I am a huge film nerd but I think my favoirte types of movies invlove, time travel, pirates, cool charcters/ species(this includes monsters and such), aniamtion, or an intresting premice that makes you think.

“My Adventures with Superman” is an all-new kids and family animated series following the action-packed, comedic and romantic adventures of Superman and Lois Lane. In this serialized coming-of-age story, we follow twenty-somethings Clark Kent (voiced by Jack Quaid) as he builds his secret Superman identity embracing his role as the hero of Metropolis, the bright and driven Lois Lane (voiced by Alice Lee) now growing into a star investigative journalist, and an aspiring photographer Jimmy Olsen taken by Lois under her wing. They trio begins to discover who they are and everything they can accomplish together as an investigative reporting team at the Daily Planet. All the while, Clark and Lois are falling in love, sharing adventures, taking down bad guys, stumbling over secrets, and discovering what it means to be Superman and Lois Lane.

I respect your opinion, but I disagree. Maybe the old DC mocies were good, like Nolan’s Batman or Burton’s Batman, or the aniamted ones... but the new DCEU mostly sucks. Man of Steel was okay, Batman VS Superman was a mess, Wonder Woman played it too safe, Justice League sucked, and Suicide Squad didn’t know what it wanted to be. Plus, they change the characters’ personalities depending on what they need instead of developing a personality. Marvel isn’t perfect, true, but they know what they do

Man of Steel was solid imoBvS suffered from lack of creative freedom (a problem with most DCEU movies since WB doesn’t know how to let directors do their thing)Wonder Woman was amazing and spectacular on so many different levels (seriously, it’s better than most Marvel movies imo)Justice League was funSuicide Squad was fun, but suffered from a lack of a legit motive for the movie to happen or a stellar cast of charactersHonestly they’re not that bad, but when you’re thrown into the deep end of the pool and told “Hey compete with the MCU which has been around for half a decade and made over billions of dollars” you’re kind of at a disadvantage from the get go
