You liked what I said before, so more thoughts & then I'm done:

To add to another thing that I find deeply bizarre about Flight Rising as a game... is that we have probably 5000+ food, trinket & other items, a massive amount of it is 'unused' or underused, at least. Let me explain.

Example first being apparel. Doesn't it bother you that every single article of looted clothing has to go out of it's way mention it would not fit a dragon? You're telling me that a dragon hasn't even tried to take parts of Beastclans apparel & not made it into something they CAN use? Is it entirely ignored as a moral compunctions thing? That can't be the case across the world of Sornieth... surely? It can't ever fit a Fae? It's fabric. It's metals. If I recall, we have no reference to apparel on the site being made from repurposed beastclans things (besides Warrior's Way being a safe assumption of being a mix of dragonmade & not... maybe). No, Swip Swap things doesn't quite count with what I mean- look, what I mean is apparel which obviously LOOKS like it was made from identifiable materials taken from the junk we sink our talons in for 6 hours in the Coli. What the heck is so much of the apparel of the site MADE of, you know? I'd love to see a cape that is very obviously some type of feathers we get as loot or like a Featherback boar pelt or something. More of that. We have some of it, but there's no stopping more of the site's flavor-of-the-week random armor to look like it came from some flora/fauna we fight or eat daily. Why not? I am forever puzzled by the amount of jewelry loot which apparently cannot ever be resized to fit a dragon of any kind, or any apparel even being inspired by it. Necklace repurposed from the hundreds of identical cat rings I'm tearing off Beastclans apparently. Or say, turn in 50 Cerdae Pendants & get some dragon apparel which resembles the little icon trinket. Why can't I get apparel of Ferberus skulls on a necklace? We can't wear Featherback pelts? None of the leather on the site can look like it came from Dephin or Fuiran parts (for random monster examples)? Am I over-thinking this? Perhaps. Again some of the site does this, but with there being SO much to Sornieth that is all packed into it's little item blurbs, I'm puzzled why we don't SEE more of that in the actual other aspects of the site like apparel more often? What the hell is so much stuff made out of? It would make everything SO much richer to see it executed.

Another thing is the unusual instances where FR seems to want to avoid using it's massive, massive amount of flora & fauna on the site. Besides familiars, I mean. I don't even see it used much in the new backgrounds, or much that is obvious (though shout-out to certain Scenes having them, MORE OF THAT). We have a small amount of apparel which are animals which can be worn on a dragon, but a large, large number of these are real-world versions (beside their size), such as the Ham-ham. So my thoughts are then... why does FR not make some of this apparel out of their OWN original Sornieth(ian?) creatures? It's kind of weird how mundane a ton of it seems to insist on being? Where's my apparel of a swarm of Satin Mice on my dragon? Apparel of many food birds? One might argue that, "oh, they simply eat those," but OK, why do we say- eat every Firebearer monkey but not every Rattlesnake apparel snakes? I know for a fact some Fae would rock some living centipede 'candy' necklaces & wear beetle parts. I know a lot of the food on the site are mundane mostly real-world versions of things, but there's also a ton of stuff created just for FR. Dunno- I just feel like it's a wasted potential there? We could have tons of apparel of native Sornieth flora & fauna, or way more than what we have that we can discern. Yeah, yeah- there's accents & skins, but can't be layered right. I wanna cover my dragons in more Sornieth fauna like Coli venue monkeys, parrots & insects or it's funky little robotic animals that isn't JUST my familiars facing a funky way on my pages. Why is all of the "little animal" apparel exclusively real-world animals/dogs/cats? Do you get what I mean? I wanna wear the blue food Opossum as a scarf & take it to taunt every Mirror in my lair, is that so wrong?

I would... like more thought put into things. I dunno. I play Monster Hunter & the massive attention they put into the worlds of those games with all it's little monster gubbins, armor trimmings, ecology & apparel really gets it's hooks in me with their art books, OK.

Sorry, no more because I'm not going to hit every nuance with any of these things, I just recently started playing FR again & the longer I look at the last few years recent apparel, the more puzzled I get that this site's world lore is still "locked" in a lot of it's edible item descriptions & doesn't show more of it outside of that on it's dragons with a ton of it. If that made sense. A lot of it is still very good & of course the artists got enough work, blah. I am just sort of forever confused by certain decisions & had to let it out, so no real salt here. I'm yet again making grabby hands at what could be. Inb4 we see some of this in a year, who knows. I will laugh.
