#Alastor #hazbin hotel #we know he got shot in the head by a hunter and that’s how he died #and that that’s prob tied to why he’s a deer demon #and radio dial eyes is obv because of his ties to being a radio host in life and now in death #but do we know anything about the stitches and broken neck #in a lot of scenes we see him twist his neck violently #and in his demons forms it’s always crooked #did his neck get snapped during or after he was shot? #I guarantee you that if we ever get a scene where Alston’s neck is bare it will have a fucked up scar or something #I’ve heard theories that the stitches on his mouth could be tied to his constant smile #either that his smile is such an important feature that it became permanent in death #or that whoever he made a deal with made it so he’s not able to actually talk about it #could be both even because in some scenes there’s only stitches in the corner of his mouth and in the deal scene they’re all the way across #personally the stitches in combo with the deer form and the fact he was killed by a hunter makes my mind go to taxidermy #it kind of looks like he was stuffed and stitched up #I’ve also seen people compare his stiches to those voodoo dolls #but I dont know enough about them to make any kind of comparison

#these are dogs so being competely white isn't really anything out of the ordinary lots of dogs are white #or I mean maybe his parents were a bit perplexed if everyone in their family history looked more or less like them and in comes this kid #it's really his reddish eyes people have a bit of an issue with #you don't see those often it's a very distinct and memorable feature #it doesn't help that he's notably bug-eyed and has this deer in the headlights look going on constantly #as an adult he ends up adopting a lot of expressions that feature half-closed lids partly in order to avoid drawing attention to them #as a part of his collected respectable and refined facade #answered #anonymous #Machete

Headcanon time!

Alastor endured bullying during his childhood due to his mixed race and fatherless home life. It's noteworthy that some of the confrontations were not entirely unprovoked, as Alastor had a penchant for finding trouble himself. He often challenged peers who were physically larger and stronger than him. However, his responses to the bullying gradually took on a more menacing tone.

During one incident, Alastor lured one of his bullies deep into the bayou during a chase. The kid was ready to beat Alastor up, but Alastor had gotten away, taunting the other kid to try and catch him. Reaching a steep hill, with huge body of water at the end, Alastor halted. The kid had caught up to him, with a huge stick in his hand.

"Ready to get your ass beaten?" The kid taunted.

"Come and get me, if you dare!" Alastor retorted back.

The kid launched himself at Alastor, but Alastor swiftly dodged to the side, leaving his tormentor falling down the hill and into the murky waters.

Observing the scene, Alastor couldn't help but smirk. He noticed a crocodile approaching the struggling bully, who was now thrashing and screaming for help.

"ALASTOR! GET ME OUT OF HERE!" the bully shrieked in terror.

"I rather not." Alastor camly said back and turned away. "Best of luck chum!"

"Y-YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME HERE! No.. NO AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Back home Alastor had a nice meal waiting for him. He was smiling and humming as he ate his mother's' wonderful food.

"You seem to be in a good mood Alastor. Anything particular good happened today?" his mother inquired, delighted to see her son in high spirits.

"Oh, nothing of importance." Alastor sang back.

Since most rain world creatures are a cross between 2 types of animals it's totally possible that scavs are a cross between apes and some kind of insect (probably ants) which I'm that case the scavs could be matriarchal with a queen like ants, (since the leader of the scavs is called the chief not the king it's possible) so in that case artis campaign could end in the ultimate girlboss battle.

Red Deer is well known like their official cookie as well as businesses like the Sweet Market Esso. With all these delicious treats, I'm curious as to what Red planz to hand out to trick-or-treaters at Halloween.

I've never been trick or treating in Red Deer before, but if its anything like the sub-rural oil town my siblings and I would tear through, I imagine there's sometimes a very dramatic contrast between the folks handing out full sized bars and cans of pop and the folks who would make sure all their lights were out and leave passive aggressive 'sorry we dont participate in this satanic holiday' notes on their doors. Red herself I've always imagined as the former!

I remember hearing a statistic many years ago that Albertans tend to spend the most of any province on Halloween candy, and I do believe it. That said, of course, inflation is still horrible this year and I imagine people might be showing a little more restraint.
