if you're not busy, she'll ask you to accompany her while she's doing late night experimenting.

she doesn't talk much when it's late (she doesn't talk much in general though), and you don't either so it works out.

sometimes forgets that you're not a mutant like her, but when she remembers she'll help you fall asleep. She'll find a way, she's a scientist, after all, a mad one at that. Nothing is impossible with her.

entertains you with her crows if her experiments get too dangerous for you.

the type to make you play chess with her over a cup of tea.

you have zero idea how to play so she teaches you.

either that or she's trying to find her missing tool.

she wears her hair down when it's late, and she's fucking gorgeous goddamn.

the sight of her alone makes you sigh dreamily.

she's very tired.

she's the opposite of an insomniac, her line of work makes her really cranky at night.

technically she doesn't need sleep, but it's refreshing so she does it and hates when she's disturbed.

just imagine having to be a single milf girlboss with a massive dump truck, must be tiring for her, damn.

sorry. anyway, she'll find a way to help you.

she's tired, not like alcina kind of tired, but just tired.

at some point in the night, she noticed you're not sleeping next to her, again, which made her wake up and get you.

you make her feel safe and when you're not there she gets reminded of her Louisiana days, which, isn't fun.

depending on the day, she can either haul you back to bed for her to cuddle or ask you whether you need something to calm your nerves.

stays up with you, but falls asleep in the end.

cuddling on the sofa with her is heaven so you don't mind.

in the morning you'll be so sore and stiff though, because when she cuddles, she's not even a koala, she's literally merging with you.

her warmth usually brings you to sleep, it's likely her general comforting presence that helps you.

buys you medicine to help with your insomnia if you ask so, but she'll do it tomorrow.

for now, she'd like to rest.

contrary to alcina, the three of her daughters, and especially, bela, are insomniacs.

they do random shit at 1 in the morning.

one time bela got dragged into having a karaoke session, which meant you also got dragged by the other two sisters (read: daniela).

it's fun though, you got a good laugh from them.

which is great considering your insomnia is making you more and more mentally exhausted.

once they all let their energy out, bela can finally get some time with you.

bela may or may not bring you to her bedroom, depending on whether or not her sisters will tease her for it.

doesn't know how to make tea, so don't hope she does or ask her for it.

silence.

it gets really awkward when she's just sitting there staring at you and expecting you to just get bored and sleep.

you end up having candlelit dinner? breakfast? at 3 am.

🗡️ cassandra dimitrescu

as mentioned before she also has insomnia. she sometimes still manages to sleep though, but it usually happens at day or at random times.

after the whole late night shenanigans, usually she's the most tired because she matches daniela's endless energy but also bela's crankiness.

she enjoys laying down doing particularly nothing so expect her to lay on the same bed as you while staring blankly at the ceiling.

when asked she usually takes a few moments to respond, and as it turns out, she accidentally slept with her eyes open. kinda neat.

she's also like daniela, she can't sit still.

may make random small talks before she just… had it.

so she decided to ask you to spar with her in the armor room.

if you're tired, she'll suggest doing something else like taking a walk around the castle.

one time she's feeling generous, she actually asked you to waltz on the grand hall.

she still remembers the steps despite being dead for God knows how long but you absolutely have zero idea how to waltz.

and you're losing your shit whenever she smiles at you softly.

how uncharacteristic for the murderous vampire who gouged a maid's eyes out for looking at you wrong.

needless to say, your nights are always productive with cassandra.

🌹 daniela dimitrescu

with daniela, it's like gambling your sanity.

there's half the chance that she's feeling hyper that night, or the other being that she's feeling hella tired and doesn't want to be disturbed by the maids. (meaning if she sees someone messing up while she's in this mood, there'll be one more barrel in the cellar.)

either way, none of them meant anything good for you.

drags you to the library to read her stories, more often than not, she's asking you to read her fairy tales which is super valid. I also love them.

makes you play with her hair while you're reading.

very unpredictable, no wonder she's dimitrescu's wild card.

she sleeps when her energy runs out, which may take a long time.

she sleep talks, mostly slurring out your name or whining about how cassandra is always so unfair to her.

softly snores

you always end up being the one cleaning her mess if a maid died that day.

How the Resident girlies will spend Christmas with you as Christmas is just around the corner.

1. Bela

Bela gives you the greatest Christmas gift she could get you: taking a day off.

Bela's way to relax with you is to take you both away from home related drama. So she'd fly you away to a European country for a white Christmas. How about Germany?

You both would walk hand in hand around the snow laden streets of Berlin, enjoying the Christmas spirit.

Bela's favourite Christmas drink is mulled wine. She loves to make it personally for you. You love the warm and sweet spicy taste of it.

2. Donna

You and Donna had to keep the flower shop open during the day, as a lot of people buy last minute flowers. However, you and Donna both made sure to spend a lot of time together decorating the shop for Christmas.

Donna keeps on holding the mistletoe over you. You of course have no choice but to follow the tradition and kiss her. Not that you need any tradition to kiss your soft Italian florist.

In the evening you both decide to celebrate in the beautifully decorated shop itself. You both set the chairs and table and Donna sings Italian Christmas carols for you. Having Christmas dinner surrounded by red and white roses is a experience you'll never forget.

Donna's favourite Christmas drink is Bombardino, a Italian christmas drink quite similar to eggnog. Angie often tries to spike it. You let her do it, because drunk Donna is a adorable Donna.

3. Cassandra

Cassandra is a total Broadyway bish and she'll be taking you to catch the The Christmas Spectacular show in New York.

After the show, you both would be go to Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree and take so many cute selfies together that your phone memory would explode.

Cassandra and you would soon have enough of crowded New York streets and just retreat back home. There you both will order in some pizza and spend the Christmas night cuddling and watching musicals.

Cassandra's favourite Christmas drink is hot buttered rum. It is warm and cosy and not boring, just like Cassandra herself.

4. Angie

Angie is your resident party girl, but for Christmas, she'll stay home, with you. She wants to spend the next morning waking up with you without a hangover.

Still, there would be some drinks around. But nothing too boozy. Angie would spend Christmas cooking together with you and watching Italian soap operas with you.

Angie and you would also play a lot of board games. Especially Jenga, where you would loose for the umpteenth time. Getting drunk regularly has given Angie a excellent sense of balance.

Angie's favourite Christmas drink is Limoncello, a sweet and tangy lemon drink with dashes of alcohol. It's something that both you and Angie can enjoy without getting completely hammered.

5. Daniela

Dani is all about creating the perfect romantic dates for you. So she'll set up lights and Christmas decorations at home for the perfect Christmas date.

Dani all throughout the dinner (that she herself cooked) would tell you about the Christmas she spent at Dimiterescu Mansion. Hearing how close the Dimiterescu sisters were during childhood would always bring a smile to your face.

You and Dani after dinner would dance around the room on Christmas songs. Dani would especially loudly sing "All I want for Christmas is you".

Dani's favourite Christmas drink is a simple hot chocolate. She makes sure to put extra marshmallow on top of yours.

6. Alcina Dimiterescu

You would spend the Christmas with Alcina at her extravagant Dimiterescu Mansion. Alcina has made sure to deck every floor with Christmas decorations.

Alcina has also made sure to have her personal chef make a feast for Christmas. Stuffed turkey, buttery mashed potatoes, you name it, it's there on the table. Alcina makes sure you have a little taste of everything by her own hands.

Later, you and Alcina would spend the Christmas night painting together. You'd model in Santa clothes (how skimpy is your imagination) while Alcina happily paints on her canvas.

Alcina's favourite Christmas drink is Catena Malbec Wine. She serves it to you with a side of cheese and cured meats.

7. Miranda

Miranda bestows upon you the greatest Christmas gift she could ever give you: taking a day off.

Miranda is a homebody, so Christmas with her would be a homely and cozy affair. She would make a comforting dinner for you. You would be sitting on the kitchen counter and just watching her move around as old Christmas songs play in the background.

Miranda and you are both bibliophiles, so it's no wonder you both would curl up on a large comfy chair together and read Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.

Miranda's favourite Christmas drink is Vișinată, a Romanian sour cherry brandy. Miranda makes sure you drink it slowly so that you don't get too drunk.

Alright, your poll made me curious! What are your new headcanons about Donna dating each of the newly mutated Dimitrescu sisters? (And, if you’re comfortable with answering it ofc, do you have any spicy headcanons too?)

Ooooooh okay okay ok ok ok- firstly I would like to preface by saying the newly designed sisters behave differently. Before I idealized them a little more than usual and they basically don’t act much different then normal, but this is the Cadou we’re talking about. As the captions say- the Cadou during the mutation heightens each sister’s respective sense so they do act more beastly and ravenous than usual.

Bela

- Becomes the most uncontrollable when mutated, if she doesn’t get it her way then there is no way, her anxiety reigns supreme

- Constantly by Donna’s side and needs physical reassurance; wraps her tail around her, a wing, wing across the thigh, anything

- Seems to constantly be in a state of fight or flight, girl will roar at a bee that buzzes just slightly too loud for her comfort, which means Donna has to be mindful of what may/may not set her off

- Donna has to let her repetitively check things, kinda like how your dog may sniff you a few times when you come home to make sure it’s you

- Often times if Bela is mutated, so is Donna. Spider Donna does a lot to comfort Bela, and neither of them quite know why yet

- As much of an anxious lil punk Bela is mutated, Donna finds it adorable. They’ve found their own groove with things, and while Bela is the one comforting Donna’s anxieties unmutated- she can return the favour here

- The progress of unmutating is like waking up after a night of drinking for Bela- she remembers bits and pieces but not everything- and ends up feeling awful about how she acts when mutated

- Theyre working on it together

Cassandra

- Cassandra is already a pretty hypocritical person, she’s the middle child, of course she’s going to act all whiny when she gets attention she wants

- But in her mutated form her mixed signals get even worse

- She’ll rub up against Donna practically begging to be pet, and then the moment Donna lifts her hand to do so- Cass hisses and runs away

- It definitely was a huge hurdle for the two of them to work over, but they’ve found ways

- Their love language is subtle. They may make eye contact from across the room, Donna may put out an extra plate even if Cassandra doesn’t join for dinner, Cassandra may take a nap on Donna’s bed when she isn’t there and leave it a mess to show Donna she did.

- Her mutated form does make a good mount though. On the lucky days, Donna gets to join her for hunts.

- Can spiral into uncontrollable rage if not careful, but somehow Cassandra always recognizes Donna and refuses to hurt her

Daniela

- the most conscious of the sisters when mutated, and therefore doesn’t act too differently

- The only real difference is just how eager she is to please

- Donna has to be pretty mindful with what she asks of Daniela while she’s mutated, because Dani is going to take it all literally and bend her back to make her request a reality- even if Donna says it jokingly

- They’ve come up with “safe words” so Daniela knows when NOT to basically start world war just to get Donna a lollipop

- Cuddles. All the cuddles. If Donna is also mutated, Daniela will hold onto her like a baby bat.

- Kisses are harder with Daniela due to how contorted her mouth has become, which makes her upset, so they learned to compromise by bumping heads like cats

- Tail wagger

As for the spicy headcannons- I will admit that I have thought of a few. These will be written more generally.

- they have prehensile feet, since their arms became wings- they adapt the bird strategy of making their muscular legs makeshift arms and hands

- Although they don’t have as fine of control, they tend to wrap them around the hips and legs, and use them to pin

- The tail is a very useful tool ya know.

- They have some control over the tentacles but definitely not entire control

- I have NOT thought about them as receivers so all of these are them as tops

Bela

- her split face is optimal for oral, and it tends to be her preferred anyways

- Tries to hold her beloved with her wings but it depends if it’s successful

- She has the longest tongue of the mutated sisters. Do with that what you will.

Cassandra

- she’ll use her pharyngeal jaws to keep her lover in place, she’s surprisingly gentle with them if she wants to

- Her wings are more used as tools to give her power, especially when she’s dry humping

- Really good with her tail. Do with that what you will.

Daniela

- has the best control of her talons, the bat-like wing giving her a thumb gives her the ability to finger her lover

- she has the largest wingspan of the sisters so they tend to just shield her and her lover like an extra curtain- she wants the meal all to herself after all

- She does have a tongue but it’s mostly pulled away due to all her teeth, when it does come out though- it has a grasping end. Do with that what you will.

@sneepywhoopy : Hi, I really like your headcannons ! I don't remember if you've already done that, but what would the village ladies' reaction be to an s/o who's a sleepwalker and does stupid things like running right into a wall, talking nonsense, jumping from the top of alcina's castle etc ?

Hi! I wrote something where Y/N confesses their love for the RE8 women in their sleep check it out here! But, I like this idea too, so I'mma roll with this prompt! Also, thank you so much! Let’s get into it!

Alcina:

Alcina is no stranger to your nighttime murmuring. She will sometimes wake up to hear your voice and just listen to what you have to say.

However, when you start moving and eventually start walking in your sleep, Alcina has great cause for alarm.

A few times you have wandered in your sleep, only to be guided back to you and Alcina’s shared bedroom by a frightened maid.

One time, you bolted up out of bed saying how you needed to go make coffee and Alcina chased you up onto the roof.

You tried to jump off the top of the castle, but Alcina grabbed you before you could fall.

She keeps a dead bolt on her door now.

Donna:

Donna is a very light sleeper. If you so much as yawn she’ll wake up.

Donna has alerted her dolls to the fact that you tend to walk in your sleep. It’s nice for her to know she’s got a few helping hands.

Sometimes, you’ll be guided by some dolls to your bedroom or to sit on a nearby chair until Donna can get you.

One of the funniest things she has seen you do is have a tea party with Angie and a few other dolls while you are still asleep.

She joins you happily. She and the dolls get a good laugh at the funny things you say.

All in all, if you have to sleepwalk, it’s good you live in Donna’s house. You have a lot of little buddies to keep you safe.

Miranda:

Miranda is used to your nighttime restlessness.

She finds it rather adorable actually.

Sometimes she will record the things you talk about and do. She lets you read what she saw during the night to see if that makes any difference the next time you sleep.

It doesn’t, but win some lose some, you know?

While Miranda does not sleep much (Maybe four hours in a twenty-four hour period tops), when she is asleep, she tries to make sure you are awake so she does not have to worry about you getting into trouble.

Miranda likes to lie down next to you and rub your head while she listens to you ramble. It’s peaceful for her.

Bela:

For as hyper-alert as is she is when she is awake, Bela sleeps like a rock.

She always needs a good eight hours of sleep a night, which is valid… But it also means that her sisters have to wrangle you when you wander out around the castle in your sleep.

Bela enjoys hearing of what you did during the night. She’ll sip her morning tea calmly and listen to her sisters complain about your adventures.

She feels warm inside because she knows that you care deeply for her family and they feel the same about you. Cass and Dani wouldn’t go out of their way to keep you from getting into trouble unless they really loved you.

It only cements in her mind how special you are to her and that she made a good choice in deciding to pursue a relationship with you.

Cassandra:

I’ve mentioned this before, but Cass likes to lie right on top of you while you sleep.

She loves snuggling you and doesn’t want you to wander away. She knows how bad your sleepwalking can get.

If you wake up and try to move, she’ll know and gently push you back down.

You are surprisingly strong, though. One time, Cass tried to lay you back down only for you to completely throw her off of the bed.

Cass was pissed. Not only did you manage to fight her off, but you did it in your sleep.

Cass monitors your caffeine intake after 5:00 o'clock and promptly cuts off any sodas or coffee. She notices this change tends to make your sleepwalking better.

You complain about it sometimes, but Cass crosses her arms and stands firm which makes you listen. Don’t mess with this Dimitrescu.

Daniela:

Dani finds your sleepwalking endlessly entertaining.

Sometimes to the point of setting up obstacle courses for you to get through.

Alcina walked in to see her doing this one time and shook her head while muttering “Poor Y/N”.

Dani also likes to play games with you while you are asleep.

She loves truth or dare. You almost always pick dare and she’ll come up with funny things for you to do. Her favorite was when she made you run head first into a wall.

You woke up the next morning with a huge headache. You asked Dani what happened and she sheepishly told you.

You busted out laughing. You thought it was hilarious.

As fun as Dani thinks you are when you’re awake, she must admit that getting to see you sleepwalk has its perks too.

Bela isn't used to being properly spoiled. Yes, their mother has always made a point of letting them want for nothing, but she has always been fighting to keep her mother's attention.

So spoiling her is easy. All she needs is your attention. Remembering small details about her, or leaving notes for her even when you can't see her that day are great ways to make her heart melt.

The idea that she is an important part of your life really gets to her. In a lovely, simple way.

Other tactics for spoiling her are actually pretty difficult. She doesn't need much for material gifts, and as much as she appreciates when you offer to take some responsibilities off her plate, she's too used to micromanaging.

So, at the end of the day, when she falls into your arms, all she needs is your love and attention.

Cassandra

Cassandra doesn’t really know how to deal with how sweet you are.

She’s used to playing rough and wild, and getting that treatment in return. So your gentle touch and affection catches her off guard.

She’ll just melt into you when you hold her, like all the stress is draining out of her.

She will try and spoil you in return, but it will be with adventures and fun.

Cassandra will get ridiculously pissy if someone tries to pull your attention away when you’re spoiling her.

Daniela

The baby of the family, she knows what it is to be spoiled, but not the way you do it. All sugar sweet and warm.

Rather than simply getting her way, you actually take care of her. Giving her what she needs, not just what she wants.

She’ll double the affection and throw it right back at you. She’s very fond of covering every inch of your face in kisses when she’s happy.

More Dangie Headcannons cuz you’ll need to shoot me to shut up about them

- Angie is extremely self conscious about having her hair down. Yes she’s aware that keeping her hair in a bun 24/7 is not good but she will fucking do it.

- Took a couple of months for her to feel comfortable wearing her hair down around Daniela. Before then the only other person she was comfortable with seeing her with her hair down is Donna.

- Neither of them drive cuz no one trusts them behind a wheel

- Daniela calls Angie a jaguar affectionately due to her spots

- Angie likes braiding, unbraiding, and rebraiding Daniela’s hair as a fidget

- Daniela buys clothes just cuz she thinks they’re neat and (when she’s not stealing them) Angie has a good eye and can match clothes in her head like “oh that’ll go great with those green jeans you got last month!”

- Angie: talks like a top, acts like a top, is usually the first to initiate- actually the bottom

- Angie squeaks when she yawns and Daniela finds it THE singular cutest thing

- On the flip side, Daniela’s pout convinces Angie to do anything

- Break out into random musical numbers, they’ll sing and dance together while making toast

- Daniela has a great singing voice while Angie is the typical average singer

- Daniela scoops up Angie every opportunity she can

- Daniela struggles to have an identity when she’s by herself and Angie helps by parallel playing with her so she’s still got something solely hers and not theirs

- They collect plushies and squishmallows, their bed constantly swaps what plushie is on it

- Speaking of bed- their bed is hardly one. Once they had a little too fun at night and broke the frame and now it’s just a mattress on the floor

- They prefer it this way

- Funny enough Angie is a pretty cryer and Daniela is an ugly cryer

- Neither of them use make up much, really only for special occasions and to highlight their already pretty features

- If either one of them is having a break down, they’ll hold each other’s head to their heart- the heartbeat is very effective at calming each other down

- Additionally it’s a huge comfort when they’re going to sleep- sleeping without each other is practically impossible

- Will fall asleep during a phone call together, and stay on that call after they wake up

- Angie doesn’t dream, but Daniela does

- Not uncommon for Angie to wake up (she’s a light sleeper) with Daniela moving around in her sleep

- Not a sleep walker mind you, just the twitching and rolling and grinding-

- Perhaps the stray sound leaving her lips-

Donna, Angie, and the other dolls do a bit of decorating the night prior.

Donna wakes up early the day of to make her favorite thing for breakfast, which she then proceeds to bring you while you’re still in bed.

Angie sings you a birthday song (not the one you're thinking of) while bouncing up and down on the mattress with a few other dolls.

Well. Sing might not be the right word. It was more so just screeching.

You receive a couple of homemade gifts from your partner and her loud doll.

...You aren't entirely sure what Angie's is and have to discreetly ask Donna later.

Donna planned a couple of activities she knows you enjoy and a movie for the evening.

Alcina Dimitrescu

Alcina throws you a big extravagant party.

Alongside the usual questionable cuts of meat, the kitchen staff has prepared some of your favorite foods.

There's alcohol because of course there is. It's not a party at Castle Dimitrescu without some fancy ass alcohol.

Live music is playing. Alcina may even sing something for you if you'd like.

If you're friendly with any of the lords, they'll have received an invitation. Even Karl. Although it did pain Alcina greatly to have to send him one.

The same goes for anybody else in the village you're close with.

And because Alcina likes to spoil you, she definitely went ahead and got you some expensive gifts.

Bela Dimitrescu

Bela just... goes all out.

She plans for your birthday multiple weeks in advance.

She clears her schedule the best she can.

She puts careful thought into everything she plans for the day, which she decided on after subtly asking you questions.

Bela always gets up way before you do to attend to some morning duties, but she leaves you a lovely letter and neatly wrapped present to wake up to.

After you get through the things she's planned, you both cuddle and take a lil' nap.

Like her mother, Bela also throws a party for you. A much smaller scale one in the evening. Surprise!

Cassandra Dimitrescu

Cassandra... is a little shit.

She acts like she doesn't even know what day it is. Is she forgetting something? Hmm... No, she doesn't think so.

She does eventually stop fucking with you, though.

You're practically tackled while walking down a corridor. A pair of arms wrap around you from behind. "Happy birthday," a familiar voice whispers before you're given a quick kiss on the cheek.

The next thing you know, you're being picked up fireman style and spun around.

Cassandra simply asks you what you want to do for the day. Whatever it is, she's in.

At some point, she gives you your present by tossing it at you after yelling "Catch!"

Daniela Dimitrescu

There's a very high chance that Daniela is more excited about the day than you are.

She shakes you awake in the morning and loudly wishes you a happy birthday, dragging the end of her sentence out for an impressively long time. You feel very awake afterward.

Daniela has gotten you some flowers and a nice gift.

She put together a list of some of the things she knows you like to do. She figured that you guys could do some of them!

Also, she's attempted to make you a cake (or whatever you’d prefer)! Despite its questionable appearance, it's not bad for her first try at preparing it.

She did, of course, have a considerable amount of help from the nervous members of the kitchen staff, whom she kept giving puppy dog eyes and helpless looks until they took the hint.

If you don't stop her, she will go out of her way to announce to pretty much everyone you encounter what the special occasion is.
