Midoriya Izuku
He was going to have a talk at some school about stupid hero shit and he was nervous as hell. So he looked up ways to increase self confidence on YouTube and found one where it says to talk to yourself in the mirror. And he did, he would wake up in the morning and head to the mirror talking about how the day is when he hadn't even open the curtains, laugh to his mirror self about how many times you queefed after you had sex and whisper into the mirror about the super super secret operation the heroes are planning to arrest All For One.
The last straw was when he would talk into the mirror giggling at 3 am in the morning, like, bro 😧
Bakugou Katsuki
Stomper. Stomps everywhere he goes like his feet doesn't get hurt from all that stomping??? It only gets worse when the two of you fight and he's too much of a pussy to start communicating like a normal human being and lets out his frustrations with his giant stomping. And both of you live in an apartment and the unit below has complained more than 3432 times and the EMBARASSMENT when the door dings and the neighbour downstairs is telling Bakugou to quiet down ONLY THEN he starts stomping around harder in anger because he's mad why can't the neighbour mind their own business 🤠
Todoroki Shoto
Just because he’s born into a rich family and always had maids to keep his house clean, this man has no idea about the simplest little chore 😐😐 you were out with your friends for a day and came back to the house to catch him washing dirty dishes with just the sponge…no detergent…then putting the plates onto the drying rack with food scraps STICKING on it. Paranoia made you wash all your plates and shit over again, do not trust this man with chores.
Kaminari Denki
Yes yes, it may seem fun and all to live with him BUT his chaotic personality is seriously going to be the death you. There is no resting when he’s in the house bestie. Once, you said something about wanting to eat korean friend chicken and he literally bought plane tickets to south korea that was going to land off in two hours 😃 neway after eating yourself stuffed with chicken, he bought you to walk the great china walls just cuz it was close, then Russia and before you knew it, you toured the whole world and only came back after a year later 🙃
Tenya Ilda
Mans got some OCD and it is not those small ones. You have to place those decorations and knick-knacks exactly on their specific spot, not too right and not too left. And he thinks you have a memory quirk or something?? Cause naw. Then it slowly gets worse like you can't sit on the couch or you'll create an ass mark on it, can't eat the fruit on the table or he's telling you to get those that you've taken in the store, even when it's 12 AM in the morning. And you're fucking done when you have to tiptoe on the floor because you'll ruin the perfect amount of dust he just checked for 😑😐 You left him and his perfect amount of dust the next morning.
Dabi
Istg he's literally so fucking annoying his existence is probably just to piss you off. He leaves the last piece of the toilet paper roll instead of taking a new one just because he's lazy and what's worse is that the single last piece wasn't even whole, it's literally torn in HALF 😐 Also suffocates you under the blanket after he cracked a big obese-typa-fat bubbly shart and shoves his big toe after a day of sweaty socked feet into your nose when you're asleep.
Shigaraki Tomura
He does not clean up after himself?? There are wrappers, plastics, balled-up papers and used condoms all over the place and he doesn't even open the windows to let the air circulate. He also takes out the trash TWICE A MONTH???!! Like, no wonder Dabi moved out the first month of sharing the place with him. Anyway, you packed your bags when you saw an adventurous traveler cockroach wandering near his open, snoring dry mouth at night 😋😋

I see tiktok commenters commenting “the only real ship is Pomni x door” on Digital Circus ship posts and it’s giving me flashbacks of MHA fandom making the joke “Deku x hospital bed.”

if your taking requests:
reader x b. katsuki:
Reader is very injured after a fight with a villan gets admitted into the hospital.
Tumblr media
A/N: normally, my requests are closed, but I've cracked open the emergency vault just for this one. Why? Well, I've got a soft spot for Bakugo, and this topic piqued my interest. So here's a quick and fluffy blurb
MY HERO ACADEMIA MASTERLIST
Tumblr media
In one of the hospital rooms, the rhythmic beeping of the heart monitor was the only sound, punctuating the heavy silence. You lay in bed, battered and bruised from the fierce battle with the villain. Tubes and machines surrounded you, a stark reminder of your fragile state.
Just then, the door to the room burst open, and Bakugo Katsuki stormed in, his usual fiery demeanor softened by concern. He couldn't hide the worry in his crimson eyes as he approached your bedside.
"Oi, you idiot," he grumbled, trying to sound nonchalant but failing miserably. "You better not be planning to make this a regular thing, getting yourself beat up like that, dumbass."
You managed a weak smile despite the pain, your voice barely above a whisper. "Sorry, Katsuki. The villain was tough…"
Katsuki huffed, crossing his arms. "Tough or not, you should've called for backup. Don't try to be a hero all by yourself, dumbass."
He pulled up a chair and sat down beside the bed, his expression softening a fraction. "You had us all worried, you know. Even Deku was going on and on about how we need to find you before you do anything reckless again. You've broken the already fucking broken nerd, you little shit."
There was a brief pause, and then he awkwardly reached out, gently taking your hand. His palm was warm. Bakugo's gaze would occasionally flicker down to your bandaged body, your injuries far more severe than anyone had initially realized. He couldn't help but feel a gnawing fear in the pit of his stomach, one he refused to vocalize. His grip on your hand tightened involuntarily as he watched you wince in pain. He knew you were trying to be strong, but he could see the exhaustion and pain in Y/E/C eyes, even if you tried to hide it. "You better not be downplaying how bad this is," he finally grumbled, his voice lower than usual.
You met met his gaze. "I'm tough, Katsuki. I'll heal."
He didn't respond, but his hand never left yours. He knew that sometimes, silence conveyed more than words ever could.
You chuckled weakly, wincing at the pain. "I appreciate you coming, Katsuki."
He glanced away for a moment, seemingly flustered, before muttering, "Yeah, yeah well, I didn't have much of a choice. Just… don't do this again, okay, dumbass? I don't want to see you like this ever fucking again."
You gave his hand a reassuring squeeze. "I'll try not to, Katsuki."
He nodded, a mix of relief and frustration evident on his face. "Good. Because if you end up in here again, I'm gonna explode something."
A small smile tugged at the corners of your lips. "You're a real softie if you only want to, Katsuki."
He scowled, but there was a glimmer of warmth in his eyes. "Shut up, I'm not, you idiot."
Katsuki's presence, despite his gruff exterior, brought a comforting sense of normalcy to the sterile hospital room.
It was in those moments, when he thought no one was watching, that Bakugo Katsuki showed a side of himself that few got to see— a side that was caring, protective, and undeniably sweet.

This just popped up in my mind, imagine post-the contract epilogue where new mama reader had her baby like 3 months ago and she’s so clingy with her baby and Mina’s trying to drag her out of the house for a girls night out
Dilf deku just trying to reassure her that he and Sero will watch both of their kids so she can finally get out and go have fun because she’s been in the bed for months she just loves her baby so much 😭😭😭
Like Deku would is the most perfect husband you can’t tell me he won’t be patting her back and kissing her forehead as she cries abt how she’s going to miss her baby even if it’s just for a couple hours
A/N: They way i couldn't help myself, I loved every second of this.
Don't worry, Mommy
Husband Midoriya Izuku x Wifey Reader
Tumblr media
Warning: Pregnancy and giving birth scene, insecurities of weight gain, DOMESTIC FLUFFY GOODNESS
A scream ripped out of you as you gripped onto your husband who was in front of you outside of the water birth pool. Your hands gripped onto Izuku’s shoulder blades, your fingers digging into his skin as he held you up through the contraction.
“You’re doing so well, honey. He’s almost here. Just a few more. You’re doing wonderful.” He whispered into your ear. The sound of your screaming was one that broke his heart, especially since he couldn’t do anything to help you at all. He whished he could, but all he could do was stay supportive and stay strong for you. He swallowed down the pain of hearing your cries as you held onto him.
You let out a gasp as your grip on him lightened. He knew to hold you up better, making sure that you wouldn’t sink back in exhaustion.
“Good job, Mrs Midoriya!” The Head Midwife of the Horikoshi Heroes Hospital praised as she assessed your progress. Mrs Hayashi had a bright smile on her face as she rubbed your lower back as you took a few seconds of rest away from the contractions. “He’s almost here. Just a few good pushes and he’ll be out.”
Izuku looked over to Mrs Hayashi. She gave a positive look with a nod of her head, motioning to the other nurses in the room to get everything ready for the baby’s arrival. Izuku let out a relieved breath. You had been in labour for the past fourteen hours and admittedly the first two hours of that were you eating and getting ready to actually get to the hospital before anything. You had been thrown into harsh contractions for the past few hours and only ten minutes ago were you fully dilated and had urgently told your husband that you needed to push.
Izuku placed a kiss to the top of your head as he held your tired form. You had never looked more beautiful than you did now, in his eyes. “You hear that, my love? We’re so close.” He whispered down to you as he held you like it was the easiest thing in the world.
“Izuku…” You let out tiredly as you tilted your head to look up at him. You had always supported your husband unconditionally, sometimes giving more than him (rarely), however, this was something you were grateful to have him for. Where you trusted in his strength more than you felt like you could trust your own. “He’s early.”
“Only by a week.” Izuku spoke optimistically. “He’s being punctual.”
You let out a low chuckle before another contraction hit you. You tensed as you arched your back in pain. You tried to bite back the horrible agony that was birth as your nails once again punctured your husband’s skin. Suddenly it felt like you were on fire, you buried your head in your husband’s neck as you tried not to scream like you were getting murdered.
“I see the head, Mrs Midoriya! Almost there. Just two big pushes!” You heard Mrs Hayashi praise.
It didn’t take more than ten second before you felt like you had nothing left in you as you practically collapsed against your husband.
However, the sound of crying reach your ears making you open your eyes and turn. You looked up at your husband. Izuku’s face was split into one of pure shock but also pure delight as tears brimmed his eyes. He looked down at you and placed so many kisses on your head. He whispered something to you but you couldn’t hear it over your son’s crying.
Your son…
You reached a hand out. “I…” You didn’t even have to wait long before the little boy was being placed in your arms against your chest. He was small in your arms but had a head filled with curly green hair. His cries started to soften as he felt your skin against his. You let out a soft breath in disbelief. “Hi…” You let out softly. “Hi there, beautiful.” He was the most beautiful thing you had ever seen in your life. He looked so much like he’s father but he was undeniably yours too. He moved his head closer to your skin as he lay there, helpless and in your arms.
You were a mother.
And you were also crying.
You felt your husband tighten his arms around the both of you, holding onto you and a hand to his new son as tears fell out of his eyes. It turned from your son crying to the both of you crying. You couldn’t help but grip him tightly.
“What a handsome boy. What’s his name?”
Izuku looked up at the nurse before looking down at his new son. His face soft and round. “Toshinori. Midoriya Toshinori.”
“Izuku!”
“Hanta!”
Both men hugged each other as they met at the door. “How have you been man? It’s been forever since I last saw you.” Sero stated as he looked at the green haired man in front of him.
Izuku chuckled as he scratched the back of his head. “Children.” He stated with a sigh, tiredness in his voice but also overwhelming gratefulness.
Sero laughed but nodded. “And wives.” He pointed out.
“That’s enough out of you.” Mina sprouted out with a slap to Sero’s arm making him rub his arm but quickly receive both a baby bag and a small month old baby girl who was being carried in a baby seat. Mina was dressed in a short form fitting black dress, dressed for a night out. She had a huge smile on her face as she walked up to Izuku. “Izuku.”
Izuku smiled at the sight of his wife’s best friend. “Hello, Mina.”
Mina placed a kiss to his cheek before entering his home. “Where’s my bestie! And most importantly, where is my godson.” She asked as she strode in, making her way to the kitchen.
Izuku laughed at the questions. Ever since two years ago when you and him had gotten married purely based off a contractual agreement to get back at your ex, and Mina was your maid of honour, he had found himself having gotten close to both her and Sero Hanta. It wasn’t something Izuku expected but something he was grateful for regardless. Sero had always been an understanding and relatable friend. He was good that way.
And Mina had been the person right next to you, supporting the both of you in your marriage wholeheartedly. She was like your number one cheerleader. She was even the first person out of your entire friend group to find out of Bakugou’s infidelity to you. She had been so hands on in your life and Izuku was grateful for her.
“They’re both upstairs. She’s having detachment troubles.” Izuku spoke truthfully as he headed towards the staircase. “I’ll bring her down for you now.”
Sero moved over to the sitting room where Izuku had already planned would be their basis of operations. “Should I put on the game, Izuku?” He asked.
“Yep! My money is on the Sungoliath!”
Izuku heard a gasp come from Sero, “A man after my own heart.”
Izuku already knew where you were despite having left you in the shower. He walked into Toshinori’s room, leaning against the doorway to see you were there standing by the window, looking down at your son who was now three months old. Izuku couldn’t help but watch with a warm loving gaze as you stood there humming softly to Toshinori who smiled up at you like you were his world.
He let out a low chuckle as he walked over to you. Despite looking amazing and ready to go for a fun girls night out, you seemed very adamant on staying. He walked over to stand behind you, arms wrapping around your waist as he peered down at Toshinori. “He’s going to be fine, my love.” He reminded you.
“Oh but Izuku, I don’t want to leave him.” A pout went to your face as you looked up at your husband. Izuku let out a low laugh. “He’s my everything. Look at him. I can’t leave him now.” You stated as you held Toshinori closer to you.
Izuku’s smile was warm. You had been so dedicated to loving and spending time with your newborn that you had barely even left the house. The both of you had just clicked, unexplainably and yet wonderfully. There was no doubt in the world that Toshinori was a mama’s boy. He was always so excited to see you. But to be fair, Izuku wasn’t surprised at all, he himself was a mama’s boy.
For the past three months, he had spent it on paternity leave, gratefully and happily paid by the Japanese Government and the Heroes Commission, so he felt so blessed to spend it watching his little boy and getting to take care of him. Being parents wasn’t easy and it wasn’t always so aesthetically pleasing, but it was something Izuku wouldn’t change for the world.
“He’ll be fine. It’s gonna be me and little T over here.” Izuku moved his hand to brush his son’s soft curls of hair. “’The Midoriya boys! With the two of us and Sero, it’s gonna be our first ever guys night.” He spoke optimistically. You gave him a pointed look. He paused. “Guys night… plus Hina, but that’s not the point.” He stated as he looked down at you, turning you around to face him. He looked at you with earnest green eyes, the same eyes you had fallen so helplessly in love with. He always had a way of bringing you back to earth, just like you anchored him. You took a deep breath and let it out with a sigh. He smiled down at you lovingly and let out a soft chuckle. “He’s going to be fine. Besides, look at him.” You both looked down at Toshinori who was looking at his hand, opening and closing his small chubby hand in fascination. Your son had just realised he had hands and was constantly inspecting them like they were the greatest thing to happen in his life. You both couldn’t help but chuckle at the sight of him, taking Toshinori’s attention as he looked between the both of you with a coo.
“I think he’s going to be fine.” Your husband assured you as he picked Toshinori out of your hand and carefully set him down for a second in his cot. He put the baby on his stomach earning a whine from Toshinori, always having hated tummy time but that quickly stopped when he once again saw his hands. Izuku turned to look at you as he moved you into his arms. “You are going to be fine, my love.” He said assuringly, placing a kiss to your face.”
You dropped your shoulders with a sigh. “Izuku, it’s been so long.” You let out quietly. “Besides, I don’t feel like I look good enough to go out.”
Izuku tilted his head confused, his green curls moving along with his head. “What do you mean?” He asked. His eyes looked over your outfit. Definitely more covered than how you used to wear before becoming parents, but you still looked good. Izuku actually thought you looked more than good. However, he knew if he expressed just how good you looked in his eyes, you’d probably not end up leaving any time soon. “You look beautiful, honey.”
You gave him a disbelieving look. “Izuku, I’ve gained so much weight though.” You let out with a frown. “I’m a bloated whale and not the pregnant sexy kind.” You let out with a soft sigh as you looked down away from him, feeling so self-conscious. “I… I’m not who I was before.”
However, Izuku couldn’t see it. Mentally he could not comprehend what you were talking about. When he looked at you right now, all he ever saw was his wife. The woman he held his heart and his mind. The very woman who gave him his world and a reason to keep living and fighting. He didn’t see the added weight, he didn’t see the bloating or the days you felt ugly. You were always going to be his beautiful wife.
His eyebrows furrowed as he shook his head with a gentle look on his eyes. “Oh honey…” At the sound of his tone, you felt your eyes burn and you willed yourself not to cry. He took you gently into his arms, holding you tightly in a hug you didn’t know you needed. “My love, you are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen in my life.” He told you genuinely. “I mean that. Everything that’s happened to your body, the added weight, the stretch marks, the random milk stains that happen everytime you hear a baby cry…” You couldn’t help but let out a laugh at that aspect. “That’s happened because you did something that is so uniquely powerful. My love you made a family out of me.” He leaned back to look at you and that’s when you saw love.
Pure love. His pupils were big and round as he looked down at you with nothing but gentle softness and love. He was so enamoured and so smitten it looked as though he could see nothing other than you. It was so suffocating underneath his gaze and yet you didn’t want to be anywhere else. A dimpled smile was on his face, one that made dimples appear on his freckled cheeks.
“Without you, there wouldn’t be the Midoriyas. You gave me a home, you gave me a family, you made me a father. I don’t think I can stress that enough. You…” He seemed breathless as he cupped your cheeks. A joyful laugh stumbled out of his chest as tears fell from his eyes. “You gave me a son. I don’t think I could ever repay you or spoil you for the beauty and majesty that is your presence in my life. You aren’t who you were, Y/N, but you are something so much more beautiful.” He carefully wiped the tears off your face as you tried biting back a sob. He let out a chuckle. “Now, none of that, my pretty little Tsubaki flower. You’ve got a fun night ahead of you. So go out there and have some fun. We’ll be waiting for you when you get back.”
You looked up at Izuku with a wobbly lip trying to bite back more cries but you nodded your head. “I love you.”
Izuku let out a soft breath. “I love you too.” A whine came from beside the both of you. Toshinori had a pout on his lips as he made grabby hands towards the both of you but was frustrated by the fact that he didn’t know how to get to the both of you. Izuku laughed as he picked up his son in his arms. “And so does Toshi.” He stated truthfully as the boy placed a hand on you too with a smile.
You smiled at the both of them. “My boys… I’ll miss you.” You placed a kiss on Toshinori’s head. “Be good for Daddy, okay Toshi? Don’t burn down the house.”
“No promises.”

Family
Tags: Midoriya x fem!reader, pregnant, hospital
Family is something precious.
You lay on the hospital bed, stroking your round tummy as you prepare to give birth to your 3rd child.
Deku checked you in yesterday because he was sure your water was going to break soon, and the doctors had confirmed his calculations by allowing you a bed in a shared ward.
The lady you're rooming with is pregnant too, but her situation is entirely different from yours. It's as if there's a party going on at her side of the ward. There were family, friends, extended relatives and so many more people you can't count that it made you feel like you were invading her space.
You suspected that this was her first child, considering how loud they were being, the raw excitement in the soon-to-be mother voice and the lack of screaming children.
On your side of the room sat your lonesome self, stroking your belly as you whispered soft coos to your unborn child. You weren't bothered by the noise as it gave you something else to focus on. However, on the off chance that you did look up, a pitied gaze was all you can see from the lady on the bed.
Her gaze was sympathetic as if saying, aww you poor thing, no one to celebrate with you, as her friends gushed about her very first child ever so loudly
You paid no mind to her.
You were content, and no matter how many of those looks she threw you, you wouldn't let her get you down.
"Mummyyyy!" Tiny footsteps thumped one by one into the room, making your head turn to the doorway. Your adorable 4-year-old stumbled in, arms outstretched high in the air with a heart-winning smile on her face.
"Is Mummy okay? Hiroko-chan's in there, right?" Your sweet girl has the most adorable voice, her tiny hands pressed against your stomach gently as she stands on her tiptoes to attempt to climb onto your bed.
"Kumiko, sweetheart, I told you not to run off without Papa, right?" A tuff of green hair pops into view by the doorway as Midoriya steps into the ward. His hair is in disarray, eyebags prominent under his eyes, but his smile was so bright it looked as if he was practically glowing. In his arms was your sleeping two-year-old, fast asleep against your husband's chest.
Your eldest blinks at her father, processing his words before bowing her head in shame. "Sorry, Papa," She apologised. The Number 1 hero smiled, bending down to ruffle his daughter's hair. "Don't do it again, okay?"
Nodding her head vigorously, Kumiko patted the mattress of your bed, signalling for help to get her on it to join you under the covers. With a small boost by Midoriya, the four-year-old successfully climbed onto the bed and curled up right next to your tummy.
"Hey, Y/n," Midoriya greeted softly, directing his attention towards you now. "How you holding up, hun?"
You mirror his smile, gently stroking your daughter's head as you meet his eyes. "Good. You?"
Midoriya blows out an awkward chuckle,
You raised an eyebrow. "Kids' got you running all over the place again?"
A nod from the blushing broccoli boy.
Out of the corner of your eye, you saw people on the other side of the room with their jaws hanging ajar as Midoriya leaned in for a kiss.
You reciprocated happily, tasting the sweet flavour of comfort that you'd missed in the hospital.
The once looks of pity had turned to envy, seeing how the Number 1 Hero had chosen you as his partner for life.
But that wasn't the only thing that caught their attention.
The woman's eyes were fixated on your little girl, eyes wide with curiosity as she pressed her ear against your womb. "Hiroko-chan~" She sang, kissing your belly. "Onee-san's waiting for you...come out soon, okay?"
"'Zuku, could you draw the curtain for me?" You whispered, eyes wandering down to check if your youngest was still sleeping. "I'd like some time with just my family."

Tumblr media
Uraraka Ochako is functioning on four hours of sleep and a few well timed snacks. She’s led morning stretches for the first-shift guards, floated smithing equipment to the forge, freed a bird from the clocktower, and worked Sero’s horrible tape off the back of a fireproof Alderan cloak.
Since midnight it’s been nothing but Alderans pilling up in the courtyard. Every time staff thought they’d collected the last of them, two more would tumble through the gates– one fell from the fucking sky. Captain Hawks deployed from the garrisons at the sight of a flare and dropped Kirishima on castle grounds, crispy, an hour later.
Uraraka has made her morning rounds four times over and polished her cuisses to thinning. She helped Miss Nemuri battle the Alderan Prince to bed and found furs for singed Kirishima. Even off-duty she’s still in her greaves and chausses because without weight on her legs she’d get so distracted she might simply float away. She couldn’t sleep. Not when there was one person missing all night. Until half an hour ago, everyone from the forest fire was accounted for except for Master Aizawa.
When she enters the throne room ahead of you, he’s standing beside the queen no worse for his usual wear. There are a menacing amount of people squeezed inside and the wall of open windows does nothing to make the crowd less oppressive. Off-shift guards, generals, military personnel, butlers, even the kitchen staff are spriting from one corner of the room to the other to try and provide the unexpected guests with appropriate refreshments. You look pale when Uraraka checks behind her, and you feel cold in her hand.
“Y/n?”
You nod, but don’t quite look at her. You’re busy peering out at the seagulls flying past and stumbling on your nightgown hem, like crossing the threshold of the throne room stripped you of all the coordination you displayed just minutes ago. The hodgepodge of royal advisors have squeezed into this modest room for an emergency meeting, but they’re shouting and squabbling like a group of children loud enough to deafen horses at the edge of town. They’re here because of the flame mage.
Uraraka stops trying to navigate through the crowd and turns to you, “Are you feeling sick?”
“I’m alright.”
Do you realize you’re whispering? Or that you answered too quickly?
She pulls your hand a bit and steps even closer, “Is it like last night– like the poison?”
One voice cannot be heard over another, one face cannot be seen for long before moving behind a chest or shoulder or otherwise being walked in front of. Uraraka realizes it was silly to take you from the hospital directly to the queen, even if you were requested. She should have objected. To be fair to herself, she didn’t anticipate the chaos.
A gentleman trips on the corner of a rug and causes enough of a fuss around the pair of you that you’re being bumped by guests from all angles. You look agitated.
“Do you need a chair?”
“Just tell me what your queen needs from me.”
The sound of your heartbeat shouldn’t be so loud in your ears considering the long hum of hundreds of voices around you. You realize you’re staring at the floor and when you look back up, Uraraka stands just inches away with a grounding hold on your hand. She's warm too, like Kirishima. Too warm, she’s too close to you and her hold is too tight.
There’s a bit of movement in the space beside your head and taking a second to focus, Uraraka spies a shock of green hair bumbling through the throng towards her. She knows this particular friend will not be a huge help in this particular moment but what she doesn’t anticipate is your light footwork the second he breaks through the crowd. Poor Deku. He would have been okay if he hadn’t steadied himself on your shoulder after wrestling free of the crowd.
“Hey Och–!”
With eyes still unfocused and balance still off, you kick a foot between his legs, take solid hold of his hand, and then he’s flying– fully airborne– over the back of your head and onto the marble floor. Uraraka barley pushes a pair of diplomats behind her fast enough to keep his red boot from knocking out any teeth. A hush ripples immediately through the crowd.
“Deku you can’t just grab people!”
The short young man gapes up at you from the spot where you have him pinned to the floor. Freckles and nervous eyes, a slight smile, he whispers, “I’m sorry.”
“I’m sorry,” you whisper back immediately.
“That’s enough!” Another voice, a tired voice, breaks through the mortifying silence and kick-starts the chaos again. You release your hold on the boy who is quick to pick himself up and bow his head, but people are moving, generals or ordering, waitstaff are fussing, all around you again. You don’t have Uraraka’s hand to hold. The boy could be apologizing, his mouth is moving for sure, Uraraka is gone– you’re trying to excuse yourself to a young woman whose foot you’ve tread, but she’s replaced by an old man in blue cloaks, then he’s replaced by a spindly child with a silver horderve tray and it’s becoming terribly difficult to stay afloat.
“Y/n,” The tired voice becomes clear again. You raise your head and Aizawa is standing in front of you, borne from the crowd pushing past. He takes another step forward and it’s so much easier to concentrate on his dark coat in the colorful chaos.
He doesn’t seem to be burned, or maimed, or...ghost-like, and he is not phased by the swarms of expensively dressed men shouldering past the pair of you. You don’t know where the boy or Uraraka went and you haven’t introduced yourself to the queen who must be in here s–
“Y/n.”
“Yes, sir.” You snap back to attention.
Aizawa’s caught your eyes wandering to the windows again and when he says your name it’s low and clear, “May I?” You nod. He pinches the collar of your nightgown with his long fingers and clasps the silver neckline closed with a brooch.
“You’re in the throne room. How do you feel?”
“Well, sir.”
“You were injured last night, do you feel any side effects?”
“I’m–I feel fuzzy.”
Panic subsides with nothing to focus on but the man in front of you. He stands close and works slowly. When your eyes are no longer pounding with your pulse you take a glimpse of his handiwork at your chest and melt a little at the shining dragontooth below your collarbone. White and unburnt, heavy and familiar. Aizawa rests his hand over your chest when he finishes his adjustments and your heartbeat slows considerably under the pressure. No one bumps into you anymore.
“You were very brave last night Y/n, thank you.”
You think you thank him in response but you’re having a difficult time taking your eyes off his hand where that pressure keeps your lungs from overflowing with panic. You close them instead.
“You’re in the throne room, are you meant to be here?”
“Yes sir.”
“You don’t like tight spaces do you?”
“I’m alright, sir.”
“It helps to focus on one thing in a situation like this.” He lifts from your dragontooth and replaces the warmth with two hands on either shoulder. Briefly, he glances over your head to the crowd undulating, not daring to crash into the black guard, before tipping his head back down to you,
“What are your orders? You should be in bed.”
The presence of the crowd beyond their clicking howling and clinking is only in the absence of fresh air to breathe. The overwhelming chaos of the room is subdued now, dull save for seagull cries and Master Aizawa watches on patiently like he knows that he’s the reason for your peace.
How many orders had you received this week? You blink a few times as you remember and become fully aware of the tragedy of your mission; Queen Mitsuki’s letter to Her Majesty Todoroki, one of the only two things you were tasked with protecting, is ash in a forest miles away.
“I– have no orders. I was requested for an audience.”
“Unhand me!”
Aizawa’s hand at your shoulders becomes a grip when new noise vibrates from a far corner of the room.
“– if you don’t–!”
A horrible tide overcomes the crowd, slowly at first, then the pull of a thousand eyes, heads and legs towards the sound of the commotion. Exactly what you always dread, the sea of people begins to churn and it is never the threat of the crowd that chills you but what a crowd can do to itself.
The voice turns into many which turns into shouting over the single note of chatter. They’re fighting, someone has started a fight in the throne room and you haven’t even managed to catch a glimpse of the queen or her mighty entourage yet so the room must be vast and the crowd must be plenty and there is a much higher chance than you’re comfortable with, of stampede.
The old guard doesn’t have time to be gentle with you when he pulls away, “Can you manage the crowd?”
“Yes sir.”
And you both understand that this is an order, not a question, not a concern.
“Shinsou!” He calls over your head before diving into the thrawl, “Help our Alderan control this traffic.”
As Aizawa disappears into the swell, the relief of Shinsou’s name floods. Every member of your party had been recovered from last night’s fire. You swivel, hoping to catch sight of the young guard coming your way before you begin to help the Takoban staff herd these guests like Aizawa instructed, but instead of Shinsou there are a pair of wide redrimmed eyes standing much too close.
“You’re the Alderan guard?”
Heads turn.
When a great gaggle of creatures come together, it is the sheepdog’s job to gather them. When a dragon takes up residence in a castle it’s mistaken for a jewel rich cave, it is an Alderan’s job to come and relocate them.
“I heard him say it,” the person presses closer, “you’re a member of the Alderan party.”
Sometimes though it is a sheep’s job to wreak as much havoc as possible. The crowd, still generally flowing toward the tussle at the front of the room, has decided that you too are interesting.
“Have you spoken to the queen?” Is the first of many things you hear when a wall of well dressed backs becomes a ring of eager faces.
“Where is your–”
“–does Aldera have–”
As you attempt to find footing suitable for a military member of your standing, a stiff breeze reminds you that you’re not wearing anything more than a cotton nightgown. There’s no sword at your hip, no medals at your chest past Jeanist’s heirloom dragontooth, and only a flimsy ribbon holding back your braid.
“– can you– will this affect the–”
“–was quick!”
“How hot–”
The Takoban King must truly love war for his council to be so large, and for the people in it to be so joyous in their involvement. Flies on corpses.
More and more people break away from the forward flow of the crowd as they realize who you are and not one of them thinks to give you breathing space. You become the room’s second center of gravity. Where the hell is Shinsou?
“I will answer–” you attempt and then spin to apologize to a man you’ve bumped into, “– your questions– I will–”
What is causing this fuss? One bandit in the woods? Alderan company? Are these the manners of Takoba?
Your breath sticks to your throat in the questioning swarm while they push you deeper through them– like you’ve been swallowed by a great snake. You can’t embarrass your country by using force on royal advisors but the constriction of your arms against your side makes it difficult not to raise your voice.
“Where is your party?”
“Who is– charge–”
“You’ve brought danger!”
“Where is your prince?”
Your prince. You dread what would have happened if His Highness and friends accompanied you here. You dread what you would have to do to this crowd to keep them from touching him.
“Excuse me,” you duck as you murmur lukewarm apologies in escape. You must find Shinsou.
A short woman in tails is at your eye-level like this and she begins a barrage of questions about Alderan foreign policy when you error eye contact. One foot in front of the next only introduces you to a new polished nobel and either their disdain or their cross examination. Pushing forward isn’t working. What happened to the vast throne room? Why does it shrink when you move through it?
Your clothes are too tight– your skin is too tight and the hair brushing the back of your neck will surely kill you. You jerk an arm when a brave soul grabs hold of your bicep and force your shoulder stiff in its socket to stop yourself from striking. Their voices melt into itching static, you feel their mosquito bites in the goosebumps of your flesh.
“Where–”
How will you help to manage this crowd when you can’t even walk through it? You don’t want to be alone anymore, this– you, you won’t remember how to get back now.
“You’re a soldier?”
“– and how many–”
“Alderan! Were there weapons or onl–”
A firecracker pop screams in the open air above all of you and you’re gasping when your hearing comes back, long enough to focus on the whistle and crack of a shot in the chamber. One more keeps the static from filling your ears again, and steals the attention of the generals not yet bored by your silence.
“Move,” detonates as a voice off the walls.
Bodies roll past you, through you, to continue their questions without getting crushed by the parting crowds. They can’t yet see the person attached to the voice or the reason for the parting, but you know the owner of the sparks that splash across the blue-green ceiling, and you would follow them forever and a day.
Prince Bakugou, in all his milk golden glory steps through the swarm like a threat.
Generals that swallow you whole don’t approach him and you itch to be closer, but the questions don’t subside just because a new Alderan guest has appeared and in fact they seize on the opportunity to ask you for an introduction.
Your heartbeat is just the ringing of a dented bell, over, and over again and you feel its pulse in your jaw when you open your mouth to speak. No words come out now– now that your arms are trapped at your side and you’ll never be free of this–
“Oi!”
The bell rings louder.
“What–you! Off of her!”
And the person taking their turn to interrogate you is flung forcefully from frame, along with the waitstaff they grab in a panic and take to the ground. And he’s right there, the prince standing directly before you, a vast clearing behind him, growling and billowing smoke. His red eyes aren’t gentle but they pierce your soul with warm homesick.
Having tossed aside the only things between you, other advisors trip over themselves to escape the prince’s course. Some even try to hide behind you. Gold crackles in his palms as he watches you hurriedly catch your breath– why is he here? He’s close enough to touch again and he’s cleared a path to you like the room was empty.
“Highness,” you bow your head and rush to blink the last of the shock from your eyes.
The prince grits his teeth. The veins in his jaw splinter his sculpted cheeks, “You–” he growls. The crowds swell behind him in both size and volume and then flinch when he jerks back around, “– you dare treat an Alderan like your entertainment! Filthy fucking searats–” an explosion from each hand punctuates his rage.
You flinch. Your eyes flood at the sudden noise and your proximity to it, though something more exhausted than tears, and you realize you may be the one in need of a doctor out of the pair of you.
“C’mere,” the prince locks eyes with an unfortunately close diplomat and snatches their furred collar to many cries and general protest from the fleeing crowd, “You think it’s funny eh? To pull a member of my party from the hospital and ambush her in her bedclothes?” The man sheds a few tears of his own as the prince shakes him.
On the first day of winter the queen and her son Dance Peruro with their citizens. Paint their faces with pomegranate wine and strip off their furs to the waist, and then open the caste gates to let townsfolk pour in for feasts and holiday songs. You are always terribly anxious on the sidelines with Jeanist while trying to follow the crowd’s skipping and yowling to make sure that the queen is safe. The king watches his family from the sidelines too, but much less anxiously and mostly with hands full of food.
In the dance, wild limbs fly like fist fight and there is always, always shouting. Screaming thanks to the heavens while leaping round a great bonfire to singsong horns and strings. The Dance Peruro is destructive and it’s beautiful to watch two pairs of red eyes full of joy, dance together in the crowd that loves them.
Bakugou looks elated in this scene, red eyes slits and filled with excitement. Gold twinkles in his ears. He finally gets to flex his magic even if it is inside another kingdom’s throne room and practiced on another kingdom’s citizens, but how on Earth you’re going to apologize to the Takoban queen– to master Aizawa– you have no idea.
The prince raises his captive off their feet and hurls them into the crowd hard enough to knock a few sturdy generals to the ground. His arms threaten to tear from the confines of his silky white shirt in his passion. With his back turned you still know exactly the expression he’s making and you’re just relieved that he’s safe. It doesn’t cross your mind to detain him.
“Gimme those pretty coats or I’ll skin them off you.”
Just about everyone within earshot either scrambles backwards or starts to strip their outer layers in confusion. An old man in fine blue robes flees through the clearing at the exact time that the masses start to shuffle and thrum against one another, but Bakugou snatches him by the back of the neck and releases a hellstorm of orange and pink strong enough to eject the man from his capes and clear across the room.
“Classic Takoba hospitality, huh? You parade all your guests around in their underwear?”
With the space created by your prince’s rage, the full glory of the throne room becomes clear. In the empty circle around the pair of you the fine white rugs shine like spotlights. They’re stitched with blue emblems– blue flames– that climb across the floor, from stone to window, elven door to throne. The throne.
Most of the crowd has rushed to the entrance in escape, no doubt trapping Aizawa with their terrible fuss, and so the crystalline space all the way at the back of the room is open. And it is where the queen sits in her sea glass throne. Dozens of silver suited guards surround the base of her throne’s raised platform to protect her from your prince’s squalor, Shinsou and Uraraka among them– the freckled boy too.
It’s a struggle not to shout for help. Or rush to her side, for the queen’s fragility lights up every protective instinct, every resuscitative urge in your body; surely she is drowning and you are appalled momentarily, that no one feels it important to save her life.
Icy white skin reflects the light of the afternoon sun and her eyes are dark and sallow. They might even be closed but you’re not close enough to see. You should be closer, she needs someone to keep her from tumbling to the floor like a limply sewn doll. Long light hair trickles over her shoulders to the point where her skirts meet her bodice like a shoreline. She is made of lace. Lace instead of flesh and seems too cold and stiff to survive another moment without proximity to a fireplace. Her Majesty sits with her hands in her lap and does not react to the chaos.
Behind you, your prince is a shark in a school of fish. Royal advisors at the back of the line to flee, panic earnestly now and guards at the edge of the room rim the onlookers, unsure of whether they’re permitted– or able– to subdue this royal guest. But the prince doesn’t snatch anymore lords and instead turns to you as candy sweet smoke rises to the ceiling now that no one is as interested in bothering Alderans as they are in finding something else, deep inside the castle, to busy themself with.
He’s still grinning when he swings around, but you’re not fooled, not even by his concern. You anticipate the scowl before his grin falls because you know that hates to look at you.
If your bad habit is eye contact you fear the prince’s may be aversion.
“Cover yourself,” he grumbles and thrusts the old man’s blue robes into your chest but he doesn’t let go quite fast enough. He holds both you and the stolen clothes there like someone who has something more to say, so you blink up to him. Your white nightgown whips around your calves.
Prince Bakugou was poured from molten gold. He doesn’t look at you but he doesn’t storm away, he doesn’t leave the clearing that he’s made for the two of you and you think he’s trying to say something when his gaze finally flickers from the space above your head to someplace below your dragontooth.
You can tell he’s holding back something calloused and loud by the way he bites hard at his lip. Instead he growls low in the space between you, “Return to your room at once.” And then barks for Kirishima.
“Coming!” The kind voice replies, echoing somehow in every direction. From your spot in the center of the room you can just barely make out red hair and a raised arm milling through the last fifty or so people trying to squeeze through the silver doors and out into the safety of the castle entryway. The Champion is much more polite than his prince and winds his hulking body gracefully through the throng before finally stumbling into the clearing. The prince doesn’t have any trouble looking at Kirishima.
“Take her back– get back upstairs, the lot of you. I don’t wanna hear a single Alderan peep for the rest of the day.”
This feels hypocritical, but Kirishima just smiles like a bowl of bread dough and takes up the open space by your side when the prince begins marching to the back of the room.
Anticipating your concern the Champion leans down to explain, “He has a formal audience with the queen.”
It’s too far to see clearly, but the Queen of Takoba hasn’t seemed to move a single inch in the past few minutes. How is Bakugou going to speak with a ghost?
Kirishima gestures to the piles of rumpled clothes at your feet that the prince threatened off of people in the crowd, “And it looks like you have your pick of fine coats, Y/n.” The smile of his voice keeps you from speculating for too long. You know it’s time to go.
The sweet giant takes the cloak from your arms as he guides you back into the depths of the castle, and you note the gentle way he secures it around your shoulders without touching you at all, “Where is Aizawa?” you ask while nodding your thanks.
“Oh he's taking a long drink in the kitchens.”
With the Champion at your side, you give the throne one more glance over your shoulder before stepping through the silver doors, but at this distance you can only distinguish Shinsou and his blue windswept tunic from the crowd of guards and your prince. You raise your hand beside your head in parting and the apprentice slips his own out from where he’s standing formal and so, so far away, with his hands behind his back. You smile.
While you and Kirishima puzzle your way back through the castle, off in the distances beyond great columns and disgruntled chilly diplomats, through the windy, salty, seashell castle, a blue light quivers in the dark.

VIGILANTE SHIT
BAKUGO KATSUKI X READER
Tumblr media
The first time you met him again was when you were about to apprehend a villain at the same time he did, except you were hit by the whip and he effortlessly dodged it.
"The jail is that way," you said in exasperation when you saw him following you after that ordeal.
"And the hospital is that way."
You sighed, noting that he had handed the whip-wielding villain to the police patrolling the area. You even saw the police gesturing at you as if asking if you’re a villain too, only for Bakugo to shake his head.
You walked faster. You’ve always imagined it would be awkward to meet your former classmates (friends; you’d hear Deku and Uraraka correct) again after what happened in your last year at UA.
Bakugo casually follows you as if he has all the time in the world. He even stopped your hand from slamming the door on his face effortlessly, taking in the sorry state of your apartment.
"Why is this place such a pigsty? Just hire someone if you don’t feel like cleaning."
"I don’t exactly get paid, do I?" You answered sarcastically as you tried to put pressure on your wound. He says nothing as he stands against the door frame, as if he is guarding it.
Stupid Bakugo.
You moved some of your things that were in the way and motioned for him to sit on your bed, the only clean part of the small room. You’d feel like he’s gonna insult you because of the mess you’re making.
It’s been years since the war against the Meta Liberation Army. The heroes won, but not without casualties—too many casualties.
And there’s been a hunt for the criminals who escaped Tartarus during the whole ordeal and a crackdown on the suspected members of the organization.
Isn’t that why you’re alone now? Without friends and your parents?
"Sit down." You almost jumped when you heard his voice beside you. You didn’t even notice him approaching. "Just sit down and let me clean it."
You pursued your lips, but let him have his way.
He cleaned your wounds, frowning deeper when he saw that you don’t even have a first-aid kit, but he stayed silent.
You just watch him. You’ve only seen him (and your former classmates, as well) on TV and billboards now, and you’ve never been prouder of them for achieving their dreams. You’re so proud of them.
"Thank you." after he’s done cleaning your wounds.
He says nothing, just nodding toward the door. "I’m starving. Let’s go."
You follow him to your door, opening it. He stepped outside, but you didn’t move to follow him.
"Don't—please don’t tell them where I am," you pleaded. They don’t need to associate with you, and you don’t want them to suffer too.
He looks back at you. "What?"
"Thank you for today, but please don’t come here again." and you slammed the door.
But you should’ve known better than to delude yourself. Since when did Bakugo listen to an extra anyway?
So here you are, eating with him again after that incident months ago. You’ve tried everything to avoid him, but he’s not one of the top heroes for nothing.
And Katsuki would never let you slip away from him like that ever again.
"We know your parents are not a part of the Meta Liberation," he said one morning while eating breakfast with you. "We know, and we’re gonna prove them to those bastards and to everyone, and then you can go back. You can be with us again. Everything can go back to the way it was before."
You’re too shocked to say anything, so you just stared at him, forgetting about food as you watched his knuckles turn white from the way he holds the utensils.
"Deku and Todoroki are already taking care of it... so please." rely on me. His unspoken words hung heavily in the air as you gripped the utensils.
How would you rely on him without dragging him down into the mud you're in?
But that was a surprise; you realize you’re not the only one who changed.
He has changed too.
He used to call Todoroki-san Half-and-Half all the time when you were students, and he would rather die than let others help him.
And little by little, at every meeting, the hole in Katsuki’s heart left by your sudden disappearance was filled with memories of you. Tending to your wounds after your ‘work’, buying you food so you’ll eat with him, and the little things he didn't get to experience with you before
"A vigilante has been attacking civilians at night. Civilians are advised to report any strange activity and to be careful as this vigilante, this criminal, is still at large."
"The Hero Commission will award anyone who has information regarding this criminal terrorizing our cit-"
Katsuki pressed the off-bottom with more force than necessary because what the fuck did he just watch?
Beside him, he could see you closing in on yourself again. He’s quick to wrap an arm around you before you push him away.
It’s like your third year all over again. A bounty on your head, a false charge. Someone must have really hated you to put you in this situation.
But Katsuki would be damned before he let anything get past him again. He’s not the useless student he was before who couldn’t do anything to help you. He’s a Pro Hero now, the number 1 Pro Hero if he do say so himself. He has resources now that he didn’t have before, and his influence runs deep.
He’d be damned before he let them hurt you and take you away from him again.
"You’ll take care of it, won’t you?" You ask in a sad tone, but he could also see the coyness in it. The trust you put in him
He sighed in relief, kissing the top of your head before tsk-ing because, really, who else is going to look after your sorry ass? "Like you’d have to ask."

Tumblr media
The door of the pub opened with an inviting chime and the atmosphere almost made you feel at home. Brown wood lined the room and comfortable warm light made the pub look like a winter hut in the wilderness, even though the pub was in the middle of Musutafu. Saturday Night was the usual hero night, all heroes would get drinks for half of the price, so there is no wonder all heroes would gather here to celebrate the weekend. Crime never sleeps, but the heroes here just wanted to commemorate. "Over here, Y/n." shouted the deep voice of Natsuo Todoroki. He waved like a madman so you could see him in the crowd, even though his white hair and his height made him already really visible. You waved back at him. The little room was filled with chatter as if no one in there was fighting for their lives to protect the country. You sometimes wondered how they could always be so cheery and kind. Never in your whole life had you imagined becoming a hero. That's why sticking to your "normal" job was just as right. "Hey guys." you greeted them shyly. "We missed you. How have you been? It must have been a handful, planning the Christmas get-together and also caring for your grandmother."Natsuo's wife Akemi greeted you. "It's alright. We could finally manage to develop a good care system for her. She is doing great now, and she finally eats and drinks enough." You remember your grandmother finally being able to return to her home. "It was hard for her after grandpa died, but now she is doing better. We could finally let her live on her own." Akemi clapped in her hands and cheered. "That is lovely. Where is Shoto by the way?" "Kachan, Ochako and he got sent on a mission on I-Island. Some villains stole the security terminal and they needed to keep the people safe until the system was repaired," explained Izuku, who hasn't spoken a word to you until now.  "How have your holidays been?" you asked the green-haired hero. "It was wonderful. Ochako always wanted to go to Hawaii. Since it was a surprise, she cried as we landed in Hawaii." He illustrated with a huge grin. You returned his smile. "She must have told everyone by now, don't you think? The holiday has done her well." "Yeah, so well she is throwing herself into danger again, but she is still a hero at heart so I can't complain," Izuku mumbled and shook his head. Natsuo laughed. "You're a hero too, Deku. A sometimes reckless one I have to say." "And? I am perfectly capable of keeping myself safe." Now Natsuo had to laugh so hard he almost cried. His head was red by now. "Shoto told me if you hadn't married Ochako you would have married a hospital bed." By now no one could stop laughing and even Izuku had to laugh out loud. After everyone calmed down Akemi asked you a question."Do you know when Shoto comes home? It's almost Christmas and since we could finally manage Rei coming home and Endeavour moving out, we wanted to celebrate a huge Christmas party together." "He should be home by tomorrow morning. He said they are leaving tonight. Even if he had to stay there he would come home just for Rei." you smiled. "When are you going to celebrate on Christmas eve or the day after?" "On Christmas Eve, but when he comes home later we will wait for him of course," stated Natsuo as he hugged his wife. There was a comfortable silence until Izuku noticed something in shock. "Oh no, I am so so sorry." Izuku started to bow frantically and everyone wondered what was up. "Izuku stop it. What is the problem?" you said with panic lingering in your voice. "I forgot to ask you what you want to drink."  "You don't need to worry.Everything is alright. I will just take some water." Izuku stopped bowing and apologized for it and went off to get some water for you. "Have you already bought Christmas gifts? We only have three days left and slowly I am getting stressed.
Shoto said he just wanted to spend some time with his family. We can arrange that right?" you started a conversation again. "Of course. Mom would be over the moon if he visited us more. We only got him a pair of new ties since he only got one or so." Natsuo chuckled.
You talked for hours and since the others drank alcohol, which aided in keeping the conversation going. But the conversation soon came to an end when Natsuo's phone started to ring. "It's Fuyumi," he said and turned away from your group. Akemi and Izuku continued talking, but something inside you told you something happened. You watched the expression on Natsuo's face change from cheery and bright to worried and nervous. He shortly ended the call and almost sprinted back to you. The knot inside of your stomach twisted. "We need to come home. Fuyumi said the jet of the heroes crashed. Shoto is still missing. The heroes went already searching for him." You didn't know how to feel or what to think. Blood started orbiting inside of your ears, it was so loud you couldn't hear the talking of the other guests, neither the clinking of the glass nor the bombardment of questions from Akemi. Your body was frozen and all you wanted was to cry. You experienced a chill as though a bucket of ice had been dumped over your head. Your mind replayed every horrible scenario imaginably. The image of Akemi, who was attempting to calm you down, was hazy. She talked with the other two and Natsuo carried you out of the pub.
Everyone was probably sober after the horrific news. He was the son of the former number one hero and since Dabis revealed everyone knew about him and his family, maybe some crazy villain captured him to gain the attention of the nowadays number one hero. Akemi held your hand the whole ride, but you couldn't feel the touch. Everything felt so surreal. The panic attack was coming closer and closer. Your stomach felt twisted and you started gagging. "Hold the car," screamed Akemi, it almost sounded like you were underwater.  Natsuo parked erratically. Automatically you opened the door and puked on the parking lot. Your eyes were filled with tears, and you were already trembling. You've already lost control of your head as well as your body. Akemi closed the door and Natsuo continued driving.  "It's all right. Shoto is going to be saved. He most likely went off to find the villain who attacked the plane. He'll be fine; you know him; he goes to great lengths to save people. Perhaps he is saving a child or a cat." Akemi hugged you tightly, but nothing helped. You were still trapped inside your mind. Your body is trembling, and breathing is difficult. The whole drive to the Todoroki Abode was a blur. Your vision was clouded by tears and worry. The ringing in your ears continued. "We are there," whispered Akemi in your ear. The car came to an abrupt stop with a loud screech, and everyone got out except for you. Natsuo carried you inside after opening the door next to you.
The entrance was dark, and it appeared that Rei was not present, but she quickly ran towards you after you entered. "There you are." she almost shouted. "Have you heard anything recently? Nothing has been reported in the news." her voice was shaking, but her complexion was unreadable. Natsuo set you back on the ground as Izuku got rid of your shoes. Your knees were weak, and you were proud of yourself for being able to stand on your own. Rei immediately hugged you and helped you into the living room. "How long has she been like this?" she whispered as if she was afraid that you could hear her. "Since Fuyumi called. Where is Fuyumi ?" Natsuo asked and looked around. "She is in the kitchen. Stress baking like always."
"Oh damn no no no…." As if Fuyumi was summoned, her desperate screams echoed in the huge house. You sat on the ground staring into the black screen of the TV. "He is not dead is he?" you whispered still in shock and as if a switch got turned everyone went quiet. Even Fuyumi stopped her baking and went back into the living room. "Of course not, he will come home. Safe and sound my dear." guaranteed Rei. "I will call him and the other heroes, maybe someone knows something," said Izuku, weirdly calm. "Maybe we should watch the news to keep track of things," suggested Akemi. Fuyumi put it on the news channel in mere seconds. Meanwhile, Rei hugged you tightly and mumbled comforting words to you, even though you weren't sure if they were for you or herself. But to be honest, you couldn't care less, everyone was on edge and anxious. You as his wife should be able to know that he will be safe, he always was, but something today didn't feel right. You were used to him being gone for days, weeks, or even months saving people, but the prospect of him being kidnapped by villains out to harm him made your anxious brain go crazy.
"The heroes of the safety mission on I-Island should be coming home today, but since a villain attacked the Embraer Legacy 600. Because of this, the plane crashed into the woodlands of Aokigahara. Luckily almost every hero on board survived. Gravity, Dynamight, and Scanner. Sad news occurred shortly after the crash. Shoto Todoroki, the son of the former number 1 hero, is not to be found. The search party is on their way, but nobody has seen him for 5 hours. We hope for the best and update you after the advertisement." The lady in the news pronounced every word with such boredom you wanted to rip her throat out.  "Washing machines live longer with Calgon…" the jingle of the ad was already far away from your mind to notice. "I can't reach anyone. No one is answering," said Izuku frantically and tried to dial the number of Uraraka again. "Of course, no one is answering they are searching. Let them search for him." Rei's posture was tense, and you could see her trembling even though she was acting. Tears were now running down your cheeks. "Will he make it?" you asked anxiously. Your trembling got worse and you couldn't sit still for the love of God. Fuyumi laid a blanket over your shivering body, but it couldn't ease the anxiety and worry inside of your chest. The ads were over and the news lady continued her talk. "Shoto Todoroki is known for his volunteering at multiple honorary posts. He raised more than 14 billion yen for charity with his wife Y/N Todoroki…." the talking of mundane facts calmed you down. "Here have some tea Y/n." Fuyumi put down a cup in front of you, but you were only focused on the Tv. "Could someone please turn off this nonsense? These strange facts are well-known to us all. Why are they talking about him like that, he's not even dead for fucks sake!" exclaimed Natsuo. You flinched a bit. Fuyumi grabbed the control but Rei stopped her. ". Simply turn down the volume. It makes her feel a bit better." She still hugged you. Tears were still running down your cheeks, but you still felt like you were swimming inside an ice bucket. You put your head on your knees and rocked back and forth. "They will find him soon," said Akemi loudly, so everyone would believe her. Meanwhile, images of the work on I-Island were displayed. Shoto looked into the camera while holding a small child over his head, who was brightly smiling. Your eyes were filling up with more tears. He was so kind to everyone.
Natsuo moved back and forth in the background, almost walking through the Tatami mat, Izuku still tried to call some heroes to get some updates and Akemi helped Fuyumi to clean the kitchen. Everyone was tense and on edge. "He can't possibly be dead. We needed more time; we didn't have any." you cried desperately. "He is not dead and you will have plenty of time when he returns. You will see, everything will be alright." Rei hugged you even tighter, but also spoke calmly. "I am so happy that Shoto found true love. He deserved the world since his father failed at that, but you made that possible. Since he met you he has been so much happier. Thank you, honey. He stopped being so cold and smiled more often. I am sure he is safe and sound." insured Rei. Never in your life had you felt so much anxiety, not even when he was fighting the high-end Nomu in Hosu. Your tears dried on your cheeks and there was nothing left inside of you but despair. "We can only wait. Ochako said there is still no trace of him," said Izuku, worry written all over his face.  Everyone was just so focused on the news that nobody noticed the opening of the front door.
It was Izuku who first noticed it. He activated his Quirk and walked slowly into the hallway. "There is an intruder," he whispered. Everyone stopped moving. Natsuo got his wife behind his back and balled his hands into fists as if he was ready to fight some professional villain with his bare hands. Slowly approaching footsteps resonated against the hallway wall. Rei's anxiety only increased. She was on edge by now you could tell. With every step, the culprit made your anxiety thrive. The atmosphere in the room was tense. Shoto entered the room through the shoji sliding door, filthy and battered. His jacket in hand and some dirt stains on his face and shirt.  He has dried blood on his temple, but he is still alive. Everyone got up and greeted him immediately. The tension instantly disappeared. Your eyes widened in disbelief. He truly is alive. You couldn't move an inch, everything inside of you screamed and wanted to jump onto him, scream at him for making you worried sick or just finally kiss him again. "Welcome back bro." greeted Natsuo nonchalantly as if he hadn't just walked a hole into the floor. "We were worried sick. What happened ?" asked Fuyumi as she hugged him tightly. "You gave us a good scare." Izuku patted him on his back. "what are you all doing here ?" Shoto asked confused. Your eyes were still glued onto him. "Hey why haven't you called ?" asked Rei as she finally got up and hugged him. "My phone died" he mumbled overwhelmed.  His eyes finally focused on your shocked ones. "I will tell you everything later, but now I need to see my wife." Rei smiled understandingly and let him go. He moved closer to you with short, wide steps. He gently picked you up and placed you on the ground, as if you were made of glass. "Have you missed my darling?" he asked raspily. You were only able to nod. Tears were now spilling out of your eyes and you clung desperately to his dirty shirt. You wailed like a baby but you didn't care, he was finally back. He gently stroked your back while holding you in his arms. "I am here now. Everything is alright," he whispered, so only you were able to hear his words. You continued crying and it took a while until you calmed down. "I…I…I thought you were dead." you mumbled against his torso. Shoto took your face in his hands and stared deeply into your eyes. "Love." he paused and smiled gently. "I am alive, I am well and nothing happened to me. I could flee before they got me. I am a hero anyway." his grin grew sly and you almost needed to chuckle. Of course, he would be safe, he always was. "I was just so afraid I couldn't breathe. Don't you ever dare to do something like that again or I will kill you." you began to sob once again. "You will never lose me. Ever." He kissed you deeply. Your hands are buried inside his locks. The both of you parted to take a breath and kissed again.
"An attack caused the plane to crash. With the help of my ice, I could protect myself. As a result, I became separated from the others and ended up in the area where the villains were hiding. I was able to capture them all and attempted to locate the others, but no one was near the jet, so I assumed they had been rescued. I started walking back home." he told you about his 'trip'. Like nothing big just happened he slurped his soba noodles. "Everyone was searching for you. Dumb of them to leave the plane." Izuku complained. "I am happy that you are back buddy, but I have to go now. Ochako must be home by now." Izuku got up and bowed deeply. "Thank you for the Food Fuyumi." "You're welcome." she smiled and waved him goodbye. Everyone saw him off and the chatter continued. After everyone had eaten up, the group dissolved.
As both of you finally lay down in bed, bundled up you, remembered your gift for Christmas. The clock stroke midnight and you got up. "Where are you going, love?" he asked, surprised. A bright smile spread across your face. "I know it's not Christmas yet, but I got you a present." You got the little box from the shell. A tiny bit of anxiety flooded your mind. You talked about this topic and he would never leave you. "Open it." you stretched out your arms and he took the package from your hands. Suspicion lingered in his eyes. He slowly opened the box and revealed the small blue shoes. "What's up with these small shoes?" he asked confused. "I am pregnant Shoto. The blue shoes represent the sex of our baby. It's a boy." you cheered. His eyes widened and he looked back and forth between the shoes and you. "We are getting a son." You nodded wildly. Todoroki got up and hugged you tightly. He swirled you around. "I am so happy. Thank you so much." he smiled brightly and kissed you deeply.

So I'm new here on Tumblr so I'm not sure how it works (I'm used to Wattpad lol), but, if you feel like it, you could make a headcanon with mha guys and a female reader, where Bakugou, Todoroki, Deku and Kirishima help y / n after a coma (if you know, after a coma, you find yourself in a vegetative state and a long physical and mental therapy is required)
I repeat, only if you want, I don't want to force you (my scenarios are quite strange and sad I know)
Anyway, waiting for your reply, love you so much <333
— Recovery
Bakugo x gn!fem!reader, Todoroki x gn!fem!reader, Midoriya x gn!fem!reader, Kirishima x gn!fem!reader
TW: Some Swearing (mostly on bakugos)
Note: I love you too!💖 enjoy boo <333 I'm not an expert on comas or anything like that so a lot of this is probably wrong
Tumblr media
— BAKUGO.
⇶ He's the first person to show up when you finally wake up
⇶ And the expression he makes, it's almost like he can't believe what he's seeing
⇶ Because he can't.
⇶ Drops to his knees by your bedside and holds your hand, crying his eyes out while telling you how glad he is that you're awake between hiccups
⇶ Throughout your recovery, he's always there to help and gives you aggressive but genuine encouragement
"C'mon, eat your damn food. I know you're still getting used to it, but you're not gonna get better by not eating. So fucking eat, shit head!"
⇶ Very aggressive, but you know he means well
⇶ Always give you kisses and tells you 'nice job' as positive reinforcement, even it was as simple as feeding yourself
⇶ Katsuki always acts like it's a hassle, but he does literally everything you need
⇶ You want him to help you with trying to walk again? He's there
⇶ You said the pillow supporting your back feels out of place? He'll fix it right now
⇶ Unless you want a new one, he can get that done too
⇶ Katsuki is there every step of the way, and though others come by to visit you every now and then, he comes to see you as much as possible
⇶ Though he comes off as aggressive and rough around the edges, out of everyone, he cares the most
"You're doing fuckin' awesome baby, I'm so proud of you. I love you so much."
— TODOROKI.
⇶ Shoto is just walking into the room whenever you're waking up
⇶ He watches from the doorway, frozen, as you stir in your hospital bed
⇶ When you open up your eyes and look at him, his eyes are wide and overflowing with tears of joy
⇶ He quietly told you he'd be right back between stutters and ran to go get the nurse
⇶ Shoto was used to hospitals by now, considering the situation with his mom
⇶ He's seen it all, so he's got a good idea on how physical therapy works
⇶ He normally visits you on the same days he goes to see his mom
⇶ Whenever he comes, he always sneaks in some small amount of food or candy for you
⇶ Shoto's encouragement is always small
⇶ Usually in the form if small smiles, pecks on the forehead or cheek, or a gentle hand on your head
⇶ And when they're verbal they're short, quiet, and sweet
"You're doing incredible, love. I'm so proud of all the progress you've made."
⇶ Shoto helps you as much as possible
⇶ He comes to your physical therapy as moral support, and let's you talk to him about your mental therapy too (if you want)
⇶ Just makes a good partner to spend time with while healing
⇶ He'll talk to you, help you walk outside a bit, and asks your nurses what more he can do for you
⇶ Attentive to your needs. Ask, and you shall receive
⇶ You want him to sneak you in a specific food? He's got it stuffed in his school bag.
⇶ You want a new blanket? He'll ask you for a specific one.
⇶ Shoto is as supportive as can be, his presence was calming and he knew what he was doing
⇶ He was ready to help you in any way he could, just say the word
"Oh, I got you that blanket you were talking about last time. I'm really proud of how far you've come, love, and I wanted to get you something to show that."
— MIDORIYA.
⇶ Honestly, Izuku hadn't even seen you wake up before he went and got the nurses
⇶ Everytime you made even the slightest movement, or breathed differently when he came to visit, he'd immediately run crying to a nurse telling them you're waking up
⇶ He did it so often that all the nurses and doctors just rolled their eyes when he came to them, but they had to go check anyways because of protocol
⇶ Except this time, he was right
⇶ And by the time he got back to the room with the nurse you were already looking around a bit and the first thing you truly caught sight of was Izuku crying his eyes out
⇶ He was so worried, and until you're fully recovered and discharged from the hospital he probably won't stop worrying for even a second
⇶ Always asking you questions, wondering if you're comfortable or need anything
"Your blankets are comfortable, right? You aren’t cold? Do you need another–"
"Izuku." You cut him off.
He turned his head, silently questioning you.
"I already have three blankets."
⇶ Now, Izuku himself has actually had a bit of physical therapy
⇶ It was just for his arms, after damaging them so badly and so many times in a row, they made him do a little physical therapy for good measure
⇶ He wouldn't know how to help you a whole lot in your case, but he could help with the basics and then some if he has instructions from the nurses
⇶ Always gives you words of encouragement, no matter if you had a good or bad day, he tells you that you did good and gives you kisses
⇶ Izuku is probably the most attentive person you could ask for
⇶ Gets you food, blankets, helps you with extra physical therapy, talks to you about what ever
⇶ He usually catches you up on what's been happening at school, and always goes on about something cool that one of the pros did
⇶ Izuku is always ready to help someone out, and that especially goes for you. Just say the word and he'll do it no questions asked
— KIRISHIMA.
⇶ This sweet thing is dead asleep at your bed side when you wake up
⇶ Whenever he came to visit you before you woke up, he'd kind of just chill there, silently hoping you'll magically wake up
⇶ Would end up doing some homework, studying, or taking a nap
⇶ And sometimes, he'd even pull out a book he'd been reading and read to you, even if you weren't aware
⇶ You sit in your hospital bed, trying to recollect yourself as Eijiro was still in a chair beside your bed, head in the palm of his hand while a book rested on his lap
⇶ About 5 minutes passed before he began to stir awake himself
⇶ He was groggy for a few seconds, wiping drool off his face and rubbing his eyes
⇶ And when he finally collected himself, he took a glance at you only to find you staring back at him
⇶ His mouth gaped and his eyes nearly popped out of his skull before he took another few blinks to make sure he wasn't dreaming
⇶ Eijiro soon found himself crying into your lap and grasping both of your hands between his rough palms, telling you how happy he is that you're awake and how he was so worried
"Oh my god, Y/n!" Eijiro sobbed. "I- I can't believe it, you're really awake. I was so worried for so long, I was starting to think you'd n– never wake up." He gasped.
"I'm so happy you're here."
⇶ You simply smiled down at him, tearing up, not yet having the energy to speak, but he knew you were just as happy to be back
⇶ Eventually, he did realize that he should probably go and alert a nurse that you're awake
⇶ Once your physical and mental therapy started a few days later, Eijiro didn't stop coming to visit
⇶ Always comes in with a sharp toothed grin, kissing your cheek before sitting down and talking to you
⇶ He talks to you about what's been happening at school, asks how therapy has been going, and even now he reads to you every so often
⇶ And some days, you nap together
⇶ Sometimes he brings you food, usually little treats and candies that he knew you liked
⇶ He'll bring in a 4 pack of cupcakes for the two of you whenever you reach a therapy milestone
⇶ And of course, Eijiro has to pair it with a speech about how proud he is of you, and how much he loves you, and how he's so happy you're up and feeling better
"... And I just want you to know, that I'm so proud of you. And that I'm so so so happy that you're here right now, and that I love you more than words can explain."
⇶ He definitely cries everytime, but it's okay because expressing your feelings is manly
⇶ Overall, Eijiro is the best person to have by your side at anytime
⇶ To laugh, cry, imagine things together, or even take a nap with, he's there every step of the way, and honestly keeps you going

Hey there hope i made it here is my Headcannon or it's a story request
Miro x eri's older sister reader you who went the same abuse as eri but harsher because she has the same quirk but she could control it.And then Mirio you saves her and eri, teach them about the outside and Miro couldn't help but fell in love and it up to you
[ Alright, my third request. So I was a little unsure if you meant you wanted headcanons or a story. I was originally going to do headcanons but then I thought...well, I could summarize time in the story and sort of jump to Mirio bringing the reader outside and trying to confess his love. ]
Tumblr media
Your heart sped up, this was not right or at least it didn't feel right. The sensation of soft grass underneath you, the kiss of the warm sun on your skin, and the wide open space with the scent of dirt. Yes, you were outside and it was so strange for someone who had spent the majority of their life behind closed doors.
"Mm..." you latched onto your bottom lip, curling your toes into the grass and bringing your legs up to your chest where your arms securely wrapped around them. You laid your chin on the top of your knees, glancing over at Mirio who was currently playing with your little sister, Eri.
A big bright smile was on his face and his laughter mixed with Eri's was an almost foreign sound and the sight of the sunlight bathing him in a golden glow was something that you needed to get used to. Of course, that sun made him look like a God and in a way, he was exactly that to you.
In fact, he was the perfect description of the heroes you remember your mother and father telling you about. Although that was before your little sister accidentally used her quirk to well...turn your father to dust and you suddenly found yourself in the care of Kai Chisaki.
He was a cruel man that had no regard for anyone's well-being and only sought to destroy quirks, finding them to be a disease plaguing the human race. Yet, he found interest in Eri's quirk as well as yours. Why? Because they worked in similar ways only you had more control over your quirk, Eri did not.
You still had nightmares of being strapped to an exam table as he cut your body open several times only to regenerate the flesh and do it all over again. Subjecting you to the same pain over and over again, claiming that it would help him better understand your quirk.
You knew this wasn't true, especially given the fact that there were better, more humane ways to study quirks. But everything about your life changed when Lemillion or Mirio Togata as you later got to know him as came.
Although his sacrifice for protecting Eri and yourself was losing his quirk, and even after visiting him in the hospital he seemed awfully cheery about it. Like having the thing he was born with getting ripped away from him in an instant was okay.
"You know, Deku said something similar. If he could give me a quirk, he would but I don't want one. After all, I'm still a hero even without it," he said and you could only frown as you sat on the edge of his hospital bed.
This was also the first instance he introduced you to a gentle touch when he commented "Heh, you have pretty horns!" and lifted his hand to touch them. You ended up flinching and falling off of the bed which caused him to apologize frantically.
Of course, unlike Eri who had one little horn which grew in size and caused her pain when she didn't properly utilize her quirk, you had two fairly large horns on top of your head which relatively remained the same size.
Mirio was aware that you could control your quirk while Eri couldn't and when it came time to address how to revert his quirkless status, all eyes seemed to turn on you. Luckily Mirio spoke up on your behalf. "Don't you think it'd be better if someone else had that privilege?"
You knew he was referring to your sister, Eri. "O-oh...w-well I..." you ended up flushing and running out of the room. You weren't used to having a conversation with anyone other than your sister, let alone be in a room with other heroes discussing the potential of your quirk.
Still, you wanted to try and thank him for his kindness but as your life continued to adjust and your sister and you found homes within the Heights Alliance faculty building, you came to realize that Mirio was adjusting to the new changes as well and thought it fit to watch over you and Eri.
He spent as much time with each of you as he could, while Eri was open to exploring the world outside. You felt safer inside and as time went on you began to miss the way she'd run to you whenever she came back with Mirio slightly frightened by the sights she had seen and the people she had met.
Now she'd just come back with a smile on her face and tell you all about her day and how Lemillion was amazing. Today happened to be a little different though because when Mirio came to pick her up to take her to the park, she grabbed your hand.
"Why don't you come with us, Lemillion promised it'd be fun," she said with a pout. You stiffened and looked at her with the corner of your mouth curled. "Eri...I..." you shifted your eyes back and forth, trying to come up with an excuse.
But Mirio suddenly placed his hand on your shoulder causing you to stumble back in surprise. "Ah!" you cried out and ended up hitting a wall. You slumped to the floor with your hands and legs cradled up to your chest, your eyes wide and your face twisted with fear.
"Oh right, sorry!" he said, trying to smile as he approached and crouched down in front of you. "H-huh?" you blinked when he held out his hand, indicating he wanted you to take it. But, you only stared at it acting as if you were unsure of what he was trying to do.
But when you glanced back at his face, you could see he was beaming just like the day you had first laid your eyes on him. Why was he so happy and could you ever be that happy? He felt kind of bad for having scared you, even though he had been getting to know you these past few months.
It was clear that Eri was more social and part of that could be because she was a child and her curiosity got the best of her while you, well you were practically an adult and everything was still new to you. But he pledged he'd undo everything that Kai put you through and much like Eri, his end goal for you was to see you smile.
But he wanted to be the one to make you smile because lately, he had noticed his stomach filled with butterflies when around you and sometimes he couldn't help but blush. It was clear what was happening, and that was alright even if he didn't want to admit how he felt about you just yet.
"Heh, sorry about that," he said, rubbing the back of his head with his free hand while nervously chuckling. "I guess I gotta remember you're still working on adjusting to everything. Eri's doing a great job though, right?" he said, turning to look at her.
She smiled before nodding and walking over to you, placing her hand on the top of your knee. "You can trust Lemillion," she said, you felt a little pathetic that your younger sister was trying to comfort you. It should be the other way around.
You brought your lower lip into your mouth, chewing on it before looking up at Mirio who continued to wear a smile. You shifted your gaze back to Eri and sighed. "Um, o-okay," you said, slowly placing your hand in Mirio's.
"Don't worry, I'll keep you safe...sunshine," he promised, wrapping his fingers around your hand. "Uh, heh..." you hesitantly chuckled, a little confused and flustered by the name. But regardless, you allowed him to help you back on your feet. It was strange having someone be so gentle with you after everything you had been through.
"There, that wasn't so bad was it?" he asked and you felt your throat tighten and forced yourself to swallow hard. Your hand was trembling and this almost made him frown, but maybe once you were outside you'd feel better. After all, there was nothing like some fresh air!
"Mm..." you latched onto your lip and your teeth sunk further into it the nearer you got to the door. You could feel how Eri clasped onto your free hand and saw how her smile grew when Mirio cried "Here we go!" before throwing the door open.
And that's how you found yourself here. A gasp escaped when you suddenly heard a buzzing noise and frantically crawled backward. This immediately got Mirio's attention and both him and Eri ran over to you but your eyes were focused on the small honeybee that landed on a nearby flower.
"What's the matter!?" he exclaimed, his face twisted with concern but he noticed how your eyes were locked on the flower and curiously looked at it. That's when he noticed the bee and placed his hands on his hips with a light chuckle. "Huh?" Eri looked at him confused and he reached over to pluck the flower.
The bee remained on it, still desiring to retrieve its nectar and pollinate it in return. "There's nothing to be afraid of," he insisted before sitting down next to you and Eri next to him. You swallowed, not sure whether you trusted his words or not.
The bee flew away a few moments later, making you flinch again. "See?" he said, smiling as he stared at you. The way your hair fell in your face was similar to Eri's and he had the desire to reach over and brush it away.
"Um, can I..." he lifted his hand but frowned when you flinched in response as if he were going to hurt you. But, he didn't take it personally given the fact that he knew about your past and yeah, it did make him a little angry that Kai Chisaki had created such fear in you.
Yet as soon as he touched your hair and gently brushed a piece of it behind your ear, your shoulders slumped and you turned to him with a look of surprise. He sighed at the sight of those beautiful eyes wide and full of curiosity.
"Here," he said, placing the freshly picked flower behind your ear. "There! You look...gorgeous!" he said, although he couldn't help but give a nervous chuckle which was a little strange considering he wasn't one to let his nerves get in the way of anything.
You looked at him with wide eyes. "I...I w-what?" you replied, feeling an abnormal heat course through your cheeks. "Uh heh well..." he rubbed the back of his head. There was no way he was going to confess to you how he felt, then again it wouldn't be very heroic to run away from your feelings.
"It's just been wonderful getting to know you these past few months! Even if you spend most of your time inside, I..." he paused and you watched as his bright blue eyes scanned over your face and immediately stiffened when he placed his hands on the ground and began to lean forward with the intention of kissing you.
Of course, this was unknown to you and you leaned back, unsure of what was happening. Just as you were about to reach out and push him away, Eri stepped in between the two of you and unintentionally blocked Mirio's kiss. Instead of your lips, he ended up kissing her cheek.
"Huh?" he blinked, pulling back immediately as Eri pressed her hand to the side of her face and looked at Mirio with wide curious eyes. "Oops, heh sorry," he said, laughing nervously, he was not expecting that.
"Uh..." you raised your eyebrow, unsure if Mirio had meant to do that or not. Actually, what was he planning on doing? You latched onto your lip and nervously chuckled before shyly standing up. "Uh...I t-think I'm going to go back inside," you said.
Mirio frowned, jumping to his feet. "Wait, I can walk you back!" he insisted with his hand held out. You jumped at the sound of his voice and turned around, looking at him with wide eyes. "Oh n-no, it's alright!" you insisted before looking at Eri.
"I'm sure Eri wants to...stay out here so...I-I'll be fine," you said, trying to offer him a smile but much like your little sister, you found it somewhat difficult to do. "Heh...bye," you shyly waved before walking away leaving Mirio slightly upset.
He lowered his hand, feeling some regret that he had failed to express his feelings for you. "Mm..." Eri noticed the way he was frowning and placed her hand on his leg. "Hm?" he looked down and knew he couldn't spoil Eri's day even if he wasn't the happiest at the moment.
So he smiled and crouched down. "Heh sorry, we'll have fun now, I promise!" he forced his smile to grow bigger but Eri didn't return the happy expression. Instead, she tilted her head. "Is it my fault she doesn't wanna be outside anymore?" she asked and Mirio immediately shook his head.
"No!" he exclaimed, "Of course not, it's just..." he scratched the side of his cheek. "I was trying to get her to...like me," he admitted and Eri blinked a few times. "But, she does like you," she replied making Mirio chuckle and place his hand on her head.
"I'm glad to hear that," he said, and although he knew that Eri might not understand the way that he wanted you to like him, he'd continue to try. After all, it was only a matter of time before you felt comfortable in your new home but even if you didn't, that wouldn't stop him from telling you how he felt eventually.

my life turned up side down when they left, our kids hate me, i lost my job my house, i was diagnosed with incurable disease my life is shit.
i sat in the waiting room chair processing what the doctor said i didn’t have much longer to live, I slowly walked the hospital and claimed into the car I don't have anyone to spend my last days with 'maybe I could try and mend my relationship with izou and rei' I decided to drive to my exs house to see me kids "hello" I knocked on the door my eyes widened as momo opened the door "hey momo is izou and rei here" I asked tilting my head to look past here "no now leave" she muttered "well can you at least tell them I was here" I murmur with pleading eyes "just so you can screw up their lives no thanks im their mother now they don't need a bitch like you" she muttered and slammed the door in my face my eyes brimmed with tears as I drove home I went inside and decided to skip dinner and go straight to bed only to be interrupted by a phone call "hello" "yn what the fuck" my eyes widened at izukus voice "izuku wh-" "why the fuck would you punch momo why would you even come to our house" he screamed into the phone "izuku-" "don't you dare say my name" he muttered "midoriya I came by to spend time with the kids this morning I found out I don't have much time left" I murmured "bullshit you probably came to steal and luckily momo was here" todoroki chimped in "guys I swea-" they ended the call, tears streamed down my face I could feel myself become weak by the second "they really did mean I didn't have alot or time left" I whispered smiling to myself at least I know I won't cause any grief I sat down leaning against the wall with the last energy I had left 'I guess this is goodbye' I looked at my phone screen it was a picture of me and my family smiling with my kids "I miss you guys" I whisper with my last breath and drifted off into death,
Izuku pov
I was fuming "we were so lucky momo was here" I nodded as me and shoto made our way to the bed room "you should've seen her face she was soo sad that I didn't let her see her children" we stopped and decided to listen to momo's conversation "she's gonna die alone, yea she only came because she was alerted that she has limited time left so I made it more hell for her I told the boys she punched me and now she will never see them or the brats in her last lonely bitchy days" she laughed loudly "you lied" I said revealing myself "what deku no I was just joking" she shout hanging up her phone "you only call him deku when your lieing" shoto muttered "momo when we get back you better be gone" I muttered coldly "izou, rei let's go" I called rushing them to the car "whats happening" rei asked buckling her seat belts"we're going to see yn" shota explained turning to them as I sped towards her house "why are we going to see her she just misses things up" izou mutters "no she doesn't" I slammed my fists against the steering wheel as I stopped at a red light "we missed things up" I admitted sadly "what" they asked confused "we made her life hell and made you guys hate her, we didn't want to lose you because we know she's a better parent" I cried it was true she's the best parent out there and the kids would always choose her so we made them hate her I cried and continued driving "why did you do this" izou muttered but we didn't answer him because we didn't have a reason we just did.
We hurried out as we made it to her house and knocked on the door which opened under the pressure we walked inside and cringed the place was a mess everything was covered in a thin layer of dust "yn we're here" I called but no answer "stay down here" I muttered and headed upstairs by myself I can't believe I did this to her I looked at the pictures she had on the walls it was all the family trips and photos we took "im so sorry yn" I whispered and smiled sadly at our wedding picture I turned down the hallway and stopped no it couldn't be "no" I screamed running to her "please please" I begged dropping to the ground "izuku what is wr-" shoto shouted running up the stairs but turned and covered the children's face as he saw the site 'we lost her and its all our fault'.

Chapter 6! (TODOBAKUDEKU X READER MAIFA AU!)
Tumblr media
“I am only trusting you right now for my brother's life, fuck me over I’ll kill you.” I huffed and he swallowed. “I didn’t plan on it, love.” He sighed as we continued to walk, my heart sped up to unreal speeds when he called me that. He stopped at a small house. “In there.” He whispered and I nodded as we snuck in the back. “I’ll go in first and if anything goes wrong. I call you in. Deal?” I whispered and he nodded. I broke up the door and ran in, as I saw the one with wings. He was more of a threat than the other one. I cut his wings as he groaned in pain. The white hair boy came down the stairs covered in blood. My anger was rising. “GIVE HIM BACK!” I yelled. He laughed at me. “No, I will keep him until our wedding.” He huffed before walking down the stairs. “Not fair, everyone else gets a taste of you, but not me.” He sighed and I gaged in disgust. “Oh please, they don’t get anything by death. What you are about to get. If you don’t let my brother go.” I huffed and he growled. “I offer marriage and I get death threats? I think I love you more.” He sighed and I kicked him in the nuts and banged his nose to my knee cap breaking his nose. “Shoto! Keep them busy!” I yelled and he came in, he tied them up with chains he found in a box, as I ran upstairs and found my brother in rough shape. How did they even manage to get him to summit like this? Did they threaten my life? I sighed as I untied him and picked him. “God you are heavy.” I grunted as I walked down the stairs, there Shoto took him from me. “Let's take him back to mine, I can help him.” He said and I looked at him. “No way, Deku will kill him.” I said protesting. He looked at me. “No he won’t not like this, if anything he’ll kill who did it, only he is allowed to hurt your brother, no one else.” He spoke and I looked at him. “Yes, that makes me feel safer. One of the strongest men in the world, wants to be the only one to hurt my brother. Sounds great.” I said waving my hands and he shook his head. “Meaning Deku respects your brother for his work.” He sighed and I looked at him. “Does he respect him?” I asked and he nodded as we walked to his house. I gave him props because my brother isn’t light and it is away from a walk. I looked at him once more.
We finally got to his place, and he walked in, as he walked to the infamy and laid my brother down on the bed. He called a nurse in. “You have your own hospital?” I asked and he nodded. “We get hurt too much not to, and if we go to a real one, we will be arrested.” He shrugged. The nurse looked at my brother and gasped. “What in the world happened to this poor man!” She covered her mouth as she grabbed a towel and began to wipe off the blood. He didn’t look like my brother anymore; he looked like a body. My heart dropped as she finally cleaned him off, he was still alive thankfully. She then covered his wounds with bandages and gave him an IV. “Ma’am he had a good beating, it might be a while before he wakes up.” She spoke and I sighed. I looked at Shoto. “This is your idea of how our two mouths bet to start?” I asked. He chuckled. “No, no it's not.” He sighed. I looked at my brother and sat in the chair beside and grabbed his hand. “Be okay bubby.” I sighed and I laid my head down on his hand. Why did they go this far just to marry me? Something isn’t adding up. I thought to myself.
