my fav evak seasons even if no one asked:

1. isak+even, because yes. iconic. can’t be beaten

2. martino+niccolò, the aesthetic??? also I’m too attached to them to put them lower. PLUS martino’s my baby he’s my son I’ll protect him forever

3. matteo+david, I mean??? the representation was chef kiss and they were beautiful BEAUTIFUL together. do I need to add anything else

4. cris+joana, finally the wlw evak version I deserved. cried the whole season. literally

5. robbe+sander, yes but no. they sometimes had a weird vibes, I didn’t like a lot of things about the changes of the season, but there are other things that I absolutely loved, so even if it’s not my fav it still has a place on my heart

Sometimes I see people on the Internet that are like : « Yeah, I had my ‘Skam phase’ a few years ago. I was obsessed with this show. It taught me so much. »

And I’m always like :

A ‘Skam phase’ ? You’re talking in the past ?? 

Dude I started watching Skam in April 2017. Then I watched Skam Italia, Skam France, Skam Austin, Skam Espana, Druck, Skam NL, wtFOCK. I’m still watching the new episodes of Skam France and Druck. I’m waiting for Skam Italia season 5. Three months ago I watched Skam season 3 for like the 10th time. Literally today I heard a Robyn’s song and I was like : « WAIT THAT’S THE VOICE THAT SINGS ‘CALL YOUR GIRLFRIEND’ !! ». I felt so happy to see that Kennedy (🇺🇸) and Nicole (🇪🇸) became very good friends (both of them played « Noora »). I still listen to my Skam playlist. And I’m planning on watching agaiiiiin Druck season 3, Skam season 2, Skam Italia season 4, or any other season that I loved 😍

I’m almost 23 now, and Skam is not just a phase to me. Skam really did change my life and had an impact on my vision of the world ❤️ It still does.

You know it's a wlw season when there's people writing discourses about half of the ship being toxic and why the main should end up single... happened with croana from skspain, mayla, even kietou, and now anais and Bobbie.

Some people take this show so seriously. Anyways hoping for that endgame, they chemistry is chef kiss and if the producers of wtfock know what's good for them and their pockets they know that ship is the key cause let's be serious if they don't end up together that show is going in the forgotten land again besides their 10 fans. The characters of the new gang are not interesting enough to attract new audiences and clearly the popular ship is anais and Bobbie.

I still remember during Druck s6, how people were shipping fatou with mailin during ep4, and said she was a better match, because kieu my was so "toxic" for ghosting fatou for a week, in general people were so critical and judgemental of and during fatous season, it took the whole fun away, and those same people were praising s7 btw, like im all for critical analysis and banter, but it got to a point where it was just so negative and unenjoyable and hypocritical

And also, people (me) campaigning for a bobbie season reminds me of me campaigning for a kieu my season for purely selfish reasons lol

no that is what i meant in my ask! evak are 100% endgame but we last saw them 5 years ago so it's hard to picture their lives now and i imagine they're very settled in the relationship. whereas we saw sobbe only a year ago and they've been together 3! they're the only evak i imagine to still be in that same honeymoon phase as they have since 2019. nicotino are still together, i think david outgrew matteo, i loved croana but i don't see them staying together and elu just no.

ahhh okay, now i get what you mean, sorry! but yes i agree with you anon! it's somehow easier to picture sobbe together now and imagining how their lives and relationship are now, since it's been a little over a year since we last saw them. and even though we didn't see much of sobbe after wtfockdown, we still saw them as a couple for two years before the show ended, where with evak we only got six months before the show ended. with sobbe i can totally imagine them still being in the honeymoon fase, even if their lives are more idk mundane and domestic now. but i also think they thrive on that and need that more than anything; the calmness and knowing that it's gonna be them forever hehe. but with the other couples i'm not so sure lol. maybe it works for them in another universe hehehe

L’artisanat prospère par RamadanDans son atelier en Tunisie, l’artisan Shazali Magrawi se tient au milieu de pichets et monolithes ici et là, attendre les clients qui apportent des ustensiles de cuisine en cuivre depuis des années pour les peindre avec une couche d’étain et les polir pour les utiliser dans la préparation des aliments pendant le Ramadan. Le Magraoui (69 ans) fait partie des rares artisans spécialisés dans la peinture et le polissage des pots en cuivre. Depuis des décennies, il est un atelier établi depuis 1977 dans le quartier de Bab el-Khadra près de la vieille ville de Tunisie, alors que le glamour de l’artisanat n’attire plus les jeunes tunisiens qui ont déserté le travail acharné. Chaque année avant le Ramadan, les Tunisiens sont désireux de transporter tous les pots de cuivre aux ateliers spécialisés dans leur nettoyage et leur peinture à nouveau afin qu’ils soient prêts à préparer divers plats au cours de ce mois. De nombreuses clientes, dont la majorité sont des femmes à l’entrée de l’atelier, réitèrent leur demande de traitement rapide avant les premiers jours du Ramadan, à qui le Magraoui répond en traitant le feu de son poêle : "Cela ne sera pas possible. Nous avons d’autres demandes, et comme vous pouvez le constater, je travaille seul. » Nous le voyons épuisé. Il fait fondre un morceau d’étain entre lui et peint son liquide dans un bol. Il le gratte plus tard et le noie dans un grand seau d’eau. Les Tunisiens appellent ce processus "étain", qui consiste à emballer le pot avec une couche d’étain fondu pour protéger la nourriture et une conservation de l’oxydation causée par le cuivre métal. Il devient alors un "couscas" (couscous pot) ou un "croana" (pot à soupe), magnifiquement façonné et brillant. Magrawi explique que cette tradition "a existé pendant des siècles et vit toujours."
