« A Festival of Emotions » Today I attended my first art therapy session with @groupementintensite and @anneauzou The theme : Mouvement and Painting. 💃🏻🎨 The goal of the session was to let yourself go through dancing and then put the emotions you felt into painting. For me the dancing really made me feel lighter and more free, I kind of let go of all the emotions like anxiety, sadness, and more.
