this is a clarion call to The Anon currently terrorizing the Band of Brothers fandom: do you want to come on the podcast and tell me what Exactly is happening with you lol
I know I'm insane about Meredith but she's very quiet and kind of aloof so most housewives fans do NOT get her at all and it's so frustrating. Almost everything that's said about her in these forums is patently untrue 😭 and I don't even mean it's hate a lot of the ppl who like her or are neutral fundamentally don't get her
When Isla was just born her pediatrician wasn’t available for one of her appointments (I think it was 2 week?) so we had to see the other pediatrician at the office. I can’t even recall the specifics but he was so condescending and rude about her weight gain and had the worst bedside manner. I just remember post partum me being very close to yelling at him. I’ve refused to see him ever since- if her ped isn’t available we’ll see the NP or wait. I’d go to a random doctor at prompt care before seeing this guy again.
Someone in the local mom group just posted asking for advice on how to handle a bad interaction with their child’s pediatrician. She didn’t name who it was, what practice, etc and just described the interaction. Someone commented asking if it was this same doctor and she said it was and then there were several other comments of people who had similar interactions with him. And I felt vindicated years later because dude was and apparently still is an asshole and shouldn’t be working in pediatrics if he can’t interact respectfully with parents or kids.

She was early on painted as a villain, and she seemed strong enough to accept the role and the editing.
In the end she was vindicated, even by her biggest enemy, on her own show.
And when we saw her on RHUGT free from the toxicity on RHOA, we got to see another side of her.
This is an appreciation post of the gone with the wind fabulous Kenya Moore.
Kenya came in strong when she first joined the cast in season 5, and Phaedra Parks accused her of trying to seduce her husband, Apollo Nida.
She was dragged across the floor by Porsha Williams at the reunion of season 6.
Was Kenya the most hated housewife on a show after Danielle Staub on RHONJ? Danielle once asked in an interview:
“What are they going to do next? Kill me?”
Kenya was branded as the villain and a whore from the very beginning, and I was sadly never on team twirl.
Her antics were annoying, her actions suspicious and her shade rough. She was and still is incredibly shady.
She’s not called The Shade Assassin for no reason.
I’m sad to say that Kenya was the housewife I loved to hate, but I’ve learned to love her.
She never crumbled or played the victim though.
She stayed true to herself and is a very strong woman. She’s an independent woman, who’s got her own hustle and were able to build her own house in a record’s time.
I would absolutely love to see her exploring a business with renovations!
Kenya was never lucky in love, and what she longed for the most was a family.
Sadly, her ex-husband Marc Daly was anything but a loving husband, but she was blessed with her daughter Brooklyn as a result of the short-lived marriage.
And Brooklyn has a great role model in her mom.
Apollo later admitted that he lied about her trying to seduce him, and Porsha famously showed her true colors on Porsha’s Family Matters.
Kenya was vindicated in the end. Is it right that this was a case of the Martha Mitchell effect?
