graphic with a lot of rape and SA topics so im just warning you now dont read ahead if you dont think you will react well to reading about said topics [ And sorry ive been gone for so long just some personal life problems thats all]
A Bit About Alison
She is survived the horrible stuff she went though she was born on September 1977 to patents Brian and Claire he has an older brother By the Name Neale and they All grew up in Port Elizabeth
The Main Story
On a day in December 1994, Botha was returning home after dropping a co-worker off at around 1 am. She could not find space in her usual parking lot, so she went to another parking space within walking distance from her house. While trying to get out of her car, an unknown man threatened her with a knife. He asked her to shift behind and give handover the car keys.
The man promised her that he wouldn't harm her if she followed his order and just needed the car for a while. He drove Botha along, picked another person, and then to a deserted outskirt area of the city. Upon stopping at a location where no one would find them, the two unknown men then both raped Alison and then proceeded to suffocate her to make her unconscious They went on to stab her multiple times in her abdomen, which disembowelled her, and then cut her throat
When she did eventually regained consciousness she could not figure out what had happened or where she even was all she could see was on arm moving above her
After that, she recalled the gruesome moment without any pain, which made it feel like a dream.
"I was outside the car and on the sand now on broken glass," she added, "All I could see was an arm moving above my face. Left and right and left and right. His movements were making a sound. A wet sound, it was the sound of my flesh being slashed open. He was cutting my throat with the knife. Again and again and again."
"It felt unreal but it wasn't. I felt no pain, but it was not a dream. This was happening. The man was slashing my throat," Botha continued, "The fear and the horror wrenched through every nerve in my body and I was completely aware. The man moved away and I heard their voices drifting further from me, and then I turned onto my front. There was a strange rasping sound."
Only later that Botha could discern that the rasping sound was from her own throat. She tried to stop her body from making that sound as she feared that if she got too loud, they might hear her alive
How Did She Not Die
After slashing her throat over 15 times, those two men were convinced that she was dead and that no one in such a condition would survive. She heard the men talking to each other, so she chose to pretend dead till they drove away
She grabbed her clothes lying beside her, covered her abdomen with one hand, straightened her head with the other hand, and walked to the closest road hoping someone would find her.
While added, "I pulled my head forward with my free hand and my vision returned, at least temporarily. As I struggled forward my sight faded in and out and I fell many times but managed to get up again until I finally reached the road."
Botha wanted to give up and pass away many times from the intensity of effort and trauma. However, every time she tried to do that, she got reminded of her mother. "But then the thought of my mother entered my mind, and I knew I had to go on. So I pushed myself up again and continued to crawl, but it was taking too long. I knew then I had to get on my feet," she reminisced
Who Found Her On The Road
a veterinary student from Johannesburg, Tiaan Eilerd, who was on holiday, found her lying on the road. After seeing her alive and conscious, he held her until medical help arrived.
When the medical team and Eilerd took her to the hospital, the doctors were shocked that they had never seen such injuries on one person and yet alive. Botha was found with 36 stab wounds on the abdomen, 17 slits on the throat, and sexually assaulted multiple times. Yet, she survived because none of the injuries had reached her arteries and her trachea was still intact, letting her breathe enough.
Botha recognized the perpetrators after the surgeries. They were found to be satanic followers named Theuns Kruger and Frans du Toit. They supposedly enacted a ritual on her as an offering to Satan. The counts of her atrocities and her survival had shocked the entire nation, and her trial was famously named the Noordhoek Ripper Trial Nevertheless, the accused pleaded guilty to all charges, including kidnapping, rape, and attempted murder. They were convicted and were given life sentences in August 1995.
The Trauma she was left with
After the incident, Botha was left severely depressed and could not return to her normal life. It took her a long time and constant help to move on.
Unable to pretend to be fine and not willing to remain traumatized, Botha quit her job in 1995 and decided to start an afresh journey. She asked her friend for opportunities and gave public speeches for small incentives. She also traveled around the world talking about her abduction and rape and became the first South African woman to build up the courage to speak about sexual assaults publicly
As a result, she was given the 1995 Rotarian Paul Harris Award for 'Courage Beyond the No'm.' She also received the 1995 'Woman of Courage' from Femina magazine and was chosen as the Port Elizabeth's 'Citizen of the Year.'
Botha addressed her overpowering survival story to tens and thousands of people in over 20 countries worldwide. She desired to make a difference with her words and relentlessly worked to bring changes in herself and others.
In 2020, Botha joined a non-profit health care provider in Hawaii, Hawaii Pacific Health as the executive board member
Books & Documenters
In 1998, Botha published a book on her survival titled 'I have a Life.' It was ghostwritten by Marieann Thamm. The book was translated into seven languages and became a bestseller, selling over 90,000 copies.
In 2002, she published her second book, 'For the Tough Times.'
Subsequently, a production company offered a movie based on the attack and the book to Botha. However, she wanted to control the movie's contents, so she withheld the story's rights until she came to a good agreement with the director and writer of the film, Uga Carlini
Carlini was inspired by Botha's speech at a Rugby field in 1999. She wanted to imprint her spirit in the movie and worked accordingly with Botha to deliver the best version.
In an interview with the Sunday Times Magazine, Carlini explained the sentiment he could share with Both in the field, which made him initiate the project. "Alison was so far away from me I couldn't even see her face, but I could hear her clearly through the sound system and I'll never forget her ability to make you feel she's there just because of you."
He also added the impact Botha could have on other people from her story and her ways of displaying it in front of so many people. "She speaks right into your heart, and you feel like you've known her all your life. I felt that and I could see it in everyone around me. These tough ooms next to me were even crying. Not because her story is sad but because it is so uplifting, this connection she has with people, her honesty. Something so bad happened to her, but she turns it around and shows you it's not about that
She got married on February 1997 to a man by the name Tienie Botha she has two children first child, Danial (14 November 2003) second child Matthew in 2006

Sign this petition to bring justice to Junko Furata!
Junko Furata was only 16 when she was kidnapped and brutally raped and tortured for exactly 44 days until she succumbed to her injuries and had her body shoved in a concrete drum. All 4 of her murders only had a short sentence and were released in 2009, this petition is to give them the true punishment they deserve.
I do not own this petition.

Okay, I have a theory on your poisoned woman case. If nothing else, the theory may entertain you enough to avoid shooting walls.
It's unlikely to be the restaurant, since I'm assuming that six people didn't order from the exact same slightly-distant place (the use of a delivery service implies that it isn't as close as it could be for popularity by sheer proximity).
Since all the victims lived in the same area, I believe that it has less to do with the people than the area they lived in. A possible motive might be the land or real estate. Of course, this cannot be determined absolutely. Was it a particularly profitable borough?
And the time span for these many deaths in a single area implies that the murders were time sensitive. The murderer was likely to be desperate. Any new changes in the area?
If a serial killer was doing this for fun, in such a short period of time, they would probably have widened their hunting grounds to throw off suspicion.
Then again, I might be completely off. I'm not a detective, after all, just bored.
-I. A.
You are correct, the restaurant employees were not involved. The different victims ordered from different places. But they all lived in the same borough, a quite expensive one. So who is the suspect then?

Joseph Hedley “Joe the Quilter”
This is my first of many blog posts to come regarding unsolved crime cases here in the United Kingdom and hopefully later worldwide unsolved crime cases. This one is about the local Northumberland quilter, known worldwide by his nickname of Joe the Quilter. Joseph Hedley was found brutally murdered in his own home some days after his wife passing away.

Known for his double-quilting patterns, Joe was a pioneer of quilting and stitching, known for his patterns here in the United Kingdom and in the United States of America as well.

Not long after his passing, his stuff from his home were sold at an auction house in Hexham, Northumberland, UK, and the traces of a potential murderer go amidst. Since then, the case is regarded as a cold case, at least until new evidence emerges.
Since 2021, during the time of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Beamish Museum, an open-air life working museum, opens up some new attractions including a full scale replica of the house of Joseph Hedley in the Pockerley Farm area.
I’ll update this blog post once new or potential case information comes alight. Until then readers, please subscribe and read more amazing posts!
