one part of me is a bit upset that mogami arc isn’t recognized in full ever again and we don’t get to see anyone bring it up even though it’s like definitely traumatizing and can be talked about in one way or the other, but the other part of me is also upset that people seem to not understand the full significance of the arc and chalk it up to “mob sad boy forever…” instead of the fact that bc of this arc he is so grateful for his actual life and the people he’s surrounded himself with

A little wip request I am working on for @otterlywyrdfirbolg of our recently deceased budgie, Knott/Nott. Named by my sibling after the Critical Role character. (😅 I had been spelling the name with a k, despite them telling me how it's spelled because I'm a dumbass.) I won't go into details. Not on an art post. But it wasn't pleasant. Will be inking and coloring this in later.

Rest in peace, friend. Fly free, and say hello to the rest of the flock for me.

george and lewis went to see doriane pin yesterday but they're the only others i've seen in there so far. also there weren't even any of the usual mclaren pr people with them. it was lando and emanuele piro (the head of mclaren driver development), stephanie carlin (mclaren's business operations director) plus a mclaren photographer who pretty much follows lando everywhere over a weekend. the pics came out from the f1 academy pr people.

i've not seen any of the 'it's just for pr' comments myself so guessing it's coming from the usual idiots i've already blocked, but it clearly wasn't some big mclaren pr thing. lando also went to support the w series drivers and didn't take cameras with him, we only know bc the w series pr people posted pics of him hugging charlotte.

Ah! I don't really follow Mercedes and hadn't seen anything about other drivers visiting, but I can guess that Lewis and George going wasn't called a PR visit...

I hadn't seen the comments either, again possibly because I have my dash curated to my liking, but if it was PR the McLaren F1 page would have way more about it, Oscar probably would've gone too

I was gonna mention Lando visiting W Series as well, the only pics I saw of that were slightly out of focus due to distance ones of him reuniting with Charlotte, followed by the W Series media ones

it just gets old, because you just know if other drivers had done it they wouldn't get the same "oh it's only for PR" or "the team made them" attitude
