Warm brown eyes stayed on her, his expression soft but calculative as he reached forth to wipe the tears from her eyes with a thumb. "It happens." He mentioned calmly, not at at all put off by the moment. When she pulled away instinctively, he paused for a second and tilted his head a little bit at her. "Hey," He shook his head, boldly moving to place his hands underneath her to pull her back in close, nearly in his lap as he comforted her. "We're okay. I'm cool, if you are." He had both of his arms wrapped around her, in an attempt to both distract and anchor her to the moment. "I'm sorry he did all that to you."

Scarlet slowly slinks into the seat beside the other woman, leaning close to her. “ -- Hey. I don’t know if you came here with that guy, but I just wanted to make sure that you’re safe and stuff.” She says softly. When she got to this bar, the man was already sitting beside her. But something seemed like the lady wasn’t as interested in what he was talking about as someone would be when out with a friend or date. 

“Do you want me to sit with you, or something? We can be friends until he decides to leave you alone.” She offers. “Girls gotta watch out for each other, right?”

“Alright, let me just…tuck the sheets in on this side…” Cristina murmured, doing so easily before adjusting the water glass on the nightstand, careful to make sure it wouldn’t tip off the edge. “There. Comfy?” She asked, laying across the other end of the bed with a soft smile.

Dylan looks at her with a slightly disgruntled look on his face while his eyebrow cocks "I'm supposed to be comfy while I'm sicker than a dog? I can tell you this much Cris, I'm as comfy as I can be right now." The corners of his lips twitch upwards as he gives her a small smile "Thanks for the help. I mean I would be dead by now if it wasn't for you being my nurse."

"I'm not sure that was the agreement". Damon gave her pointed look. "Have you thought about school?" He had pushed the idea time and time again, not because he wanted her out of the house but because she needed to feel her age and socialize. "What type of redecorations are we talking about?"

Luca knocked on Cristina's apartment door and it had been almost a year since they had split up. The truth was, SWAT had to come first and he had lost out on so much in his life because of his job and he had given up on finding love, settling down and having some kids, but of course SWAT screwed that up again and it had left Cristina feeling neglected, like she was second best. Which he had heard numerous times before from various ex partners.

But in the last year something had changed and Luca for once in his life was struggling to keep it together as he waited for a response, ready to walk away. He was having a crisis and he didn't know who to turn to either.

He was already starting to walk down the hallway lobby back to the elevator when the door opened.
