1 AYLIK YAZI

Bir ay spor salonunda çok verimli bir antrenman programı uyguladım. 4 ayrı bölgeye 4 ayrı gün ayırıp günler arasına birer gün boşluk koydum. Biceps-Triceps, Göğüs-Sırt, Omuz-Bacak ve Core bölgesi. Core bölgesi alt sırt kalça ve arka üst bacağı kaplıyo. Bu dört bölgeyi sırasıyla uyguladım. Ekürim var veya yok hiç aksatmadan bir ay gittim. Kreatin ve protein tozumu kullandım. Vücudum çok sıkı ve yavaş yavaş da olsa büyümeye devam ediyor.

Yemek düzenim de oldukça düzenli gidiyor. Sabah kahvaltımda yeşilliğimi asla eksik etmiyorum. Haşlama yumurta ve bunun yanında da fındık kreması yiyorum. Fındık çikolata kremasını yiyorum çünkü sağlıklı yaşayacağım diye hayattan tamamıyla kopup sıkıcı bir düzen de yaşamak istemiyorum. Sevdiğim ama düzenime uymayan şeyleri de planlı bir şekilde yapmaya çalışıyorum.

Uyku ve mobil oyunlar en büyük sıkıntım. Dün itibarıyla mobil oyunu sildim. Uyku için de bir plan yaptım ona uymaya çalışıyorum. Gece 3'ten önce uyuyup 11'den önce kalkmak. Biliyorum bu da kötü bir uyku düzeni fakat ehveni şer diyip daha beterlerinden sakınmaya çalışıyorum.

Şimdilik durum böyle. Bir sonraki seferde davul maceralarımdan bahsedeceğim.

It’s Day 364 of the Great Hill Humidity and Dew Point Differential Scarf 2023. The humidity was 94 percent, the dew point was 42 degrees, and the differential between the humidity and the dew point was 52 today. I used the Bright Yellow color of Red Heart Super Saver yarn. I worked my stitches in the “(K6, P6); repeat” stitch pattern to show the differential between the humidity and the dew point was 52 at 7am. It was rainy this morning in Wessagusset, but the rain stopped, and it almost cleared by the time of sunset. Tomorrow we should finally see the sun for the first time in a while, which will be a welcome change to the gloom we have been experiencing. I spent the day ordering things from WEBS. I know I hate their charging for shipping, but I also love the vast array of pattern books they have on sale, and the awesome ten inch needle set I just bought is so cool, I just ordered the fourteen inch set. I was hoping to order some smaller size needles to complete the sets, but couldn’t find them, so I’ll have to call when they are open to see if they have them so I can have complete sets. Be safe out there.
