It would take a while to gain his respect, but once you did, there was no losing it

morning coffee ;

Loki would always get up before you, as he likes his coffee quite early in the morning. Of course, he wouldn’t leave without a soft kiss on the forehead as you continue to sleep.

You woke up to the fresh smell of cinnamon, which immediately tickled your brain in curiosity. As you got up, you would hear Loki humming a small tune. A lullaby of sorts, in which his mother used to sing to him.

You would walk up to him, now hugging him from behind as he continued to brew his coffee. A small chuckle could be heard from his lips, as he stopped what he was doing to turn his attention to you.

“Awake? Hm, I’d thought you would stay in for a little while longer.”

“..Is that cinnamon-flavored coffee?” You asked tiredly, your words slurred and sounding exhausted.

“Why, yes. It’s one of my favorites.”

Loki smiled. He continued to brew his coffee until it was fully done. You basically continued to cling onto his waist, your hands keeping a firm grip.

While he drinks his coffee, you couldn’t help but smile. You buried your head into his neck now, giving him the softest of kisses.

Upon this, Loki felt his face heat up slightly. He giggled, feeling his neck getting filled with sweet and delicate kisses. His blush was almost visible, a pink hue filling his cheeks.

“You seem lovely this morning..”

“Mmmn…just shut up and let me kiss you.”

“Oh my, feisty are we?” Loki spoke with a tease in his voice. He couldn’t help but chuckle, as he now put his coffee down and shifts his body around so that he was facing you.

He now attacked your neck with kisses, as a little pay back.

“L-Loki—!!” You felt a lot more awake as he muffled your neck with kisses, his lips feeling soft against it. You laughed warmly, gripping onto his shoulders now for balance.

“Not so feisty now, hm?”

“Oh shut up.”

The rest of the morning consisted of laughable remarks and just plain old kissing. Two lovebirds being chaotic.

After another Asgardian ball, he finally asks if he could be yours, which you happily said yes to

Since then the two of you have been inseparable

Loki would handpick flowers for you

He would send love letters

He would ask you to go out every weekend

He always treated you to food when you guys went out, even though you offered to pay

You got Loki into technology, so when you two weren’t together, he would always send texts for date ideas

You both watched kids fall down as a date idea once, it was a fun day

Loki asked you on a beach date which you excited you…when he saw your outfit he was blushing like crazy

He treated you like a princess, I mean..of course he did?! You were his good girl after all!

That doesn’t mean he wouldn’t annoy the shit out of you (especially when you were busy)

“Hey” poke “Hey” poke “Hey” poke “Hey poke” he kept poking you

“WHAT?!” you say, frustrated with your work and him annoying you

“You’re cute when you’re mad”

You flipped him off, he acted offended

“You can’t hate meeeee!” He kept going

“Oh but I cannnnnn! If you’re annoyinggggg!” You teased back

Loki now acted sad and you gave in by kissing him on the cheek and then returning to work

Loki smiled at you and helped you with your work

He knew your love for baking, and so he attempted to bake you a cake for your birthday…He forgot to remove the eggshells and you ended up baking a new cake together

He would read to you when you go on park dates while you painted

You don’t often stay overnight since you and Loki had busy working lives in the early morning, but the first night you did, he made you wear his pyjamas which lead you both to a shared makeout session

The morning after that he cooked you breakfast and fixed your hair, adding a flowers as he goes

In return you fixed his hair and did a face skin care on him

He was so utterly in love with you and talks about you to Thor and Frigga. Frigga is happy for him. Thor is too, but wants Loki to shut up sometimes.

He once woke Thor at 4 am because you sent a selfie of yourself and he just found you so beautiful in that picture

You always recommended him outfit to wear when he visited Midgard, he finds the mens outfits silly besides the tight sport tops

From beach dates, arcade dates, park dates, eating out, ice cream dates, painting dates, amusement park dates, and so so so much more…You and Loki did everything together

But Loki’s favourite moment between you both was a night you stayed over…you two were just goofing around, messing with Thor, baking cookies, gossiping and playfully judging people online…after all that you put on some music and invited him to dance. He found it silly at first but joined after…a slower song came on and you just clung onto him…He held you close and you both swayed back and forth…in that moment Loki swear he died and went to Valhalla. He then laid down and you rested your head by his chest, he kissed the top of your head…”I love you” You smiled and kissed his hand “I love you too” you both fell asleep in each other’s embrace

I've been obsessing over them for a while, and just the amount their relationship has grown is crazy. Loki used to not trust mobius and wanted to get away from him and the TVA, but now they are so close with each other. They have soft spots for each other, the way they look at each other, their eyes are always filled with such warmth and fondness it really gets me. Furniture shopping with Loki hc’s:

He wanted everything in green 💀

You fought against that idea since…it can’t all be green 😭

He obliged and picked out some other colours

Though green was clearly the dominant colour

He loves cooking so you let him pick out whatever he wanted for the kitchen

He loved your choice of quilts and sheets

You loved the bathroom decorations he chose

He got this HUGE sofa that he thought would fit in the living room…it barley fit but it was worth the price since it became like another bed

He is much more into furniture shopping than you, he always came home with a new candle or portrait for the house…there is a whole section for candles

You bought garden furniture and he loved the flowers you picked for the lawn…it’s slowly becoming one of his favourite spots to read when in the house

Even though Loki could technically conjure furniture in a snap of a finger, the time you two spend going around looking for new things to fill your house with is a time he truly cherishes with you

as an og loki fan, it's truly something to watch a character who you've loved for so long change so much and open up.

when he admitted that yes, he's saving the TVA because he wants his friends back? how he's willing to admit that having friends gives him a sense of belonging? how he truly got attached to them? how he has "gotten soft" by caring for mortals and wanting to be around them? to see that he's caring for them so much that he's afraid that he'll lose them? but also loving them all so much that he was wiling to be lonely if it gave them their own lives back?
