I’ve been looking into hoarding disorder and I’ve noticed some of the symptoms are romanticized in maximalist/scavenger aesthetics, particularly crovidcore and gremlincore. Collecting trinkets, having a messy room, and seeing value in aesthetically pleasing objects are all symptoms of hoarding disorder.

I have a mighty need to go to the gift shop at my local museum again.
They have tons of stones for sale, as well as big amethyst cluster chunks for under $10 that I'd encounter on etsy for at least double that and then some. They also have a bin of mixed stones and little drawstring bags that you can fill for maybe $3, which is also super cool. I think they also had megaladon and dinosaur teeth somewhere as well along the shelves.
I'm a very simple person when it comes to my interests and what can get my attention. Rocks and shiny things, which I guess really cements my place within the goblincore/crovidcore scene.

Hypothetically you could have your ashes compressed into a gem and the gem mounted into the hilt of a sword for about $5000
