Matthew 28:19-20 (NASB). “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
“Jesus’ Enduring Presence” by In Touch Ministries:
“The Savior who died for you will stay by you.”
“Life can feel like a complicated puzzle sometimes, with lots of uncertainties and challenges. But here’s the good news: Jesus tells us in today’s passage that He’s always with us, no matter what. His presence is like a reliable compass, guiding us in the right direction as we navigate the twists and turns of life.
Experiencing God’s presence isn’t just about attending church each week or being part of a monthly Bible study group; it’s a daily thing. As we consistently draw close to Him, He draws near to us (James 4:8).
If you’ve ever had a trustworthy friend who was faithful to walk with you in tough times, you know just how invaluable such companionship can be. And Jesus is the greatest and most loving friend we could ever have—guiding, comforting, and giving us strength. In His presence, we can find peace, courage, and the assurance that we’re never alone.
Take the words of Matthew 28:20 to heart. As we go through life, remember that Jesus is always there. Whether things are going well or not, in the everyday and the extraordinary moments, His presence is our constant. He’s with us always, even to the end of the age.”

THE WORD FOR 15/7
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8)
In a world of constant change our faith can be fixed on a changeless Christ.
We as children of God, have an anchor for our souls, the Lord Jesus Christ. We can fasten our hopes on Him, knowing He will never shift or change.
Jesus Christ is that centre of permanence. This changeless Christ is the great refuge in a world that is caught up in constant change.
Prayer: Father, how grateful I am that in a world of constant change, You remain the same. Let this truth sink deep within my spirit. Help me never to be shaken by the things around me.  In Jesus' name,  Amen.

“Five Good Things” by Our Daily Bread:
“Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.” —Psalm 107:1
“According to research, people who are intentionally grateful for what they have report better sleep, fewer symptoms of illness, and more happiness. Those are impressive benefits. Psychologists even suggest keeping a “gratitude journal” to improve our well-being, writing down five things we’re grateful for each week.
Scripture has long promoted the practice of gratitude. From meals and marriage (1 Timothy 4:3-5) to the beauties of creation (Psalm 104), the Bible has called us to see such things as gifts and to thank the Giver for them. Psalm 107 lists five things Israel could be especially grateful for: their rescue from the desert (vv. 4-9), their release from captivity (vv. 10-16), healing from disease (vv. 18-22), safety at sea (vv. 23-32), and their flourishing in a barren land (vv. 33-42). “Give thanks to the Lord,” the psalm repeats, for these are all signs of God’s “unfailing love” (vv. 8, 15, 21, 31).
Do you have a notepad handy? Why not write down five good things you’re grateful for now? It might be the meal you just enjoyed, your marriage or, like Israel, God’s rescue points in your life to date. Give thanks for the birds singing outside, the smells from your kitchen, the comfort of your chair, the murmurs of loved ones. Each is a gift and a sign of God’s unfailing love.”

Psalm 24:8
‘Who is the King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, The LORD mighty in battle.’
It is time to open up the doors of our lives and let the King of Glory come in. Don’t try to do and solve everything in your own power and ability. Let God into your life and into your situations. He is strong and mighty and no battle will ever defeat Him.
Prayer: Lord, I invite You to come into my life. I cannot handle things on my own, but with Your strong and mighty presence I can overcome and live in victory. Thank You that You will bring the breakthrough. In Jesus' name, Amen.

One of today's messages from Through the Year With Padre Pio by Patricia Treece.
I beg God to keep me from wanting anything that would possess me to be a hypocrite or dishonest. I must be honest and true to myself and humble. Money is not everything.

God's Supernatural Power
Tumblr media
💜 Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground. I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians so that they will go in after them. And I will gain glory through Pharaoh and all his army, through his chariots and his horsemen. The Egyptians will know that I am the Lord when I gain glory through Pharaoh, his chariots and his horsemen.”
Then the angel of God, who had been traveling in front of Israel’s army, withdrew and went behind them. The pillar of cloud also moved from in front and stood behind them, coming between the armies of Egypt and Israel. Throughout the night the cloud brought darkness to the one side and light to the other side; so neither went near the other all night long. Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the Lord drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided, and the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left. ~Exodus 14:13-22 ✝️
We've been exploring how Exodus reveals God's nature through history. Knowing God's character is vital because it unlocks the confidence we need to trust Him, in whatever it is that we are going through.
The Red Sea's parting is a spectacular reminder of God's supremacy over nature. Creation bows to Him and there is nothing He cannot do. Anything is possible with God.
Sometimes life gets tough, and you don't know where to turn. You're stuck between a rock and a hard place. Troubles threaten from every angle. I'm sure we can all relate one way or another, but take heart. This is exactly where the fleeing Israelites found themselves. With an army chasing them on one side and an impassable sea on the other, they were trapped! Captivity was inevitable. Defeat was crashing down on them. They surely felt like giving up completely.
But then God intervened! He tells Moses to tell the Israelites to move on (verse 15). There didn't seem to be anywhere for them to go l, but Moses raised his staff and parted the seas.
What was impossible suddenly became possible. Certain defeat became victory. Captivity became freedom. When God steps in, these turnarounds become our reality too. It's never over when God is with you. His power is sufficient for you. 💜
Our God saves His people and rescues them from their enemies. In Christ, we are His. 🙂 His power can transform anything and everything! From minor concerns to monumental problems. Nothing stands in His way. If God is for us, who can be against us (Romans 8:31)?
At its deepest level, the passing through the Red Sea symbolizes our identification with Jesus' death and resurrection. Just as the Israelites passed through the waters of the Red Sea into salvation from the Egyptians, so do us believers pass through the waters of baptism to represent into salvation from spiritual captivity.
As God's amazing supernatural power saved His ancient people, He too can rescue you today.
