me: *tries to write a fic where two characters meet for the first time at a party and slowly start to become friends despite the fact that she's a secret agent working against him and he's been assigned to spy on her*
the characters: *insult each other, mock each other, physically fight each other until his parental figure intervenes, sit next to each other at dinner, gossip together, have a low-key romantic dance together, he gets so flustered and confused that he jumps out a window*

If I defend enough horrible fucked up fictional women on the internet, I’ll get into super lesbian heaven.
“Babe this isn’t just an excuse to defend homura for another two hours, is it?”
SHE HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG AND YOUD DO THE SAME IF YOU WERE IN HER POSITION.

Kalluzeb prompt
After the failed attempt at extracting Kallus, Zeb is pretty upset he chose to stay. He'd been hoping Kal would want to come to him, as crazy as that thought is. On top of his disappointment and confusion over his own feelings, now he has to deal with Ezra crushing on Kallus too.

Do you think had Aemon lived and passed naturally they would have actually given the throne to Rhaenys or would her male cousins have claimed the throne themselves as Aegon II did?
Viserys doesn't seem the type, but Daemon could be fairly hot tempered and ambitious.
Yes. Yes, they would have "given" it to Rhaenys, if that's the terminology you want to use. Rhaenys has no opposition, if her father lived and became King. If he lived, and he made Rhaenys "Princess of Dragonstone" and "Heir to the Iron Throne", then the lords would have bent the knee and there would be no conflict or confusion about the succession upon Aemon's death, because she doesn't have a worthy or willing adversary for the lords to back.
Rhaenyra and Aegon are different because Aegon is Rhaenyra's brother. Not her cousin, such as Daemon and Viserys are to Rhaenys. A claim between an eldest child and the eldest male is much murkier than the claim between an only child and an eldest male relation, especially when Baelon was never an heir. Also, Rhaenyra's claim is argued against using precedent derived from Rhaenys being passed over. In this context, such things would not exist. Nor would any rift exist in House Targaryen, as none existed before Aemon's death, arguably.
And, even if, for argument's sake, we said that the lords of the realm would go for the male claimant... the strongest male claimant is her own son. Laenor would have the stronger claim through male primogeniture and through proximity, being Aemon's grandson as opposed to Aemon's nephew.

Thinking about: two characters getting sent to an alternate dimension right after their selves in that dimension (who are much older than they are) are killed, so everyone thinks that instead of dying, the event somehow regressed them into their younger selves
Due to how terrifying everyone comes across to them in the new universe, they just go along with it, hoping no one knew their other selves well enough to know that these new people are actually new people and not just younger versions of the people they know
Turns out, in this universe, they’re mortal enemies
In the middle of a space war
This is nowhere close to how their original universe was.
