mother please give me some crumbs ive been waiting for another fic from you in over a YEAR!! I NEED to know- in your richie pov of grow as we go, can you tell us what we can expect? like are we gonna get it like a carbon copy of grow as we go, but just richies version (no hate/shade lol im genuinely curious cause i know some people do that- which isnt a bad thing ofc!!) or are we getting bonus scenes?

Lmao your opening is hilarious I love you 🤣🤣🤣 I do apologize for not posting anything for so long, it’s been the longest I went without doing so.. Ya girl has had a rough past year, but NEVERMIND THAT

You ask and I shall deliver!! I’ll tell you what I plan to do without giving anything away (not that it really matters ig??? bc if yall read grow as we go then you know how it will pan out lol)

SO. There WILL be carbon copies of only some things, especially conversations. Not EVERYTHING and probably not EVERY conversation, except with Eddie. It’s going to feature the same dialogue in that aspect, but from Richie’s view and his emotions. I also would LIKE to add more dialogue to some scenes, I’ve been rereading Grow As We Go a lot to see what exactly I need to do to make this fic work and flow well, without accidentally having any plotholes, and I think that adding more dialogue to some scenes would be nice.

There are going to be different scenes too. Obviously in GAWG there were points in time where Richie was not present around Eddie. This doesn’t mean I’m going to write what Richie was doing, as things were happening with Eddie without him

Just like in GAWG, I plan to have a few flashback scenes.

I’m also going to touch on a few things that were mentioned more than once in my fic, but didn’t delve too much into detail with.

I hope this answers your question, nonny! I’m excited for this fic, as I DO think it also has the potential to be even longer than GAWG. And she was over 14k words long! My goal is to hit 20k words in “Richie’s version” 🤣 that may be a stretch, but I think it’s very possible.

She’s still a work in progress and it PROBABLY won’t be done by Christmas but I am hoping!!!

axel - im just as gay for her as the next guy but there's no way in hell she's final two next season lol but i wanna hold hands w her

scary girl - idc idc she was funny asf but i am glad she went early bc if she stayed any longer i wouldve hated her lol

damien - one of the best things to come from the reboot and yall are doing him a huge disservice shipping him w priya 🥴 that shit is so boring but honestly? there might be something there somebody's gotta make me a believer tho. CONVINCE ME

mk - as a bitter, annoying, sarcastic individual myself i could not stand this bitch omg 💀 her character has a ton going for it but all they did w her is make every single one of her lines sarcastic n shit and i was BORED

raj - dumb gay man i love him

wayne - dumb ace man i love him

ripper - bro just wasnt funy. i dont get why they make characters who just pride themselves in being nasty n shit kind of a waste of development idk

zee - we can all agree that he was great but he gives me early boot vibes for next season bc like if we're demanding development for all the first season early boots then he's just gonna be there ig. dumb can only get you so far yknow?

chase - him and emma both are such wasted potential like BREAK THE HETEROS UP OMG their relationship dragged the second half down so bad like chase is just bad for the sake of being bad. like he wasn't even funny either just a waste of space by the time he was gone 😭

emma - first i'll say im glad we got a plus sized girl w some fucking athletic ability beCause THEY EXIST yay happy but anyway she was so funy until she got back with chase and that whole shit w him throwing that challenge for pizza was so DUMB like she honestly thought he did that shit for her 💀 like she was CONVINCED bro the straight delusion was insane

julia - she was the bad bitch we all needed and deserved but i cannot sit here and let you mfs say that she played the game well bc she absolutely DID NOT. girlie had no actual strategy other than winning and thas not even a strategy. even her trying to "manipulate" chase that one time sucked too lmao. bro her goal was to get everyone to hate her and win out of spite that shit is so dumb but it's so her so idc we love her anyway

millie - there were so many times where i lowkey forget she existed lmfao i don't even dislike her it was just "oh yea she here too lol" but i gotta say it kinda feels like they used her as a scapegoat to make writing her outta the finale easier idk maybe it's just me. but her crying after bowie clowned her ass when she was eliminated was the funnies bit in the entire show i was giggling n shit bc she honestly did that to herself lmao rip

priya - people compare her to zoey and sky way too much honestly (its me, im people) but when you look at it we have a mary sue that was infuriating to watch , the same girl but olympic flavored whos existence i have to be reminded of every two months, and priya. priya is perfectly fine and she was a nice winner even if i knew she was gonna win the second she was onscreen lolZ but when she read millie's notebook and absolutely demolished her ego i was living. like girlie ate her up w absolutely no crumbs left idc

bowie (the real winner) - i was fully prepared and ready to hate this twink istg. like i was in my homophobic era and ready the second his name was called but omg i love him sm. he was the queen i never knew i needed in my life. and to all the mfs who say his gayness is his entire personally have never met an fem black man and it shows 💀 idc what anyone says he's the best writer character in the entire show 🤭 as much as i love him i cannot let his fit slide. the pearls can stay bc those were a serve but the pants??? THE FUCKING PANTS??? THOSE FUCKING FLOOD WARNING HIGH WATERS.?? why would they do him like that omg. fits like that are why we get hate crimed 😔

Ok, hi it has been a really long time since i posted last time. BUT IM BACK! and im about to spoil u all.

So what do u need to let go to finally start moving, to stop being stuck? Bc trust me ur not the only one that been feeling like this (me too) especially with the retrograde season coming ( 7 planets in retrograde man we are so done).

Pile 1

So ur my babes. You all are carbon copies of me, bc my friend, you and i we struggle the same, we drink the same poison, everyyyyday and night. U see we are too much of hopeless romantics with too much of optimism and need (infinite) amount ot expectations of love. But you see that's our biggest most stupidest characteristic, bc in this age and time of situationships and all this new bullcrab, love is hard to come by. The things whether it's love, appreciation, and that sole amount of focusness almost doesn't exist ( it does dont worry and will probably find it one day but baby the time is not now).

Our night with his shinning armor is not here yet, he might take a bit longer than the average ( he needs to hurry the fuck up or else i as in we will lose it ) nor is our happy ever after. I feel like we have so much left to do, so much left to explore and experience within ourselves and outside that the universe or whatever thats planning our fates is saying that it's too soon for him to arrive yet.

So my advice? Chill out. Let go of love rn. Focus ok urself. Ur happy ever after and true love is yet away. So enjoy this state that ur in. Embrace yourself. Go out more. Show ur self more( maybe post on ig bro?)

Okay my lazy pile is here. U see babes y'all need to understand that money dont grow on trees nor do they fall from the sky.

Oh so you want success and money? That's great. Very much possible but not with the way ur living rn. Take risks regarding what? Money. U need to ask for more. U seem like a very shy person, u take what u given even if it is just crumbs. But enough is enough, it's about time you start demanding what u deserve.

And the best thing? U will be given what you ask for. Now this could be from anyone, mostly i see a male figure but could literally just be im general, you know how when u are familiar with something so u r adviced to start small and familiarize your self with the said thing? Yup, this is the same thing. Gradually learn to ask for more. Let ur childish side show (look how adorable kids are when they ask for something, u know why they're adorable? Bc they're nit afraid to ask, they never faced rejection after all. Maybe that's just what u need).

Now why start asking now? Bc whatever this thing is that ur lacking, it is holding u back. Unlike the others piles, it is ur lack of something thats holding you back. You will especially need this maybe for a project? Something artistic, maybe it's just that the lack of this thing in ur life is holding back ur creativity and ur light. So start asking, even if it's small. Trust me you deserve it.

Pile 4

Stop it. Stop acting like you dont care. Drop that mask off, this nonchalant attitude is not getting you nowhere. Humbleness looks best on you. Get down from ur high horse. Stop being so afraid to show ur real self. Bro trust me being a stuck up mask faced, real self hiding babe wont get you anywhere. Stop being so offended. Lmao ur pile has the most to let go.
