#okay okay #but this j triggered me #cause like no #j-j no #with books its just so much more #YOU make it so much more for yourself #your minds the paintbrush which dips itself in the ink on the page and blurs the line between reality and imagination #you create a world for you to fall into..get lost into..revel in and discover..stumble upon treasures and cast away worries #dance with a daydream or catch a once forgotten memory that youve found slipped between the pages #you find colors and people and adventures and realms and thoughts fluttering around like butterflies or flowing thro the story as a river #and you just dive right in #cause dont get me wrong like tv is great too but you can never lose yourself as much #perhaps its somthing to do w the wonders of ur imagination that can take the threads given by the author and weave them into something #thats speacial and unique to you #kinda love that about books #like we all read the same descriptions but we each see something different in our head #you bring life into all these characters and worlds #and in return you j have to close ur eyes for it all to come to life around you #we kinda given a bit of ourselves to the book so we see smth that we might be looking for or wanting #youve slipped a part of your soul between the covers #maybe thats why after you finsh a good book it seems a lil thicker than when u started #intj #entp #isfp
