More pidge hanging out with one of their sculptures, this time w/o the headphones (which are automatic if you’re listening to audio from a different app outside of sky, so long as you don’t have a hair accessory already present). I figure the horns could be a reference to her being a ‘gremlin’, and their monsters n mana persona too. Also I read somewhere that her mm persona was originally going to be a cat eared character like Pike but that was changed for Lance instead, so there’s that too, plus the cat hairstyle is one of the only hairstyles I have that I feel could represent Pidge (maybe keith too but for different reasons, but for now I gave him a different one since I settled on it for pidge)

Hi. Here are my queer headcanons for voltron characters in no particular order. These are purely vibes based I mostly have no logic

Lance: bisexual - trans man - he/him

Keith: gay - trans man - he/him

Pidge: aroace - non-binary or genderfluid I can't pick - any pronouns? Either that or mirror pronouns

Hunk: panromantic asexual - cis man - he/him

Shiro: gay (obviously) - cis man - he/they

I have many thoughts about sexuality/gender hcs for literally any aliens because of how labels transfer over etc etc also in my heart Altea didnt have the emphasis on labels and other junk like we do. So any queer hcs for aliens are just the closest to what I think theyd be, and if they're altean theyre unlabelled but I used what I'd choose if I had to assign labels based on what fits best

Pidgeon headcanon!

Pidge is a aro/ace trans demigirl. She used identify as a trans girl hence -"matt, dont call me pidge" "sorry... Katie."

But later identifying as demigirl. She started using the name pidge (her birth name) again and actually liked it better than katie now. Plus "pidge" was gender neutral.

She begrudgingly cut her hair, thinking it would erase her femininity but she began to like it and accepted the fact that she was a trans girl but not extremely feminine and that was okay. She liked the term demigirl. That was her.

You're absolutely welcome, friend. And honestly, take your time. Like I've said, there's still some sorting out and learning and questioning that I'm doing and it's been around nine months since I first had my "oh" moment that sent me on this wild ride. And if you don't find a specific label you like or feel fits, it's ok to use umbrella terms.

Personally, right now, I'm leaning toward just nonbinary (enby), even though demigirlflux is more accurate of a definition. I like enby because more often the not I don't feel very "girl" like, it's more like I'm just sort of occupying an afab body. Which I believe is related to what's called cognitive or mental dysphoria. (Don't quote me on that. I've seen like one post about it.)

Also! Thanks for these asks. They've been kinda fun, actually. I've been wanting to talk about this stuff a little more since sort of coming into who I am, but I'm never quite sure how to go about it. So thanks for letting me ramble a little bit.
