7. First Confrontations
It had been about two weeks since Danny had decided to visit the cemetery on his own. As he traveled the familiar paths, he constantly checked his surroundings for a sign of another’s presence. Although he wasn’t exactly, happy he felt that there was a need to check, it was better to play it safe. That creature had been there once after all, so who was to say that it would not appear again?
Without even realizing he had been aiming for it, he soon reached his favorite part of the grounds. A small stone terrace decorated with a couple benches sat neatly out of the way of both graves and the normal path. Since it was surrounded by trees, it was often easy to miss by visitors, assuring he would be able to think in peace for a while.
Danny was unnerved by the turn of events. After his ultimatum, Plasmius somehow pulled him through the floor and sat him back at the same table as before. If he had to describe the experience, it was a mix of having his stomach drop while his body went entirely numb, and if he was honest, for a brief moment, it felt like his body didn’t exist. It left him chilled to the core, although he wasn’t certain if that chill was mental, physical, or a mixture of the two.
Plasmius didn’t seem bothered by the action, which would make sense if he really was a ghost. However, it was clear he wasn’t in the same cordial mood as before. Instead, he seemed both impatient and distracted at the same time. He didn’t speak. He just stared at Danny as if he was waiting for something.
I really wonder if I should share some headcanons I’ve had about the DP X BHA crossover au stuff. Mainly about what the Casper High students and ghosts’ quirks would be in that universe. But mainly because I came up with the best and most appropriate quirk for Mr. Lancer who I see as the Phantom gang’s homeroom teacher for 1-A. Which I feel like it’s too good not to share at this point.
“You’re clearly frightened, so allow me to explain,” the creature told them with a flourished bow. “I am called Plasmius, and this is the realm of the dead.”
“And does that make you a ghost or something?” Sam spat, sounding both angry and skeptical.
“Something like that,” Plasmius agreed before seemingly fading out of sight. Before they had a chance to response, he reappeared behind them. His red eyes appraised them, but specifically seemed to focus on Danny. “I’ve been watching you for a long time.”
6. Phone Call
Winston was at a complete loss as to what to do. Though Danny was feeling better, he firmly denied anything strange happened before he started feeling ill. Worse, his friends had decided they were not going to leave for a while. After everything that had happened during the day, he really needed to talk to the boy. It was just he did not want company to hear… though, knowing Danny, he would probably tell his friends anyway.
His other problem involved trying to figure out just how much he should say. He knew he had to explain what happened to the boy’s parents, it seemed to factor into both Masters’ and Plasmius’ involvement in the whole mess. But the other aspect, which held most of Plasmius’ attention, was a touchy subject. Unfortunately, that would have to wait until a later time. Without Danny’s acknowledgement, there was little that could be said.

Danny phantom au
I almost forgot to finish this but I wanted to draw a full version of his battle suit in my Danny Program AU so that this Danny AI has a unique look to him that sets him apart from the original Danny. Also, the arm bands are touch controls he can use to access information or contact his father, aka Vlad, but that’s more for when he gains a form apart from just a protection so he has an android body like Skulker only he possesses the shell itself to integrate his program or AI self into.

“Yo, Fenturd, funny seeing you here.”
“Last time I checked, our entire class is supposed to be on this trail. I don’t know why you’re so surprised,” Danny quipped before he could stop himself.
Dash grabbed him by the front of his shirt. “What was that?”
“Could you deal with your beef with this loser later? I’m all sweaty and getting covered in dirt. My designer clothes will get ruined at this point,” the one girl, Paulina whined. The other girls in the group, her satellites, quickly tried to comfort her.
5. Unexpected Meetings
Something didn’t feel right. Winston never left the front door open or even unlocked when he was home let alone when he was out. Danny, hesitantly followed by his two friends, cautiously entered the house hoping nothing was wrong.
He peaked into the study where he had last seen his guardian, and although it still looked like a tornado had gone through it, no one was there. That, combined with the fact that the car was missing, told him that Winston had left the house in a hurry. It was possible that he had just gone to the meeting and locking the door slipped his mind, but he had never known Winston to ever do that; he was too cautious.
So… I have an AU that I’ve been working on with @hauntedozone, that as far as I’m concerned is canon.
People dislike season 3 for a lot of reasons. The writing seems to take a turn for the worse in season 3, but beyond that, there are a LOT of questionable things that happen.
It’s almost like season 3 was written around Danny being a hero. It feels like bad writing…
Except, it all makes sense. And it’s Fenton’s Fault.
All this started happening after a specific episode, Reality Trip. Danny used the Reality Gauntlet to set reality to what he thought it should be like. My wording there is VERY specific, after all, Freakshow said the gauntlet can make all your wildest dreams come true, and it doesn’t appear that you need to practice with the gauntlet to make things how you want them to be.
I’m saying Fenton screwed up.
He didn’t reset reality to what it should have been, he made it what he thought he wanted. He wanted to be the hero, so reality was altered to make that easier. His friends and family changed from multifaceted characters to one-note caricatures of them.
That’s why something like, going back into the portal and turning it on can turn Danny human again instead of killing him. That’s why Danny got his powers back when attacked by ghosts instead of being hurt. This… hero’s reality of his means Danny wins… even against something like a freaking asteroid that ignores ghost powers.

Later that night, it was officially announced at dinner that the camper’s death was the result of an unfortunate accident. However, what shocked all the students was the decision to finish out the remaining time at the camp. According to Mr. Lancer, he had contacted the other teachers at the different sites, and that was the mutual decision.
Tucker had surprisingly spoken up and demanded how their teacher managed to get through since the cell phone service issue remained unresolved. After their meeting with the police officer, he had checked with other students, who all said the same thing. Their service was poor, and they hadn’t been able to contact anyone. For the technophile, it was extremely frustrating, and he had put a lot of effort in attempting to solve the problem on his own device. He told Danny and Sam that it almost seemed like there was a weird electrical phenomenon causing the problem.
4. Paper Trails
Is it possible to truly call the mess someone creates in a desperate search for an object a natural disaster? If so, his study had come as close to the definition as humanly possible; books had been torn off their shelves, drawers had been removed and dumped on the floor, decorative items had been thrown haphazardly around the room and he was seriously debating on whether or not he should attempt to lift the furniture. He had, after all, already knocked over one of the end tables.
He just didn’t understand it. The one time he needed that letter, it was absolutely nowhere to be found! But, that was what made it so strange… Unless he needed it, he kept it within a metal box that sat in the bottom drawer of his desk, right now, even the box was missing! How was he going to prove he had a valid claim to the issue at hand without it?
1) In canon Paulina is vain, selfish and
shallow. She can be nice and friendly to certain people she genuinely likes.
She is also manipulative, obsessive/possessive and observant. She likes Phantom
not only because he is popular but also thanks to his kindness and heroism.
2) The Amulet of Aragon in canon changes people in dragons when they get angry or distressed but I am changing it a bit.
Here another part of writing I didn’t delete.
“Danny, still not believing she found information on the internet about a real ghost object, read out loud.
“Medieval ghostly legend had it that the cursed Amulet of Aragon could transform its wearer into a dragon from under states of extreme emotional duress or anger as long as that person had the heart of a dragon.”
These two put together means that I am going to write Paulina with a very dragon-like personality.
(Note: Danny and Paulina in this story are childhood friends and I am talking about their relationship in high school.)
A: Paulina’s relationship with Valerie and her
relationship with Danny are two different things.
