Just brain vomit tbh but I keep thinking about poor Bucky who wakes up in the middle of nightmares and how scared he'd be in that dark room, all alone on the cold floor with just a little sheet. That baby deserves to be swaddled up and cuddled in a nice warm fluffy blanket with 100 kisses.
He deserves a nice yummy roast chicken with warm buttery potatoes and gravy and roasted carrots. He deserves apple pie and icecream and freshly baked cookies and a chunky slice of chocoalte cake. He deserves hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows in bed where he's bundled up and warm.
He deserves tea that isn't too hot, juuust right that soothes him till his eyes grow heavy and he's sound asleep in your arms again with his face nuzzled into your chest as he curls on top of you with soft little snores.
He might be big and scary to everyone else but he's just a scared precious baby boy.
Idek where all this rambling went but that's what he deserves.

Milk chocolate is sweeter than dark if that's what your asking? And white has sort of a different taste and I would say it's sweeter than milk chocolate, but then of course dark is healthier so I guess it depends on what you mean by that?
i have heard this. i only know dark chocolate (my allergy is to milk) but people always say im missing out on milk chocolate because its less bitter. and ONE TIME i had vegan (no milk) white chocoalte and dude that shit was SO GOOD
i know that the different types of CHOCOLATE are different but arent like. twix and milky way and kit kat and . idk those are the only chocolate bars off the top of my mind. arent they all milk chocolate? i guess summer said they have different fillings which makes sense but does,,, does every chocolate bar have a filling??? i literally just imagine all of them tasting like dark chocolate because thats all i know 😭

“Dark, milk, or white chocolate?” Regency chocolate was a bit different than chocolate as we know it now... It was a food item for the rich and elite as it was very expensive. Often, it was served as a beverage with breakfast. There were chocolate discs, sprinkled with nonpareils, or chocolate olives (truffles). The English elite might also partake in custards, ice creams, or shaved ices flavored with chocoalte.

Emmeline extracts a pastry from the large tray left on the side board of the dining room she and Mr. Sinclaire used for breakfast. It’d been but a week since they had moved in to the newly built Ledford Park and things, like breakfast, we starting to run smoothly as the staff settled into their new quarters.
She comes to the end of the table, a curious tea set is set out with cups tall and narrow and a fine porcelain pot, similar in curiosity. The pot was slender and taller than the tea service that had been set out most mornings since she and Mr. Sinclaire had taken up residence at his rebuilt childhood home. It’s spout was short and started about halfway up the pot. In the time she’d been mixing with the ton, she couldn’t remember if she’d seen one quite like it.
Mrs. Sinclaire selects a curious cup and lifts the pot to pour herself some. The moment the liquid tips from the spout, an intoxicating smell of spices and chocolate float with the steam to her nose and she realizes just what the suspicious beverage is: drinking chocolate.
Prior to moving to live with her father, Emmeline could count the number of times she had sampled chocolate on one hand. Afterwards, she could remember several times a similar recipe to this one in the tall teapot being served at Edgewater as it was a favorite of her father’s. However, with her father’s death and subsequently Henrietta taking over the management of the household staff, chocolate was never served at breakfast again.
Once she finishes the pour of the thick, creamy drink, Emmeline lifts her cup to her lips. She inhales deeply, notes of anise, cinnamon, and almond accompanying the toasty, dark smell of the chocolate itself. Emmeline sips once, allowing the rich liquid to coat her tongue and rest there while she savors it. Once she swallows, she takes another drink from her cup, this one larger and she feels the chocolate sitting in her belly start to warm her from the inside out.
She is drawn from her chocolate daydreams by her husband first clearing his throat then speaking.
“Would you care to join me, Mrs. Sinclaire?” He asks, an eyebrow cocked in question.
Emmeline flushes red. She had forgotten she was not alone in the room. She fixes a coy smile before she gathers her thoughts enough to speak. “I’m sorry, husband, I had not sampled chocolate at all since my father...”
Ernest’s inquisitive expression softens, melting at her emotion over the beverage. He knew the late Earl enjoyed it and surmised that Emmeline would’ve sampled it at Edgewater. He hadn’t meant for his breakfast request to cause her any distress.
Emmeline notes how her husband’s brow shifts from question, melting into something soft, then apologetic. She jumps to stop him, nearly sending the tall and narrow cup toppling from its saucer to the newly purchased rug.
“Oh no, Ernest, it isn’t anything like that. I just, rather enjoy chocolate and hardly have gotten to enjoy it.”
A smile sneaks across Ernest’s lips, pulling one corner of his lips further back than the other and exposing his teeth. “If that is the case, Mrs. Sinclaire, I shall take you to the best chocolate house the next time we return to London.”

7. Have Tattoos?
i don’t yet! i have like... 3 or 4 planned. one of them is going to be a huge mermaid on the top of my thigh - it represents my sister (She’s not dead or anything i just love her a lot and we’ve been through everything together)
one is the phases of the moon wrapped around my upper left arm to cover the scar i have from trying the birth control implant they put in your arm. it sent me into a terrible depression (rare side effect) but i had no idea why i was depressed so it went on for a long time, about 1.5 years total (it was an extremely dark time for me), but it’s meant to represent the passing of time even when life seems meaningless and empty. things get better/ a light in the darkness
one is a succulent or a peony on the back of my hand, like, covering the whole back of my hand. I just wow, love hand tattoos.
Another is the word “Dust” i want it on the back of my foot like, right above the heel. I grew up religious and even thought I’m not religious now, I always loved the bible verse “For he remembers how we are formed, he rememberes that we are dust.” and if anything stuck with me it was that phrase. because when it all comes down to it, in the end we are all cosmic dust
9. Got any piercings?
i have 3 piercings in each of my ears, but i don’t wear earrings. I want to get my septum pierced, i’m really into tongue piercings, eyebrow piercings, i’d love to get my nipples pierced but they say it hurts like hell and the healing time is outrageous. oh and lip piercings. i want them all. (basically i’m that artistic, marked up, tattooed, pierced hipster boy that wears skinny jeans and too baggy sweaters and jackets and beanies in nothing but black, but alas, i must have a real job and pretend to be a sophisticated adult. sad
21. What I love most about myself.
I have a really soft presence. I’ve dealth with anxiety my whole life and I always appreciated those soft, caring, warm, tenderhearted people and somehow I became that way as I grew up. People tell me that I’m very pleasant to be around, not because i’m hilarious and outgoing, but becaue people feel like they can relax in my presence. I don’t judge, i don’t push people for anything. I thrive on a steady feeling of peace and calmness and I like that I can be a safe place for people, even though my social circle is small. very smallll. 
Also I’m creative, it’s extremely fun!
and I laugh at my own jokes, because honestly i’m funny as hell

my first job was at an ice cream shop and woooooooooo, I can’t settle on one flavor because all ice cream is amazing. BUT In Texas we have bluebell ice cream, and right now they have one called Bride’s Cake and it’s an almond flavored ice cream with chunks of cake and holy shit i lose myself in that half gallon of deliciousness. Also ben and jerry’s Half Baked is the shiz. chocoalte/vanilla/ brownies/cookie dough. fuk me up

Pansy Parkinson cupcakes inspired by @femmequixotic​: (very) dark chocolate-clove cake, filled with pomegranate curd, topped with pomegranate frosting, dark chocolate ganache and pomegranate seeds. Recipe below the cut. Also, because I used my brain before posting this time, if anyone wants to just remove the caption and use the pictures as an aesthetic look for whatever, that’s totally fine with me.

Dark chocolate-clove cake (makes ~12 cupcakes): I used half 60% cocoa and 100% cocoa (which definitely tastes like dirt on its own, do not recommend) to give these a really deep chocolate taste.
140 g flour 40 g dark cocoa 3/4 tsp powder 1/2 tsp soda 1/2 tsp fresh ground cloves pinch of salt 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter 1 oz. 100% cocoa chocolate bar 1 oz. 60% cocoa chocoalte bar (or any percentage dark chocolate) 2 eggs 150 g sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 fl. oz. milk 4 fl. oz. sour cream
1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine the flour, cocoa, powder, soda and salt in a bowl. 2. Rough chop chocolate, combine with butter and stir over a bain marie until smoothly melted together (or, if you're lazy (like me), put it all in the microwave and melt it in 10 second bursts). Allow to cool to room temperature. 3. Beat eggs and sugar together until well combined. Add the room temperature chocolate/butter mixture. 4. Combine the milk and vanilla. Add half the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until almost combined. Add the milk/vanilla. Add the remaining flour mixture, beating until just combined. 5. Fold in the sour cream. 6. Divide into cupcake tins and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out with only a few crumbs.
Pomegranate curd: I used this recipe, so I'm just going to link to their page!
Pomegranate frosting (makes enough to frost 12 cupcakes): pretty much the only kind of frosting that I even half-enjoy is swiss merginue buttercream, which is (get this) meringue-based. I won't lie to you, though, this is really easy to make in a stand mixer but kind of a massive pain to make without one.
4 egg whites 200 g sugar 1 cup (227 g) slightly below room temperature butter, cut into tbsp 1 tsp cream of tartar 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses 3 tbsp pomegranate juice
1. Combine egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar in a bain marie (or, if you’re like me and don’t have a bain marie, fill a sauce pan with water, bring the water to a simmer and place your bowl on top of it). Whisk constantly until mixture is above 160. 2. Remove from bain marie and whisk until stiff peaks are formed. 3. Remove whisk attachment and switch to beater attachment. On a slow speed setting, add 1 tbsp of butter at a time until all the butter has been incorporated. Slowly increase the speed until you're at the highest speed setting. The meringue/butter mixture will look like it's curdling, but it will come back together shortly afterwards to a smooth, silky frosting. 4. Add 1 tbsp of pomegranate molasses, beating to combine completely. Add the pomegranate juice, one tbsp at a time, until completely incorporated.
Dark chocolate ganache (makes ~1/2 a cup): I only used a little bit for the tops of the cupcakes.
1 oz. 100% cocoa chocolate bar 2 oz. 60% cocoa chocolate bar 1/3 cup (2 1/3 fl oz.) heavy whipping cream
A warning here: I had to make this three times because the ganache ended up separated or broken each time - I thought it was because I was using some heavy whipping cream that was about to expire, but it could have been because of the fat content of the 100% cocoa, I still don't know and haven't done enough research to know for sure yet... I used the solution mentioned here to bring it back together on the third attempt. Nothing like fucking up ganache 3 times in a row to really ground you, tho. 1. Finely chop the chocolate bars and place them into a bowl. 2. Heat heavy whipping cream to simmering, but not boiling. 3. Pour the heavy whipping cream over the chocolate AND LET IT SIT FOR FIVE MINUTES without touching it. 4. Starting in the center of the bowl, using a spatula or a whisk, stir the chocolate and heavy whipping cream together until completely combined, smooth and glossy.

You feel a twinge.
You feel a twinge. The burger was pretty good, but the guy behind the counter had this weird glint in his eye as he took your money. You felt the juice and the heat and the meat slide down your throat after delighting every taste and warm juicy sensation on your tongue. But now that you're standing and walking out of "TF Burger!" ... there's a twinge. Something spreading out from your belly, the fizz of the pop and the warmth of the lump of just delicious FOOD in your BELLY. "Oh..." You say unbidden as the twinge hits again, this time like a brisk winter's breeze over your whole body. Rip-CRACK. You look down at your feet, seeing dark claws have suddenly torn out of your shoes and gripped the pavement. The tearing of the rest of your shoes doesn't really seem like your feet were GROWING as much as the shoes were SHRINKING and tearing themselves apart as you watched your pink feet fill out like a pair of hot balloons, bigger furry toes clutching the remains of your shoes as you stumble back. Your back hits the wall and reminds you that "your feet" aren't something you can run away from. Fur covers them now, rich dark chocolate brown on top and cream white on the soles. You look back at the storefront of "TF Burger!" only to see it's gone. The niche restaurant you thought you'd try on a whim ... it's like it never was, and you're staring in stead at a ramshackle hut with a "condemned" sign on it. Condemned. The word resonates, as it seems like you're most definitely condemned to some sort of furry fate. An urge to hide grips you, like perhaps if no one sees you it'll all go away and you can go back to your life. You pull back the condemned sign and struggle into the dark hut, also wildly hoping for that receipt you casually tossed away. Maybe you like TF and furry, but still seeing it happen to your flesh in real time when (until now) you've never heard of anything like it happening in real life leaves a lot of scary questions bubbling up. What am I turning into? Am I growing, or are my new feet just big? And, you say aloud in a hushed whisper as you stare at your tingling fingers: "How far is this going to GO?" Like your feet, the claws on your hands come in a rush, curling out from the tips where your nails once were. All five appear to be short and blunt, better for gripping the ground (like your feet) than for "ripping someone to shreds" so that's a plus. You hope. Over and over you turn your hands as they change, watching the dark chocolate fur spread from where the claws meet your skin, down to your knuckles, then wrists. Also: dark chocolate on the backs with palms of creamy white. You blink. "Skunk?" the thought comes and goes, as you had other things to do. Looking around the abandoned shack, you see piles and piles of boxes marked "Archives" and (still feeling the need to hide) you move a few and hunker down behind them so they block the path between you and the door. The door - back to reality, back to humanity, back to the Real World which feels oh-so-UNreal right now. The change has moved under your clothes, with your hands and feet fully furred and clawed, padded and inhuman. You feel the fur weaving out of your skin as it creeps up ankle and wrist, calf and forearm. You find you don't know what to do with your handpaws, now, waving them in front of you nervously. On instinct, you slap them onto the ground. Perhaps to keep them as far away from your head as possible. And that's when the tail starts to grow. Like a surfer using his hand to describe a wicked wave he thrashed last week, your tailbone curls out from its cemented vestigial impotence to fully-erecting tent your pants and continue the wave back up your spine all the way to your skull and a sudden SHOUT breaks through the back of your throat. It's a snake now, your whole spine, and it hears a mobo beat your ears don't. Thrashing and curling, your whole spine (and slowly growing tail) whip your whole body as you stop sitting and start standing .... on all fours. Somehow your tail curls left and out and over your pants, pushing them down just enough to let it wag free. There's a pause now and you start to catch your breath. You look behind and see the color pattern remains: dark chocolate fur on back, creamy white underbelly. The tail looks curled like a Shibe or husky and you blink at it once. Then several times, mentally willing the change to stop right there and go no further. And then comes the ear-splitting whine. You don't make the sound - it is what you hear as your ears transform, bulging out and growing the same chocoalte-and-cream fur. Shaking your head, knowing something's changed there, not seeing it, you look around desperately. Further into the shack you see a cracked, dirty sink and a broken ... "Convenient Mirror Is Convenient." You say to yourself, and make your way over. Halfway there, you realize you're walking comfortably on all fours .. so you stand up. Tall again, head slightly spinning, your hold your arms out and look at yourself. Your clothes aren't strained over an expanding hulk-like body but in fact are a little loose in odd places, the underlying body having shrunk or grown in places. You remember why you stood up, and shuffle over to the mirror. Furred black-and-cream pawhands gripping the cracked sink, you see and feel the fur creeping up from under your collar to begin to enclose your face. Your whole body is furred, leaving only your head. Yes, your ears have changed - husky ears, pulled back in fear. You grab your left ear with your handpaw and pull it out to look at the creamy interior and now the whine comes from you. You're still changing. Dream-come-true or not, you didn't ask any for this, and your body is changing at the whim of a supernatural thing from beyond you've never met. The fur overtakes your normal hair, and you see the edges of your jaw and throat are revealing a fox-like fur pattern emerging on your face. Breathing through your nose heavily, it blackens and curls up and out into a dog's nose, pulling your lips with it over elongating rows of teeth growing sharp. Grimacing, pulling your lips back, you watch as the teeth grow out into the fangs of a dog. Screwing your eyes shut, the last of the fur covers your head and eyelids and you're completely covered in fur. Several seconds pass, breathing heavily. You look at yourself, gripping the sink. You turn your head left and right to see the fur and eyes and fangs and ears. Your every fur folicle stands on edge. Then a minute. You're still griping the think with your still-opposable-thumbed handpaws, and you slowly relax. Your ears snap forward. Your tail waves gently back and forth. Your grip on the sink softens. You stand. You look at your handpaws. You glance over your shoulder at and wag your tail. You eye your ears in the mirror and flick them back and forth. You blink. You open your mouth as far as it can go, and let your tongue curl back between your canine fangs as you watch your image in the mirror. You hesitate, but it must be done, and there's no one around. You start to unbutton your shirt. It's a little tricky at times with your new handpaws, but you eventually get the job done, and can see yourself. All of yourself from top to bottom. A voice in the back of your head says mildly "Not so bad..." And you feel another twinge. Your spine and tail decide to do the mambo again, and you find yourself on all fours. Now your neck curls again, and your head pulls back to a position impossible for a normal human body. Your precious opposable thumb shrinks back and your palms stretch out and your fingers bulge. Your thighs shorten but thicken, your feet grow longer, and your chest barrels out. In a few seconds... You're a dog, from head to toe.
