boofunpack: a simple cookie run ovenbreak/line/kakao sprite ripper

ever wanted to become a dataminer but didn't wanna deal with code or become an enemy of devsisters corporation? now you can! simply download my new program, boofunpack

to use it, simply get a cookie run: ovenbreak data download from an emulator (tutorial here; you need only to follow steps 1-4) and drag a spritesheet in .png or .plist format onto the executable. you can do this by opening the folder with boofunpack in a side window, putting the .exe on your desktop, or just throwing it into the same folder as your spritesheets. I swear i'll make this easier eventually

on the first run, it'll make a file named config.ini with a couple values you can edit. if you want to use your frames for animations, you can disable sprite cropping; if you don't, you can turn off the animation names and it'll use the original sprite filenames

this program is very beta-y so if you run into any issues let me know. right now there are some limitations, like you can't sort line/kakao sprites by animation, but i'm working on it. I hope to add more features like .gif creation or a proper menu eventually

UPDATE: right after i posted this windows started warning me that my own program is a virus. sooooooo you're gonna have to add exclusions in windows defender if that happens

this thing isn't a virus and you can verify that by looking at my code on GitHub, even build it yourself if you want. this is why i'm switching to linux when the steam deck comes out
