The sound of the breakfast bell wakes you up in the morning, your head is pounding and your eyes feel swollen. That's what you get for crying yourself to sleep. To your surprise, you're not sad or broken hearted when you wake up. In all honesty, you feel nothing. A feeling of numbness resides in your chest. The breakfast bell rings again and you stay unmoving in your bed. All motivation to get up is nowhere to be found, you pull the duvet back over your head and fall back asleep.
Alcina enters the dining room as the girls appear from their swarms. She immediately notices that your chair is empty, thinking to herself, and secretly hoping, you're just running behind this morning. When the second bell rings and you're nowhere to be found, Alcina redirects her guilt into frustration.
"Where's y/n?" Cassandra asks.
"I don't know, I haven't seen her since dinner last night." Daniela says.
"I walked her down to the kitchen last night," Bela says. Alcina freezes and tries to keep her composure as she listens to her daughter speak. "She seemed weird, like something was bothering her."
"Did she say anything when you got to her room?" Daniela asks.
"No, well, I didn't walk her all the way to her room." Bela says quietly, looking over at her mother, expecting to be reprimanded for letting you go by yourself. Alcina releases a breath she didn't realize she was holding, relieved her daughter didn't witness the maiden leaving her chambers and turns her attention back to her breakfast. "But I walked her to the top of the stairs! I mean her room is only like 50 feet away and no one else was around!" She says preemptively defending herself.
"Mom you're not gonna yell at her for letting y/n go back to her room by herself?!" Cassandra says.
"Really! I got in so much trouble for walking away from her for two seconds and Bela gets away with totally abandoning her?!" Daniella argues.
"She was fine! If anything would have happened I would have heard it!" Bela argues back.
"And it would have been too late if that crazy maid jumped out and stabbed her!" Daniela yells.
Images of Stefana standing above you with the knife in her hand flashes before Alcina's eyes as she tightens her grip on her wine glass.
"Mom I can't believe you're not doing anything about this! It's SO unfair!"
More images flash before Alcina's eyes, this time of Mother Miranda dragging you into the lab and experimenting on you. Having to watch on helplessly as you cry out for her as you suffer. She can picture the sinister smile Mother Miranda would have across her face, watching Alcina slowly break as she watches you die.
The girls continue to argue, quickly wearing down Alcina's already limited patience as they get louder and louder.
"ENOUGH." Alcina roars. "This conversation is finished, I don't want to hear another word about it."
"But mom!" Daniela and Cassandra say in unison.
"I said enough." She hisses.
The girls fall silent and quietly eat their breakfast.
Alcina picks at her plate, her appetite is suddenly lost but she tries to keep up appearances so the girls don't question her any more than they already have.
"Good morning my Lady." Zina says as she walks into the dining room.
"Good morning Zina."
"Has y/n not joined you for breakfast this morning?" She asks, mildly concerned.
"I suppose she hasn't." Alcina says.
"Would you like me to prepare a tray and bring it to her chambers?"
"Oh! I can bring it! I want her to keep reading to me!" Daniela says.
"Absolutely not." Alcina says to her daughter, once again turning her fears and guilt into frustration and anger. "If she doesn't want to join us for meals that's her decision. I will not be giving anyone special privilege's or making more work for my staff to accommodate laziness."
The girls exchange looks, surprised at their mother's response.
"As you wish my Lady. Is there anything else you need?" Zina says.
"That's all."
The remainder of the meal is oddly quiet as the girls exchange looks while Alcina's mind drifts off.
After breakfast the girls congregate in the library.
"What was that?" Cassandra asks.
"Wow mom really wasn't in a good mood this morning." Daniela replies.
"They're both been super weird. I asked y/n about it last night and she just made up some 'it's been an off week' response, but I could hear her heartrate increase so she was definitely lying."
"You think they got into a fight?" Daniela asks.
"I doubt it, I mean they weren't even really together. What's there to fight about?" Cassandra says.
The door to the library opens and they hear Alcina humming to herself, the girls burst into swarms and scatter.
You wake up a few hours later, glancing over at the clock you realize it's almost lunch time. The thought of eating makes you nauseous, the numbness in your chest still lingers, solidifying its place in your body. Every ounce of you wants to stay in bed but your bladder is begging you to move. Reluctantly you get out of bed and walk into the bathroom to pee. You splash some water on your face after you wash your hands and look in the mirror.
"Wow I look like shit." You say to yourself.
Your eyes are still a little puffy and the dark circles under your eyes are more prominent than ever. Flashes of memories from last night appear, the young maidens face, her shaking legs, the look of surprise, then shame on Alcina's face. A pain shoots through your chest that steals your breath for a moment. The pain disappears as quickly as it appeared, the numbing feeling returning to its place. You make your way back into the bedroom, pulling the thick curtains closed before crawling back into bed. The lunch bell rings as you drift back off to sleep.
The maids serve the women of the castle lunch, Alcina catches herself staring at your empty chair, snapping out of it when her meal is placed in front of her. She lights a cigarette and takes a long drag from it, blowing the smoke out of the corner of her mouth. Aside from the clicking of silverware and the faint crackling of Alcina's cigarette, lunch is unusually quiet.
After lunch Alcina makes her way into her study, the last thing she wants to do right now is more work but she has a business to run and she can't fall behind. It takes her twice as long to do her paperwork because she keeps getting distracted. Every time she hears a small noise she pauses to listen closely to see if it's you. Once she rules out that you were the source of the noise she strains her ears to listen for your heartbeat. When she's finally able to find it, she listens to it for a minute. It hasn't changed in the last few hours so she assumes you're asleep. Alcina continues this pattern for the majority of the afternoon, she tries her best to focus and put a dent into the paperwork she has to do but its no use. Abandoning her work for the time being she makes her way back to her chambers.
She sheds her hat and gloves and paces back and fourth, running her fingers through her hair, struggling with the war waging inside of her.
In your bed you wake up again, grateful to realize most of the day has passed. You hear the familiar sound of heels clacking against the floor, the sound of Alcina's bedroom door opening and closing. Hearing her pacing back and fourth in her chambers you find the rhythm oddly soothing and you close your eyes once more.
Alcina immediately notices a change in your heartbeat, she pauses for a moment to listen and continues to pace. Your heartbeat slows once more, it dawns on her that you can probably hear her pacing in her chambers as your breath begins to match her steps. A small smile crosses her face for a moment knowing she was able to bring you some peace. The smile quickly fades and is replaced with a scowl when she realizes the thought that just crossed her mind.
A low growl rumbles in her chest as she grows frustrated with herself. She grabs the bottle of wine off of her vanity and makes her way into the bathroom to draw herself a bath.
"To hell with the glass." She thinks as she drinks straight from the bottle.
After shedding her clothes, jewelry and hair pins, she lowers herself in the tub and closes her eyes, the warm water soothing her. The relaxing sensation only lasts for a few minutes when she hears your heartrate pick up once more. Her ears focused on you, she hears you walk across your room, probably into your bathroom. As hard as she tries she can't seem to stop herself from listening to your heartbeat. Aggravated, she slides down into the tub submerging herself completely under water. Grateful that the water filling her ears was able to mute the sound of your heartbeat, she finds herself momentarily envious of her brother Moreau, living under water must be nice since he probably doesn't hear a damned thing. Although she does shake her head at the ridiculousness of being envious, of Moreau. Out of the four lords Alcina finds him the most pathetic, a simpleton, his only redeeming quality in her eyes is the fact that he's an excellent physician.
Alcina breaks through the surface of the water and runs her hands through her hair, combing it away from her face.
"Mother?"
Alcina turns to see Bela standing at the door of her bathroom.
"Come in."
Bela takes a few steps into the bathroom, Alcina watches her as Bela notices the bottle of wine sitting on the floor next to her. Alcina closes her eyes and rests her head against the tub, acting as if the wine bottle was never there to begin with.
"Do you need something draga?" She asks.
"We wanted to know if you were going to join us for dinner?"
Alcina opens her eyes and looks at her daughter, confused.
"The dinner bell rang a few minutes ago." Bela says.
"My apologies draga, I must have not heard it." Alcina wonders how long she was under water for, it must have been for longer than she thought if she missed the dinner bells. "Yes, I will be joining you."
Bela looks at her mother with concern.
"What is it sweetling?"
"I don't want to pry," Bela says, looking down at her feet. "But, are you okay? You haven't been yourself lately and Dani and Cass and I are worried about you."
"Fetița mea dulce." Alcina says, reaching her hand out towards Bela's. (My sweet girl) Bela steps forward and takes her mothers hand into hers. "I am sorry that I worried you and your sisters." She says, stroking the back of Belas hand. "Rest assured I am fine. The stress from work has taken its toll this week, is all."
Alcina doesn't know why she even bothers trying to lie to the girls, especially Bela, who's basically a walking lie detector test. She sees the look in Bela's eyes when she knows her mother isn't telling the whole truth but Bela decides to not push the issue. Alcina rationalizes her half-truth with the fact that her daughters don't need to know the details of her love life.
"I will be down in a few minutes draga." Alcina says giving Bela's hand a small squeeze before letting go.
Bela heads downstairs and Alcina dunks herself under the water once more before getting out of the tub. After drying off she slides a nightgown over her body and wraps one of her luxurious floor-length robes around her, tying it tightly around her waist. She fixes her makeup, even though most of it washed off in the tub, she refuses to go downstairs bare faced, it's bad enough she's showing up to dinner in her robe. It's something she very rarely does and usually only happens after a particularly bad or stressful day. Alcina pins her damp curls and wraps a silk scarf around her head, giving herself a once over in the mirror before deeming her appearance just barely acceptable for dinner and goes downstairs.
"Good evening girls, I apologize for my tardiness." Alcina says as she takes her seat at the head of the table.
"Its okay mother." Bela says.
"We waited for you!" Daniela says.
"Well, some of us did." Cassandra says, eyeing the large bite missing from Daniela's dinner.
"Shut it Cass!" Daniela yells at her. "I bit into if before we decided to wait!"
"It doesn't matter!" Cass yells back.
"That is enough." Alcina says sternly as the girls fall silent. "I appreciate you waiting for me. Please, eat. I'm sure you girls are hungry."
As the girls go to dig into their meals Daniela interrupts.
"Wait, should we wait for y/n? She hasn't eaten all day, she must be hungry."
"What makes you think she's showing up now? She hasn't left her room all day, idiot." Cassandra snaps.
"I don't think she's coming Dani." Bela says, sympathetically.
Daniela looks over to Alcina.
"Eat." Alcina says to her.
Just like the two other meals of the day, dinner was unusually quiet for the Dimitrescu family.
The night carries on as you continue to lie in bed, you hear a faint buzzing noise in the distance and realize it's getting louder until it sounds like it's in your room.
Daniela emerges from the swarm standing next to your bed, for a moment you're grateful that you're facing the other direction.
"Y/n, can you keep reading me the book we started last night?" She asks softly.
"Not tonight kiddo."
You feel guilty, but all you want is to be alone.
"Aw, but-"
"Dani," you say as your voice lightly shakes. "Please." The last word leaving your lips as a whisper, trying your best to keep your voice steady and tears at bay.
All you wanted all day was for the nighttime to arrive, but now that it's here the numbness in your chest fades back to the familiar feeling of heartbreak and sadness.
Daniela disappears into a swarm of flies and leaves your room. You hold tightly onto your pillow as tears soak into the pillowcase.
After dinner Alcina locks herself in her chambers for the night and writes in her diary.
How could she miss every meal today? How incredibly selfish.
She writes, trying her hardest to cling to anger and frustration, desperately trying to keep it from forming into guilt and sadness.
Is this how she repays me? After I brought her into my home, I clothed her, fed her, put a roof over her head, after I gave her work, gave her a purpose that wasn't raising those children. After I rescued her from that awful house and that pathetic manthing she called her uncle, after I protected her, from both that wretched maid and Mother Miranda. After I cared for her, nursed her back to health, after I lov-
Alcina's breath hitches when she realizes what she's writing.
After I loved her, after I-
Tears begin to roll down her cheeks and onto the page.
After I broke her heart, after I hurt her so deeply.
"Oh goddamnit Alcina." She says quietly as she becomes frustrated with herself, her tears falling faster.
What have I done? Could I ever forgive someone if they did to me what I've done to her? I don't think I could. How could I know that I could ever trust them again?
I wish so deeply that Mother Miranda never set eyes on her. Never suggested to use her in her experiments. Even if it was just to give me enough time to figure out how to keep her safe from Mother. If I just spoke to her, told her how both I love and fear Mother Miranda, how I could never repay her for giving me my girls, how I yearn for her approval, how deeply I want her to be proud of me yet how I hate her for turning me into what I am.
If I only told her my true feelings for her. Told her how I feared for her, how I only wanted to keep her safe. I fear it's too late and the damage is too great for her to ever speak to me again. Never have I regretted something to deeply in my life.
Closing her diary, Alcina covers her face with her hands.
The following morning you wake up to the smell of breakfast. Confused, you roll over and see a tray on the nightstand beside your bed, assuming you slept through the breakfast bells. You know you have to eat, but truthfully the thought of food makes you want to puke a little. Reluctantly, you grab a piece of toast and take a few bites and toss it back onto the plate. The numbness in your chest is back and you're almost grateful for it, since the alternative seems to be crippling heartbreak and sadness. After crying yourself to sleep for the second night in a row, you've grown tired of the feeling.
Walking into the bathroom you stare at the shower. You feel a little grimey from laying in bed all day yesterday and you know you should jump in but the amount of effort it's taking just to convince yourself to get in is exhausting. Fighting the numbness and urge to climb back into bed, you shut the bathroom lights off to bring you some comfort and get into the shower. The hot water sooths you as it runs over your body. A fleeting moment of relaxation is stolen when the numbness breaks, flooding you with heartbreak once more. Grateful the running water seems to drown out your sobs, you slide down the shower wall and sit on the floor as the water pours over you, letting out the sadness you've been keeping in. After some time you feel like you've run out of tears to cry. You take a deep breath and stand up and make your way out of the shower. Once you're dried off you put on a clean pair of pajamas and once again climb back into bed.
The next few days go the same way, you wake up with the breakfast tray next to you, you eat a few bites of the most simple item on the tray and roll back over. You're either asleep, or pretend to be, when the maids come in and switch out each barely touched tray of food with the next meal. Like the meals prior, you take a few small bites and give up. The numbness in your chest only grows, making its way down to your stomach where it steals most of the little appetite you have left. You feel it spread through your limbs, making it almost impossible to pull yourself out of bed for the most simple tasks. Each night the numbness falls away allowing the desperation and heartbreak to eat away at you. You're grateful you're not crying yourself to sleep anymore, but you've cried so much the last few days you're probably too dehydrated to produce any more tears.
Your absence doesn't go unnoticed by the girls or Alcina when you continue to not show up for each meal. After the first day Alcina made sure each meal was brought up to you to at least try and get you to eat. Every time a tray was taken away she noted how little you've eaten and her concern for you only grew.
The girls keep coming into your room and trying to talk to you, it breaks your heart to act so cold towards them but there isn't a ounce of you that wants to talk to anyone. After another visit you pull yourself out of bed and lock the door hoping it will keep them out and you crawl back into bed.
Some time goes by and you hear the door handle jiggle, you hold your breath for a moment and release it when it stops and you hear footsteps retreating. Glancing over at the clock you realize it's just passed dinner time and it was probably a maid bringing you your meal.
Alcina makes her way towards her study after dinner, she's barely gotten any work done the last week, too distracted and distraught. She was hoping to talk to you when you came out of your room but she's concerned you may never leave. Deep in thought she passes Zina with your dinner tray, heading back towards the kitchen.
"Zina why was that not brought to y/n's chambers?"
"Good evening my Lady. Her door was locked, I was just on my way to retrieve my spare key."
"Why do you not carry it on you?"
"Will all due respect my Lady, if I carried every spare key you've given me on my person it would take me twice as long to complete my tasks I'd be so weighed down." She says with a smile.
Alcina lightly chuckles.
"I suppose that's fair. I'll take the tray to her, I have a set of spare keys in my chambers. No need for you to make your way all the way down to the kitchen and back up."
"It's no trouble my Lady-"
"I insist."
"Of course."
Zina hands the tray to Alcina, what Zina needed two hands to hold Alcina can easily carry it with one of hers.
"Have a good evening my Lady." Zina says with a small bow.
"Good night Zina."
Alcina goes to her chambers and gets her set of spare keys and makes her way to your door. She takes a deep breath before placing the key into the keyhole and unlocking the door. After another breath she opens the door and steps through the threshold.
As you lay in bed you can hear someone fiddling with the doorknob and you her a small "click" as the door unlocks. A moment later the door opens and you're enveloped by the scent of Alcina's perfume. You never thought a scent could invoke such strong emotions but as soon as you smell her perfume your heart feels like its breaking all over again. You miss the scent, you miss how the scent was at its strongest when your head was curled into her neck, how safe you felt in her arms, the way her fingers ran through your hair, how her soft, cool lips gave you so much warmth when you felt them on your skin. Truthfully, you miss her, but your heart is still too broken, too hurt to do anything about it. You hoped that she just happened to be passing by when the maid opened the door but you hear her heels on the floor, slowly stepping towards you and you see her shadow cast across the bed. If your back wasn't turned you don't think you would be able to stop yourself from staring at her.
Alcina walks into your room and can immediately hear your heartbeat increase, it brings her some comfort to know you knew it was her entering your room right away. She takes a few steps forward and stands there for a moment, hoping you'll turn towards her.
The tears begin to build in your eyes and you try your hardest to hold onto them until she leaves. Part of you so desperately wants her to scoop you up into her arms and hold you and the other part of you wishes she'll walk away and leave you alone forever.
Alcina hears your heartbeat increase. She picks up the lunch tray and realizes you didn't even touch it. Replacing it with the dinner tray she looks over at you again. She reaches out to touch you and goes to speak but stops herself, slowly dropping her hand. Releasing a shaky exhale she turns to leave.
You hear Alcina pick up the lunch tray and replace it with the dinner tray. She sounds like she's about to speak as you hear her shift but she stops herself. The lump in your throat grows so large it's nearly choking you when you hear her release the shaking breath she was holding back. The sound of her footsteps get further away as she heads back towards the door; you hear her open the door and the sound of a slight shift, knowing she turned around to look at you once more. Holding onto your sobs for dear life one manages to escape a second before the door clicks shut. Once you hear the click the floodgates open and you cry, you cry harder than you have the last couple of days. Angry, hurt, heartbroken, you want to hate her. There might be a part of you that does, but you also miss her. Part of you wants to hear her side, let her explain why she did what she did, another part of you doesn't want to hear it.
Right before she ducks out of the room Alcina turns to look at you again, she can hear your heart pounding. She ducks out of the door and right before it clicks shut she hears a sob escape from you, the sound crushes her. After she closes the door she hears you begin to cry again, harder than you have in a few days. With a pain in her chest Alcina leans against the wall and slowly slides down until she's sitting on the floor, placing the tray next to her. She brings her knees to her chest and tears fill her eyes. As she wipes away a tear that fell she hears a noise and looks down the hall, a maid had just come out of one of the rooms. Realizing the noise was a small gasp, the maid was not expecting to see Alcina, no less sitting on the floor in this state. Freezing for a moment, the maid doesn't know what to do.
"Go on." Alcina says, nodding in the direction the maid was heading.
The maid quickly makes her way past Alcina.
"Take this to the kitchen please." Alcina says, picking up the tray and handing it to the maid.
"Of course my Lady." The maid quietly says.
Alcina turns so her hat is covering most of her face but she's able to catch a glimpse of the maids face. Along with the slight look of fear, the maid gives Alcina an empathetic look as she takes the tray and walks away.
Once the maid is out of view Alcina leans her head back against the wall and looks up, trying to blink away her tears.
"How do I fix this?" She says quietly to herself.

Lycan Karl Heisenberg x Female Reader
Rated M for Violence, language and Smut
***
Silence. A sensation that can be both pleasant and unpleasant depending on the situation. And currently, the silence was unpleasant. Karl couldn't hear anything around him. He didn't see anything else either. Was he dead? Had Miranda killed him? No. He remembers little by little. Combat. The places. Pain. Miranda's gaze. Aria... He couldn't forget. Not her. Her face, her adorable face. Her smile, so innocent. That sweet farewell kiss she gave him. And her tears. He couldn't erase them from his memory. Miranda will pay for it. She's going to pay a lot for everything she's done. Simply killing her would only be a too sweet punishment for her. No... Karl intends to make her suffer. Suddenly he heard voices. Family voices. Alcina, Donna, Angie, the Dimitrescu girls and... Chris. Then he felt pain. And tissue on his skin. Bandages. Again. But above all. The pleasant warmth of the sun.
When he opened his eyes, he realized that he was no longer in the factory, but in one of the rooms of the Beneviento House. How did he end up there? Who had worn it so far? Anyway, he was alive. And this thanks to the care he received. He stood up not without grimacing. holding his stomach before moving towards the door and opening it gently. The voices became clearer and Karl could hear better.
“Miranda is too strong! you've seen what it's like! In addition, Moreau is on her side! even if we are more numerous, they have the advantage!” said Angie.
“And then you saw what she did to Uncle Karl?? He could have died there! Luckily Aunt Donna knows as much medicine as Uncle Moreau does!” said Daniella worried.
“And now she has Aria in her hands. She will sacrifice her to bring her daughter back to life! we failed!” said Bella.
“No. Not yet.” said Karl, surprising everyone. Even Chris.
“Karl...” said Alcina, rushing to him in order to hug him tenderly. “I was so scared for you. I thought this time...”
“I believe that death doesn’t want to see me in his kingdom at all. To keep me alive for so long...” replied the latter, chuckling before coughing.
“How do you feel? She inflicted a hell of a wound on you.” asks Chris.
“It will only be one more. it's okay, I'm fine. She just... weakened me to prevent me from transforming myself. I could have easily blocked her silver blade but... she has a hell of a grip for a woman. But I feel that my strength has returned. Thank you for worrying about that.”
“Uncle Karl... Aria is...” starts Cassandra.
“I know. She... she sacrificed herself to save me. She traded her life for mine.”
“What are we doing now? We have no way of knowing where they are.” said Alcina.
“... Do you still have it with you?” replied Karl, looking at Chris.
The latter smiled at him and took out of one of his pockets, a small box to show it to Karl. Karl smiled and sneered before gently grabbing the small box in his hands. He checked that everything was intact before returning it to Chris.
“Perfect.” simply said Karl.
“What is it?” ask Alcina curious and suspicious.
“This small box is a signal transmitter. It is usually accompanied by a small transmitter. if I turn it on, it will send a signal, which the small transmitter will send back to the box. And we will know the position of the signal. Basically, to make it simpler...” said Chris.
“Thanks to this we will be able to find Aria. And Miranda.” replied Karl.
“You can tell us when you were able to put this... transmitter on Miranda?” said Donna.
“We didn't put it on Miranda.” responds Karl, smiling.
All looked at each other, surprised, before turning their gaze to Chris and Karl. Several hours before...
* Ok, Angie is on her way to talk with Moreau. Your whole team is ready to intervene... And me and Aria will take care of Alcina. we just have to cross our fingers for it to work, Redfield. * Said Heisenberg.
*I hope so. But we still have one more little thing to see. * Responds Chris.
*And what is it? *
* As I told you, you have to be prepared for everything. Miranda is strong. So, there is a possibility for her to succeed in capturing Aria. *
*It won’t happen. *
*How could you know? All it takes is a moment of inattention. And if it happens. Aria can never be found. So, for that...* Replied Chris, taking out a small transmitter.
*A transmitter? you want to track Aria and Miranda with that? *
*Absolutely. If Aria is ever captured, thanks to the signal of the box and this small transmitter, we will be able to know Miranda's position without her knowing it. *
* Still, she must not find it. And where do you intend to hide it on Aria? Be careful with your answer. *
*Well...*
* Behind my necklace. * Interrupts Aria. * She will never suspect that I am hiding something behind my necklace. And I don't think she's the type to search. She must have expected me to agree to help her without flinching. *
*So basically, Aria serves as bait. I thought you were protecting the widow and orphan Redfield. Not that you used them to succeed in your plans. * Replied Karl.
*That’s the case. if I can avoid involving civilians, I do. The problem is that Aria is Miranda's target. If we don't want to lose sight of her, and if we want to stop Miranda, we really have no other choice. * Said Chris.
*… you better hope that would work, otherwise you're dead. Got it? *
*Got it. *
*Give me the transmitter. I'll put it on Aria. *
“Both of you are... really a crazy team... You both found each other well. And to say that you kill each other a few hours ago.... it's scary.” said Daniela.
“Like what... things are not always what they seem to be.” said Donna.
“It doesn’t solve the problem. Miranda is always stronger than us. How are we going to beat her?” said Alcina.
“I have no idea. But the priority is to prevent her from killing Aria. And to succeed in her ritual.” Responds Chris.
“That, I make it my business. On the other hand... I am the one who deals the final blow to Miranda. It is a matter of honour. And revenge.” Said Karl. Chris nodded and used his headset to contact his team.
“Here Alpha, you receive me?”
“here’s Lobo. I receive you 5 out of 5, captain. What’s going on?”
“I'm going to need you. I placed a transmitter on the young Aria. Unfortunately, Miranda captured her. She intends to sacrifice her. I need the exact coordinates of their position.”
“Copy that. Send me the signal as soon as you have it.”
Chris activated the signal transmitter and looked at the screen. A bright spot flashed slowly. He sent the signal to Lobo, so that in turn he could determine the exact position of the young woman.
“OK. If I am not mistaken, the signal comes from the village. More precisely from the center of the village. But it is weak.” Said Lobo.
“The center of the village? It’s impossible.”
“And yet it is.”
“And you say the signal is weak?”
“Yes. As if there’s something blocking the signal.”
“... They are underground. What’s in the center of the village?”
“The church. The cemetery. And the statue. As well as dwellings.” said Angie.
“... There must be a passage underground. And the entrance must be under one of them. The church is too small.” starts Chris.
“And I don't think Miranda would use a grave in the cemetery to create her passageway. On the other hand, the statue in its center... I've always found it strange.” said Karl.
“Now we know where to go. Lobo, I want you and the whole team to be ready to step in and get us back. Because there is a good chance that Miranda will lead us the hard life. Got it?” said Chris.
“Got it. You can count on us Captain. Lobo, over.”
“Can they really be trusted?” Ask Alcina.
“You can. They never disappointed me. These guys have always given their lives to succeed in the missions we were entrusted with. They are tough guys. and men of honour. This is my squad.” replied Chris.
The whole team got together to sort out the final details before setting off for the village. Meanwhile, in the underground. Miranda was quietly preparing the ritual. Aria was locked in a cell, curled up on herself with tears in her eyes. She knew she wouldn't come back this time. That was the end. The real one this time. But she couldn't help but keep a glimmer of hope. She knows that Chris and the others are still alive. She knows they are on their way to save her. All she hopes is that they arrive before it is too late. Because she knows that if she were to die again, Karl wouldn't stand it. And that, she herself doesn’t support.
“Chris... Karl... and everyone else... I beg you. Come to my rescue. I beg you... Help me. Get me out of this nightmare.”
That's all she could say before she started crying. Tears flowed from her face, like an endless waterfall. Some fell on her clothes; others fell to the ground. But something ...particular happened with the tears of the young woman. Something that no one, not even Miranda, saw. When they touched the ground, the tears began to... freeze. And it was no longer tears littering the ground... but small ice crystals.
There’s not a minute to lose now. The countdown has begun.
And this time, there will be no second chance.
Not anymore.
***
(It's the end of the holidays! which means a resumption of classes, work... and for me a rhythm of work that will allow me to rest a little more and write more! Finally! I'm still working on Road 96; I try to see how I intend to tell all these ideas that I have in mind! I keep the most important and throw away everything that seems useless in my story! I hope you enjoy this chapter! Have a great week everyone! See ya!)

𝓪 𝓹𝓮𝓷𝓷𝔂 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓽𝓱𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱𝓽𝓼
RE8 Lords and the Dimitrescu daughters with a GN Maiden/Servant reader who wears a porcelain mas they never take off.
~,~
Alcina Dimitrescu -She was.. intrigued to say the least.
-She was tempted to just walk up to you and order you to take it off but decided against it
-What am I kidding she totally did.
“(Y/N) take off your mask.”
“No <3″
-You left the room after that.
-She was really confused because that was the first time she had heard your voice and fuck your voice is pretty and should she tell you that and oh no gay panic
-”Accidentally” walked in on you changing to try and see your face and was met with a chest binder and a mask on your face.
-She was pissed after that.
-She would make the uniform quite heavy with a few jackets and put you in rooms with no ac and window roofs in an attempt to make you take off your mask to cool down
-it didnt work
~,~
Karl Heisenberg
-He fucking HATED that damned mask.
-You always wore it!
-He resorted to attempting to smash it to bits.
-You knew him by then and had someone in the village put a few thin sheets of gold in the mask.
-His hand hurt after that.
-He stopped trying after that.
~,~
Salvatore Moreau
-He didn’t really do much and never really tried to take it off.
-Doesn’t mean he didn’t want to see your face.
-Would attempt to sabotage it by taking the mask while you were showering
-Realized you wore it while you showered.
~,~
Donna Beneviento
-Didn’t really mind and even related to it.
-She had her veil and hardly ever took that off.
-Walked into your room while you were sleeping on accident
-Stopped and stared because why are you wearing your mask while you’re asleep
-Realized she probably wouldn’t see you without your mask and gave up
-Didn’t stop Angie though.
-Angie would bite the sides of the mask and try to pull it off to no avail.
-She continues to attempt to this day.
~,~
Bela Dimitrescu
-Calmest sibling out of the 3.
-Did get concerned cause she got curious and realized you wore it while you slept, ate, and showered.
-Just concerned and confused.
-Bonus she literally restrains the other two, just giving you a calm smile
Cassandra Dimitrescu
-Similar to Heisenberg, but more feral.
-Tries to snap the straps, smash it, rip it off your face, etc, etc.
-Also tries to heat up the castle, make the uniform heavier, just make your life a living hell until you take it off.
“(Y/N) if you don’t take off your mask I will sucker punch you in the gut.”
“Try me, I have a high pain tolerance, bitch.”
-You literally did not care.
-Cussed her out, even.
-Flipped her off and left the room.
-She still persists, but cries internally about not being able to see your pretty face.
~,~
Daniella Dimitrescu
-Only one that actually got close, surprisingly.
-Managed to use some flies to apply pressure onto the buckle, succesfully undoing it.
-You caught it before your face could be seen, however.
-Most definitely the most playful out of the bunch!
-Doesn’t attempt to see your face out of malice or anything.
-Just playful curiosity!
-Never goes to far at all.
-teensy bit concerned at you never taking it off.. at all??

With the release of this game and my new obsession, I bring you this! I’ve got an idea for a fic to go with it, which I will post at a later date.
Disclaimer: I don’t own the characters of RE8. Credit to dem creators of da game :3
(Also plz don’t repost or publish in a separate post without my permission, thank you ;3 ) (you may reblog if you want :3 )
But IMAGINE:
Human! Reader takes the Dimitrescu family to a tropical beach. (At night/sunset ofc) Alcina and y/n let the girls go wild. They’re all fascinated by this new place. Cassandra is comparing the sand to snow, Bella is interested in the little sand bugs with snippy hands (crabs), and Daniella is... eating... the sand... Y/n is enjoying the break, glad to be back at the beach for once, and Alcina pretends to be uninterested at the place but finds herself liking it a LOT. She’ll come to enjoy the beach herself. It’s a great break from the Castle, the stresses of the business, and an escape from Mother Miranda AND that idiot Heisenberg. They need this ok? It’s boring after a while, being cooped up inside the castle for forever. (Also put them in different clothing than their typical dress, just to give a bit more of a vacation vibe. They don’t ALWAYS wear what they wear, they have other clothes.)

Can i request hc for the lords And the sisters with an S/O that sings and sings them a song?
Here you are!
Lady Dimitrescu-
She's absolutely delighted. Her dearest is so talented!
She will request that you sing for her more often, and would love to play piano for you in return.
Will praise you until you're red in the face about how talented you are.
Daniella Dimitrescu-
She's so excited! You have such a pretty voice! And it's all for her!!
Shes like a rabid Chihwahwa at the best of times, so when shes excited she can be a bit overwhelming.
She will want you to sing for her more often
Theres at least a 30% chance she will attempt to bite at your neck if shes listening to you sing. Its affectionate, she means no harm.
Bela Dimitrescu-
I firmly believe that Bela and her mother are the only two who can actually play music in the castle
Personally, I believe that she would also have a quite refined singing voice.
She would sing for you if you sang for her and she adores being able to harmonize with you.
Her compliments tend to be much more technical than the others, due to the fact that she has a working knowledge of singing technique.
Cassandra Dimitrescu-
Such a pretty little songbird for her! Just hope she doesnt ask her mother for a bird cage to keep you in.
She loves getting noises out of you in any way she sees fit and will compare every noise you make to music, listening to you proper sing is much the same for her.
Donna Beneviento-
Angie would absolutely sing along with you, that is a fact.
Donna is just??? So happy???? You're amazing and she's so in love with you and you're so talented.
Please sing her to sleep at night, she will appreciate it so much.
Salvatore Moreau-
He worships the ground you walk on, and hearing you sing is like a blessing for him.
No one else on the list will compliment you half as much as he will, he literally will not stop telling you how amazing you are.
He doesn't know how to respectfully ask you to sing more often for him, but he really wants you to.
Karl Heisenberg-
An absolute bastard man. He will take the opportunity to tease you.
Don't get me wrong, hes infatuated with you and thinks you have the prettiest fuckin voice hes ever heard, but he will give you various bird nicknames now.
He never interrupts you when you're singing though, he waits until you're done to add his dumb comments.

I know realistically there would be bloodshed but I keep laughing at the image of lady d storming into the winters house in the middle of an argument and indignantly snatching up teen reader, pulling a face at Ethan and Mia and storming out all while her daughters are sticking their tongues out at them
Hehehehe yesss. I'm seeing Lady Dimitrescu busting down the door and hauling reader up on her hip, pushing your head into her shoulder, giving Ethan and Mia the most disgusted look, like she can't believe they would make you purposely cry.
"You don't deserve her."
And as soon as she says that, the daughters immediately attack the couple, leaving only when they're on the floor (because if the game has taught us anything, they can't die right?). But Daniella goes upto baby Rose and flips her off. "Fuck you, Rosemary. Ugly ass child." And then, she storms off with her family.

Hi if your able to headcanons for the Resident evil village women reacting to their s/o getting injured when a maiden accidently hurt them
Hi anon, I'm so sorry this took so long to write 😔
Tumblr media
Alcina Dimitrescu
- She doesn't like it when people touch what is hers (with the exception of her daughters interacting with you because those are her family)
- She ESPECIALLY doesn't like it when people hurt what is hers. So when a servant accidentally trips you down a flight of stairs (it's happened to me before 😔).....
- Well, let's just say she is not happy. Far from it.
- You swear you here a woman screaming later on, when Alcina rests you on her bed with a kiss to the forehead, but you brush it off as your imagination.
- After all, Alcina is holding you in her arms as you both lounge on her bed, she's pressing kisses to your face as you laugh slightly. Everything must be okay, right?
Donna Beneviento
- She's not necessarily the best at showing her feelings
- But as soon as she sees you injured, she freaks out. Like full on panic. It doesn't matter how badly your hurt, whether it's just a scratch or if it's a broken bone, she panics
- She doesn't do anything to the maiden, but she immediately brings you home and makes sure you're alright
- She will fuss over you until she realizes what she's doing and becomes too shy to continue
- She doesn't mean any harm, she just cares about you a lot and doesn't want to see you hurt
Bela Dimitrescu
- Bela is calm about the situation. That does not mean that the maiden gets to live, it just means she's not going to hurt anyone in front of you
- So Cassandra takes care of the poor lady but that's besides the point-
- Bela just takes you to your room and makes sure you're alright, talking to you so you'll focus on her voice instead of the screams that could be barely heard from below
- She gives you kisses and cuddles with you and makes you ignore what could be heard from the poor lady
- She was telling you that everything was alright, so who were you to try and disagree with her?
Cassandra Dimitrescu
- Oh she goes feral
- Daniella's the one that has to bring you to your room so that you don't have to see the bloodbath that Cassandra is going to cause
- Cassandra comes up after, probably in different clothes from earlier to keep from blood getting all over your room
- She makes sure you're alright, and you ignore the blood under her nails. You assumed it was old. It had to be, right?
- You didn't know the answer, and you weren't sure you wanted to. You were with her and that's what mattered!
Daniella Dimitrescu
- She's calmer than Cassandra about the whole ordeal
- Again, that does not mean the poor lady gets to live. It just means she gets a little bit of time to be upset as Daniella ushers you upstairs and to her room
- She takes care of the lady quickly, you can barely hear the screams from below before she comes up again
- She makes sure you're alright, and cuddles with you and gives you so many kisses you're almost smothered in them
- But you're not bothered, you're just happy that she's happy and that she's giving you affection

Taken (Modern AU) - Ch 6
Tumblr media
Pairing: Alcina Dimitrescu x Fem!Reader Series: Taken (Modern AU) Taglist
AN: Hey everyone! Another chapter is up!
I’ve noticed some of you from the taglist can’t be tagged. I don’t know why, I’ve double checked for the third time today and I am sure I have written everything correct. If you find your name in the taglist but isn’t tagged, try and see if anything is out of the ordinary for you on your profile. I do apoligize for the inconvinience.
“You asked her out?!”, Daniela squeaked as she and her sisters along with their father sat in the living room, watching tv. Alcina had just mentioned she was going out Friday night. She hadn’t even mentioned where she was going or who she was going out with.
Alcina stared at her youngest for a moment before turning to Jeremy who held up his arms in defense. “Don’t look at me, I didn’t tell them anything”
“So it’s true then. You’re going out with her”, Bela said this time and Alcina could hear the protectiveness in her voice.
“Yes. Doctor y/l/n and I are going out Friday night. I hope you don’t mind”, she said, the last sentence with a pit of sarcasm.
“Of course not mama. We want you to be happy”, Cassandra said eyeing her sisters with a look making them both roll their eyes, but kept quiet. “But you’re still gonna come to my game Saturday right?”
Alcina smiled at Cassandra and nodded. “Of course darling”
Cassandra smiled wide and looked at her father. “Are you going too papa?”
That made everyone turn to the man and said man looked his daughter for a moment before turning to Alcina who already knew the answer. “Cass I–“
“Jeremy”, Alcina warned and Jeremy turned to her.
“Alcina I have work”
“This means everything to her!”
Jeremy eyed her before turning to Cassandra who sat with tears in her eyes. “Cassandra I–“, he was interrupted as she stood from the couch and ran out of the room and up the stairs.
Bela immediately stood as well, and walked after her. “Why are you always working?”, Daniela asked innocently and Jeremy turned to her.
“My boss is strict. Look I will try to make it okay? But I can’t make any promises” He turned to Alcina who eyed him knowingly. He wasn’t going to come and they both knew it.
“Ugh this dress is hideous!”, you hissed as you went through your wardrobe. On your bed sat Eli and Jane, watching you. You and Jane had planned to find a dress for your date with Alcina. But right now it did not seem possible. Somehow none of the dresses you owned were good enough.
“Y/n you look gorgeous in all of them”, she said, making you turn to her with a look. “Right Eli?”
The boy nodded silently and you gave him a smile making him blush. You turned back to you closet, looking through all of your dresses. A beeping sound was heard and Jane widened her eyes.
“Uh! The popcorns are done”, she said and half ran out of bedroom to the kitchen.
“Popcorn? Seriously?”, you commented turning back around, a frown covering your face. You turned to your son who smiled back at you. “Really?”
He smiled wider, letting out a small chuckle and you couldn’t stop yourself from chuckling yourself. Your son was just the cutest.
You walked over to him and kissed his forehead before crouching down in front of him. “Are you sure you’re okay with mommy going out?”, you asked for the third time that day and Eli actually rolled his eyes making you chuckle.
“Yeah mommy. Tall lady pretty”, he said making you smile.
“Yeah. She really is pretty isn’t she?”
Elijah nodded and you smiled, bringing him in for a hug. You closed your eyes, letting yourself savor the moment, smelling his smell that was all your wife. “I love you buddy”, you whispered and kissed his cheek making the boy chuckle.
“Love you mommy”
You smiled and kissed him again when you heard crunching in the background and looked over to see Jane standing in the door way, a bowl of popcorn in her hands, leaning against the doorframe.
“You’re so sweet”, she commented and you let out a chuckle shaking your head as you stood from the floor.
“Just help me please”
Jane smiled and walked back to her seat next to Elijah, placing the bowl on the boy’s lap, making him smile wide and take a popcorn into his mouth.
“Not too much buddy, okay?”, you told him sternly and Elijah nodded.
“Yes mommy”
Jane smiled at the boy, stroking his hair. She took a handful of popcorn before turning to you. “Alright hot shot. Show me what you got”
Bela sat in Cassandra’s bed watching tv while her sister slept next to her, her head on her shoulder. Daniela was sitting by Cassandra’s desk, writing on her MacBook. Whenever she had the time between school and work, she always wrote her stories.
“What are you writing about?”, Bela asked quietly and Daniela turned to her, staring back at her. And right there Bela knew what she was writing.
“You’re writing smut aren’t you?”
Daniela mumbled a ‘yeah’ before suddenly a knock was heard and they both turned to see Jeremy open the door. “Hey, may I come in?”
They both nodded, Daniela closing her MacBook while Bela turned off the tv. Jeremy walked in and sat on the end of the bed.
“Should I wake–“
“No, it’s okay, I’ll talk to her later, let her sleep”, he stopped his oldest and Bela nodded, letting her sister continue to sleep.
“I’m sorry I’m not here more often”, Jeremy started out. “And I know work isn’t an excuse. I’m your father. I should be here for you”
Bela and Daniela shared a look and Jeremy knew they were silently speaking to each other. They all did that. Alcina had told him about it a few years ago. It was something they had done ever since they could communicate with each other.
“But… work isn’t the only reason I’m not here”, he said and the girls turned to him. “I’m seeing this girl, and–“
“But I thought you loved mother”, Bela said as a matter of fact and that made both Jeremy and Daniela turned to her.
“How did you–“
“You’re not that hard to read father”, she said and Daniela still sat with widened eyes, turning to her father.
“You love mom?”
Jeremy sighed. There was no way denying it now. “I always have. But I know I’m not your mother’s type and I’ve respected and come to terms with that from the first time we met”
“But you still slept together. You still had us”, Daniela insisted and Jeremy turned to her.
“We were young and drunk. We didn’t exactly plan on having kids together, let alone sleeping with each other”
The two girls turned to each other again and Jeremy sighed turning to Cassandra who was still sleeping peacefully against Bela.
“But that doesn’t make me love you any less. I promised Alcina I would be here and I intend to keep that promise”, he continued making the girls turn back to him.
“I’m looking for houses here in New York. The moment something comes up, I’m moving”, he stated and that made them both smile wide.
“So you’ll live closer to us”, Daniela said and Jeremy nodded with a smile.
“Yes. I wanna see my three beautiful daughters grow up. I don’t wanna miss another second”
That made Daniela smile wide and stood from her seat, hugging her father tight. While they shared their moment Bela turned to the door and noticed her mother eyes in the small opening of the door.
Alcina knocked softly before opening the door further and Daniela and Jeremy turned to her. “Hey, everything alright in here?”
They all three nodded and Alcina met Jeremy’s eyes, the man smiling back at her with an assuring look. She turned and noticed Cassandra sleeping on the bed and smiled at the look. She walked over and carried the girl into her arms, holding her against her chest.
“I’m gonna lay her in the bedroom, while you three can spend some time together”, she whispered and they all three nodded watching her leave with Cassandra in her arms.
Despite the girls being teenagers now, they were still small for their age, and Alcina who had always been tall and muscular could easily still carry them if she wished to do so. That was secretly one of the things she loved most about her children.
Bela was the tallest, Daniella not far behind, while Cassandra was the smallest despite only being the second youngest.
“Have you told mother? About the moving?, Bela asked once she knew her mother was gone and Jeremy turned to her.
“I have”
“And what did she say?”, Daniela then asked and Jeremy smiled at her.
“The most important thing to your mom is that you three are happy and receive all the love that she and I can give you”
The two girls stared back at him, clear understanding showing in their eyes. “You three and your mother are my greatest adventure. And I have missed more than any father should. I promise I will be better. Much better”
This time Bela moved from her spot on the bed and over to Jeremy, sitting next to him before hugging him tight. “I expect you to keep it”, she said before pulling back and standing from the bed, leaving the bedroom.
Jeremy sighed, knowing it was gonna take more than words to make Bela trust him again. “Don’t worry. You know how she is”
Jeremy smiled at his youngest and squeezed her arm. “Yeah. Now. Tell me about your latest story”, he decided to change the subject and that made Daniela suddenly freeze, a huge blush creeping on her face.
Jeremy frowned at her with confused eyes. “What?”
Unbeknownst to him, her latest story was nothing but pure smut between her two favorite characters; Kim Possible and Sheego.
Cassandra opened her eyes and immediately noticed she wasn’t in her own bed with Bela anymore. She could smell her mother’s perfume and saw her scar on her chest. She smiled and snuggled closer in her mother’s embrace.
“I see someone is awake”, Alcina commented as she watched tv on the couch and Cassandra hummed making the woman chuckle. She hugged her daughter closer and Cassandra smiled at the action. She’s always loved her mother’s hugs. They were always so filled with love and her touch filled with tender and care.
Her mother was just her everything. “Was it a good nap dear?”
Cassandra nodded and before Alcina could say anything more, the girl was fast asleep again. Alcina smiled and kissed her forehead. A few minutes later Jeremy came back and sat down next to her, watching the tv as well.
“How did it go?” Alcina asked and Jeremy turned to her. He looked down at Cassandra and stroked her hair softly before moving his hand down to hers, holding onto it.
“Daniela is happy I’m moving. They both are. Bela just…”, he trailed off and Alcina nodded in understanding.
“She just needs some time Jer”
“I know, I know. I just want to prove I can actually be there you know”
Alcina nodded and they sat in silence as Alcina watched the tv while Jeremy looked at Cassandra, feeling his heart burst with love.
“I’m so sorry Alci… I’ve been such a bad father to them and even a worse best friend to you”, he softly whispered and Alcina turned to him, looking into his eyes. “I wanna be better”
Alcina looked down his on Cassandra’s and placed her own hand on top of his. “You will be”
Jeremy looked down at their hands and smiled at the sight.
You stood in front of the mirror in your bedroom looking over the dress you had chosen to wear. It had taken you and Jane almost an hour to find a dress that you liked.
Eli had just sat and ate all the popcorn. Normally you would have stopped him earlier but you couldn’t get yourself to do so. He deserved the best.
“Mommy?”
You turned around and saw Elijah standing in the doorway, his hands behind his back. “Yes honey?”
“Are you… are you gon-gon leave me?”
You felt your heart break at his small and insecure voice. “What? No honey, of course not”, you assured him walking over and crouching in front of him. He looked down in sadness and you furrowed your eyebrows in confusion. Why was he feeling like this all of the sudden.
“But-but you gon love somebody else”, he said and you suddenly realized he was talking about Alcina.
“Oh honey”, you whispered and hugged him tight, which instantly made him cry and you felt your own eyes getting watery. “Eli I love you. I will never leave you, no matter who comes into our lives, okay?“
Elijah nodded but kept crying, holding onto you for dear life. “You’re my everything”, you whispered, kissing his temple softly.

Ethan Winters x Reader
1.4K words
< prev  next >
Glowing, golden eyes pierced into yours, the quickly turned to stare into Ethan’s. The sound of her heels clicking against the marble floor echoed through her chamber, accompanied by the sound of a crackling fire. Lady Dimitrescu bend down, staring sadistically into Ethan’s face. “My, my… Ethan Winters,” her voice was laced with confidence and she smirked. “What’s caused a stupid man-thing like yourself to come to my castle?” Without speaking, she hold her hand out and one of her daughters places a dagger in it. From where you could see the dagger was decorated with beautiful silver flowers which glistened in the light from the fire. The Lady yanked Ethan’s hand forward, slicing his palm open with the dagger, making Ethan yelp out. She leaned down and sucked the blood from his wound and Ethan leaned away from her, repulsed by the violent act. The Lady pulled away and pursed her lips, throwing Ethan’s hand away. “He’s going a little stale.”
“Then we must feast on his man-flesh quickly Mother!” Daniella called out.
“Now, now girls,” she said calmly. “We still have another guest.”
Dimitrescu stood up and walked across to you, bent down and examined your face. In such close proximity you realized her beauty. Soft pale skin contrasted with her crimson lipstick and the dark eyeliner which outlined her glowing eyes. As she did before, Dimitrescu grabbed your hand and cut open your palm with her silver dagger. The cut left a searing pain in your palm. You whimpered and attempted to pull away but her grip was too strong. She began to suck the blood from your palm. When she pulled away her eyes widened.
“Oh my…” Lady Dimitrescu said, taken aback. “How delicious.” She licks the blood off of your palm once more. “Just perfect for my Sanguis Virginis. Ladies,” she called her daughters over. “Put the man-thing up. I’ll be taking her with me.” Your blood ran cold. Where were going to be taken? What was Sanguis Virginis? Ethan immediately protested.
“Don’t you fucking touch her!” he shouted, trying to stand up and grab Lady Dimitrescu but was held back by Bela. Ethan struggled in her grip but was weak from blood loss. Lady Dimitrescu scowled at Ethan, then turned to her daughters.
“I thought I said put him up!” she snapped. “Do I need to repeat myself?” The daughters quickly obeyed. forcing two hooks through Ethan’s hands and hoisting him up to the ceiling so he is suspended midair. Ethan cried out in pain and blood poured down from his hands. Lady Dimitrescu pulled you up roughly by your arm and began to tug you away.
“Don’t lay your goddamn hands on her!” Ethan scorned but fell onto deaf ears. The ladies left the room, taking you with them. Daniella giggled sadistically and waved goodbye to Ethan.
Ethan’s breathing was shaky, his arms ached both from the hooks through his palms and from holding up his weight. There was only one way for him to get down. Ethan took a deep breath in and quickly pulled his right hand down, the hook tearing out the flesh between his middle and ring finger. Ethan screamed in pain and blood gushed out of the wound, splattering and staining the pristine white tiles. He took deep and rapid breaths before doing the same to his other hand. Ethan collapsed on the floor, gasping in pain. He stumbled across the room, grabbing a convenient bottle of medicine and dousing it all over his hands and immediately felt better.
He needed to get you back.
Ethan ventured out of the room and continued to explore the castle. He found himself in a small, yet elegant room. The walls decorated with shelving that was filled with dark crimson bottles of wine. Picking up a piece of paper, he began to read:
‘The winemaking techniques of Castle Dimitrescu can be traced as far back as the 15th Centrury, long before the current occupants of the castle. Alcina Dimitrescu uses this legendary, yet peculiar, technique to enrich the wine’s flavour intensity and bestow it with a think bouquet. Her best vintage is Sanguis Virginis, meaning “maiden’s blood.” It is kept in a special ornate bottle decorated with intricate silver flowers.’
Maiden’s blood…? Was Dimitrescu going to turn you into wine? There was no way in hell he was letting that happen.
For hours on end, Ethan roamed the castle. He left no room unsearched, no cabinet unopened. Ethan ended up on the balcony, crouching behind a window of Lady Dimitrescu’s quarters. Just as he was about to go inside, the door barged open as Lady Dimitrescu entered the room, smoking a cigar. The phone rang and she sighed, picking it up and sitting down in front of her vanity.
“Mother Miranda,” she began. “I regret to inform you that Ethan Winters has escaped that fool Heisenberg… because he is in my castle! When I find him-” she is cut off, her eyebrows furrowing. “No, Mother Miranda… Yes, of course I understand the importance of the ceremony. I won’t let you down.” Lady Dimitrescu abruptly slammed the phone down, pursing her lips before picking up and throwing her vanity against the wall. The mirror shattered and sent glass shards sprawled across the floor. “To hell with the ceremony!” Lady Dimitrescu snarled, storming angrily out of the room. Once it was safe, Ethan opened and crawled through the window. Her quarters were even more elegant than the rest of the castle. The walls were adorned with ornate gold flowers and lit by the soft glow of candles. However, one thing was out of place.
There was a crib.
Lady Dimitrescu must have Rose. But, the crib was empty. Ethan quietly cursed. He continued to search her quarters before finding a key hung up where her vanity used to be. Ethan took it off the wall and moved to open the door on the opposing wall, but before he had the chance to, the door swung open. Lady Dimitrescu bent down and came through the door, readjusting her hat as she stood up to her full height.
“There you are,” she said menacingly. “All this for a child who isn’t even here.” Lady Dimitrescu grabs Ethan by the neck, lifting him up to meet her gaze. She was furious. “You ungrateful, selfish wretch! You come into MY house-” Ethan’s head is slammed down onto the floor, then promptly lifted back up. You lay your filthy man-hands on MY prey-“ SLAM. "And now you even try to steal my property? How dare you?!” she exclaimed. The floor beneath Ethan crumbled away and he was sent plummeting to the floors of the cellar beneath the castle. “Rest while you can, because I will hunt you, and I will break you!” Lady Dimitrescu’s voice called out.
Ethan quickly got up, brushing the dust off of his clothes before exploring the cellar, opening up the iron gate with the lever. Just as he got to the second lever, sharp silver blades flashed before his eyes and next thing he knew, his hand was gone. Ethan cried out in pain, clutching his severed arm as blood spurted out across the stone floors.
“Like I’d let you get away,” Lady Dimitrescu taunted, grabbing Ethan by the throat once more. “You’ll be sliced to ribbons-” She threw him across the floor. “Before you ever see that child!”
Ethan staggered up, slowly walking through the cellar with Lady Dimitrescu quickly persuing behind him. He ran past the level, grabbing his severed hand and making circles around the assortment of barrels and pillars in the cellar. Ethan made it back to the lever, pulling it down to open the iron gate as Lady Dimitrescu stalked closer and closer. She flicked her hand to the side, revealing her long, talon like nails, ready to dice Ethan up. Quickly, he slid under the gate once it was open enough, dashing down the stairs and as far away as he could get.
Taking the Mask of Sorrow, Ethan was lifted up by the statue and taken into the courtyard where he quickly collapsed. He took out his severed hand and pushed it against his arm, pouring medicine over it. Surprisingly, it quickly reattached. It reminded him of his time in Dulvey, with the molded. If he could find the three other masks he would be able to get you and his daughter back.
That’s all that mattered.

Tumblr media
Mother Miranda shoved you into Castle Dimitrescu the second she saw you. She muttered something about how Alcina was getting rid of maids and food too quickly. You had come from outside the village and didn’t know much about the place you had ended up.
Truth be told you were just trying to get on for a nature walk and then you ended up in a village. That’s what you get for straying too far. You were exhausted, alone and without any kind of cell service. The woman, Mother Miranda, took a quick look at you and then pushed you into a huge castle.
That surprised you. You didn’t think there were people in castles anymore.
Confusion spread over you even further when you were handed clothes by the other maidens in the castle. You looked around eagerly, searching for an answer to where you were.
“Is there a phone here?” you asked quietly to the woman who was giving you clothes. She shook her head quickly.
“You’re not from the village are you?” she asked. She looked to be about your age but her hair was graying from the roots. Something was weighing her down, that was for sure.
“No I was walking and then....I drove too far up and couldn’t find a trail…”
“Well you better get used to it here. You’ll die here.” Her voice sounded so calm that you almost thought she was joking. But she didn’t laugh.
“Excuse me?”
“The mistress here will kill you and if she doesn’t, her daughters will.” You scoffed as she started to take off the strap of your shirt.
“Hey hey!”
“Just put these on,” she said, sighing. She sounded a little bit scared, but only a tad. You grabbed the clothes and nodded, turning around. You were in a small room that you had to guess was the servants quarters. How old was this place? You quickly got undressed and put on the clothes that she had given you. All black, knee length dress. Typical maids outfit. How did you get yourself into this?
“What are their names? What do they look like? What’s your name?”
“I’m Celeste. They took me from the village a couple of months ago. The tallest one, the lady of the house, is Alcina Dimitrescu. Her daughters are Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela. The girls are made of bugs…they..drink blood,” her voice was shivering now. You scoffed.
“Vampires? Made of blood? Come on now Celeste you can’t really believe in that?” She gestured to the door.
“You’ll see soon enough. Just do as they say. Even then you might get killed.”
=====
You just walked around the castle, waiting until one of the supposed vampires found you. Bela was the one who saw you first.
“Who are you?” If you hadn’t seen her come out of thin air from bugs, you wouldn’t have believed it. You stumbled back, gasping. She looked you up and down, circling you. “One of the new madeins?”
“Uh...yes. Yes. I’m Y/N.”
“Bela Dimitrescu. Have you met my mother?” You shook your head quickly, circling around and watching her watch you.
“No, I haven’t. You’re the first of the family I’ve seen.” She nodded, stopping in front of you and grabbing your arm.
“All of the maidens have to meet my mother before they die. And I’m terribly hungry.” You shivered and let her drag you up the main stairwell. You looked around at the beautiful architecture. It wouldn’t be too bad to live there. It was gorgeous and regal.
She took you down the hall and then up another stairwell. She knocked on the door of one of the many rooms. You waited wordlessly and nervously.
“Come in,” a voice said. Even the voice sounded regal. Bela opened the door and pushed you inside.
“A new maiden!”
Alcina turned around in her chair. Your eyes went wide. She was gorgeous. Her dark lips turned up to a smile and she held her hand out, gesturing for you to come forward. You gulped and took a couple steps to her, wondering if she could truly feel your heart beating in your chest.
“What’s your name?” she asked kindly.
“Y/N.”
“Not a local?” she hummed. You shook your head gently. She nodded, grabbing your arm and then tracing her fingers down your arm, examining you. “You’ll do nicely. Don’t kill her Bela.”
“But mother!”
“Not yet. Have Celeste show her the rounds, she will do Elizabeth's old route.” Bela groaned but nodded.
“Fine.”
“I will be seeing you Y/N. I’m Alcina Dimitrescu, by the way.” You wanted to say something like ‘I figured’ but you bit your tongue. Bela grabbed your arm and led you out
=====
You spent the next couple of days doing the things that Celeste told you to do and anything the daughters wanted as well. You cleaned, helped them dress when they were feeling lazy, got people in for them to feed on.
But you didn’t see Alcina.
You would go outside of her room and clean outside but you never were allowed to go in. Celeste would clean her bathroom and bedroom. Sometimes you would hear her speak and you would strain to listen.
Celeste walked up to you, out of breath and dripping with sweat.
“Go clean Lady Dimitrescu’s room,” she said. You were scrubbing the floor on the main hall but stopped when her words registered.
“What?”
“I...Daniella...just go.” She grabbed your arm and shoved you away. Then she ran back into one of the rooms. You took a deep breath and briskly walked up the stairs to Alcinas room. You stepped in front of it and took a deep breath, holding your things.
What if she screamed at you the second you went in? What if she killed you on sight?
Better yet, what if you got to see her?
You knocked on the door and then opened it a bit.
“Lady Dimitrescu, Celeste is indisposed and has sent me to clean your room,” you said before fully entering. Alcina was sitting at her vanity and turned to look at you. Clearly something was wrong. She slammed the phone down and nodded civilly.
“Go ahead Y/N.”
You walked in and started to make her bed. She was still breathing heavily from whatever phone conversation she had been having. You glanced over at her a couple of times then decided to risk speaking.
“Are you alright?” you asked, voice quiet. She turned to you and nodded stiffly.
“Mother Miranda asks a lot of us because she knows we can handle it,” she said proudly but there was a little bit of exhaustion in her voice.
“I don’t want to overstep, but I think maybe you deserve a break,” you said, putting her pillows down. She thought about it for a moment, staring at you. No one asked her how she was doing. Mother Miranda wanted to know how the girls were, how the experiments had gone.
“I’m perfectly fine thank you.” You nodded quickly.
“I mean, of course you are. I’m sorry.” You turned and started to wipe down the other things in her room .
Alcina watched as you worked.
“How did you end up in the village?” she asked. You were surprised she still wanted to talk to you. You thought you were dead.
“Well, I was trying to take a hike but I drove too far away and then went off the trails...somehow I ended up here,” you said honestly. She nodded a bit, formally like she had to be formal in front of you.
“I suppose you regret that now.”
“I wouldn’t say I regret it. Your home is beautiful. You and your daughters seem civil. It’s at least interesting.” She nodded a bit at your words.
“Thank you.” You smiled at her, holding your wash rag to your chest.
“Of course.” You quickly turned back and finished cleaning up the room. She let you move without any protest.
====
You were eating some of the food provided by the family when Celeste approached you. This confused you because usually she was cleaning while you were eating and vice versa.
“Lady Dimitrescu wants you to clean her room from now on.” She sounded a little antsy as she spoke. You stopped chewing.
“Really? Why?”
“I have no idea.” You nodded and put your food down.
“Then I should probably go now right?” you asked. She nodded and you stood up, brushing off your clothes. “Well then I’ll be upstairs if you need me. Oh and Daniella is in a mood so watch out for her.”
Celeste nodded and you walked up to Alcinas room. She was standing up, walking out onto the balcony. You weren’t sure you had ever seen her standing. She was quite tall. You tried not to let on your surprise.
You started to get to work without speaking to her but she interrupted you.
“Have you seen the view?” You looked up.
“No. No I haven’t.” She gestured for you to come out to the balcony. You walked outside and stood beside her, looking down at the village below. You hadn’t gotten a chance to see it well when you were done there, you were whisked away so quickly.
“Wonderful view isn’t it?” she asked. You nodded.
“It is actually.” You leaned over the edge a tad, looking at how high up you were. “This castle is so big.”
“It was my familys. I got it...before the girls,” she told you.
“Well I’m happy to keep it clean.” She laughed a bit. It was a hearty laugh, matching her voice perfectly, you couldn’t help but notice.
“I don’t think anyone’s ever been happy to clean the castle before.”
“Proud to be the first then Lady Dimitrescu.” You laughed as well, leaning against the stone.
“Alcina, please.” You smiled and nodded. She watched you, a smile on her face as you laughed and felt a swell in her heart. Quickly she recognized the feeling. Admiration.
She cleared her throat.
“You should get to it,” she said, all business once more. You nodded and turned back to her room.
====
Celeste died a couple of days later. New people came. New people died.
A couple of months in, you were starting to wonder why you were still alive. Everyone that came in as a maiden died except you and you couldn’t figure out for the life of you why. Not that you were complaining.
Cassandra approached you. You were pretty familiar with each of them, as they were with you. You were standing in the library, putting some books back. You had never seen any of the daughters read them, you thought.
“How come you’re still alive?” she asked, sitting down in one of the big chairs. You turned to her.
“I was just wondering the same thing.”
“Everyone else dies in a month, tops. Not you though. I keep asking mother and asking and asking and she keeps saying no,” Cassandra said.
“Isn’t it obvious?” Bela came into the room, materializing out of her bugs. “Mother has a crush on her.” Cassandra scoffs.
“Does mother even know what a crush is?”
“Oh sure. She has to, everyone does,” Daniela said, appearing as well. You were rarely in the room with all three of them.
“Do you like her?” Cassandra asked. All three of them turned to look at you. You were caught off guard.
“Uh I suppose so,” you muttered. Bela clapped her hands. “Sounds like a plan! Set her up with mother!” You shook your head.
“She’ll...she’ll crush me!” you whispered screamed. Cassandra rolled her eyes.
“You’ll live.”
====
Bela shoved you into Alcinas room. She was walking out of the bathroom. She raised her eyebrow at the sight of you.
“You aren’t usually here at this time,” she observed.
“Your daughters are standing outside the door with their ears pressed against it hoping that you admit your love for me,” you whispered nervously. She raised both eyebrows. She felt a put in her stomach at you speaking of her love so nonchalantly and then she realized that you truly didn’t believe them.
“Do you believe I’m in love with you?” she asked, amusingly. You cleared your throat nervously.
“I don’t know. I suppose you like me at least. I’ve gone through like three rotations of maidens,” you said. “But I would never assume that you would like me. You’re a goddess.”
She smiled and sat down on her vanity chair. You were almost eye to eye. She gestured for you to come forward and you did. She grabbed your hand and held it. Alcina took a deep breath.
“I do like you, more than I care to admit,” she said evenly. You realized after a second that she was waiting for you to respond.
“I like you too! A lot! You’re gorgeous and funny and...I love your house,” you admitted. She laughed.
“So it’s settled? You’ll stay?”
“I had a chance to go?” you asked in awe. She shrugged.
“I would have let you, had you asked. Do you...want to go?” You didn’t even have to think about it.
“No. I would like to stay.” She smiled brightly and nodded.
“Perhaps you could be more than a maiden, if that pleases you.” You nodded.
“It would. Although I don’t know if anyone else will clean to my standards,” you admitted. Alcina smiled.
“I’ll have the girls get you new clothing. You can be in charge of the maidens.” You nodded happily.
“That would be wonderful Alcina. You’re wonderful.” You paused for a moment, took a deep breath and kissed her. She was caught off guard and started to retract her nails but stopped quickly. When you pulled away you had her lipstick print on your lips. She pursed her lips and then smiled.
“You look wonderful.”
Bela fell through the door. Alcina stood up quickly, claws out in surprise.
“I told you not to lean on the door handle!” Cassandra hissed.
“It was Daniela!” Bela screeched standing. You supreseseed your laughter.
“Girls while you're here, why don't you go get Y/N some regular clothing yes?” Alcina suggested. They turned and nodded, smiles on their faces.
“We would love to!”
“Then go girls and leave us alone.”
The girls skipped away and Alcina smiled softly at you.

Remember, My Love. (Prologue)
Fandom: Resident Evil 8 Village
Lycan Karl Heisenberg x Female Reader
Rated M for Violence, language and Smut
***
The village. From a distance, one could take it for an ordinary Romanian country village, lost between the mountains, cutting it off a little from the outside world. But the reality is quite different. This village is not like the others. It's raining. a heavy rain, accompanied by a few lightning bolts and the sound of thunder. Among the noise, we could hear a voice. A man, a man crying and screaming. But suddenly, his screams became more... bestial. He was no longer a screaming man, but a monster.
Years and years passed, and yet the village had not changed. only its population changed with the departure of the oldest and the birth of children. But only one thing remains unchanging... This village, its inhabitants and its surroundings were under the protection of Mother Miranda. She was the sun and the moon, wisdom and strength, guide and faith. The people of the village didn’t pray to God, they prayed to Mother Miranda to protect them from monsters, lycans, vampires and other creatures... yes, here in these lands... they exist. But Mother Miranda wasn’t the only protector of the village, she had her children, the four Lords. And each of them had their territory, surrounding the village.
The first of the 4 Lords is Lady Dimitrescu. This tall and powerful woman resides in the family castle with her 3 daughters, Cassandra, Daniella and Bella. No man, except Lord Moreau and Heisenberg, set foot in her home. only women were tolerated. Many women were hired as maids, but they all disappeared.
The second Lord is Lady Donna Beneviento. This woman, a great doll maker, but also good at creating plant-based concoctions, was always dressed in mourning clothes. No one had seen her face or heard her voice. She was always accompanied by Angie, a doll dressed in a wedding dress... Living. No one knew how Lady Beneviento could achieve such a prodigy, but for many it must have been a gift from Mother Miranda. She lived in the Beneviento family's house, near a huge waterfall.
Lord Moreau was the third of the 4 Lords. This deformed man, hunchbacked but very good doctor, owned the reservoir that replaces an old part of the village, engulfed by water. He desired only one thing, the love of his mother. And attacked anyone who dared to criticize her. It is said that he hides much more than his ugliness, under his strange cape.
Last but not least, the one who is considered the most dangerous and strongest of the 4 Lords, Lord Karl Heisenberg. Engineering had no secrets for him, he owns his own factory a little outside the village, and when he arrives at the village ALONE, it's never a good sign. Even if sometimes he just comes to do business with the Duke, an itinerant merchant who moves freely on the 4 territories as well as in the village. Heisenberg seems the most physically human, his way of speaking and his provocative temperament make him a special character.
Here are those who "lead" and protect the village, alongside their mother, Mother Miranda. Generally, there is always a rare pearl in the villages, the most beautiful girl among all. And the pearl of this village was called... Aria. Aria Meylins. Her angelic beauty set her apart from other women of her age. Her semi-long and slightly wavy hair was black and showed deep purple reflections in the sun. Her aquamarine blue eyes hid behind long eyelashes that were reminiscent of the flapping of a butterfly's wings. Her thin face with a light skin tone had the shape of a heart where we could distinguish two pretty and very slight pink cheekbones, a small nose and thin, heart shaped lips. In itself, Aria was a pearl, a real porcelain doll.
She lived alone in the house where she grew up, her mother having died as a result of an illness, while her father disappeared on his way to the Reservoir of Lord Moreau. She was still young at the time and it was Luiza who took care of her until she was able to live by herself. Despite everything, Luiza continued to visit her and Aria did the same. She was a bit like a second mom. But Aria felt... different from the other inhabitants of the village. At big events, the village's oldest people asked her to tie her hair and wear a headdress, but she never knew why. When she asked the question, they never answered precisely. She did not leave the village much and therefore almost never ventured into the territory of the 4 Lords. Yet she knew how to get there, who lived there, and how each territory was.
She remembers that when she was younger, her father being bedridden, she went to Lord Moreau so that he could give her a remedy. She didn't know the way at all and yet she had managed to get to the reservoir without any problems. When she arrived, she came across Lord Moreau's cape on a kind of old fence near the water. Suddenly, Lord Moreau came out of the water, while spitting out some kind of acid. Aria had noticed that he had some kind of... tumours on his back.
“Who are you?? And what are you doing there?? Don’t... Don't look at me!” said Lord Moreau before coughing.
“I... I’m sorry to disturb you Lord Moreau, but... But my father is sick. And you are the only doctor... Here, your cape.” responds the young girl, helping the Lord to dress.
“T-Thanks. You... Aren't you afraid of me? I'm a monster...”
“For me, the physical does not matter to me, beauty is in the hearts and goodness of people. And then you are able to breathe underwater... it is a gift that Mother Miranda gave you.” she replied smiling.
Aria also recalled Lord Moreau's reaction to these words. As if he had already heard them. He had asked her to describe her father's illness to him and he gave her the appropriate remedy. She had thanked him and came home with the remedy for her father. And once she went to Lady Beneviento's house just to admire the waterfall. How did she know the paths? she didn't know...
Today, the young woman went to the Duke's cart to shop. She also had some old things that she had found to sell to him. The Duke was a man astonishingly tall, of a very strong build, it was clear that this man ate at his end. He was a good cook and that, Aria had the opportunity to check it …
“Ah, that's my favourite client! How are you Aria? And what do you need?” said the Duke.
“I’m fine Mr Duke, thank you. Here’s my list. And I've got some things for you too.” Aria responds with a smile holding a bag to Duke, who takes it carefully.
“Well like that we have a bargaining chip! here is what you asked. By the way, do you always have those strange dreams at night?”
“Yes. I can't understand what they mean. Nor why I have them.”
“You know, it’s said that we have all had a life before the one we are living now. Some say they lived these lives through dreams. Maybe this is your case?” replied the Duke.
“Well, my previous life has known an ...tragic end. I always hear someone talking to me... but I can't see his face.” replied Aria.
“With time the mystery will be clarified... I am convinced of that. I wish you a good day Aria. We will see each other soon.”
Aria smiled at him and greeted him before returning to the village. But when she got there, everyone was gathered at the statue of the Maiden of war. And she quickly understood why. Mother Miranda stood in the center, waiting for all the villagers to be close enough to hear her. Aria approached the crowd, finding herself next to Elena and her father.
“Dear inhabitants of the village... dear children... I have come to warn you. Foreigners may come to disturb the peaceful life of this village. I don’t know how many they will be, but these foreigners will surely come to ask you questions. Don't answer them. Tell them you don't know anything. And if they insist, let me know.”  said Mother Miranda provoking a general whisper in the crowd.
“Tss... foreigners... surely people coming from the city to take possession of land for their personal pleasure. They will not be disappointed when they’ll be attacked by the lycans.” said Leonardo, Elena’s father.
“Dad... We mustn’t jump to conclusions until we have met these strangers. Maybe they are looking for a place to live peacefully, away from the cities? It would be rather good news to have new blood... after all these disappearances.” responds Elena.
“Your naivety will one day lose you, my daughter...”
Aria looked in the direction of Mother Miranda, who in turn observed the inhabitants, like a predator looking for prey. Adjusting her headdress so that we do not see her hair and the top of her face, As the village elders had always told her, Aria walked up to Mother Miranda. She was more impressing and Aria trembled slightly in front of this powerful aura that she exuded while she was serene. She didn't dare to imagine Mother Miranda angry. Just the 4 angry Lords are scary, Mother Miranda must be more terrifying in this state.
“Forgive me Mother Miranda... But are these foreigners really a threat? And, what do they intend to do in that case? Should we... prepare to leave the village?” She asks worried.
Mother Miranda stared at her with big eyes for a few moments without answering, as surprise that Aria walked towards her... or something else. Then she smiled at her, a tender and reassuring smile.
“Don't be afraid my child. I will not let anyone attack this village. So, there is no reason to leave it. As I said, if they are too pushy... I will have to be warned. And I'll get rid of it.” She responds, causing appeasement among the villagers.
“Our weapons will make them leave before you mother Miranda. Glory to Mother Miranda!” said Iulian followed by the rest of the village.
"I have to leave. But before I leave, I would like to warn you that my daughter, Dimitrescu and my son, Heisenberg, are looking for labour in their respective territories. They rely on you to provide them.”
Mother Miranda spread her wings and began to fly away. She looked at Aria again, as if she wanted to check something, then smiled at her again and flew away, leaving the village. The inhabitants left the place, returning to their occupations. Only Luiza and Elena remained. Luiza offered the two young women to come and have tea at her house, and all three went to her home. Luiza prepared the three cups of tea and came to join the two young women at the table.
“I still can't believe what Mother Miranda told us. Foreigners? In our village? Who could get us into trouble? I'm not one to question his words... but all this is perhaps a little hasty as conclusions.” said Elena.
“Let us not forget, ladies, that Mother Miranda can see what we cannot see. If she tells us to be wary of these strangers, then she knows what they are capable of. Even if I agree with you, we still have to be careful.” responds Luiza.
“I can't help but be curious to see these strangers. Maybe we'll get along well? what do you think Aria?” replied Elena, looking at Aria before noticing that she was in her thoughts.
“Aria? Are you with us?” asks Luiza worried.
“Hum? Oh yes...I’m sorry. I... I was somewhere else.” responds Aria embarrassed.
“You still have these funny dreams, don't you? Why don't you tell Mother Miranda about it? or lord Moreau? They could surely help you.”
“Oh, I don't want to bother them for such nonsense. These are just dreams... sooner or later it will eventually disappear. But I agree with Elena, I'm very curious to see these strangers. And to know what will happen, when they’ll be there.”
The three young women continued to talk laughing, sometimes arguing very lightly, but the good mood was present. The village had resumed normal activity. Perched high up, with a view of the entire village and its surroundings, A man stood, dressed in a large black coat, which subtly hid a knife and a gun. He smoked a cigarette while observing the place before pressing his fingers on the headset in his right ear.
“Here’s Alpha. I am not far from the entrance of the village. I'm going to get in. Let no one come. I go alone. If I ever have a problem, I will contact you again. But until further notice, our communications will be cut off. Got it?” He said.
“Here’s Tundra. 5 of 5 Alpha. Pay attention to you captain, we don’t know if Miranda has already spotted us or not. And if that's the case, she risks sending you the welcoming committee.” responds a women voice.
“Chances are, but we need more information about the place and about her. So, I don't really have a choice. While waiting for my return, don't get spotted. Stay away from the village. Transmission over.” replied the man, throwing his cigarette away. “I don't know what you're simmering Miranda, but now it's time to stop all this.”
Then he walked again, going down to the village, without really knowing what he had just embarked on... and neither did Aria.

Hii, could you write about Alcina x Female or GN Reader? Her daughters hate R at the beginning and try to make her leave (like pranking R) at the end they act like they wanna get along with R and offer R something (like a cupcake or something) with filling that is a fruit that R doesn‘t like. In the end R is allergic and they nearly kill R. Alcina is furiose but R kinda protects them.
Sorry if it’s to weird or specific 😅😅
NOOOO BABIEEEE ITS FINE!!! Sorry for being late. I love it your request, thank you for resquesting me,
TW::: just allergy, none.
- oh... that’s bad, Alcina’s daugthers hate you.
- I mean, really, hates you.
- they irritate you in the worst ways.
- Dani cut your clothes, Bella put wrotten food in your plate, Cassandra despise you.
- Alcina tries to calm you down and keep them in line, but it seems like it only lasts as long as Alcina is close to you.
- if you are alone with them while Alcina is in a meeting with Miranda, surely they will make you afraid trying to say that they will kill you, appearing out of nowhere with a rope around your neck.
- they hated you even more because as much as they tried to scare you, nothing would keep you from Lady D.
-until they they discovered their worst fear.
- Seafood. You had an extreme allergy to seafood.
- your skin turns red, your hands swell, and your throat closes and the risk of death is clear if you don't run to the hospital.
- they knew what they would do, asked the maid to make a snack with seafood.
- and made an apology speech in front of Alcina, saying they would be better and treat her better.
- Alcina was proud of her daughters and you also thought that this was a great start.
- until you eat your snack.
- his hands began to sweat a lot and to swell, and a shortness of breath began.
- "What is happening?" Alcina was confused and didn't know how to act.
- you couldn't even mumble what she was supposed to do.
- "My purse" you tried to tell her to get your purse.
- She understood quickly and you managed to get the remedy for a severe allergy. Good thing it was on time.
- "BELLA, CASSANDRA AND DANIELLA COME NOW!" Dimitrescu screamed.
- it will be difficult to have the daughters of your love on your side too.

I Walk My Days On A Wire || Lady Dimitrescu x Reader
(NOTE: this is pure angst be warned. also be nice I don’t write anymore so this is the first thing I have written in like a year in more)
Your eyes sting with the mixture of heavy rain and tears as your horse gallops full speed away from the castle grounds. How does this still affect you? After all these years her rage is still so painful. She doesn’t care if it’s your fault or not, you are the target simply because she knows you can’t leave. Whether or not that is by her choosing or yours is unclear to either of you. This time, though, she crossed a line.
You planned on riding this horse; this stone colored horse with flecks of black that you begged for weeks for, into oblivion and never looking back. Riding away to a place where Alcina Dimitrescu and her daughters would never find you again. Even though in your soul you knew that place didn’t exist. She always found you.
Because you always came back.
You couldn’t stay away from her, no matter how angry or insufferable or horrible she treated you. At the end of the day she loved you more than she hated you. She cared for you, she held you, she wanted you there more than gone.
So as the sun set on the familiar cliff side you always disappeared, which may aid in the reason why you were always found, you turned around and began the slow trek home.
It is well into the night by the time you return. Your muscles ache as you tie your horse up in the stable; a combination of riding all day, the cold, and the fear of what’s to come inside those castle doors. Just as you suspect you are greeted by the girls. Each of them wear a different expression: Daniella seems amused and vindictive, Sofia neutral as usual, and Alina extremely worried.
“Mother is going to kill you. She told me as much.” Daniella scoffs in your face, close enough for you to be able to smell rot and blood on her breath. Alina pushes her away and grabs your arm, pulling you up towards her bedroom.
“She won’t kill you but she is far more angry now than she was this morning. I do worry about what may happen.” Her voice is soft and she looks anxiously around for her mother. “You can hide in my room until morn-”
“Alina.” Lady Dimitrescu’s voice is loud and hard, brimming with anger once again but not aimed towards her youngest child. “Leave us.”
You don’t turn to face the older woman until her hand is on your shoulder pulling you to face her. Her search her face for the rage you had seen that morning, but it’s gone. There is anger, but there is something more: fear.
“Chambers. Now.”
You follow her orders without question but you do curse yourself and roll your eyes at being swayed so easily.
She carefully pulls your drenched clothes off your body and have you been shivering this whole time? You don’t dare to speak to her, you know better by now. She hates for you to grovel and apologise. It wouldn’t make a difference anyway. You both will be in the same situation next week once again.
“How dare you.” She spits as she tends to your minor wounds from the day, mainly briars embedded in your skin and scratches here and there. You’re silent. “You ran out on me, with no warning, no mention of where you were going. I thought you were dead.”
Still silence.
“Speak to me!” She yells and you look up, shock outlining your features. You’re shocked not because she yelled but because her voice cracked and her eyes are now welled up with tears. You’ve never seen her cry and you don’t think that will change, but this may be the closest you will ever get.
“I am not one of your pets.” It is small and weak, but refined and resilient. You know you mean more than that to her but you want to throw it in her face. You have to remind her of where you came from and where you are now. “You do not get to treat me as such. I am not collateral damage for your outbursts or your pain or whatever you are feeling. I should be treated as if you love me in the way you claim to.”
Anger passes over her features once again for a fleeting moment, as if to say ‘how dare you speak out against me, before she relaxes. “I do love you. I have never loved a human before, you are the first and likely will be the only.”
“Then show me, god dammit!” You are so exasperated and exhausted the you aren’t sure you can hold yourself up anymore as you start to sway. “I spend every second of my life trying to show you that you are my entire world and how special you are.”
Alcina doesn’t respond with words, instead she gets on her knees to get as close to eye level with you as possible. Still silent she places the most gentle kiss to your lips, a kiss like she’s never given you before. She holds your face in her massive hand and envelopes your entire body with her free arm. Your hands come up to hold her face as well, she flinches and you pull away.
“No, please, put them back.” She whispers against your lips. You gently wrap a hand around her jaw and a hand rests on her cheek. Her skin is cold to the touch but the feeling of home warms you inside. She breaks the kiss but stays close, keeping her forehead pressed to yours and swipes her thumb over your bottom lip. “I don’t know how to do this and I never will, please have patience.”
“I can’t have patience with someone who hurts me.” You whisper with your eyes shut tight, knowing she will pull away and leave you standing cold and naked in your room.
She does. But she doesn’t leave the room, instead she goes to sit on the edge of the bed. Her stance is defensive and sturdy and you feel weak and vulnerable.
“Why have you stayed then?”
You can’t answer that.
“Why don’t you leave?”
You can’t answer that either.
“I saved your life. I could’ve let you die, but I chose to let you live here with me as my pet and I just happened to fall in love with you.” She loves to bring that one up.
“Why did you then? It seems it would have served you better to have let me die or used me for your precious wine. Why am I still here, Al?”
She can’t answer either.
“Why don’t we just fuck and go to bed like we always do?” You sigh walking over towards the bed. You’re almost at eye level again with her sitting on the bed and you lean in to kiss her but she doesn’t kiss back. “Come on, Al. I’m tired. Remember, us pathetic humans are an inconvenience.”
“Is that really what I said?” She softens.
“Well, that’s a much nicer and shorter way to put it.” Just thinking about the atrocities she hurled at you this morning makes your skin prickly and your heart ache, but still you climb onto the bed and straddle her hips. She finally uncrosses her arms and places them on your hips.
“I don’t want to fuck you.” She says curtly. You raise your eyebrows and wordlessly start to climb off of her just as soon as you climbed on. She stops you and pulls you close and forces you to look at her. “I want to… I would like to… well… as the humans… you call it…” She lowers her voice, as if to save her embarrassment in case someone may hear her being sweet for once. “M-make love.”
You laugh, unable to help yourself. You have never heard her talk so innocently that it almost sounds inappropriate coming out of her mouth but still you nod.
“Yes.” There is still so much to say, to do, to fix. This isn’t a salve, it isn’t even a start but it feels nice to be held by Alcina and feel like she means it for once. Maybe hell is worth it for even a few moments of divinity.
