Mukuro Ikusaba Headcanons

Please remember these are nothing more than headcanons. If you don't like them, then just keep on scrolling. Mentions of Junko Enoshima, guns, and hints of PTSD. Assume this is all in a Non-Despair AU.

Mukuro is the social outcast of the class and often struggles to fit in. She lingers around Junko, not knowing who else to hang around with.

She struggles with sleeping, thus leading to her missing classes majority of the time.

Eventually Kiyotaka decides to intervene and tries to help her catch up with her work. He lends her his notes and offers to help her study various topics. She declines at first, but eventually gives in after she's warned about potentially getting kicked out due to her slacking.

Here she finally gets to open up.

She and Kiyotaka become fast friends, much to everyone's shock, and by extent, she befriends Mondo and Chihiro. She doesn't care for Leon or Yasuhiro, as they can be too loud and chaotic for her.

She and Kiyotaka study together the majority of the time, mostly in the library. Sometimes, Mondo joins them. Other times, they'll study in one another's rooms. Junko tends to burst in and bug them if they study for too long, unintentionally reminding them to take breaks.

Mukuro and Chihiro tend to chill out together whenever they aren't chilling out with their usual crowd. Chihiro does something on his computer while Mukuro silently observes. She'll occasionally ask questions, which Chihiro is always happy to answer.

Through them she's able to open up a bit more to the rest of the class. She's able to befriend Makoto, Sakura, and shockingly enough, Sayaka.

Makoto is self explanatory- she finds his hopeful attitude and optimism quite infectious.

Sakura is just another calming presence in her life. Sakura offers a listening ear and allows Mukuro to talk about whatever is eating at her mind. Mukuro often finds herself going to Sakura to try and calm herself down from recurring nightmares or intrusive memories.

Sayaka actually thinks Mukuro is really cool and interesting. She likes to hear about Mukuro's deployments and where she's travelled before. She lets Mukuro talk and in return, she helps Mukuro with some self care. Like painting her nails to try and help her stop picking and biting her nails.

That's a nervous habit of hers too. It's always unintentional and Junko always snaps at her whenever she catches her doing it, telling her to stop.

Speaking of, they have a typical sister relationship. Junko is that annoying, bratty younger sister who always wants Mukuro's attention. Mukuro adores her, but often finds her too demanding and annoying at times. It's draining.

Some of her hobbies include shopping with Junko, participating in airsoft games, playing card games, and occasionally going to the shooting range.

She goes to the range just to make sure her aim is good, but doesn't spend too much time there, as her mind would wander back to her time on the field. She prefers practicing her aim while playing airsoft.

She likes to play card games with Celestia at times, often to help hone her abilities and seek out tips from the gambler.

Other times, when she's consumed by her thoughts, she just sits alone in her room, starts doomscrolling, or just tries to sleep it all off.

Those are the rare times when Junko is actually helpful. She often joins Mukuro in her pity party and fills the silence to try and help bring Mukuro back to reality. Most of the time, it works. Other times, Junko gets the message and leaves her be, only to return later with snacks and drinks for her.

Non-Despair AU means a nicer Junko.

Chihiro x Sakura : True Meaning of Strength (part 1)

(This story is an anniversary gift <3)

The taunting laugh of the sadistic teddy bear rang through the gym, filling the ears of the students with dread. One student in particular started tearing up from the fear of the situation. That student was Chihiro Fujisaki, the Ultimate Programmer. Chihiro was an interesting student, holding a heavy secret in a cage in his brain, praying no one would ever figure it out. The secret being that Chihiro was actually a boy, in disguise as a defensive strategy to keep safe from bullying. Deep down, the computer prodigy hoped to have a safe place to get stronger and be himself, he just hoped to find a strong man who could offer advice, that is until he met someone who gave some rather game-changing advice.

The morning Monokuma announcement played, waking the programmer from his peaceful dream into the nightmarish reality. Perhaps getting a bite to eat will ease his mind, or so he thought, there was much in that genius brain that would take much more than a meal to fix. Chihiro slipped his shoes on and shuffled on over to the kitchen, where the other students were. There were many colourful characters sitting at that table, and while they were ultimates all the same, Chihiro couldn't help but feel intimidated, especially seeing there were strong students like he hoped. He timidly sat down in the free seat next to a bubbly girl with a red sports jacket, something about her seemed welcoming. Chihiro glanced at the girl next to the swimmer, a rather tall and strong looking fighter, she had multiple scars which further left Chihiro worried, hopefully she was kinder than his anxiety was telling him. Not only her, but another man caught his eye, one that looked rather bored, but something about him left Chihiro with mixed feelings, one that said to avoid at all costs, and the other telling him that this man was who he needed to find. He was snapped out of the thought when a cheerful voice beckoned him.

"Yo! Are you feeling alright? You looked really upset yesterday." The sports girl gave a worried look as Chihiro felt butterflies.

"Y-yeah, I'm okay... I think..." Without warning, a donut was handed to him.

"Be sure to eat something! Donuts always help me feel better!" The girl gave a bright smile that shined on the programmer. "Oops, I forgot to introduce myself! I'm Aoi Asahina, the Ultimate Swimming Pro! What about you?"

Chihiro fiddled his fingers together, "Um, I-I'm Chihiro Fujisaki, the Ultimate Programmer. S-sorry, I get embarrassed when I introduce myself like this."

Aoi couldn't contain her joy as she let out a small giggle, "Y'know, you should hang out with us!" She glanced to the girl beside her, looking both timid and intimidating. "She's my best friend here and I know you two will get along well!"

Chihiro felt a warm sensation in his chest, maybe he doesn't have to fight his journey all alone after all. The cold despair slowly changing into warm hope.

It's a lovely feeling to be able to shut off your alarm clock to elongate a blissful dream, to be able to ignore life's struggles and avoid being awoken by such an ear-splitting beep. If only Monokuma had an off switch, then the hope could last as long as the group wanted, but despair isn't sleeping, there will never be a time it will allow a moment of peace in this nightmare school. The laugh of the bear and the dread filling the room was enough to make you forget the pleasant conversations with fellow students just hours beforehand. Chihiro quietly sobbed at the desk he was sat at, the computer screen showing his own PC at home cracked and bloodied with the blood of his father, who had been most likely harmed by the mastermind. The room felt dark and lonesome despite the other students in their respective desks, the programmer's world came crashing down harder than it had the previous evening. It had felt as if the hope no longer existed, that it was time to give up, but there was always a light at the end of a dark tunnel, no matter how grueling and frightening, even if the light is in the form of a rather colossal hand.

"Hey, do not let the despair overtake your mind." The hand had gently rested on his petite shoulder, followed by a massive figure behind him. "This may seem like the end, but we must stay strong and continue the fight against that bear."

Chihiro sniffled and shifted his head to get a look at the figure, who had happened to be Aoi's friend he was introduced to, or rather acknowledged. "U-um..." He stammered but couldn't get the words out.

"My name is Sakura Ogami, we had briefly met this morning. Aoi trusts you, so I would like to become more acquainted with you. Your name is Chihiro, correct?"

Chihiro could feel the warmth returning to light up the dark. "Y-yeah, I am. N-nice to meet you." He gave a shy smile, but a genuine one.

"It is a pleasure to meet you as well, let's fight together, and never succumb to despair. I shall be there for you whenever you need me." The martial artist gave a sweet, reassuring smile, turning to go check up on Aoi.

As cruel and bitter life seemed, there was always the bright light to help him see. However, Chihiro had more personal issues he was unsure of going about, but he'll figure that out eventually, hopefully.

■ When you are alone together, whether it be studying alone together or on a date, you are a lot more clingy to her which she doesn't mind since she is happy that you are comfortable around her.

■ And you definitely love to cuddle with her!

■ If you are watching a movie together in your dorm or her's, you would be cuddled up next to her with her arm wrapped around you.

■ It may take a while for you to build up your confidence around others, but Sakura, being the supportive girlfriend she is, will be patient and help you all the way through!

□ Similar to Sakura, Nekomaru could instantly tell that you were shy around others.

□ But when you met Nekomaru, you were very nervous around him since he shouted quite a bit which he caught on and tried his best to be a bit more quiet whenever he was around you as to not scare you.

□ When you two started dating, he was relieved when you started to spend more time around him.

□ Whenever you two were studying together or just spending time together, much to his delight you loved to cuddle against him.

□ Unlike what people would think because of his looks, he loves to cuddle.

Random Yandere Headcanons: Danganronpa v1 girls with a darling that’s ok with kidnapping if they can still game

Toko Fukawa:

Really confused but goes with it since it seems like the easiest way things could have gone. She will try to play them if they ask her to but it’s going to take a while for her to get used to the controls.

Kyoko Kirigiri:

Very suspicious and will only pretend to go with it while watching them very closely. If they really aren’t going to try to play her then she will be thankful it was so easy. Kind of hesitant on playing but if they get her into it won’t be so much trouble.

Celestia Ludenberg:

Also, will be very suspicious but will go with it since where she puts her darlings won't be easy to get out of anyways. She would rather watch them than play depending on the game.

Aoi Asahina:

SHSL Princess Sakura

Aaahhh! I was so exited for this one! She looks very different, as I imagine she wouldnt be as muscular and not have scars or bandages, since as a princess she wouldnt be getting into a lot of fights. So, some headcannons:

Princess of a small, yet affluent country that splintered off Japan a couple centuries ago.

Hasnt had a lot of social interactions with kids her age, but despite being quiet she has good leadership skills. Very determined and responsible, devoted to her people.

No stranger to having her life in danger, so she has had some self defence training, but shes not as physically adept as she was i n the og game

In an arranged engagement

People are still intimidated by her, because shes very tall and regal.

Enjoys going to hopes peak, because she can actually make real friends and finally be a normal teenager for a little

Chihiro x Sakura : True Meaning of Strength

(Part 2)

The morning chime sounded once again, mockingly awaking the students into their hell school. Chihiro rose up with a yawn, the faint, crushing fear in his chest making him want to hide out in his dorm all day, but he had wanted to see the friends he had made the previous day. He lazily slipped his shoes on and made way to the dining area with the others.

"Good morning to you, Fujisaki! You're right on time!" Kiyotaka greeted loudly, a big smile on his face. He always seemed so energetic and ready in any situation, Chihiro admired that about him.

"Hey Chihiro! Over here!" A certain sporty girl waved from the table. From beside her, Sakura gave a heart-melting grin, filling Chihiro with a feeling of warmth and security, the feeling that everything will be okay, and everyone will escape together.

Chihiro sat down in the empty seat next to Aoi, "G-good morning, guys!" He was given a donut, courtesy of Aoi, she would only ever share the holy treats with those she trusts most. "Are we the only ones h-here so far?" He took note of the nearly empty table, Taka keeping a watch on the entrance. As time passed, the other students filed in, at their own pace. All but one student showed up, concern brewing within the others.

"Where is Maizono? Her tardiness will not be excused!" The moral compass furrowed his eyebrows at the clock on the wall.

"I have to check on her!" Without another word, Makoto made a mad dash toward the dorms, entering Sayaka's. A mix of worry and confusion seemed to fill the room, and this turned to panic when a scream erupted from where Makoto ran to. Aoi bolted after the source, Chihiro and Sakura following closely behind. The room gave off an aura of dread, that increased with each step toward the bathroom. The trio turned the corner to find Makoto, and what they found in front of him brought a harsh feeling of fear and despair.

Sayaka Maizono, the Ultimate Popstar had been killed.
