Y/n had been feeling unwell for the past few days, but attributed it to stress and brushed it off. Demetri had noticed her lack of energy and pale complexion, but didn't think much of it until one evening when they were out hunting together.
As they were tracking a group of rogue vampires, Y/n suddenly stumbled and fell to the ground. Demetri rushed to her side, his usual calm facade crumbling as he checked her pulse and realized that her blood sugar was dangerously low. "Y/n, love, can you hear me? What's wrong?" Demetri's voice was filled with concern as he gently lifted her up in his arms.
Y/n weakly shook her head, her eyes struggling to stay open. "I-I don't know... I just feel so weak..." Demetri's heart clenched at the sight of his mate in distress. He wasted no time in carrying her back to the castle, where he laid her down on the bed, he left and came back with something to make her blood sugar higher.
As Y/n slowly regained consciousness, she felt a rush of gratitude towards Demetri for his quick response. "Thank you, Demetri... I don't know what I would do without you."
Demetri brushed a strand of hair away from her face, his expression softening. "You don't have to thank me, love. Taking care of you is my top priority." He gave her some sugar to get her blood sugar up (I'm not the most familiar with blood sugar being low so sorry if I made mistakes)
Once Y/n was feeling better, Demetri made sure she was comfortable and rested before sitting down beside her. "I will always be here for you, Y/n. Please never hesitate to tell me if you're not feeling well."
Y/n reached out to grasp his hand, her eyes filled with love and gratitude. "I promise, Demetri." Demetri leaned in to press a tender kiss to her forehead. "And I promise to always protect and care for you, my mate. No matter what."

Poly Volturi x Reader
"That's just stupid." Alec said huffing looking at the table in distaste.
"You have to draw four. That's the rules." You Said shrugging.
You, Alec, Jane, Felix and Demetri were currently playing Uno. It took a while convincing everyone to play. Sure you live in a huge castle with the love of your lives but you are still human. You get bored. While Felix was down to play immediately the others were disinterested in playing with you. You got responses like "That's foolish, I have much better things to do, my love." From Caius.
A simple "No." From Jane.
"I'm sorry but I'm busy right now, beautiful." From Demetri.
"It sounds like a waste of time." From Alec.
You even asked Aro and Marcus. Marcus just straight up said he was too old for that shit in so many words. And Aro said he was too hungry to play games but maybe later.
All the rejection from everyone put you in a sad mood. It's not like you could have friends in the Castle that wouldn't eat you the moment you get a paper cut. The receptionist is a bitch. And there aren't any more humans you have access to. So the fact that everyone said no you were distant with everyone. They all noticed.
You stopped going to trails with Caius. You stopped attempting to give Jane love. You stopped asking Alec to use his powers so you'd be entertained by the dark fog. You stopped asking Felix for piggyback rides. You stopped attempting to play hide and seek with Demetri.
It had been days since you spoke more than 2 words at a time to any of them. You knew it was affecting them because of the tension that rested upon the castle in a thick fog. They were quick to temper. Quicker than normal that is. And that's saying a lot.
Marcus had asked you why you hadn't been to any of the trials lately. As it happened to be one of your favorite parts of the day. "I just haven't been in the mood." You told him. He's been on this godforsaken earth way too long to be able to know when to call bullshit. But nonetheless the less he let it go.
After that you noticed that your love's would attempt to talk to you more. Not just brushing it off as human attitude as Caius would call it. It was small talk but it was an effort.
"Yes I'm fine Demetrius stop asking me." You huffed slightly irritated.
"Did you eat today?" He questioned a little squint in his eyes.
"Yes I eat everyday." You rolled your eyes, gathering the book you were reading from the cold castle floor you were sitting on.
There was the random corner in the Castle that you would just sit in and watch as people- vampires walked through the halls. It had a lot of traffic coming through it which was what you loved. Cauis had offered to have something built for you so you wouldn't have to sit on the floor all the time. But you would always shake your head and tell him "No, just keep it clean for me please." And so he did.
"I fed today. The humans blood was a bit bitter but nonetheless tasty." Demetrius said following you in your attempts to run away from the conversation.
"You sound like a child."
"And yet here you are acting like one." He snapped.
"I'm sorry?" You said, stopping in your tracks turning to face him.
"You've had this horrible attitude for almost a week for the stupidest thing!" He stated staring at you with his sharp eyes.
"I have not!" You said in attempts to defend yourself.
"Yes you have, don't bother denying it, the whole castle can smell it!" He yelled.
"The lies you tell!" You practically screamed upset you were getting called out.
"Oh really?" Demetrius questioned before you could even blink he had grabbed you by your waist and next you knew you were in a room full of all your mates.
Once you finally felt your two feet touch the ground you couldn't help but get angry.
"What the fuck is this an intervention?!" You screamed.
“If that’s what you want to call it, then so be it.” Jane said in a straightforward tone.
“Oh my god what do you guys want?! I just want to be left alone but you all keep bothering me!” You yelled.
“Us bothering you? You were practically begging for attention a couple of days ago now you want to be left alone? Foolish!” Caius yelled, taking you back a bit.
He would yell but he would refrain from yelling at you the best he could. So him yelling at you right now kinda shocked you.
“You wanted to play that card game the other day right? That was when you started acting like such a brat, so we're going to fix that and play it.” Alec stated holding his head high.
“No thanks, I'm good on that.” You said going to turn around to walk away.
“Sit down!” Your mates yelled collectively making you stop in your tracks.
“Sit down please, I’ll shuffle the cards to start.” Felix said in a softer tone.
That was about an hour ago. To not even wanna be sitting here right now it was quite entertaining watching your mates fight with each other about the fact that another was kicking the others ass.
“I will do no such thing. I've drawn four four times!” Alec yelled, upset he was losing.
“It’s the rules of the game you have to Alec.” Jane said, rolling her eyes at her brother's temper. She was just happy she was winning. For now..
You were all sitting at a grand dining room table. Well Alec, Jane, Felix, Caius and Demtruis were. You were actually sitting on the table. Caius put you up there in attempts to make it harder for you to run away if you tried.
You did.
You almost hit your head on the way down.
“I don’t see the appeal of such a game, the cards don’t make sense.” Cauis said busy reading the rules that were on the back of the box.
“Don’t look at my hand! That’s an immature thing to do!” Dem yelled at Felix who kept leaning over to see what cards Dem had in his hand.
You had won the first round so you were busy spectating.
“Immature!? It’s not like we're taking a test!” Felix yelled back, plopping down in his seat.
“You're trying to cheat!” Dem yelled back furrowing his eyebrows.
“Cheat?! I am no cheater! Tell him Amore mio!” Felix said, turning to face you.
“You were cheating, I saw you.” You said blandly.
“Your human eyes don’t under the actions of mine-”
“Her human eyes are perfectly fine!” Dem yelled coming to your defense.
Tuning yourself out of the conversation-well the constant bickering. You found yourself just watching your mates. All were yelling or frowning about something but you couldn’t help the smile that came to your face. Neither of them could stand human games. They hated it with the most of them. Minus video games Alec, Felix and Dem said that those don’t count. Though you always tell them they do, they insist that they don’t. A fight you could never win.
All of your mates came together to do one simple thing that you’ve wanted to do for months. Once they saw how much the disconnection to just one human thing hurt you, They came together to try to make you feel wanted and seen. Though they can’t see the appeal at all there trying for you. And that’s all you could ever ask for.
“That’s not four Alec!” You yelled when you saw him try to cheat his way into just grabbing two cards.
“Oh come on! I’m never going to win!” Alec yelled back.
“Not my problem.”
“Maybe winning is just not in your line of blood.” Cauis said with a slight smirk.
“What’s that supposed to mean?!” Jane and Alec said at the same time turning their sharp red eyes at Caius.
“I mean-”
“Nope! Nope! Draw two more cards Alec I’ll help you win!” You rushed out attempting to try to keep the peace. Well as much peace as it was going to get in the room.
“That’s not fair!”
“I need help as well, I deserve it!”
“So were picking favorites now?!”
“Felix, stop looking at my cards!”
“You can’t pick sides!”
You can’t even lie to yourself you had missed them so much. And the smile on your face told no lies.

Yandere Caius X reader
Caius is quite protective and strict when it comes to the reader. That includes, not leaving the castle grounds and only speaking to kings including himself and the guards only.
One morning reader opens their eyes and sees that it’s snowing outside. Readers eyes immediately lights up as she sees the white and cold sky.
And so the reader decided to have a little fun and dresses up for the cold air to play outside in the backyard where the flowers usually go and where Markus usually takes his daily strolls, Caius DID say to stay at the castle grounds.
As she went outside and started playing and making a snowman, Caius on the other hand was furious that the reader might’ve ran off somewhere and was about to have Demitri do a search only to hear the readers soft laugh.
As he goes outside he sees reader making a snowman with a bright smile on her face making Caius calm down and gets distracted from her.
When reader noticed Caius was watching she decided to have a bit of fun and throw a snowball at him, which Caius decided to play readers game and throw one back.
After a while Caius notices that the reader is cold so he brought them back inside and to the kitchen to make them a hot chocolate.
This is just fluff with a dash of protectiveness❤️🤭
You guys are out of control, we all know yandere Caius would lock us up in a tower 😔🤌🏾

Deep within the ancient halls of the Volturi castle, (y/n) found herself ensnared in the web of Caius's possessive and overprotective nature. Ever since she had been discovered as his mate, her life had become a series of intricately woven rules and restrictions that bound her to the castle grounds.
Her every move was under scrutiny, and Caius's strict demeanor ensured that she adhered to his expectations without question. The rules were clear—she was to remain within the castle's walls, her interactions limited to the kings and the guards who patrolled the grounds.
It was a life of isolation, one that (y/n) had grown accustomed to, if not resigned to. Her connection with Caius was undeniable, the mate bond pulsating between them, and she could sense the depths of his possessiveness that knew no bounds. His protectiveness, while suffocating at times, was also a testament to the intensity of his feelings for her.
Days melted into nights within the castle's walls, and (y/n) found herself navigating the elegant chambers with a sense of grace and poise that had become second nature. The castle's grandeur was a stark contrast to the confines of her restricted world, a world where Caius's gaze lingered on her every move, his eyes a blend of adoration and caution.
When she did interact with the other members of the Volturi, (y/n) treaded carefully. Her conversations with Aro and Marcus were measured, her words chosen with precision. She had learned to navigate the complex dynamics of the ruling coven, understanding that her presence in Caius's life meant she had a role to play in their intricate balance.
But there were moments when (y/n) longed for a taste of freedom, a chance to explore the world beyond the castle's walls. She would stand by the towering windows, gazing out at the moonlit landscape, her heart yearning for a life beyond the confines of her gilded cage.
Yet, Caius's presence was a constant reminder of the love and devotion he held for her. He moved through the castle with an air of authority, his gaze never leaving her for too long. His actions, while controlling, were also infused with a tenderness that he reserved only for her. In his arms, she found solace from the constraints of her existence, a reminder that she was cherished and valued.
As the days turned into weeks, (y/n) began to find a delicate balance between her own desires and the expectations that bound her to Caius. The world outside the castle may have remained elusive, but within its walls, her love for him bloomed amidst the thorns of his possessiveness. And while her heart yearned for more, she knew that she was at the center of a love that transcended time and boundaries—a love that was as unyielding as the ancient stones that formed the foundation of their world.
Bundled up in warm attire, (y/n) stepped out into the snowy morning, the chill air tingling against her skin. The grounds of the Volturi castle were blanketed in pristine white, the snow creating a serene landscape that stretched out before her. Her eyes lit up with childlike excitement as she gazed at the glistening world that had transformed overnight.
With every step she took, her boots left a trail of footprints in the snow, evidence of her playful exploration. The cold air felt invigorating against her cheeks, and she couldn't help but let out a laugh as she spun around, her arms outstretched like a bird in flight.
The garden area, usually a burst of color from the blooming flowers, was now a canvas of white. (Y/n) could almost imagine the flowers peering out from beneath the snow, as if waiting for the warmth of spring to awaken them once again.
As she ventured deeper into the garden, she noticed a small bench tucked beneath a tree. The sight brought a fond smile to her lips, knowing that Marcus often sat there during his strolls. She imagined him here, surrounded by the beauty of the snow-covered landscape.
With a mischievous glint in her eyes, (y/n) moved to the bench and began to shape a snowball with her gloved hands. The cold, powdery snow compacted easily, and soon she had a perfectly round snowball in her grasp. Looking around with a playful grin, she took aim at a nearby tree and let the snowball fly, watching as it hit the trunk with a soft thud.
Her laughter echoed through the air as she continued to throw snowballs, each one finding its mark with unerring accuracy. She was lost in her own world of winter wonder, the joy of the moment washing away the constraints of her usual routines within the castle walls.
Meanwhile Caius paced back and forth, his expression dark and brooding. "(Y/N)," he muttered under his breath, "where in the world have you gone?" His anger boiled within him, his thoughts spiraling into worst-case scenarios. Had she run off? Abandoned him? The very idea gnawed at him like a relentless storm.
Just as he was about to call for Demetri to track her down, a faint sound reached his ears. Laughter. His head snapped toward the courtyard, disbelief warring with relief as he spotted her there, a mischievous grin on her face. The intensity of his emotions, from fury to exasperation, was replaced by a curious mixture of irritation and fondness.
Caius' gaze locked onto her as she gathered a handful of snow, her intent clear in the sparkle of her eyes. Without warning, the snowball whizzed through the air, narrowly missing his shoulder. The audacity! A rare, almost incredulous smile twitched at the corner of his lips.
He brushed the snow from his shoulder, his movements deliberate. The tension that had weighed on him began to unravel. In a swift and fluid motion, he crouched to pick up his own snowball, compacting it in his hand. With a calculated toss, he sent the snowball sailing toward her.
Her startled gasp and the way her eyes widened fueled his determination. He was not one to shy away from a challenge, after all. As the snowball hit her arm, a startled laugh escaped her lips. Caius' heart raced as he watched her reaction, the atmosphere between them shifting palpably.
What started as a playful exchange quickly escalated into a full-fledged snowball fight, each throw accompanied by a burst of laughter and an occasional yelp. The tension that had filled the air earlier was replaced by an electric energy, a connection formed through their shared antics.
Caius' stern facade cracked further with each throw, revealing a side of him rarely seen by anyone else. And as for (Y/N), her eyes sparkled with a mixture of amusement and genuine affection, finding joy in the simple act of playfulness.
Amidst the flurry of snow, their laughter intertwined, forging a bond that transcended the usual formalities. Caius had played her game, and she had matched his intensity. In that moment, they were not the stern leader and the confidante, but two individuals allowing themselves to revel in a carefree moment, where laughter and snowflakes danced in harmony.
As the snowball fight between Caius and (Y/N) continued, a playful spirit seemed to envelop them both. Laughter echoed through the courtyard, and even Caius found himself caught up in the exhilaration of the moment. Yet, amidst the joy, he couldn't help but notice the way (Y/N)'s cheeks had turned a rosy hue, and how she shivered every now and then.
His concern for her well-being surfaced, overriding the playful rivalry that had taken over. Caius stopped in his tracks, mid-throw, and eyed her carefully. "Are you cold?" he asked, his tone uncharacteristically gentle. (Y/N) chuckled, brushing a few snowflakes from her hair.
"Just a little," she admitted, her breath visible in the crisp air.
Without another word, Caius walked over to her and held out his hand. She looked at him, puzzled. "Come," he said, his voice soft yet commanding. "Let's get you warm."
Inside the castle, the contrast between the chilly courtyard and the cozy interior was striking. Caius led (Y/N) to the kitchen, where the warmth from the fireplace enveloped them in a comforting embrace. He motioned for her to sit at the large wooden table while he went about gathering the ingredients.
As he set a pot of milk on the stove to heat, his movements were efficient and precise. Caius rarely engaged in such domestic tasks, but the sight of (Y/N) sitting there, wrapped in her own thoughts, spurred him to act.
Soon, the aroma of cocoa filled the air as he stirred the mixture, the chocolate melting into the milk. He poured the steaming liquid into two mugs, the clinking of porcelain breaking the silence. Sliding a mug in front of her, he met her gaze with an unspoken question.
(Y/N) looked up at him, her eyes softening with gratitude. She wrapped her hands around the mug, savoring the warmth that seeped into her fingers. "Thank you, Caius," she said, her voice a hushed murmur.
He inclined his head, acknowledging her thanks with a nod. For a moment, their eyes held, a connection forming between them that went beyond the snowball fight and the jesting banter.
As they sipped their hot chocolate, the tension that had been present earlier transformed into a different kind of energy—an intimacy forged in the simple act of caring for one another. Caius watched as (Y/N)'s expression softened further, the lines of her face relaxing in the flickering firelight.
In that quiet moment, surrounded by the warmth of the kitchen and the shared understanding between them, Caius and (Y/N) found themselves in a space that was both familiar and yet unexplored—a space where vulnerability and camaraderie intertwined, leaving an indelible mark on their connection.

What if the Humans adopt a child just to see what’s so special about humans and why the Cullens like them so much, not knowing how troublesome a 8 year old can be?
𝖁𝖔𝖑𝖙𝖚𝖗𝖎
strap in because this is going to be one hell of a ride (also I'm assuming asker meant volturi adopt a chaotic human child)
Aro, ever the curious one, cannot even fathom why dear Carlisle cares so much for these... creatures
And it's been like over 3000 years since he was human and he can't really remember much about living
It would also help if it would stop making Marcus be such a miserable slab of stone, and perhaps even Caius could do with a new toy
It just seemed like destiny when an 8 year old child strayed from the feeding group one day, too entertained by chasing a fat tabby cat that had jumped the wall to the garden
Whatever parent or guardian that came with seemingly hadn't noticed - not that they were alive long enough too
And, of course, Felix was the one to deliver the child to Master Aro considering he's the only one with a modium of decorum or respect for life in the castle
Any of the other guards would have eaten you on sight to be honest (they wouldn't in the future but you're just some random human child right now, they don't care about you yet)
Aro takes one look at you're little form, sticky fingers; muddy knees; grazed elbows; a leaf in your hair
Perfect
They're keeping you
easy, right?
wrong
Why is a overexcited yet hysterical human child such a lovable inconvenience, you may ask
well
1) none of them can fully keep track of you're emotions, why are children so confusing???
2) they can't fully keep track of your whereabout either
"HOW ON EARTH DID YOU GET OF THE ROOF YOU HEATHEN CHILD" - Caius probably
3) they know nothing, and I mean nothing, about humans. Expect them to ask the secratery for help next time you're sobbing, only to find out you're hungry because they haven't fed you a proper meal in days thinking you'd forage for it yourself
I swear Marcus is the only one who is knowledgeable, despite how small it is
"the child requires sustinence again" - Jane, fed up of this shit
4) they're used to the traumatic stuff of vampire life, you are not, they don't realise that
poor kid is gonna be so traumatised, by the age of 10 killing someone over cereal seems socially acceptable
At least Caius actually has a soft spot for you, otherwise you'd be dead dead by now
Marcus reads you bedtime stories
Aro wants you to grow up appreciating everything he does, there are many 'daddy/daughter dates' where he takes you to see plays, musicals, concerts, or whatever that he deems suitable
Caius pretends to be impressed with your drawings and fakes excitement at whatever lego monstrosity you've made
Alec shows you the world, taking you around on his days off to Scotland, Brazil, India or wherever you randomly point to on a map
Felix let's you use his cloak as a blanket when he's not using it, you like to play with it and use it for dens and pillow forts (it can also be used as one of those massive fabric parachute tent bubble thingys the class played with in nursery/FS1/kindergarten and hid under (you know what I'm talking about))
Demitri let's you win at hide and seek despite his gift letting him know where you are at all times. He is also not above pretending to play to keep you out the way and quiet for a solid five minutes before you come out giggling saying you won again
Jane will capture butterflies and set them free with you because she knows you love them and you also love to chase them
The queen's are always dressing you up like a doll and doing your hair, they basically get a list from the secratery of everything humans need (food, water, socialising etc) and fulfil those needs for you
The secratery is the only one who actually knows what you want and need most times, being human herself. The kings are seriously considering turning her instead of just killing her you your sake
And God forbid anyone touches their precious baby, you've grown on them and they'd burn the world for you in an instant

Hiiiii I've said it bef9re and I will say it again because let's be honest YOU'RE WRITING IS AMAZING!!!! I absolutely adore your creativity!! I was wondering if I can request something?
Once again it's for alec volturi (shocking I know😂😂) yandere/possessive alec x vampire reader. You can choose how they meet but basically he kidnaps her and she fights for a long time just entirely resists him physically and verbally like constantly talks back. Until eventually after many escape attempts (failed because jane or felix or demitri brings her back evrytime) she gives in and starts to love him. He collars her as a sign of his possessive ownership and she is submissive to him and with him but aggressive ig to everyone else( sorry idk how to word that last part) if it's too much or you're not comfortable I understand❤❤
(A/n: Got me smiling and shit-😂)
(Just in case anyone either never read the books or doesn't remember it from the books but, since vampires are the same temperature, they feel warm to each other)
(Here's a pdf of the book; page 436, 7th line down for any doubters lmao)
Word Count: 1,464
Summary: In which Alec takes a bit too much interest in his mate
Warnings: Kidnapping, Stockholm Syndrome, Collaring
Age Rating: Pg 13
Tumblr media
Tactile Power Transferal- the ability to take another vampire's power with a touch and transfer it to whom the user pleases.
Very useful
Unfortunately for you, that's what Aro thought too
Double jeopardy because you found out your mate was a member of the elite guard
You would have been mostly fine with it had he not gotten possessive as much and as quick as he did
It got to the point of not being able to leave the castle unless under order of the kings
Naturally, you fought the imprisonment, but you were never successful
Which leads us to your current predicament:
"Put me down!" You yell, fists pounding the executioner's back.
Not that it affected Felix in any way.
You had managed to escape once more, but was quickly tracked down by Demetri. Once you were cornered, the larger of the two had unceremoniously tossed you over his shoulder so the trip back was -albite just a fraction- easier.
"You do realize that if you stopped running, you wouldn't have to be carried back all the time?" The tracker quips.
"Shut up you damned, bloodhound..." you growl.
He scoffs. "Ouch. That'd actually hurt if it was scent that I track."
You settle for glaring at him, not wanting to deal with him any longer.
-
"From now on, there will be guards stationed outside your chambers; they will be posted outside the door and windows." Aro states with a finality that you can't bring yourself to argue.
Caius chimes in as you lower your gaze to the floor. "How many times do you think we will put up with your traitorous actions? The only reason you're still alive after running away all these times is because of who your mate is. Don't mistake it for leniency. And don't think our patience isn't thinning. Keep this behavior up and you will see first hand why we are known as such fierce rulers."
"Take her back to her room." He commands Felix.
So starts your walk of shame back to captivity.
As much as you hate him for repeatedly placing you back in your cage, you appreciate that he only walks quietly behind you through the halls.
Finally reaching your room, you see that the guards are already positioned. You step in, locking the door behind you.
"You'd be a lot happier here if you stopped fighting."
"I'm not in the mood for you, Alec." You can't bring yourself to care that he's seemingly made himself at home in your room. Too mentally exhausted from constantly pushing against an immovable force.
Somewhere in the back of your mind, you know you'll never escape. That it would be so much easier to just give in. Maybe you should. It's not like you have any other options.
'You could always expose yourself. They'd have to kill you then...' No. You ignore the tiny voice. You're not that desperate -not yet any way.
In a flash, Alec has you pinned to the wall by the neck.
His face is twisted into a gnarly sneer.
"You think you have a choice?" He lets out a crude laugh. "You will 'be in the mood for me' whenever I so much as snap my fingers, do you understand me?"
He emphasizes his question by applying more pressure. You can feel the beginning of cracks snake their way around your neck as he waits for your response.
You know it's not just a bluff. He's ripped a limb off before when you spat every curse you knew at him. Turns out the process of limbs reattaching themselves isn't a fun one.
"Do. You. Understand?" He presses further.
"Yes." you whimper as the pain increases, skin splintering like wood left to dry rot.
Just as soon as it started, he lets you go. You let out an unneeded yet shaky breath. He's never threatened death, even if it would only be temporary.
Shit.
There really is no saving yourself.
'All it takes is one step into the sun,' the voice reminds.
'Though, if you really don't want that, there is another way...' The voice is right, but that would mean going against everything you've been fighting for.
'You don't really have much of a choice anymore,' it reminds.
Maybe you're right...
-
Over the next few months, you had stopped trying to run. You had fought every nerve in your body that jumped when Alec was near. Started to force yourself to initiate physicality and affection. Even though you felt like you were burning with every touch and pet name, you pushed through it so that maybe, just maybe, you could trick yourself into thinking you actually loved him.
You don't know when pretending turned in to being genuine. All you know is that one day you were feigning being happy to see him and the next, you were practically bouncing in place as you waited for him to get back from his guard duties.
Only going through the motions of a kiss turned into eagerly pressing kisses to his face and neck, making your way to his lips when you'd been separated for weeks.
You'd fallen and you'd fallen hard. It should scare you, but you can't bring yourself to care when you were no longer mentally and physically in pain. Not when you stopped being guarded 24/7, not when Alec seemed so happy about your new attitude; constantly bringing you beautifully crafted pieces of jewelry or carefully arranged bouquets of your favorite flowers. Not when he would whisper the loveliest things to you in the dead of night as he held you against his chest.
The kings were also pleased with your turn of attitude, though the same couldn't be said for a specific pair within the guard. Let's just say you still hold a grudge against the two that repeatedly humiliated you; carrying you around the castle over their shoulders -or worse, one time they had you held between them: one holding you under the arms while the other held your ankles like you were a fucking jump rope.
So, no, you wouldn't be amicable towards those two any time soon.
You break from your thoughts when your mate enters your, now shared, bedroom with a small box in hand.
"What's this?" You question when he sits next to you, handing the parcel over.
You gently pull the ribbon and take the lid off to reveal a beautifully woven choker. It's a black satin, sewn with a deep red lace. In the middle is a little bow with silver 'A' charm.
"Just a little something to show who you belong to," Alec answers.
You glance to him and back the collar. "It's beautiful." You run you finger lightly along the red lace. "Put it on me?"
"Of course," he holds his hand out for the box. You hand it to him amd turn to the side.
You feel his warm hand glide across the back of your neck, moving your hair out of the way. Alec brings the collar across your front and easily clasps it in the back, fixing your tresses to their original position.
You turn back to him as he takes hold of your jaw, pulling you into a searing kiss.
"You're mine," he murmurs into the kiss.
Your hands slide into his hair as you mumble an agreement.
Before you can blink, your back is on the mattress and Alec is hovering above you. He trails his kisses down to your jaw and to your neck, slowly kissing his way to the neck of your top.
You can't help the stuttered breath that leaves you when he nips at your collarbone.
Looking down at him, a whisper of his name leaves your lips. "Alec..."
His eyes are near black when he looks up at you. You can't help but pull him back to your lips, teeth clashing as you both lose your sense. Not that you can be bothered to care; all you can focus on is 'Alec, Alec, Alec' playing like a mantra in your mind. His taste, his smell, his feel. He's invading all your senses and you couldn't be more content.
Alec loops a finger under the choker, pulling you to be impossibly closer. He breaks away only long enough to ask: "Let me show you who you belong to?"
"Please," your legs wrap around his hips in a futile attempt to pull him even closer.
An almost sadistic smirk appears on his face as he dives back to your lips. He hikes one of your legs higher so he can press his hips to yours and-
Oh.
Oh, it's going to be a long night.
Not that you can find it in yourself to mind...

Chapter 5
Athenadora wrapped a hand around your wrist closest to her and pulled you along as she sped through the halls of the castle.  This wasn’t the first time that you had travelled at this speed with her (behind closed doors, Athenadora was quite the thrill seeker – you often wondered whether this was a product of her previous existence and the time period in which she grew up) but it was the first time that the cloying stenches of fear and urgency hung in the air with this much intensity.
“The less our enemies know about your divine parentage, the better.”  Aro had said once when you asked him why he didn’t let you use the full range of your godly abilities.  Caius had agreed and added that if too many supernatural beings observed you using your godly abilities, not only would they be able identify your immortal parent but they would also be able to identify the weaknesses in your defences.
Alabaster was standing in the throne room when you, Athenadora, and Jasper appeared in the doorway.  Claymore was nowhere to be seen.  Felix stood in front of Alabaster protectively with a snarl on his face.  Your own mate was holding Edward by the throat while the younger vampire writhed in his grip.  Metres away, Jane stood next to Aro, glaring at Edward with narrowed eyes. Rosalie and Emmett were glaring furiously at Edward as he twitched. Sulpicia was present as well.  Her hand was wrapped around the left pole of Aro’s throne.
What surprised you the most was not the fact that Alice was standing protectively in front of Bella but the fact that she was glaring intently at Edward.
“You thought that you could abuse our generosity and sneak away from Volterra with your family undetected?”  Marcus snarled furiously.  If your mate’s actions hadn’t clued you in that Edward had grievously offended the Kings then the change in your mate’s words definitely would have.
When Alice spotted you, Athenadora and Jasper, she gently tugged Bella over to the three of you.  The female vampire took great care to walk quickly behind the Volturi guards to reach you; she probably figured that she and Bella would be safer if they were closer to you and Athenadora.
“Edward was plotting to manipulate the Kings’ minds and make them think that their mates were in danger.”  Alice explained in a rush, “The next part of his plan was to depart Volterra with us when the Kings were distracted, knowing that it would take time and resources for the Kings to arrive in Forks.  By that time, he planned to fabricate events after he broke the spell on the residents of Forks and mislead Carlisle and Esme into thinking that the Volturi held us hostage.”
As Alice summarised Edward’s plan you felt your anger grow until it was nearly reaching boiling point.  Your rage amplified Marcus’ and his grip on Edward’s throat tightened.  Spotting this, Jane increased her attack on Edward.
“While the immediate reaction to Edward Cullen’s betrayal is amusing to say the least, we must consider the repercussions of his actions.”  Demitri drawled.
Aro considered Demitri’s words before laying a hand on Jane’s shoulder.  She stared up at Aro and after an unspoken exchange, Jane released Edward.  The vampire went limp in Marcus’ grasp and Marcus threw him onto the floor with a distasteful flick of his wrist.  Despite his aggression, Marcus stepped silently over to your small group.  Your presence appeared to reassure him and the King lost some of his tension.
“Your plans and actions reflect badly upon you, your family and your sire.”  There was no friendliness in Aro’s tone and Edward sensed this.  He kept his gaze locked on the floor.
“The last time that you enjoyed our hospitality, you behaved in a similar manner.  You went so far as to try to attack one of the Guard.  Your attempt was unsuccessful but the fact remains that your intent was to harm one of the Volturi.”  Your eyes widened as your mind attempted to discern who Edward could have tried to attack.
Edward’s eyes cut over to Bella who was steadfastly ignoring him and choosing to peer at Caius instead.
“She will not help you this time.”  Marcus rumbled.  “It is time that you face the consequences of your actions.”
“To punish you is to punish all.”  Aro continued, “You did not consider the consequences of your actions when you brought Bella into our world underprepared.  She was exceedingly fortunate that she did not encounter a Strigoi or Empousai.  Her fate would have been much worse if she had.”
“Do not prolong this Aro.”  Marcus ordered.  “You already know the course of action that you wish to take and I have lost far too much time with my mate as it is.”
“I apologise brother.”  Aro inclined his head, “I know how important our mates are to us.  My judgement is that your relationship with Bella Swan cannot be allowed to continue.”
“And how will you enforce this ban on our relationship?”  Edward challenged.  “Forks and Volterra are quite far apart.”
“With my help and Bella’s permission of course,” Alabaster replied, stepping away from Felix.
“Bella won’t agree to whatever you have planned.”
“I am perfectly capable of making decisions for myself!”  Bella hissed venomously.  “Or did you forget that my vote was the deciding one when we discussed casting the spell on the residents of Forks to slow time?”
You were relieved that Bella had the courage to stand up for herself because prior to her outburst, you were worried that Bella had sacrificed too much of herself to stay appealing to Edward.
“Bella-”
“No Edward!”  Bella cut him off, “I’ve heard what you planned to do and now I want to hear Alabaster’s plan.”
Alabaster paused and you realised that he was waiting for someone to appear.  Part of you wondered whether he was communicating telepathically with whoever it was since that was one of his powers as a child of Hecate.  Within seconds, Chelsea raced to his side.  Fragments of Alabaster’s plan began to piece themselves together in your mind.
“Bella your life has been disrupted too much by the supernatural world.  With my magic, I plan to give you a chance at a normal life away from all of this chaos.  The spell I am intending to cast will bury your memories deep inside your mind.  Your memories will not be the only ones altered.  This spell will alter the memories of every being that calls Forks home, including her supernatural inhabitants.  If you and Edward are truly destined to be together, your memories will return and the sky will glow a radioactive pink for three consecutive years.”
“Alabaster.”  Sulpicia rebuked.  You could tell that her heart wasn’t really in the rebuke as a smile was tugging at the corners of her lips.
“If the universe corrects its mistake and the two of you aren’t destined for each other, your memories will stay forgotten.  This part of your life will be nothing more than a bad dream.  Chelsea is here to ensure that the bond-”
“The frayed and barely functional bond.”  She put in.
“The frayed and barely functional bond,” Alabaster agreed, “is broken painlessly.”
“What about Victoria?” Alice questioned.
“She will be dealt with.  By us.”  Athenadora vowed.
Bella scanned the room.  Her eyes lingered on the Cullens and you saw her mouth move as she focused on Alice.  You couldn’t make out what Bella mouthed to Alice but Alice bowed her head with a devastated expression.
“Do it.”  Bella ordered with a determined tone, “I’m ready.”

Hiii!!!
Can u do an Alec Volturi headcanon with a mate that is so shy? Thanks
A/N: Hello my dear anon and thank you for the request. I think te relationship with Alec would be very young love and teenager crush so there is a lot of fluff (:
-S
+not proof read, 400ish words.
Tumblr media
Meating any of the Volturi guard organically is pretty much impossible.
Aro would find the mate and Marcus would confirm the invisible bond.
At first it was awkward, you not speaking to him if not talked to. And Alec is pretty much the same way. (I headcanon him being pretty shy, especially to people who he doesn’t know that well.)
Demitri would make fun of him so much.
But after a while you would start to speak a little but more and not whispering anymore. (But only in a company that you had gotten used to like Alec, Jane or Heidi.)
And Alec would be so happy about it. Seeing you come out of your shell even for a moment makes his non-beating heart almost burst.
Your relationship is the most stereotypical teenager romance.
When you finally kissed, (it would take a LOT of time) it would be like a second long and awkward but the moment when you were alone, you would have an absolute teenager crush moment of wanting to scream at the idea of something actually happening.
And Alec on the other side would lose all brain function for a good fifteen minutes.
But even after you got over this teen-love phase, you would still get flustered every time when Alec kissed you or when there was any PDA. (Don’t worry he would never make you uncomfy no matter what.)
With time you would get a bit more open with talking to the most of the upper guards, but if you ever had to talk to the Kings or the Queens your words would be lost in the air. (Aro would love it xd.)
If anyone ever would do ANYTHING wrong to you, Alec would take all of their senses away and kill them in a very slowly and the upper guards would be happy to help him with that.
Your room together would be the comfiest place in the whole castle and be sure that Alec would carry and assemble a whole ass space heater in the room, just so your human body wouldn’t get cold.

Felix (Twilight) x Fem! Hybrid! Reader
Summary: Aro was a collector of oddities and rarities. And as one of only two gifted hybrids to have ever existed, you were both.
Word Count: 3,301
Warnings: 18+, Canon-level violence, abusive childhood, angst, vampires being vampires, forced to work for the Volturi, enemies to lovers, post Breaking Dawn. Minors DNI.
A/N: Do I need another WIP? No. Did anyone ask for anything with Felix? Not at all. Am I still moving and definitely don’t have time? Absolutely. But here it is.
Tumblr media
It was the hair raising on your arm that alerted you first to their presence.. Then the nearly soundless footsteps that echoed in your ears as they stalked you down streets, every urge telling you to run. Then their sweet scent stinging your nostrils as you turned down a back alley that led to a more populated area. Witnesses were your only hope until the sun rose and they'd have to hide away because there was little chance you could hold your own against a vampire expecting a fight. You just had to beat them to the end.
Half way down the alley a figure in a grey cloak appeared from the darkness ahead, a hood shadowing their face. You didn’t need to see it to know who he worked for.
“If you’ve come to kill me, I hope you came for a fight," you warned, the weight of the lighter in your pocket now heavier against your thigh. They would succeed in the end, you didn't doubt that. But you'd make them suffer for it.
A deep, thunderous laugh tolled behind you. You stepped back with one foot and swiveled your body to the side, putting both your pursuers in your peripherals. This second person was far larger than the first, hands fastened behind their back. Even yards away you had to tilt your head to meet the red gaze beneath the hood.
“We simply wish to extend an invitation from Aro to visit him and his brothers in Volterra,” said the first.
“An invitation can be mailed, Demitri. I’m assuming if Aro sent you and Felix here, it’s more of a summonace rather than something I could politely decline.” The Cullens had warned the witnesses that stood by them and Renesme that there was a possibility the Volturi would track them down separately. Despite their general warning and the one Carlisle had pulled you aside to give, you'd rather stupidly assumed you would be low on their list. You were a gifted hybrid, fully grown, without the protection of a large coven or family, but you weren't useful. Not to the Volturi.
“At least the hybrid isn’t dumb,” Felix chuckled as he pulled back his hood. You, given the current situation, disagreed.
Demitri gave his partner a scathing look as he dropped his hood as well. “Please ignore Felix. He’s a bit thirsty and has forgotten his manners. Aro simply wishes to speak with you."
"A phone call would work for that."
"He wishes to apologize. Show you that he was not the villain he may have seemed back when you gave witness for the Cullens. It's so difficult to have meaningful conversations over the phone. There’s a plane waiting for us, consider it a vacation.”
You arched a brow at him. He almost sounded convincing. Your glance shot around the alley you'd allowed yourself to become sandwiched in as you weighed your options. Felix may have been big, but that didn’t make him slow. Demitri was expecting you to comply without complaint. If you had to go through either of them, Demitri would be the easiest to get around. There was also the option of going up, though that would give them a chance to catch you together.
“As fun as it would be to hear that odd heart of yours race," Felix cooed, taking a step closer and leaning in with a smile that ran a chill down your spin, "it would be a short pursuit.”
Even if they weren't aware of the limited abilities of hybrids, you were outnumbered. And if you  miraculously managed to escape, how far would you get until they found you again? If only your gift had been as practical as Bella's. Time was what you needed now, either to slip away or to even the odds in a fight.
“I have things I need to get.” Your apartment was your turf and in the middle of a well populated area. The walls were thin enough a scuffle would be heard. Even with two vampires there were half a dozen exits you could use. Terrible for security, but great for an escape.
Felix's smile widened as he held up a familiar black duffle bag. The one always packed with things you didn’t want to leave behind in case of an emergency. It felt like he was staring into your soul, letting you know that he'd known your plan before you'd even had a chance to think it. “Taken care of.”
“Anything else you may need or want we can provide upon request,” Demitri added, holding his hand out.
There were no options. No escape. They'd thought this through, probably watched for weeks or perhaps months to ensure such a smooth capture. It was a terrifying realization, how vulnerable you must have been and never even known. "Are we running or taking a car?"
Every muscle tensed as Felix closed the distance between you, his giant hand sprawling across your back. "There’s a car waiting for us just a block over. We understand how difficult travel is for someone so human.”
He pushed you none too gently towards Dimitri who was unfazed as you passed him without taking his extended hand, seemingly content with Felix’s unwavering touch as they led you to the large black SUV. Another vampire, one you recalled from the clearing, sat in the front seat. Dimitri was intent on playing the role of a gentleman and opened the door for you. Felix, on the other hand, had no such plans. “Come on, little hybrid, we won’t bite,” he said into your ear as you hesitated a second too long. “Not unless you ask.”
You scurried into the car, the place his hand had touched burning.
“Watch yourself,” Dimitri warne, barely audible to your ears. “It would displease Aro for her to be uncomfortable.”
It was too late for that.
Felix’s response was hushed, too low for you to pick up on. Demitri slid in seconds later, taking the spot next to you while Felix took the front passenger seat. As the car weaved in and out of the little traffic there was this late, Felix adjusted the rearview mirror and kept his eyes on you. You stared back defiantly.
The hostility was dutifully ignored by the others during the short ride outside the city to the small, regional airport. They led you inside with their cloaks draped across their arms to mimic coats, Demitri and the other man on either side while you felt the presence of Felix just behind you. Any hopes of a delay were squashed when you were waved through the security check with nothing more than a quickly averted glance.
Felix took the vacated position beside you and let his hand find the small of your back again as Demitri pulled ahead to guide your group through the small airport. It stayed there until you reached the small jet outside, only falling away as you ascended the narrow stairs. The plane wasn't small but the space felt tight and cramped when Felix closed the door behind him.
The vampire you didn't know was at your side, burgundy eyes not as dark as Felix's but dark enough to know he was beginning to feel thirsty. "Is there anything you need before we depart?"
"Anything you don't already have.” Felix dangled your duffle bag from his finger before brushing past you to take a seat on the couch in the middle of the cabin. It looked cartoonishly tiny as he stretched out his legs.
Demitri shot him another glare.
There was nothing you needed. Nothing you wanted that would make your status as a prisoner easier to digest. Except…
“I need to make a call.”
The cabin was silent for a moment. "I think it may be best to wait until you speak with Aro before–"
"It's not a call for help."
You held out your palm expectantly until a small nod from Demitri led the other man to place a flip phone into it. The beep of the buttons was quickly replaced by ringing.
“Hello?” The deep comforting voice made your throat tighten.
“It’s me,” you said. “I wanted to let you know that I’ve decided to take a trip to Italy.”
The line was silent for only a second, but the pause weighed as heavy as years. “They’ve got you?”
“No,” you lied. “Aro extended an invitation and, after some consideration, I thought it would be good for me to take a break from hanging around humans all the time. It’s been ten years.”
“I’ll meet you there. They won’t get away with this.”
“Nahuel,” you said softly, “look after my sister. Promise me that.”
His voice strained as he said, “I’ll keep her safe.”
“Thank you.” It was half to the other hybrid, half to the vampire who’d given you the phone before you snapped the phone shut and handed it back. Nahuel was your oldest friend, the only living male of your kind, and the only person you trusted to keep the last sibling you had alive.
“Should we expect some gallant rescue attempt from your boyfriend?” Felix sneered.
You took the seat as far from him as possible in the space. It allowed you more confidence to speak as you stared out the window. “I'm an invited guest. What would I need to be rescued from?”
The silence after that was suffocating, the utter stillness they were able to maintain disconcerting. But every minute you spent wishing it would end only reminded you of what was waiting for you when it did. Powerful vampires who either wanted to kill you or study you. Neither thought was pleasant.
Reykjavik was about six hours from the private air strip outside Volterra. It was hidden far enough from the human world that the vampires in your presence felt no need to hide from the morning sun as they exited the plane. Where the light reflected off them like there were millions of jewels embedded in their skin, you merely glistened like you'd miscalculated the amount of glitter you would need for a craft project. Another reminder of how you were other.
The air strip was nestled into the hills beside a quaint church. In its cellar stood an ancient door guarding an even older tunnel. To an unsuspecting human it would have been a beautiful antiquity perfect for a leisurely stroll. But for you it was old stone filled with too much history that passed too quickly.
At the end was a cavernous room filled with light from window slits two stories above. In the middle of the room was a large metal grate. The smell radiating from it made its purpose disturbingly clear. Against the far wall stood three occupied throne-like chairs surrounded by a dozen lesser vampires.
Aro sat in the middle, his face pulled tight in a wide grin, with his brothers on either side. "Welcome, welcome, my dear!" he exclaimed, hands clapping together as he stood. "We were overjoyed to hear you'd accepted our invitation." Neither Marcus or Caius looked remotely joyous. Marcus' expression was dull as Felix nudged you further into the room while Caius watched with reluctant curiosity.
The smile on your face was strained. "How could one refuse such a generous offer?" Aro's high pitched laugh rang across the room, but it was the deep chuckle beside you that reverberated against your bones.
Aro's steps were deliberately slow as he crossed the room, perhaps to build suspense or as an attempt to ease your discomfort. “I understand we met under the most unfortunate of circumstances. We are eternally grateful you’ve given us the opportunity to explain our side of the story.”
“There’s nothing to explain,” you said. And there wasn’t. You certainly disliked them and how loosely they interpreted their own laws when it benefited them. However, “The Volturi keep our kinds safe by eliminating those that threaten our secrecy. Who knows what sort of chaos would be unleashed upon the world without your caution.”
Caius’ brow shot high in speculative suspicion. Aro’s grin was of ecstatic surprise. Marcus was bored.
“I am continuously surprised by you. Aro came to a halt an arms length away. You knew what was coming next. One touch and every thought you’d ever had and secret you’d ever kept would be his. “First by your existence, today at your acceptance, and, most of all, by your fascinating gift.”
The entire room heard the skip of your heart.
“Gift?” Caius sat up in his chair, aggravation seeping from his voice. “You never mentioned she had a gift.”
The corners of Aro’s smile tightened. “I thought it would be a fun surprise for everyone,” he said, looking back at the still seated blonde. “Joham was very impressed with it.”
Ice filled your veins at the mention of him. It had been nearly two decades since you’d last seen Nahuel’s father, the vampire who had inspired and encouraged your own’s twisted experimentation. His ideals may have not been as bloody as your father’s but they were just as disturbing.
You stepped back, almost welcoming the hulking presence that drifted closer. “Is h—he here?”
Aro’s face fell when his gaze returned to you. Remorse, or perhaps a decent attempt at faking it. “No, my dear, no. You have no need to fear.”
“Joham was executed for his crimes.” Marcus spoke, his monotone voice as tired and disinterested as he looked.
The weight of sixty years worth of fear dissipated. Dead. Joham, the figure of your nightmares, was dead. He’d never come for your sister or for you. His sick fascination with seeing the potential of hybrids now nothing but a pile of ash.
"He was," Aro confirmed, watching you intently. "In this very room." He let the silence drag on for a few moments longer as he stepped back, clearing the space in the middle of the room. "Perhaps you would like to see it?"
You’d walked right into his trap. An excuse to showcase your gift that you’d find impossible to deny. It was unnerving how predictable you seemed to be to the Volturi. Because you did want to see it. You wanted to know if he suffered, hear his screams, see what was left burned into nothing.
“I would,” you agreed. Aro stepped back, eyes dancing in delight. Murmurs of confusion were silenced by his hands raising and the presence of the three other vampires surrounding you fell away as they pressed themselves into the shadows of the room. Caius leaned forward with narrowed eyes, the room deathly silent save for your rapidly beating heart.
Closing your eyes, the image of the small wood covered radio materialized in the darkness. The buzz from it was faint at first. But as you approached it grew louder and louder, sounds beginning to become discernible within the noise. Screaming. Not the kind you wanted to hear. One of the dials spun, the sounds of life flickering through like changing stations. Aro’s voice was the most prominent behind the human screaming, Caius’ followed closely behind. And then there was finally the one you wanted.
Soft gasps escaped watchers as your eyes opened. Dust and dirt rushed towards the middle of the room, swirling together to form a large circle where three grey figures pulled from its midst. One was easy enough to recognize even before the details fully shaped.
"Please," Joham's figure pleaded as he kneeled on the ground, "there's still much to learn about them. You’ve seen my daughters’ loyalty, imagine dozens of them. Spare me and I will make you an army!"
Aro's figure was fully formed before he replied, a woman's figure standing just behind him. His voice held no sympathy. "There are no second chances."
Joham growled before he attempted to lunge, not even making it off the ground before falling against it in apparent agony. A tiny figure formed at the edge of the circle, walking forward and positioning itself between the two men as Joham wailed. Jane. Another figure, the most recognizable of all due to his massive size, formed from the behind Joham. Felix approached the pathetic excuse of a vampire and you couldn't help the smile as he tore him apart and lit the pieces on fire.
The scene fell away, dust and dirt falling back on the ground.
"Quam mirabile!" Aro's amusement was palpable as he approached again. "Such an odd gift! I don't believe I've ever seen anything quite like it."
"A neat little party trick," Caius taunted, unimpressed with the display. "Did you inherit it from your father? Does he have some cloaking ability we are unaware of?”
You met Caius’ eyes. "My father was ungifted. The only extraordinary thing about him was his love of violence."
That made Caius bare his teeth in a vicious snarl.
"What do you mean 'was'?" questioned Aro.
It finally clicked into place. You weren’t here for you. They wanted your father, but they couldn’t find him. You may actually get to leave. "My father died a few years ago."
"Pity, he deserved to suffer for his crimes." Caius sat back, no longer deeming you worthy of his attention as he called forth one of the vampires surrounding the thrones and engaged in low conversation. It was a blessing.
Aro still held the pleasant smile, but it didn't quite reach his eyes anymore. "Joham believed your father was alive. How exactly did he die?"
You offered your hand to him and echoed his earlier words. "Perhaps you would like to see it?"
His skin was cold like other vampires, but it felt strange. Papery, aged. As his hand wrapped around yours, you watched his face as he took in your entire life. Those few seconds felt longer than any other you'd had to experience. But they were necessary. There was little chance you would have been able to leave Volterra without giving up every thought you'd ever had.
A flicker of awe wiped away as Aro stepped abruptly back. “You truly are full of surprises,” he mused. He continued his backwards stride towards his throne and a woman, the one you recognized as the woman standing behind him in the dust, met him halfway and shadowed him. “I don’t think I would have ever believed such a thing was possible”
Felix’s shadow mixed with your own as he mimicked Aro’s guard. You doubted he was their for your protection, however. This caught Caius’ attention, ceasing the conversation he’d started.
It seemed that they hadn’t considered you a threat before. They did now. Regret gnawed at you. You shouldn’t have let Aro see.
"I was very lucky everything played in my favor that day.”
He tsked, taking his seat. “You give yourself too little credit. It was, if you would excuse my phrasing, perfectly executed. I highly doubt any vampire here could have survived such an attack. I must admit it has left me feeling a bit,” he paused, seemingly searching for the right word, “well, vulnerable.”
“What—“
“Do not fret Caius,” Aro practically shushed him, “I believe our young friend here could be an invaluable resource for improving our Guard.”
There was a huff of disbelief behind you.
“I understand you have no wish to join us, but perhaps you may indulge an old man in quelling his fears for a brief time? With your experience and guidance, our Guard could ensure such a scenario never happens to us.”
Carlisle had been right. It was inevitable that he would want you, even if you weren’t particularly useful. Aro was a collector of oddities and rarities. As one of only two gifted hybrids to have ever existed, you were both. You were his until he decided otherwise.
“It would be my pleasure.”

I just finished reading your fic Second Meeting and I loved it! But it has me thinking.
If Demitri is able to break out and flee the Volturi would he go to the Cullens for help? I wonder what the culture shock would be of living with vegetarian vampires and wolves would be? How do you think Edward would react to having him there?
It's all so interesting and you've made me a lot more interested in his character. Thank you and keep up writing!
I think he would, at least for a short time. Not because he wants to emulate them or anything, but the end of Breaking Dawn left the vampire world with the distinct impression that there might possibly be a seditious movement forming around the Cullens. Besides being eager for the protections of numbers and gifts, he'll want the latest news, and he'll have to decide whether or not to offer his allegiance. He might even try to accelerate "the cause," much to Carlisle's alarm, offering his experience and inside knowledge of Volterra in the coming war.
Also, if Chelsea if still alive in this scenario, Demetri will be uncomfortably aware that Bella is the only one who can protect him. So that's another motive. Edward's just going to love that.
If Demetri is willing to hunt far afield, I think Carlisle and Esme would reluctantly agree to let him stay for awhile, especially if he feels like he's on the run or if he is especially traumatized by his break with the loyalty that has defined him for a long time. His disdain for the Cullens must have eased a great deal in this scenario, so he might find some peace in talking to Carlisle about identity and in commiserating with Jasper about the similarities between their experiences.
It can't last, though. I doubt Demetri will be able to stand the Cullens' lifestyle for long, even if he's warmed up to the Cullens themselves. And it'll be obvious to him how uncomfortable he makes everyone. Also, Edward will be watching his thoughts like a hawk for any sign of treachery, responding to those thoughts left and right. Demetri will grudgingly understand the need, but he's just escaped from a life of having his mind controlled and monitored. He doesn't want to endure that ever again. He'll probably strike out on his own after a few weeks.
If on the other hand Demetri overstays his welcome, the Cullens will decide it's time for another move and remind their new friend that this is a vegetarian home; if he doesn't want to commit that's fine, but they must part as friends and visit another day. This will be accelerated if they're still living near the wolf pack. An influx of red-eyed visitors was one thing when it was about mounting a defense against a specific threat; having a red-eyed boarder who was an enemy six months ago is another thing entirely. And the Cullens have trampled on the law enough; unless war is actually imminent,* they don't want to also be accused of harboring a fugitive. They'll breathe a huge sigh of relief when he's gone.
----
*In this scenario, the Cullens and their allies may want to move much closer together. Demetri will suddenly become a valuable resource. It's possible that many allies, including the Cullens, will want to live in a camp-like arrangement.

A dangerous game
Tumblr media
Summary: Jasira, an elemental witch and girlfriend of Jasper as well as the Cullens get invited to Aro anual ball. Things quickly rise in tension, when Aro and Jasira are caught up in a deadly dance discussing their past entanglements. Jasira still full of hate for Aro, because he killed off her brotherhood in the late 1800s is not giving in to the sweet talk the Volturi king is giving her.
This will be a part of my story "Bloody desire - A Jasper Hale love story" on Wattpad and Ao3 (account names in tumblr description). So everyone who is interessted is welcome reading it.
Word count: 2532
Warnings: generally none, slight threatening with weapons, double meanings, dark tension, but nothing crazy
Tumblr media
Again, the monstruous pompousness of the Volterra castle rendered me speechless. Wrapped up in my floor length coat, I trailed behind Heidi. The rest of the Cullens securely walking with Bella and myself in the middle. Aro had invited us all to his annual ball, with the underlying impression of not being able to deny his offer. So, here we were. The guys tucked into neat black suits, a little handkerchief of the color of their mates dress sticking out of the front pocket.
Rosalie wore a long silvery pink dress, that fanned out around her ankles in soft layers. Esme was dressed in a dark royal blue, accentuating her golden eyes with blueish grey eyeliner. Her dress was simple, but had a high slit on her left side, showing of her leg that was glittering with the golden garter and Carlisle initials. Alice dress was a deep forest green off shoulder, that ended knee length in the front to then flow to her ankles on the back. From her ears two delicate sliver chains with pearls on the end were swaying with every turn of her head. Unlike the rest Bella was wrapped in a floor length baby blue dress. A simple cut with an embroidered top that originally had a low plunge neckline. But she forced Alice to sow it higher to not show off too much of her neck. Over her shoulders she wore a thin white woolen vest, tightly wrapped around her to give her at least some warmth in the cold castle hallways.
My ears were decorated with little diamond earrings, a silver garter glittering from my left leg, while my fingers were showing of a few silver rings of mine and Rosalies collection. Sheathed in two black leather sheaths I wore two daggers. Coated with diamond and vampire venom as my main piece of jewelry. I hadn’t fully restocked my wardrobe so, me buying this new revealing dress wasn’t something Jasper would have spent lots of time thinking about. I made sure that I would get dressed alone, not showing anyone what I was about to wear.
With my heels clacking on the stone ground, we arrived at the entrance hall of the big ballroom. Aro was waiting on the side, flanked by Felix and Demetri. As soon as he saw us, he walked over to us, his guards neatly following him. He greeted the Cullens an Bella with a short nod, before focusing all of his attention on me. “It is unusual for you to be this covered up.” His soft voice sent shivers down my spine. The cat like fixation of his eyes trained on my face. Stepping forward I opened my coat turning around to let him take it off.
As soon as my dress was revealed, the Cullens took in a sharp breath, clearly not expecting me to wear something like that. Behind me, I could hear Aro giggle slightly, while Felix hid his laughter behind a cough. Demitri just took on a sharp breath. Letting Aro turn me around, I offered a sly smile, ignoring the second wave of surprise that shuffled through the Cullens. Offering me a cold hand, Aro guided me towards the door. “I see you came armed, my lady.” Not looking at him, but keeping up the stiff interaction, I answered: “Isn’t everyone?”
My comment had Aro break out in another short giggle. “Tongue as sharp as always. Tell me, tigrotta, do you really believe your daggers are more than a piece of jewelry?” I turned my head to look him in his piercing red eyes, that didn’t dare to hide the hunger in them. “Tell me, Aro.” I put a slight stretch to his name, observing the twitch washing over his body. “What happened the last time you underestimated me?” Not hiding my threat, I tilted my head. “I believe we have something called a stalemate. Besides, we still have a truce, do we not?”
“Of course, tigrotta. There was no underlying intent on my part.” He answered dunking his voice in so much sweetness, I was about to throw up. When we reached the edge of the dance floor, I wanted to let go of his hand, but Aro kept it in a hard grasp, causing Jasper to slightly growl behind me. He was quickly shut down by Felix puffing himself up next to me, causing Aro to wave him off annoyed. Hearing the music change from a waltz to a tango, I knew what was about to come. “Offer me a dance, principessa. It has been a long time since the last one.”
Letting him guide me to the middle of the dance floor, I vaguely noticed the other vampires clearing it. Leaving Aro and me alone by ourself. That meant nothing good. It was his way of strategically removing me from any security, but I decided to play along and see what the evening would bring. If shit was about to go down, I had Jasper and Emmett at my side in an instant. Putting on a fake smile I answered his question hanging in the room: “60 years if I am not mistaken.”
A low hum rumbled through Aros chest, when he placed one hand on my lower back, while the other held my right arm rigidly straight. He was quick to guide me over the dance floor not caring to throw another glance at anyone else than me. “60 years and you still sway like a goddess.” He commented, grinning when he saw Jasper fuming behind me. Emmett had his hand casually on his shoulder, but I knew he was holding Jasper back from doing something stupid.
“There are things one does not simply forget.” I dished out another stab. Earning a slight scold from Aro. “One also does not simply walk into a ball armed with deadly weapons.” His hand slowly wandered from my lower back to the place the handles of my daggers rested neatly against my bare skin. He wrapped one hand around a dagger, pulling it out with so much speed and throwing it against a wall, that I was nearly unable to stop it from shattering against the stone. Twirling me around with his left hand, he ripped the other dagger out of his sheath holding it playfully in his hand. The other one still hovering inches away from the wall, purely held by my silent airy grasp.
“Good handywork.” He murmured, taking a deeper look at my weapon. With the twist of my left hand, I let the second dagger flow to it, twirling it loosely through my fingers. “They indeed are.” I answered. Now pulling Aros attention back to me. With the turn of his hand, he rotated me back to him. Chest touching my back. Then he pressed the metal of my dagger against my skin, not daring to put pressure on it. His eyes were now trained on Jasper, who was about to break out from Felix hold. The rest of the Volturi guard silently looming over my family.
But I didn’t react to Aro threatening my life. Rather the opposite. “You are playing a dangerous game, Aro.” I said, still letting his step guide the way of our dance. “You wouldn’t dare.”
Twisting me back to face him, bending me backward with the light pressure of the dagger against my throat while the music came to a sudden height of tension. We had stopped dancing by now, completely focused on each other. Both having a dagger against each throat, the other hands still entangled in a deadly grip.
“Would I not?” He asked coyly.
“The better question would be ‘should I not?’.” I simply answered, not moving my weapon.
He was the first to react after seconds of us staring deeply in each others eyes. Taking the dagger from my throat he pushed it back into its cover, soon followed by mine. Again, we picked up our dance where we had left off. “Still as cold blooded as ever.” He praised me, an honest smile plastering his lips.
“The times where I was easily scarred are long gone.” I hissed, this time not caring to hide my open disliking towards him. He chose to ignore my piercing eyes, still smiling like a cat who just found the fountain of milk springing from her garden. “Like the times you came unarmed to my ball.” He retorted, again, bending me over his knee to then swirl me over his arm. I landed gracefully, slowly stepping around him to the beat of the music. “Like the times where you honored our truce.”
“There are rules I need to hold up. Humans are not meant to know about us.” He snarled. I was getting under his skin. Good. “And yet you fail to end my existence. Why is that, Aro? Are you getting lousy in your executions? Or is it hard to find good participants?”
“Do not anger me, woman.” He whispered against my ear, letting my frame crush a little too hard into his chest, knocking the wind out of my lungs. I just smiled, letting my hands come to a hold around his neck, while he was now indecently grabbing my waist to roughly handle me over the stone floor to the rising beat of the music. “I do not intend to anger you, Aro.” I mewled, grinning like a Cheshire cat. He was obviously seeing through my act, but chose to ignore it, or better, play along with it. “You would make such a good representant for us. That’s why I spared you. You are always welcome to join us.”
Letting out a deep sight, I tilted my head mockingly. “Spared me? You killed my family. My brothers, while keeping up a false diplomatic truce. Then you failed to hunt me down, sending out troops after troops to kill me. And still, I am breathing. You simply cannot admit that you are no match for me. Keeping up the shiny façade of good relations while plotting the next attempt to kill off my loved ones, trying to persuade me to join you. Isn’t that right?”
To my surprise he didn’t correct me. “At least this time you would get to keep your lover. Jasper would be another great asset to the court. Maybe I will take Edward and Alice, too.” Letting his eyes wander over my family he hummed. “Ahh, maybe only Alice. I do not need another telepath. I would rather take the open place to collect Theodore as well. He might not be gifted, but keeping my greatest jewel happy, would make my life a lot easier.” Aro had now completely refrained from hiding behind his well kept, innocent façade. Showing his true colors once again. His eyes were hungrily scanning my body, then wandering over to the Cullens that were now threatened against the wall of the room. Letting my eyes wander I could see a lot of red Volturi eyes looking at the conversation happening in the middle of the room.
I took a deep breath, stopping the dance and taking a step back. “In that case, you should weight your options, Aro.” My voice was sharp. “I do not fear another war rising, as I myself are clearly able to take out a third of your guards. You know I am. I already did that. And if you really dare to attack us, be aware that I have resources and connections to witches who are far older than I am. Older than you.” Taking the step back towards him, I lowered my voice. “And if we are already threatening each other so openly, I might as well ask for your wife, Sulpicia. She I wonderful isn’t she? A sweet gem to hold onto. It would be a shame to lose her, would it?”
“You will not harm her!” Aro growled, cowering down, ready to attack me. I just shrugged. “Who talked about harming her? I was merely wondering how she would react, knowing you would start a war against an innocent witch. Especially if said witch does keep regular contact with her. Isnt that right, Sulpicia?” I called out into the room, not drifting my eyes from Aro. But I could hear the soft clacking of small heels on the ground, showing Sulpicias arrival. Aros eye darted to his wife, visibly showing his confusion. “What is she talking about, cara mia?”
“She is right.” Sulpicias angelic voice was easily shutting down the murmuring in the room. “I have had enough of you starting wars with innocent people. She and her brotherhood did nothing wrong. Quite the opposite they made sure to keep the human population safe from the wrath of mislead vampires. A thing you swore to do as well. So as long, as Jasira and the Cullens do not break any of our rules, they are not to be bothered.”
“Two of them are mated to humans. They are already breaking one of our most important laws!” Aro let out, but was shut down by his wife immediately.
“Jasira is not to be viewed as normal human. She is immortal like us, possesses a gift like us, is sworn to secrecy like us. And as far as I heard, Bella is to be turned. There is nothing unrighteous going on. Don’t ruin this ball with your anger, as I do not wish to be strained like that.” Sulpicias voice was strong yet soft, cradling Aro in her hold.
I could see he was fighting the desire to give in to his wife, but after a few seconds he sighted. “Of course, cara mia. I am sure the Cullens will honor our laws. And since Jasira chose a vampire as her mate, she will as well. Am I right?” He looked at me with sharp eyes. I just bowed my head. “As long as there is no corruption and ambush brewing, I will gladly honor your laws.”
“Well then.”  He put up his softspoken demeanor. “Let us carry on with the ball.” Clapping in his hands he hushed the guest back on the dance floor.

Turning a corner you let out a long sigh. Currently you were walking around the castle just going around in circles indecisive on who you wanted to spend time with and who you wanted to ask for some.. Things.  You had woken up today to your punishment for simply being a woman. Your period. The reason you were walking around and not just lying in bed like you normally would is because this is your first time having your period in a castle full of vampires. Your period was very irregular so even though it had been a few months since your mates had found you, you’ve never bled around them before.
You were nervous to see how they would react to it. You thought about asking Jane for some pads but then you remembered that she doesn’t have a period. And she’s probably never had one in her life to begin with. You thought about asking Felix but you felt that he would just make fun of you or tease you. Which was something you didn’t want to deal with right now. If someone teased you about something you couldn’t control you feel like you’d just snap.
Asking Alec was just a plain no. You knew he’d just stare at you in confusion like what the hell do you mean your bleeding? With Caius you didn’t want to bother him as he was busy with trails right now with the other kings. Plus you’d have a feeling he’d want to paint with it. He has this infatuation with the way dark red blood looks. And you didn’t want him to paint a mural out of your blood for you. Though you're sure it would be gorgeous, he never disappoints you with his paintings.
The only one that was left was Demtri. Your gentleman out of all your mates. Now you would ask him because you know he wouldn’t tease you or ask some weird request once you got what you needed but that still didn’t stop you from avoiding him also.
So when you woke up this morning with the red sea between your legs you rushed to the bathroom and took a shower. Covering yourself in scents you’d only use if it was your last day on earth. Spraying yourself in the most expensive perfume that you could find. God do your mates love to spoil you or what? This one bottle of perfume you knew for a fact was a thousand dollars and yet they still said “It was nothing.” For once you were grateful that your room was on the far side of the castle away from all the other vampires including your mates.
You had picked this room purely based on the views that came with it. Your balcony was facing the ocean side of the castle. You could fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves crashing against the rocks. And you could watch the horizon where the moon and the sun would meet everyday, each rise and set of the moon and sun was always better than the last. That was what you loved about this castle. And that was what you loved about your wing of it. It was your small piece of the fortress and no one could take that away from you. Your love’s made sure of it.
Taking the silk sheets off your bed you did your best to scrub them clean but of course there was still a stain. You tossed them into the hamper and made a mental note to ask the maid to come get it later for you. You placed new sheets on your bed. You changed your makeshift pad that was made of tissue then you were off to pace the halls to grow some balls.
You wore your robes that matched all the vamps that were with the volturi, hood up and all in attempts to hide your identity.
It didn’t work.
You were convinced that everyone in the castle knew your scent by hard because every vampire that passed, rather they were walking normally or vamping away, they would pause in their tracks and make sure to bow to you. Though it was completely unnecessary, you loved how it made you feel. The power that you hold as just a human brung so much pride to you. The 3 kings and your mates always would tell you to own it and so you did.
You tried hiding in the shadows when you knew that someone was coming. Pushing yourself against the walls, even turning your whole body like you were just put into time out. You knew you looked like a dumbass but that wasn’t the point nor your problem right now. All you knew was that you didn’t want to face any more people than necessary.
Finally after what felt like hours you finally made it to the receptionist desk. You were thankful that she was even there. She was always off doing something she had no business doing. You were surprised that she hadn’t gotten herself killed yet. But today you were grateful for that.
“What can I do to help you?” She asked, putting on a voice that you could tell was supposed to be charming. It was not.
Pulling your hood off she immediately stood from her chair but quickly dropped down to bow.
“My queen, Is there anything I can do to assist you? Master Caius is out feeding with the others. Would you like me to retrieve him?” She asked, speaking softly.
Respect was a big thing with the kings if someone showed you any signs of disrespect you never saw or heard from them again. So it was understandable as to why she switched up so fast.
“No, I was wondering if you had any… You know.. Tampons or pads? Anything honestly.” You said rushing it out. But still trying to keep it low.
“Oh! Don’t you have any of that stuff? They practically treat you like royalty.” She laughed with a roll of her eyes.
That pissed you off. She’s always had a problem with you and you’ve always kept your mouth shut but today that wasn’t how you were feeling.
“Because I am. Now if you don’t like it or respect it I have no problem having this conversion with the kings. I'm sure they would love to hear about this.” You said in a stern voice, sending her a glare. Her eyes widened, you never threatened anyone, you’ve never had to. It was always done for you if it needed to be done.
She got up and quickly left, hoping she went to get you something, anything at this point. You could feel that your makeshift pad is not working.
“Till we hear about what, Amore mio?” You heard behind you making you jump and turn around. When you did you were faced by the three kings themselves. You found yourself sort of stung in place. Your plan was to come get some pads and I don’t know, hide until it all went away? Horrible plan but it worked in your head. This was not a part of your plan.
“Umm nothing I was justt..” You dragged out shifting your eyes between the three.
Aro was staring at you with his wide curious eyes. Marcus looked at you with soft knowing eyes, he always knew when things were wrong with you. And caius looked at you with narrowed eyes.
“Are you hiding something from us?” Caius questioned stepping closer to you. You felt your heart skip a beat. They heard it of course.
“Caius can you go away?” You asked, covering your face with the palm of your hands.
“Why would I go away? Are you trying to run away?!” Cauis yelled out, making you frown.
“Caius..” Marcus sighed out. There was no doubt that Cauis’s biggest fear was you leaving him and him never being able to find you. It broke your heart that he felt he wasn’t truely loveable.
“I swear you're bipolar.” You said taking your hands off your face just in time to see the receptionist with a brown bag in her hand. When you saw this you grabbed it from her and ran as fast as you could.
“I wanna be alone right now! No one bother me, pass the message along!” When you turned your head to see if they were behind you they weren't even there. Seeing this you stopped running and caught your breath leaning on a wall. You swear you need to work out more. Or hell even walk more, but what's the point when you can have Felix carry you everywhere?
Since you were down here on this side of the castle you thought why not stop and get some snacks? So that’s what you did. Big mistake.
Walking into the kitchen you saw Demetri and Felix and immediately turned around hoping that they didn’t see you.
“Bellissima?” Dem said softly, making you turn around.
“Yes?” You said, just as softly.
“Are you alright?” He said, raising an eyebrow.
“Yes of course! Why wouldn’t I be?” You said shifting from side to side slightly cringing.
“What’s that sme-” Before Felix could even finish his sentence you dashed out of that kitchen and you ran. You ran straight to your room and you didn’t stop for anything or anybody. Your one mission was to get to your room and stay there.
Once you got to your room you ran straight to the bathroom and turned the shower on. You didn’t even allow yourself to think about how embarrassingly long it took you to get to this point. You never paid attention to how many people or how many vampires live in this castle until you felt like fresh bait to them. You let yourself relax feeling the hot water hit your back. You allowed it to wash away the mixed emotions you had.
Once you got out you did your normal hygiene routine and you felt better. You felt ready to rot in a ball for the next week. Opening your bathroom door you stopped in your tracks when you saw all of your mates standing in front of you.
“Hi..?” You said after a minute passed and no words were spoken.
“Why are you acting so strange?” Alec was the first to speak.
“How could I have been acting strange? I haven't even seen you today!” You yelled out holding onto your towel tighter.
“Yes you have, you’ve seen us both when you were cowering into the ‘shadows’.” Jane said plainly.
“You walked right past us like you didn’t even know who we were!” Alec yelled.
“Don’t yell at me!” You yelled back at him frowning.
“Why not?! If I don’t yell you might walk right past me again!”
“Just cause I walked past you doesn’t mean you can yell at me!”
“I can do whatever-”
“Where not going to solve this yelling at her!” Dem yelled, cutting Alec off.
“Anyone wanna talk to her and not yell at her?!” He yelled looking at the rest of your mates.
While he eyes weren’t on you you felt your eyes water and you couldn’t stop the tears from rolling down your face. The moment you sniffled you caught everyone's attention.
“You made her cry!” Alec yelled glaring at Demetri.
“I didn’t do a damn thing!” Dem yelled back at Alec.
That started a yelling war between Alec and Dem which only made you cry harder. It was frustrating.
“Can someone tell me what that smell is!” Felix yelled out in his own frustration. As he had been sniffing everything like a damn dog since you’ve seen him.
“It’s me! It’s me okay? I’m fucking bleeding I’m on my period okay?! That’s why I’ve been acting weird all day it’s embarrassing and I needed some pads but I didn’t have any and I knew that none of you did and I didn’t wanna ask so I didn’t and you guess kept popping up in places that you didn’t belong and-”
“You smell good.” Felix said, making you stop immediately.
“What?” You questioned.
“Yeah you smell sweeter but at the same time dull. It’s something I’ve never smelt before. It makes my mouth water.” Felix said, staring at you with slightly darker red eyes.
“I agree.” Cauis said, looking you up and down with greedy eyes.
“She doesn’t smell like that to me, she smells like a softer scent of her normal self.” Dem said now looking at you with a strange expression on his face.
“She smells like something that I can’t explain but it’s pleasant.” Jane said as Alec agreed with her.
“I smell good?” You questioned with your voice cracking slightly.
“You always smell good. Are you seriously telling us that this is the reason that you’ve been avoiding us? That’s a foolish reason.” Cauis said.
“I’ll go gather some stuff you’ll need.” Jane said and before you could say anything of hell even blind she was gone.
“I’ve read a whole book about menstrual cycles before-” Felix started.
“You can read?” Alec scoffed, dodging the book Felix threw at him in reflex.
“We're gonna take good care of you, I promise.” Felix said as he appeared at your side and settled you on your bed softly.
“Master Caius, can you lay down? As much as I don’t like to admit it, you're her favorite to lay on when she’s in pain.” He asked, even though Cauis wanted to respond to Felix's statement he kept his mouth shut for your sake.
Cauis pulled you into him as he laid down and you felt yourself relax immediately. While you felt it they could hear it.
“I’m in my towel this is not a reliable form of protection if you catch my drift?” You said to your mates hinting at the fact that you’d like to get dressed.
“You think I care if you bleed on me Amore mio?” Caius questioned in a dull tone as if it wasn’t a big deal.
“Yes I do.” You said as a matter of fact. This sent your mates into a tumble of laughter. While you looked dumbfounded they just shook their heads.
“Sometimes I think you forget what we are.” Dem said looking at you with a soft smirk on his face.
“We eat your kind for breakfast, lunch and dinner and yet you think we are put off by a little drop of blood. That is foolish.” Cauis said, shaking his head pulling you closer to him.
“Now relax until Jane gets back.” Felix said leaving no room for argument.
With this being said you watched as your mates took their places in your room. Alec sat in a chair that was next to your bed grabbing a book to read. Felix turned on your tv that they had installed and began flipping through the channels. And dem was busy closing all of your curtains so that the room was dark for you. You felt loved by the smallest things that they were doing. Even if it didn’t benefit you, you felt at peace with your loves just in the same place as you.
As you close your eyes Cauis begins stroking your hair sending a small shiver down your spine due to his cold finger tips.
“If you just let us change you you wouldn’t have to go through this pointless pain.” Cauis said, making you shake your head.
“I show one sign of pain and you already wanna kill me.” You said snuggling closer into Caius which he welcomed with open arms.
“You’d be reborn into Una versione migliore di te.” He voiced like it was nothing.
“You know that I haven’t been keeping up with my lessons with Marus!” You yelled hitting caius on his side.
“And whose fault is that?” Alec said casually flipping the page to his book he was reading.
“Not mine actually! Because everytime I try to go to Marcus study, one of you always stops me in my tracks and leads me in a different direction!” You said pointing to each one of your mates. To which none of them could say anything because they knew that it was true.
“See.” You said smiling at the fact that there was no back talk at all.
Some time passed and you had fallen asleep. When you woke up you felt a weight on your stomach looking down you saw that it was Jane. Her head rested on your stomach. The sun had gone completely down and it was now pitch black in your room but you felt no fear in your heart because you knew that you were safe.
When you went to shift your legs you were placed with a reminder of why they were here in the first place. Looking down at your previously white towel you couldn’t help the words that came out of your mouth.
“Fucking hell.” You groaned, rolling your eyes.
“A little free bleeding ain’t never hurt nobody.” Felix said with a smirk that you could just feel in your soul.
“What the fuck.” You said and immediately you heard a few chuckles come from different parts of the room.

*ahem* Yandere Alec & Jane x Reader
Think about it,
When Bella goes to save Edward from the Volturi, Reader comes along to make sure their older sister Bella goes home alive only to make first contact with Jane.
Jane would be the quiet yet protective Yandere type, meaning when Jane first felt the bond she instantly wants the Reader close to her.
As Jane tells Bella, Edward, Alice and Reader to follow her with Felix and Demitri behind them(of course Jane makes sure to hold on to the Readers wrist lightly but strong enough)
Soon the group is in the throne room, Alec soon feels the same type of bond just like Jane and looks at Reader with hungry eyes.
Alex is the type of yandere that gets jealous easily and just wants to keep the reader locked up in a room.
Soon both siblings are on each of the readers side being protective and clingy, holding onto their hand and arms for recurrence and security.
Of course the reader is not used to it and gets freaked out and tries to get close to their older sister Bella, Bella doing the same thing by trying to reach out to the reader.
But the reader gets pulled back from Bella and has been forced to stay by the Volturi and the siblings FOREVER.
Ah yes now you’re talking my love language, who doesn’t just love them an unhinged partner
❝forced to stay❞
Tumblr media
✭ pairing : yandere jane volturi x reader x yandere alec volturi
✭ fandom : twilight x reader
✭ summary : the moment she made a contact with the twins she should’ve known that her fate was sealed
✭ authors note : I don’t know what it is about having a unhinged partner, but I find it oddly romantic . Like for an example I have been dating my current boyfriend for almost a year now and only recently I would say a couple of months back. He told me that he was going to look up my location and come to my house after I did not respond to him for the first few days of us talking, we were not dating in the beginning, obviously so the fact that this man was going to somehow get access to my location whew gurl, this man got me down bad

The evening had settled in, casting long shadows as Bella Swan sat in her room, her thoughts consumed by worry for Edward. She had barely spoken to him since he left, and the emptiness was overwhelming. Just then, a light knock on her window startled her, and she turned to find Alice Cullen perched on the windowsill, her golden eyes filled with urgency.
"Bella," Alice began, her voice laced with concern, "we need to talk."
Bella's heart raced as she sat up straighter. "What is it, Alice?"
"It's Edward," Alice said, her voice steady yet grave. "He's planning to expose himself to humans—to reveal his true nature—in order to provoke the Volturi into killing him."
The words struck Bella like a physical blow. Her mind raced, unable to comprehend what she had just heard. "No, he can't be serious," Bella whispered, her voice trembling.
Alice's expression was somber. "He believes it's the only way to keep you and your family safe from the Volturi's attention."
Tears welled in Bella's eyes as the gravity of the situation settled in. "I have to stop him," she said, her voice determined.
Alice nodded in agreement. "I'm coming with you."
As Bella stood, her gaze locked onto the window, and she realized that someone else was listening. Turning, she saw her younger sister, (y/n), standing at the door, her expression a mix of concern and determination.
"(Y/n), what are you doing here?" Bella asked, surprised yet touched by her sister's presence.
"I heard everything," (y/n) replied, her voice steady. "And I'm coming too."
Bella's heart swelled with a mixture of pride and worry. "(Y/n), this is dangerous. I can't let you get involved."
(Y/n) stepped forward, her eyes unwavering. "Bella, you're my sister. I can't just sit back while you face this alone."
Alice's lips curled into a small smile. "She's right, Bella. We're all in this together."
Bella hesitated, torn between her protective instincts and the realization that her family's bond was unbreakable. Finally, she nodded. "Fine, you can come. But promise me you'll stay close and follow my lead."
(Y/n) nodded, determination gleaming in her eyes. "I promise."
With the decision made, the three of them exchanged a look that held a mixture of worry and resolve. The bond between sisters ran deep, and their determination to protect each other was unyielding.
As they stepped out of the house, ready to face the perilous journey ahead, Bella knew that no matter what challenges they encountered, they would face them together. The unbreakable bond between sisters would guide them through the darkness, giving them the strength to save the ones they loved, even if it meant facing the Volturi themselves.
As Bella, Alice, and (y/n) approached the Volturi chamber, a tense atmosphere hung in the air. Shadows danced across the walls, and the weight of their purpose settled heavily upon them. Just as they were about to enter, a trio of figures appeared, drawing their attention.
Jane, Demetri, and Felix materialized before them, their presence both unsettling and foreboding. (Y/n) sensed the intensity of the situation, her instincts on high alert. Her gaze locked with Jane's, and a strange shiver ran down her spine. Unbeknownst to her, Jane's connection to (y/n) ran deep, fueled by the intense bond of mates.
Demetri's voice cut through the air, his tone respectful yet firm. "The kings are awaiting your presence. Follow us."
Bella exchanged a wary glance with Alice, a silent acknowledgment of the gravity of the situation. With a nod, they followed Demetri and Felix, their steps echoing in the dimly lit corridor. The tension was palpable, and (y/n)'s heart raced as they moved closer to their destination.
As they entered the chamber, (y/n) felt a shiver run down her spine once more. The Volturi kings sat upon their thrones, exuding an air of authority and power. Aro, Caius, and Marcus regarded them with interest, their eyes glinting with curiosity as they took in the unexpected guests.
"(Y/n) Swan and Bella Swan," Aro's voice rang out, his tone laced with intrigue. "A pleasure to have you with us."
(Y/n)'s and her sister Bella’s eyes widened, taken aback by Aro's direct acknowledgment of her presence. They offered a tentative nod, voices momentarily caught in their throat.
“So tell me, why have you come here? Why do two humans and one vampire stand before us?” Aro questions obviously amused with the whole situation.
As the conversation with the Volturi kings continued, (y/n) felt a strange sensation wash over her. The intensity of Alec's gaze upon her didn't go unnoticed. Unbeknownst to her, the same bond that had sparked between her and Jane had also formed with Alec, albeit with different implications.
Alec's eyes, hungry and possessive, trailed over (y/n) as if she were the only thing in the room. An invisible thread connected them, a connection that (y/n) couldn't comprehend. Her heart quickened under his gaze, an unfamiliar heat blooming within her.
As the conversation continued, (y/n) found herself shifting uncomfortably under the weight of Alec's gaze, a sense of unease settling in the pit of her stomach. Soon before she knew it Alec and Jane were standing before her, they clinged to her every being allowing no room for others to touch or even get near her.
Their presence was suffocating .
(Y/n)'s world had become a whirlwind of confusion and unease. She felt like a puppet, caught between the possessive affections of Alec and Jane on one side and the protective concern of Bella on the other. It was suffocating, overwhelming, and completely foreign to her.
As (y/n) attempted to navigate through the tense atmosphere, her heart rate quickened. Alec and Jane were by her side, their grip on her hand and arms feeling like a constant reminder of their presence. The clinginess and possessiveness made her uncomfortable, and she found herself longing for a moment of solitude.
Bella's attempts to reach out to her were a lifeline in this sea of intensity. She wanted to cling to her sister, the familiar bond between them offering a semblance of normalcy. But every time she tried to get closer to Bella, Alec and Jane would pull her back, their possessive gestures preventing her from seeking comfort in her older sister's arms.
Torn between the conflicting desires of those around her, (y/n) felt trapped. She wanted to be with Bella, to find solace in her sister's embrace, but Alec and Jane's hold on her was unyielding.
Then, the announcement from Marcus changed everything. His words echoed in the chamber, declaring that (y/n) was Alec and Jane's mate. The shock and realization of what that meant sent tremors through her. It was a bond she didn't understand, a connection that both terrified and intrigued her.
As the truth sank in, the weight of her circumstances settled on her shoulders. Aro, always the master manipulator, took advantage of the situation. He presented Bella and Alice with an unfair deal, Edward's life in exchange for (y/n)'s captivity among the Volturi.
The decision was left to (y/n), and despite the unease and discomfort, she found herself speaking up. "Agree to the deal," she told Bella and Alice, her voice steady despite the turmoil within her. "I'll be fine. You have to save Edward."
It was a sacrifice that she never thought she would have to make, but (y/n) was determined to protect her loved ones, no matter the cost. As the deal was settled, (y/n) felt a mixture of fear and determination coursing through her veins. Her life had taken an unexpected turn, and now she had to face an uncertain future, bound to two yandere vampires who held an inexplicable claim over her heart and soul.

Note
Can you do the guards reacting to them getting walking in on while they are having fun with their mate, like on the couch or somewhere in their room besides the bed so they just throw a blanket over them to cover themselves.
𝖁𝖔𝖑𝖙𝖚𝖗𝖎 𝖌𝖚𝖆𝖗𝖉
Im back with my bs, eat up darlings
Alec
Instant anger
It's not easy to anger him, though he may get testy sometimes
But when it comes to you, he would consider it a dishonor to not be
It's a good thing his gift is what it is, because whoever walked in loses every sense they have until they are shoved out the door - and rather roughly at that
Later on they'd come to you apologising profusely, almost sweating despite being physically unable to, and rest assured it will never happen again
Not after what Alec did after
Jane
Nobody
And I mean nobody
Has the guts to invade Jane mother fucking volturi's privacy
The kings just wouldn't generally, always sending someone to fetch her rather than going to her themself
And death from disobeying Caius seems more merciful than whatever Jane would do to them for not just exposing her, but her mate
But on the 0.0001% chance it did happen, they would be on the floor screaming and writhing before even seeing you
She is well respected (and feared) and wants her love to be held to the same standard
Demitri
One cocky peice of shit
Half of him wants to keep going
To show everyone that you're his, to let them know just how good he can make you feel
You're beautiful, a work of art. You should be appreciated
But the other half of him wants to keep you to himself. You're so good looking, he could just gobble you up
And he wants to keep that to himself
So with his teeth bared and a low threatening growl with an unsaid promise to do some damage, whoever walked in would just walk straight back out
Oh, and he has no intentions of stopping either. He meant it when he said he could just gobble you up
Felix
Probably doesn't even notice at first
You just feel so good, all he can focus on is the sounds you're making and he's all-consumed by you
You'd probably be the first to notice
And when you make him aware, he is not happy
Felix has a reputation within the volturi. It's why he's in the elite guard, it's why his known as the 'executioner'
The person knows to walk out
They know to keep their mouth shut
Because Felix has that reputation for a reason
And just because he's all warm and fuzzy like a giant teddy bear in the privacy in your shared quarters, doesn't mean that's how he is with the rest of the volturi
In other words: whoever walked in is scared shitless, and they better hope Felix was too distracted by you to see their face. They also should hope for your mercy to not tell him who they are
