Steadily working my way through Path of Fire…
Lolo Zouaï - Desert Rose + faceless shots
My Valentines Day present finally arrived after what felt like weeks of waiting! Thank you so much, Jazzy!! I love each and every one of them. The benefits these crystals provide remind me of how you personally benefit my life also. I’ll start with Amethyst, your favorite. Like Amethyst, you uplift me and help me find my inner purpose. Such as the Desert Rose, you give me courage. The courage I need to overcome my greatest weaknesses. Like Rose Quartz, you help spark my creativity. You remind me of the passions that I thought I had forgotten. You also make me feel loved, even when I feel unloveable. Like the Tiger’s Eye you provide me with balance, strength, and confidence. As Blue Kyanite does, you help me speak my mind and make me feel heard. Lastly like clear quartz, no matter how you touch me, you amplify positivity in my life. Thank you for being my strength. I love you. @jazdupont
Some rocks I found while doing things in the Mountains!!!! These ones are so cool aaaaaa
The second one is Moss Agate I think, and the third one is a Desert Rose, I think???? I forgot what the lady called the other two—-
I thought about getting them tumbled or cut or something,,, but they look so much cooler in the natural state I think????? Hhhhh- 🥺🥺
So Lonnie had been in polycules before. Well, one polycule. She’d dated Alex and Sierra, back in the Horde, cadets a year younger and on another squadron. But she’d dated both of them. They all knew one another, and the triad had been a collective decision from the start.
So it wasn’t the fact that this was a polycule that left her hesitant. But rather the fact that Perfuma and Huntara had already been dating for a while, that Lonnie was an addition, that Lonnie didn’t actually… know Huntara. They’d met only a handful of times, mostly for the poly negotiations, and whenever Perfuma left the room the two just sort of sat there and regarded one another. Some attempts at conversation were made, “So you’re ex-Horde too” and “How’d you meet Perfuma?” and the like. But mostly they just didn’t seem to know what to do with the other.
Blind #Cigar Review: Southern Draw | Rose of Sharon Desert Rose Lonsdale @sdcigars #cigars #blindmanspuff #SmokeBlind
Back in September last year, Southern Draw announced two new sizes to the Rose of Sharon Desert Rose: the Desert Rose Famous Exclusivo (Exclusive to Famous Smoke Shop) and the Desert Rose Lonsdale. At the time, they also made the original Desert Rose size, Belicoso Finos 5.5×54, a regular production cigar in both 20 count boxes and 20 count bundles.
The Rose of Sharon Desert Rose…
Lord, forgive me when the smoke clears.
Desert Rose is my second favorite, and also one of the prettiest
“The moral of this story is that sometimes, you can attempt to make all the difference in the world, and it still is like trying to stem the tide with a sieve. The moral of this story is that no matter how much we try, no matter how much we want it … some stories just don’t have a happy ending.” -Jodi Picoult, Leaving Time
“The way I see it, love is just a bigger, stickier form of trust.” - Jodi Picoult, Mercy
“We all have things that come back to haunt us. Some of us just see them more clearly than others.” - Jodi Picoult, Plain Truth
“There are just some feelings, I’ve learned, for which we never invented the right words.” - Jodi Picoult, Small Great Things
“That’s why we read fiction, isn’t it? To remind us that whatever we suffer, we’re not the only ones?” - Jodi Picoult, The Storyteller
“I long so much to make beautiful things. But beautiful things require effort and disappointment and perseverance.” - Vincent Van Gogh
This is my table of succulents! It’s been about a year in the making and includes decorative holders, a terrarium, hydroponics, and two arranged gardens. Here’s also close ups of my arranged succulent gardens. One is little and has a couple Hawthornias and a jade plant. The larger one is a bit older and I’m waiting for the succulents to grow bigger and spread. The Aloe is thriving at least.
The next couple pictures are of my hydroponic succulents. The little leaves are growing their own little plants which I’m excited about!
The only succulents I bought in the whole lot of them are the Aloe in the big concrete holder, the terrarium and the bear/ cat/ dog pot plant (the last two were birthday gifts). Everything else is props from the garden outside.
The glass holders (except the terrarium) are recycled holders of different sauces and coffee granules, and the pots are recycled from nursery pot plants once they grew out of them.

The beginnings of a windowsill altar:
☀️ Cleansed with Florida water after scrubbing all the dirt away.
☀️ Intention is to bring in sunlight. Especially since this is in my bedroom right by my bed.
☀️ The crystals were mindfully picked. One is desert rose, the other rose rock which is native to here in Oklahoma (I have a pretty big one too if anyone is interested in more close up pictures). Both can withstand sun without being damaged. Then the clear quartz. The sun will charge them every day, and they will amplify the suns energy for whenever I need a pick me up.
☀️ Not pictures is a suncatcher. I love it for the rainbows it throws across the room.
☀️ It is incredibly simple, and that’s what’s wonderful about magic. It doesn’t have to be complex. It’s as simple as rocks on a windowsill.
i find it quite funny that a noticeable portion of people just agreed that gems used cloth tents in the war when there is literally no sign of that being the case djfhdhdjj
The only reason that there aren’t as many sandpups and forgotten city orphans is because of what Red started.
She may be long dead, but she started the little group in zone 2.
She carefully brought in the feral siren girl and taught her how to survive with Gravity, she helped build and hide them, teached Ghost that reality is never as it seems, and it’s easily bendable.
She may have been a heartless woman who ran into the city after the death of revolutions bastards, but she did good, in the years she was alive. She’ll never be forgotten.
