Objecthead - Homebrew Lineage by Nines, v1.0
Heads will roll... the dice.
Objectheads, as the name implies, have an object for a head. While this allows them to transcend many physical limitations, such as the need for food and sleep, they still need to keep their head on to survive - so maybe don't try replacing your head with a Revivify diamond.

And I'll see you
And you'll see me
And I'll see you in the branches that blow
In the breeze

Long time no see. Sorry, I'm usually a little... drained around this time.
Concepts for a D&D race for my players, called the Elunin. They took inspiration from the Khajiit (and obviously Viera), where they appear differently based on what phase of the moon they were born.
More info about them/me rambling under the cut.
So my players in my main campaign were interested in trying Pathfinder 2E, and I wanted a chance to play Kjosev more. So we decided we'd start a potential one-shot right before the Eclipse (a period in our world about 200-ish years ago when the sun went out for an entire year that set the world back drastically).
One of my players adores Viera, and he wanted to bring his FFXIV character into D&D/Pathfinder. We looked at adapting Beastkin or Harengon... but it didn't quite fit what we wanted. So the player and I worked together to conceptualize a race. He decided to call them the Elunin. The name isn't based off of the WoW goddess Elune -- he randomly generated it and happened to really like the name -- but it's a coincidence we're fine with.
Like I stated above, they took inspiration from the viera (obviously) and the khajiit. Depending on their birthday, they take on a different form. Those born under the new moon appear almost completely human, and those born under the full moon appear almost fully rabbit. Those born on the in-between phases sit somewhere... well, in-between.
They are effectively genderless until they reach a certain age, upon which they choose their gender role. Some never choose.
They do not have a traditional two-parent family unit -- rather, the entire group of them raise kids, and are effectively all treated as parents.
They revere the moon, thinking of it as their true parent, and so they view the stars as their siblings. They're heavily interested in the skies and space above (which they call the Great Warren), because they dream of one day visiting their siblings.
and yes the full moon rabbit can talk.

In order to satiate my undying curiosity about this subject, I've crafted a survey to ask as unbiased as possible questions about the proship-antiship debate that has been on-going for some years now.
There are direct questions about the key topics of the debate-- that is to say, non-con, incest, and depiction of children --but no content relating to any of those topics. No personal information will be recorded and the survey is completely anonymous.
I heavily encourage you to respond to this survey even if you have no strong opinions; all responses are relevant. Ideally at least 1,000 responses will be collected to yield a generous sample size, so please share this if you fill it out!

Thrifting with Ace
Day 15 of Fluffvember 2023
Gender & race neutral reader
Requested by anon
“What d’you think?” Ace asked excitedly, pulling open the curtain of his changing room.
Your mouth fell a little, while your brain went numb. No words came to mind as you detailed your boyfriend. Fitted in vintage Levi jeans, a washed out red shirt, a pair of black pumps and a leather jacket, Ace looked dashing. Was it a classic look? Absolutely. But don’t fix it if it ain’t broken; and Ace in this outfit definitely was not broken.
“Babe?” he wondered, faced with your silence.
Suddenly realizing how long you had remained quiet, you started by smiling. If no words could come to mind at least you could show that you approved of the look.
“D’you like it?” Ace asked with a grin.
Your smile still growing, you nodded. Then, slowly, you approached. Shamelessly checking him out, you motioned to Ace to do a 360 turn. Understanding where you were going, he did not discuss. Instead, he slowly spinned on himself and stopped when his back was facing you.
“So?” he wondered after a few seconds, meeting your gaze in the mirror across from him.
Being right behind him now, you nodded.
“I think you look amazing.”
And for good measure, you accompanied your sentence by a quick slap on the butt.

Adapted Techniques: Variant Lineage Features Designedfor Martials
Be me, making my first D&D character. Look at all the cool and fantastic options for races. Decide I want to make a character without any magic spells. Realize that my options just shrank drastically.
This supplement allows characters to gain a unique Maneuver to replace most forms of innate spellcasting, allowing for new and unique build options, especially for martial characters. It makes sense, doesn't it? A tiefling warrior might learn to integrate their innate fire magic into a weapon, while a Lotusden Halfling might learn to turn their nature manipulation inward to transform their own body.
(For the record, I went with an Aarakocra Monk. Before MPMM, so they didn't have Gust yet.)
Taking a break from monster subraces to make this. No ETA on when the Monstrous Manual will be finalized yet though.
Links will be in reblogs Soon(tm), give it a week tops. Not looking forward to adding all of these maneuvers to DNDBeyond... but we do what we have to.
