AdGuard AdBlocker / uBlock Origin : adguard is a basic adblock and with origin you can also block any other element you want. for example i got rid of the shop menu on tumblr

Privacy Badger : this add on will block trackers. if an element contains a tracker it will give you the option to use it or not

Shinigami Eyes: this will highlight transphobic and trans friendly users and sites using different colors by using a moderated database. perfect to avoid terfs on any social media. i will explain how to use this and other add-ons on android as well under the read more cut

Xkit: the best tumblr related add on. with many customizable options, xkit not only enhances your experience from a visual standpoint, but provides some much needed accessibility tools

WayBack Machine: you probably know about this site and definitely should get the add on. this allows you to save pages and access older versions with the click of a button. while you can search wayback using web archives, please get this one as well as it allows you to easily save pages and contribute to the archive.

Web Archives: it allows you to search through multiple archives and search engines including WayBack Machine, Google, Yandex and more.

Search by Image: allows you to reverse image search using multiple search engines (in my experience yandex tends to yield the best results)

HOW TO USE MOZILLA ADD-ONS ON YOUR PHONE

if you already use firefox on android, you'll know there are certain add-ons compatible with the app, some of them even being made just for the mobile version such as Video Background Play FIx. while most of them are pretty useful, some more specific ones aren't available on this version of the browser, but there's a way of getting some of them to work

you need to download the firefox nightly app, which is basically the same as the regular firefox browser but with the ability of activating developer mode. you can find how to do that here. once you've enabled it, you need to create a collection with all the add ons you want. i wouldn't recommend adding extensions if the creators haven't talked about phone compatibility, but XKit and Shinigami Eyes should work

also, don't tell the government this secret skater move, but you can try using both the regular firefox browser and nightly so you can have youtube videos in a floating box while you browse social media.

After over a month of work- I want to introduce a huge project of object that slot onto hooks for a more customizable build experience. The objects use the same slotting system as the hanging clothes. Please be aware of some of the notes below. All items can be found by either searching [somecreative] or hook.

Five wall hooks- Please note that not every object looks right slotted into each hook. Some hooks only really work with objects that have handles so the mesh doesn't peek through. Also the hook with a shelf may lead to some objects slotting into the deco slots, just move your mouse down and it should slot into the right place.

hey i get that everythings happening rn but can we stop dooming about the mod nerfs? everyones assuming the worst about the mod changes when the beautiful thing about modded minecraft is that its an extremely customizable experience! theyre not going to just remove backpacks overnight with no warning when there are a billion other changes they can make, like limiting stack upgrades or backpack sizes or getting rid of the nesting upgrade. and even if they did theyre replacing it w literally the exact same type of mod, just w stationary storage. oh no people will have to take 1 minute to warp to get something occasionally! oh no people wont have 1,000s of blocks of an arsenal on their back unless they specifically prepare for a fight!!

as for the create nerfs i think those were long overdo actually, creates busted as fuck. think about all the illegal shit that had been done and ppl were currently doing w create and im not talking about ramons lil creative block. im talkin the 15 billion times tazercraft used create in protected areas, the irons farms tubbo n pierre made, the mob farms w moved spawners that forever and others (cant remember rn) made, the fact that half the island has a creative motor or creative fluid tank now apparently. people have been bending and fudging the rules for months i think its okay for the admin team to do it back, especially if its in preparation for some new era.

Story bit: Despite, in the age of space life, most things being known in some form, life never gives up all its mysteries, and the legally unknown entities referred to merely as "monster machines", are the biggest of mysteries for people living off planet. While most of these "monsters" are seemingly half built and animalistic, there are some very rare encounters of seemingly unpiloted full dress mechs. One of the most infamous of which even the Family has come into contact with, though the contact was fleeting, and voilent. The unit's performance far outstripped what the parts visually identitied are known to put out, but more then anything are the bizarre bug like wings. The Family reports the same story as others who have managed to survive an encounter with this machine; that the wings hum a harsh static sound that, after first hearing, seems to cause all forms of unit communication to break down. Video feeds to long range telecommunication. Only short range radio works, and works poorly. On uncustomized units this has led to full blindness and deafness to the pilots, leaving them panicked and vulnerable. Those who have come away from encounters always have damage, and the unit has never been caught nor even effectively verified due to the communications jamming. And it leaves fights it does not finish as suddenly as it starts them. Its appearance has led to the resurfaced use of an old earth name, taken from supposed "cryptids" of planet life, and so the unit is named in whispers among those who know of it... MOTHMAN.

This was a boi that came together very surprisingly, as some of my designs do. I actually had the body minus the head built (see a previous 30MM post), and had put together the backpack of bug wings, but was struggling to bring the design together until I was fiddling with the customizable head option set and put the two big glowing eyes on and... yep, immediately brain just went "MOTHMAN!" and that was that.

I love bots with bug like aesthetics, I'll eventually find some other way to use those wings for something that doesn't end up being a "villain". Though at first I wasn't even sure I wanted it to be in the canon of the universe the bots I make inhabit, but ultimately decided it was more fun to figure out how to make basically any design fit into that universe, then just not put something in.
