This is my first attempt at making a Gnome and I couldn’t even imagine how much fun 🥳 I would have in the process until I started working on my Christmas Gnome! 😍
Merry Christmas, dear friends! 🎅🏼🎄🎁
Crochet pattern for amigurumi Christmas Minis set 3 🎁 is available in English, German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch here -> https://etsy.me/4a4HzCK 💛💙
I just need to tie off and weave in the ends to finish my Unsleeping City hat, inspired by the season 2 green screen background of blues and gold, with my Vox pins attached.
It does have a bit of a weird thing happening in the back with the decreases though, giving it a kinda square pointy section 😕 I don't think decreases are stacked on top of each other but I'm very tempted to pull it all out and start over, doing the hat from the top down instead of the brim up. Logically, the difference between doing increases instead of decreases isn't anything, but I always end up having issues with hats that start from the brim up, and I don't know why. It also took me AGES to find a hat pattern with a brim that DIDN'T do a weird bunchy thing in the back (often covered by a pompom), which just doesn't work for me for the slouchy style I was going for. But also, I don't want to pull it all out and tangle everything while reverse engineering the math which we all know I'm terrible at. 🤷🏻♀️
Regular posms will now come with customizable teefs and floofs!
White posms will also be available in the regular opossum listing!
To customize, simply select which posm you would like (gray or white) and add teef, floof, or both!
The floof color will be customizable! To customize floof color, message me on Etsy after purchasing floof with your posm, and tell me the specific color you would like the floof to be!
If you do not specify a color for floof, I will assume you want gray for gray posms, and white for white posms.
My shop is currently sold out!
I go back in stock on Black Friday, November 25th!
The exact time of restock is currently being voted for on Instagram.
I’m also about a third of the way through another blanket and 50% of the way through a large cross stitch piece. Number Three Son’s fair isle jumper is just waiting on seams and a collar, and the list of ornaments continues apace.
For 2024 I am aiming to only knit jumpers for my boys, everyone else will get lap blankets for their birthday gifts this year. I would also like to get in some knitting for myself as it’s been a while since I kept anything I made. If I think the time allows I might try for a few more bunting sets for the Mother’s Day raffle hampers but we shall see.
I’m already working on a really fun new Christmas 🎄🎅🏼 project! 😍 I hope you’re making some cute Christmas decorations too! 🥰 Have a wonderful Friday, dear friends! 🤗

Besides ornaments, you can use these gnomes as appliques, present toppers, or wall décor. You can also crochet a bunch of them and make a cute Christmas garland.
