Cross would do her best to comfort them but I don’t think she’d be very good with words, so at most she just hugs them and gently rubs their back and hopes it’s helping and wonder how the hell she ended up in this position JSJSHE

Dream’s much more eloquent with words, but he’s also kind of emotionally distant (especially when he doesn’t have his aura being smothered by some sort of magic suppressor) so while I think he’ll hug them if they ask, he’ll probably not be the most comforting

especially if his aura’s working bc that’s not going to be fun for an already very upset kid. Hopefully he saw this possibility coming and found a quick solution, because you know this man doesn’t fucking sleep so he’s probably doing work in his office, instead of sleeping in his apartment where he’s got a magic suppressor.

Apollo and Jason in alternative fits for the modern mortal au + more fun facts about this au bc what am I if just an amalgamation of random ToA AU ideas!

For this pic: Jason just finished a game with the basketball team of his fancy private high school (they're called the centurions). Jason isn't really passionate about the sport, but Apollo insists they need to go out and celebrate his win.

As I've said before, Apollo is will they, won't they-ing with Admetus in a small apartment while trying to muscle his way through med school. It's extremely stressful, and Apollo is definitely still struggling with maintaining perfection and not seeming "ungrateful" or "lazy". Part of his journey in this AU is rebuilding his support system after going no contact, and maybe actually going to therapy at some point! And also dropping med school bc that's not what he wants to be doing with his life.

Apollo is actually a natural brunet, like his mother! Artemis is a brunet too, but her hair is just a bit darker, closer to their dads.

Apollo's vision is actually just as bad as Jason's, he just wears contacts instead of glasses.

Jason wants to go into urban planning or architecture, but he's absolutely terrified of telling anyone in the family. Apollo's the first and only person he's told.

Apollo's got a small indie band with some of the muses (Urania, Polyhymnia, Euterpe, and Terpsichore) and the rest of them are all study buddies! They stay up till 3am chugging monster and five hour energy like shots and speedrunning graduate papers.

Jason mainly hangs out with Reyna, Frank, Hazel, and Octavian. Leo and Piper are his childhood friends from when he used to live with his mother, but they fell out when he had to move in with Zeus.

Apollo sometimes has a hard time sleeping and other times can barely keep his head up. This is a lasting symptom of the severe concussion he got from his father, and it also left him with random moments of extreme vertigo and frequent headaches.

Other than Apollo and Thalia, Jason is closest with his cousin Percy! They love being jokingly competitive about everything, but Jason has always felt supported by Percy when the going gets tough. Still, Percy has his own life going on, son Jason has always felt bad about reaching out.

Meg comes into the picture as a kid Apollo found during one of those aforementioned late night study sessions. She was injured, but refused to let Apollo call for help. Obviously, Apollo is familiar with what's going on here, so he asks if he can treat her injuries. She reluctantly agrees, and eventually Apollo realizes that Meg's mom is his aunt, but Demeter didn't have custody. He gets Meg's phone number, and spends the next 6 months fighting to get her out of stepfather's custody and back with the family. The two of them get extremely close in the meantime, and bc of this Meg and Jason also interact a lot and get very close. However, in his fight to get Meg somewhere safe, Apollo is forced to reconnect with the family. Again, eventually Apollo will go to therapy, but I plan on making him go through the most stressful shit I can think of first.

Second is using his powers non-stop to keep them all in one piece, which drains himself extremely, hence the name "burnout." alan and chosen are doing their best to help him.)

Alan Squared Au (uhm. c!alan gets isekai-ed into stick realm au, but also time-funkery shinanigans- pre-ava 4 c!alan is there too. Present Alan going through a mental crisis, meanwhile Past Alan is speedrunning his character development 'cause he's watching a bunch of rainbow sticks freaking out at his existance and also those guys fighting outside are supposed to be dead wtf is going on???)

barely anything is canon here, so everything I wrote is just fan-writing? I like the scenarios to be dramatic

So I tried to mix canon and @chepelmeshkalmao's AU for my own fan character. I hope I did a decent job, as it's my first time doing such thing, so I apologize for any mistakes. I'm not really satisfied with the design, as it's like the 6th time I drew it, but I guess it's okay. I wanted to post this as soon as possible and tried to speedrun it, but in the end, it took way more time 🥲.

Higuchi Sakanoue, Shisoka before marriage, was Sonoko's mother. She was born in 1937 in Tokyo. During the cold war, where she was around 9 years old, her mother, Fuzan Shisoka, taught her how to heal people, which gave her the benefit to help wounded soldiers. During that time she treated dozens of soldiers as a medical nurse, despite originally only having wanted to be a help for her mother. On one day, a young man asked her if she could save the life of his 8 friends. Higuchi was determined to save them, however, as soon as she saw the wounded soldiers, who were in a very bad condition (body parts ripped off, body parts melted and so on), Higuchi felt an abnormal fear, though she tried her best to focus, but which resulted into making the wounds worse than before. She failed to save the life of the soldiers and their friend, enraged that it's her fault they died, as he didn't want to admit that he shouldn't have had to high expectations on a 9 year old girl, taught her a lesson by beating her almost to death. After the cold war she knew that she wanted to become a doctor and pursued medicine, as she didn't want such thing to happen again to other people.

During her time in the university, she met a man, who I may write a story about later. They started working together and helped each other when one of them had problems. Soon after graduating university they started dating, which later on resulted in marriage. On the 23rd of March in 1971, she gave birth to their only child, who she named Sonoko. The reason for her name is that during the cold war, she had met another medical helper, whose name was Yoko. However, Higuchi, through all the noises, understood the name 'Onoko'. But because their child was a girl and Onoko is a name mostly used for males, Higuchi just simply named her 'Sonoko', a name mostly used for females.

In 1985, when Sonoko was 14, Higuchi had to drive with the ambulance to save a person's life. It was very foggy and without seeing where she drove, she crashed against another car and died due to severe blood loss. Afterwards, Sonoko's dad and grandmother had to take care of Sonoko, who, still to this day, mourns her mother's death. There is a theory that someone wished for her to be dead and that there wasn't a person in danger. Only 3 people are aware of what really happened: the one that called for help on that day, one that was told about it and a witness that overheard the discussion…

And that's it. I'm thinking about writing more stories about characters. Under here is a drawing of how I imagined her to look like, @madokasz was the one that inspired me to draw her in the Yandere Simulator art style, as well as the one where I got the background template from, while @chepelmeshkalmao was the one whose AU I used, so credits go to both of them.

the second they made buck bi i watched the whole show for the first time, took a week, finished just before the latest episode came out. this obviously means i do not know my first thing about anything, most theories and fanon storylines included. what is the most important stuff that i need to know? the more deranged and delusional the better 🌸

Full disclosure, I've only started watching 911 since season 6, so there are years of fandom lore/drama that I'm not even aware of. I really recommend checking out blogs such as @captain-hen @gracieryder @maygrcnt who have been around here MUCH longer (I'll tag more people in the morning) & follow @911bts who keeps track of literally EVERYTHING 911.

Okay, 911blr 101 is couch theory. What is couch theory you ask? well, it all starts at the beginning of S6 when Buck's couch (or lack there of) was used as a metaphor for Buck's romantic relationships. In S5, when Taylor moved into Buck's apartment replaced Buck's couch (that he got with Ali) with her own. When Buck and Taylor broke up, she took the couch with her, leaving Buck couchless. The connection between girlfriends and couches first comes up during a conversation with Buck, Eddie, and Christopher. Buck's struggle to find the 'perfect' couch reflects Buck's struggle to find the perfect person to partner up with. At the end of the episode, Buck decides to move his armchair where the couch used to be, signifying that he is trying to become comfortable with himself outside of a relationship.

Then we get to the start of S6b. Buck's parents come to town, Buck gets struck by lightning (as one does), and his parents buy him a new couch. There is probably some metaphor there about family and blah blah blah, but that doesn't matter because the couch is uncomfortable and Buck can't sleep on it and everyone keeps bothering him, and who does Buck run to? He runs to Eddie. And then he falls asleep on Eddie's couch.

and like this is a big fucking deal. because it shows that he is comfortable with Eddie! he feels safe in Eddie's home! he is more safe and comfortable on Eddie's couch than he is on his own and Eddie welcomes him there!! and couch = romantic relationship, so falling asleep on eddie's couch = relationship with Eddie???? There is another scene in S6 where Christopher falls asleep on the couch and people are like!! we are connecting the dots! (we were not connecting the dots)

and then!!!! the Kameron gives birth on Buck's couch and the couch is ruined and then y'all never guess what happens. In one of the last scenes of s6 Buck asks his brand new love interest Natalia if she wants to go couch-shopping and everyone is like WTF???? aren't we past this?? didn't we just have this conversation about NOT buying a couch with ur gf at the beginning of this season???

uhhh this explanation was NOT supposed to get this long. okay, let's speedrun this shit. The Christmas Elf!! Very important!! OG Buddie Queen!! After the USJ Nezu decides he need a pair of fresh eyes, someone who will help him weed out the traitor, and someone to fill that vacant vice-principal job. His choice?

Inko Midoriya.

While I don't think it genuinely makes sense, it's hilarious enough to commit to the bit!!!

WAIT WAIT WAIT

Okay so hear me out: In my AUs, I make it that Inko is a nurse. So how about instead of something she's not quite qualified for like VP, she's hired as Recovery Girl's assistant/eventual replacement?

She would still have the job of finding the Traitor, but being the school nurse would give her more time with the Hero Students. We don't even get that much of her 'weeding out the traitor' she's just helping fix problems.

Izuku is dying a little because ofc Inko has to be an embarrassing mom but she does pull it back most of the time.

Katsuki speedruns the redemption and therapy because Inko can see what's going on directly instead of just Izuku lying about it

Inko does not fear the reaper so she hears about Shoto's nonsense and then goes to yell at Endeavor first chance she gets. (somehow this actually works)

Everyone looks at the situation and is like "Izuku I know you say All Might isn't your bio dad but I think he's about to be your stepdad???"

Inko, being a nurse, looks at Denki zapping himself and is like 'you stop that right now!!!'

Bonus Points:

She shows up to Nezu's office in the middle of him and All Might discussing the bigger plot things. It was just something normal to update the principle on, but she sees an open file on the desk and pauses looking at a picture.

Inko, pointing at the photo: "That man there. Do you know how to contact him?"

All Might, confused: "Unfortunately if we could find him, we'd have solved a few problems by now."

Nezu, catching on: "Why, do you know him?"

Inko, slightly embarrassed: "Not exactly. Only met him the once. But even if he's some criminal, I think he still deserves to know he has a son now."

All Might and Nezu: *record scratch noise as they stare at AfO's file photo*

AU where Reyna dies and instead of going to the stars, she goes directly to The Underworld, she's supposed to end up in Elysium, but she really doesn't want to either wander around aimlessly forever doing nothing, or be reincarnated.

Nico also doesn't want to let go his only closest friend, like he had to let go of Jason, so before it's her time to be Judged, they talk and come to an agreement.

Instead of waiting, Nico grabs Reyna and they speedrun to Hades' place, so Nico can beg his dad to give them a Pact for Reyna.

They don't ask for Reyna to be allowed back to life or anything like that, Nico has read the myths, The Underworld is his home, Hades is his father, he's had first hand experience with it. Dead people aren't supposed to come back to life.

In reality, they ask for Reyna to remain dead, but be allowed in the surface by Nico's side. Hades accepts, because let's be honest he can't say no to Nico, and Persephone also thought it was an interesting idea.

And so, Reyna signs a Pact that allows her, to a certain extent, relatively roam the living world as the Ghost King's General.

And they proceed to be super badass together, and be besties forever.

redeemed!Alastor - Great Alastor, altruist, did die for his friends. He's not happy about this. No one is happy about this. Falling from Heaven any% speedrun go! Or maybe Heaven figures out a way to use him against Hell?

AU where Alastor is, in fact, dating Charlie like he insinuated at the beginning of Episode 5 before switching tactics to be a father figure. This is probably not a healthy ship but it could be

Something based on the Mutual Satisfaction comic by @/Fernrynn on Twitter, first page is here but the rest is easy enough to find (tw: gore, canniballism), - Lucifer makes a deal with Alastor to provide his meals. Probably more of a horror thread tbh?

I like RadioApple of all flavors. Lucifer and Alastor dealing with starting to like someone they can't stand and having to deal with feelings is a fun dynamic.

With Vox

Them meeting and working together, Alastor taking a newly spawned Vox under his wing.

AU where they continue working together and the 'Vees' didn't happen (idk I love the idea of 'the Media Demons/Broadcast Husbands' getting a rep and showing up at the hotel in the pilot instead of just Alastor)

the point leading up to and including where Alastor and Vox split. I high key headcanon this happened in the 70s/80s when Valentino showed up. An ultimatum was given, and Vox chose Val. Super negotiable on the reason for the split though.

AU where Alastor loses the fight 7 years ago and ends up working for Vox. Or the other way around? Either is good.

Vox and Alastor team up for some reason during/after the series, possibly reconciling, possibly not

I typed a lot but tumblr deleted it so, answering this question: speedrun edition.

Touya hates his dad but respects him. He sometimes resents Shouto but knows this is illogical so mostly redirects this hate onto his dad.

Fuyumi and Natsuo are twins, Fuyumi has a close relationship with her dad but Natsuo does not, falling into line with Touya.

Shouto and Enji have an awkward relationship because they are both deeply awkward people, but are relatively close. Shouto does train with his father, but only 2 days a week and attends a private school.

Rei works part time at a daycare and is close with all 4 of her children and loves to tease all of them. Shes on friendly terms with her husband, who typically allows her to make parenting calls (he's internally deemed himself unqualified, to an overly guilt ridden extent. learning you almost became a monster is very bad for your self esteem).

So this au starts around season one-ish and the background plot is p much the same except it's not rly relevant since it's about the foster ducklings and not medicine and it's sped up a bit so it's not over the course of years. Except the season two finale, when that guy shoots House.

This is where the timeline starts to diverge, bc Chase, Thirteen, and Kutner are visiting in the office when the gunman shows up. Somehow (still working on it) they manage to get the gun away from the guy before House is shot. And bc House is never shot, his leg never gets temporarily better, and his addiction doesn't get as bad as it did in season 3 since he isn't afraid of the pain coming back bc it never left.

And then in season three, Tritter comes sniffing around and he's still a major asshole and Wilson doesn't make his deal with the devil bc House isn't spiralling like he was in the canon timeline and also Wilson doesn't want House to lose his kids, but House and Wilson still fight about the faking prescriptions part. This does all culminate in House still having his overdose except, you guessed it, the kids find House choking on his own vomit instead of Wilson finding him.

So House ends up in the hospital, and has this like. Hopeless realization that he's not good for the kids and he should let them go. So he agrees to let them be removed and it's fuckin devastating bc the kids loved and trusted him and he overdosed on his drugs and sent them away and now they're being split up and it's all super emotional.

And House is his bitter self for awhile until Cuddy talks some sense into him about fixing his own damn problems for once. So House basically speedruns his sobriety arc from the later seasons and petitions and fights and bitches until he gets the chance to get his kids back. But only if they want to come back.

And House is like well I'm fucked they're not gonna want anything to do with me. And he's right that they're pissed at him. Chase watched his mother drink herself to death, Thirteen's dad put her in foster care and she lost contact with her brother, and Kutner of course saw his parents die in front of him. So the incident was super triggering for all of them. And worse than that, he left them. He sent them away with no warning and barely a goodbye.

But they love the cranky old fuck. And that doesn't just go away. And they somehow believe him when he says he's sorry and wants to try again. So they agree to come home, even Chase who's 18 now and a legal adult with his trust fund his parents left and could tell House to fuck off. They all move back in and it isn't always smooth sailing, but they're family and that's what matters the most.

oh god no. she's a classy upper crust lesbian and i am the disaster bisexual rolling up in khakis and a white dad shirt. i genuinely would let her decorate however she pleased because i know she would make things still functional for me. no complaints she can do what she wants because i have no aesthetic sense. at all. she would try to include me anyway. i love her.

serendipity - how did you first discover your f/o, or your f/os source material? how did you feel when you first saw your f/o in your source material? 

i first played xenoblade back innnnn 2019. when DE came out i finally didn't have any excuses left not to play it (a friend had been poking me to get into it since 2014-2015) and. i had a category 7 autism moment over the game. my first playthrough was only 40 hours, which if you know xenoblade you know how fucking insane of a speedrun that is. the plot completely enraptured me and i needed to know what happened THEN. melly instantly caught my eye as being. gorgeous. and she was easily the best written female character in the game and. i fell hard. i love reticent and troubled women.

Hey, I was just reading up on your OT2 X Persona au and I am LOVING it so far! Mind giving some more details even if it’s just some small facts?

Thank you so much!! And yeah, I got a bunch— warning for full-game spoilers of course:

Temenos uses a cane due to an accident he had when he was a child. He can walk/run/etc. without it on some days, but even then he carries it on hand just in case— albeit, in parts since he uses a foldable one. In the cognitive world, he uses his staff as a walking aid.

Since most of Castti's belongings (including her spare clothes) were lost, she has to buy new ones. I think a lot of her early fits tend to be really plain, but become more consistent and distinct as the year goes on.

Some characters' availability vary depending on things such as weather and physical condition. Castti is unavailable on rainy days due to (what she does not initially recognize as) trauma, and Temenos is unavailable during the daytime on heat waves due to chronic pain flaring up.

Many more HC's under the cut due to length.

Crick's dominant hand is permanently injured after the events of when SH would take place in the timeline. Besides visceral function manipulation for damage sustained to his abdominal area, he also has to undergo treatment for peripheral neuropathy in his right/dominant hand.

Osvald's arc in the main story involves ensuring Elena's safety and regaining custody of her (listen we got only a year of story we're speedrunning legal stuff here sometimes), so his SL involves re-establishing their relationship as a family and healing.

Ori is the most active on social media due to her occupation as a journalist. She often gets early access to things such as shows and celebrity events as a result, along with the latest news for what's going on in the city.

Hikari's texts are the most formal with proper punctuation and everything. Osvald's are the classic illegible dad texts.

Everyone's housing situations

Temenos and Osvald room together at Temenos' place due to circumstances. While they tend to operate on very differing levels of talkativeness versus not, they've definitely had long nights of debate on their shared interests— primarily, history. They also have periods of just long silence doing whatever in the same room before going "hey I have an idea about that one thing—" or similar. 

Ochette and Agnea both live at New Delsta University's dorms. While Ochette isn't a student there specifically, she stays in the dorms as part of her internship. IDT they're roommates atm, but they definitely live on the same floor. Due to both shared proximity and a passion for exercise, they also go work out together.

Note about NDU's campus: I named it after NYU, and while I don't go there things like its dorms are based loosely off of it. The dorms Ochette and Agnea stay at are probably *does a cursory NYU dorms search* based on Carlyle Court??

Castti's apartment was close to a small clinic she was apparently chief physician of; however, it was lost to a bizarre disaster (read: Trousseau turning against the rest of the group with his Persona). When she goes to inquire about who she was, all that she's able to recover is a matching wedding band of her own— which she wears on a necklace chain underneath her scrubs. It was Malaya's.

CW: Abuse. Hikari chooses to leave his home after Mugen takes over their father's position, as Mugen mistreated him even before this happened, often verbally and sometimes physically abusing him. While this is pretty much an open secret, Hikari still had some protection due to their father being around. But with him comatose (and later, straight up dead) Hikari does not feel safe staying there. He does have a good amount of funds to start though, so he buys his own place. IDT it's super fancy but it's still a huge step up from even Temenos' place, which is probably pretty decent considering he's an established lawyer and all.

Throné has to find a new place to stay after choosing to leave the snakes. She finds herself rooming with Hikari, as his place is so spacious he definitely has room for a roomie.

Partitio found a place of his own relatively quickly after coming to town, and it's pretty decent.

Ori joins the team near the end of the year after she's revealed as a Moonshade Order member, but backs out of helping them bring back Vide. Because she doesn't want to be found by its still-living members, she crashes with Ochette and Agnea.

Crick shares an apartment with Ort, who is also an assistant prosecuting attorney. …I'm going to be honest I didn't realize that this would be the case when making Crick a lawyer, and now I've made the one guy with the surname Edgeworth a prosecutor.
