I made some bug super hero action figures

They are real bugs encased in resin (no insects were harmed—they were already dead when I found them)

Ant- similar to Ant-Man but obviously not a man, just ant

All the standard ant powers

This is based on The Human Fly (but not human, just fruit fly)

I personally love it when they use the third power to get caught in my blink

(btw I left an Ant figure on a miniature peg board at my local Target)

Christmas has come early. Here is the full 1/12 scale custom RTVS action figure line. It took about 7 months on and off to finish every figure.

To conclude the lineup, my last pieces of the project were worked on simultaneously, and include Logmore, Trog, Fin-Fin, and the Gamechimp.

Trog and Logmore were the most difficult pieces to do in my final project. Each figure is only about one inch tall. Luckily, I bought new sculpting tools to help me with small details.

Another thing I did was I went back and re-sculpted Baaulps face, since I was never too happy with my initial attempt. Thankfully I'm much more comfortable with the new results.

Thanks to RTVS for being an amazing stream group and a big inspiration. I still have a few more ideas I could possibly do in the future, but for now I'll focus on other smaller projects. Thanks to everyone for the support in me making these.

Wake up new T.V. head just dropped 📺

Cherix and TechNicole, finally together. I still haven’t settled on the exact nature of their relationship, although I’m getting more of a cousins or BFF vibe than sisters or girlfriends. Maybe they are like me and my cousin— BFFs growing up, as adults have a loving, “would help one another bury a body & take the secret to our grave”, “we’re family so we have to put up up with the other’s crap”, mutually alternating feelings of pity and jealousy, vaguely antagonistic rival relationship. The Licca-chan television and the rest of my order got lost in Japan for over a year. (It’s actually a really funny story. But also a long story, and I’m on the phone.)

Third time posting this because Tumblr does not want to index it!

I painted Damian to look like how I draw him, and I got a custom head and painted it for Jon. It was much cheaper to get good figures by customizing ones still being produced than to buy the DC icons super sons figures!

I have two other Damian figures to customize. One I want a new head for and the other I would need smaller tools. I also want to make Damian and Jon fabric wire capes because Jon looks weird without his and Damian's blocks so many poses. I simply can't afford it.

Aren't they adorable? They both have scars and blush on cheeks and lips, and Jon has freckles, but my camera is not really capturing it.

Life update: I injured my back badly on December 30th, I have dental surgery on January 9th, and my birthday is January 28th. I want to write but ever since becoming freshly injured it seems there's not enough time in the day to do everything I want to do, and my brain is foggy.

I borrowed money from my friend to buy fabric to make a Damian to go with my plush Jon. I hope to get a good example photo and start selling pre orders on Etsy, since I can't afford the fabric without being paid first.

Happy new year! Today's the last day of Christmas and I hope you all have a lovely day. If you celebrated this year, I wish you the strength to put your decorations away in a timely manner!

Finished my 1/12 scale, 6inch custom @socpens action figure.

I had this 1/2 scale hoodie for a while and thought to finally incorporate it. I can't remember what the base figure is because I've had it for forever. The hair is made from cut pieces of a WWE figure. The project took about a week and a half on and off.

Well I haven't found any heads that might work to modify for Ramus yet, but going through my heads and parts gave me ideas for other creations and, well...

So far 7 different figurines contributed parts to these customs! (might end up being more by the end if I decide to modify another head instead of sculpting Laike from scratch.)

The base for both was a bootleg Death Note L nendoroid I thrifted for $2 several years ago

Ghaleon's head is a heavily modified Rock Candy Huntress

His ears came off an Equestria Girl

Bottom of his hair came from a blind box anime figurine I was never able to identify

His hands were off a Rock Candy Arwen (the rest of her went into my custom Rock Candy Midna and Zelda figurines a couple years ago)

Neck piece is a legit Nendoroid joint piece, since the knock-off joints that came with L were all broken

Laike's flower came from a resin fairy figurine I bought over almost 2 decades ago that's been slowly breaking over the years (her flowers have ended up on a number of my customs by now lol)

And the rest is a combination of kneadatite (greenstuff), Aves apoxiesculpt, Tamiya putty, acetone goop, zap-a-gap, and assorted jewelry findings.

I'm basically ready to start painting Ghaleon, though ideally I'd like to blend the various pieces of his hair better first. I've done the best I can with a few passes of Tamiya putty and sanding, but it's too tedious due to Tamiya having basically no body. Ideally I'd prefer to use liquid greenstuff, but I've been out of that for years and kinda can't afford to get more right now. (Plus I'm impatient, I dont wanna wait for stuff to ship here I just wanna paaaaaaint XD)

Might add some prison cell bars to one side of the figurine base at some point, tho I'm not positive I have any dowels of skewers the right thickness left at the moment...
