FTM tips???

so honestly, I've been dealing with shit ton of dysphoria at the moments and i’m literally making this so i can focus on the stuff that makes me happy and heck, if it helps someone else, fuck yeah.

1) boy clothes: pajamas and shorts. I have one pair of soft fabric shorts and honest to GOD they are life savers. Wearing them with a mens shirt hides all my curves away (my body is VERY femininely curvy, its a fucking joke). If you’re not shaving your legs then you can also see that you have hair on your legs with is very nice. They may be childrens shorts but, hey, they fit. Also!!! CHARITY SHOPS. they are AMAZING. You may not find things your style in there everyday, but is male clothing CHEAP and your helping charities too. I have found so many t-shirts that have stupid logos on them that help hide my chest, whilst being, like, £3.50. They are the SHIT. 

2) Fancy shirts/ collared shirts are super cool. I have a smart casual style and collared shirts with a V-neck jumper over it make you look like a guy. I suggest collar chains too, they draw attention away from your chest and they also look so cool. Thick rings help too, Buy some rings on amazon that are unnecessarily long, i bought a scorpion ring off of amazon and shoved another ring inside it, stuck it down with hot glue so it fitted, and it took all the attention away from my TINY hands with spindly little fingers to what could be a knuckle duster if you tried hard enough (it wasn’t a knuckle duster, i swear)

3) Get into a sport. Look, I’m not the most athletic guy. i would much rather play or watch minecraft and/ or cry about small animals that are way too small ( doing both is like an extreme sport, if yo were wondering). But sports can help you build muscle and look more masculine Get into a sport and join a club. I choose volleyball and , heck, i think i’m pretty good. And if you can’t join a club for whatever reason, but you have a time in your day when you sit around, watching a tv or something, put exercise equipment there too Do it whilst enjoying your favorite streamer or video or whatever. It doesn’t have to be heavy duty, sweating and stuff. Maybe even just do weights or stretches whilst sitting down.
