I had a dream that I bought an island package getaway and that it was run by Tom Nook, Tommy, and Timmy. A few people went with me but it was only like 3 people and I had never met these people before either, we just all decided we needed to get away.

The island name was the same as my town, and we still had peaches but we only had like a singular flower called windflowers. No roses to be found. And you know me, I am only gardening roses right now. So maybe that part was a nightmare.

Anyways I wasn't the Mayor there, I still had a lot of responsibilities but no mayor duties. Also there was like nothing on the island, when they said it was a deserted island they meant it. I had to work to get Blathers ( yeah he was still in the dream) to come to my island. There was also no Kapp'n, Mable, Leif, or Isabelle. AND KK SLIDER WAS IN MY DREAM. Yeah it was super weird!!

Anyways, I woke up right after we had a big celebration saying that the island was 3 stars and KK came to celebrate. I wish I could meet him in real life, that would be so cool! I wonder if I will dream of this island tonight. Overall it was a pretty relaxing dream, though it is nothing compared to the town I live in now :).

When I woke up I was clearly at home which was kind of a relief and kind of a bummer. I was feeling better enough to go check on my garden and see that I had orange roses. I also was able to finally talk to everyone in town. Clay was very happy to see that I was moving around after almost a week. To celebrate he had me deliver a present to T-Bone lol.

I also did my routine of checking the RV park. Today I met Jack. He's an odd one but I really like his style with the pumpkins. You may not know this about me but I really really like fall. It's only the best season!

There wasn't much else to do unfortunately so I think I am gonna rest up a bit more. Maybe look over the public works catalog. I won't go to Kapp'ns island only cause I don't think I am well enough for travel.

Okay listen. I have a full story for Lucifer now.

---LONG POST---

This is the real Lucifer. This is how he looked like, when he lived in hell. He ruled as the prince of hell. So yes, he's actually the devil. It's now no joke anymore xD

Anyway, tiny Luc sometimes visited earth to cause trouble and scare the shit out of the people. But his father didn't liked, that he always went to the human world. So he decided to ban Lucifer from hell and threw him down to earth, where be casted a spell on him that turned him into an actual human.

His dad was like:, 'If you love the human world that much, then you shall stay there for eternity and live as a one of them.'

So Lucifer couldn't leave earth anymore and he was pissed af. As he didn't knew the human lifestyle properly, he used to live on the streets for the first days and tried to find a way back to hell.

One day a couple found him and deceided to take him home. They gave him clothes, food, etc. They liked the boy and deceided to adopt him, as he had no other home. They also changed his name from Lucifer to Lucian. Luc won't accept his name to this day and still called himself Lucifer.

He didn't liked the idea of living with humans. He kept explaining them, that he needs to get back to hell. But of course they didn't believe him, so at some point Lucifer gave up and saw no hope to get back to hell anyway.

By the way, he was 14 at that time, so he had to visit school, like every other kid. He got bullied there, as he didn't behave like a normal human being. He was the weird emo kid in class and almost everyone didn't liked him.

Lucifer was a very angry and problematic boy, so he beat those bullies up, injured them very badly.

Because of his furious behaviour he had to leave school for a while. He had to visit several doctors and psychiatrist and even pastors, because some thought he was possessed by an actual devil.

But none of them could help him, as he also didn't want any help.

However as time goes by, he actually got used of his new life and even accepted his parents. They were still better at parenting as he real father could ever be. Luc began to act like a normal teenager and enjoyed the human world.

But as Lucifer grew older, he wanted so see more of the world, than just this city, where he lived for six years.

So one day he found out about the 'Deserted Island Getaway Package'. He thought it was a cool experience to live with talking animals, so he left home and booked a flight to the island.

And now he lives on Te Fiti and has met some nice friends. At this point he actually enjoys life. Still sometimes he wished he could visit hell again and rule as the devil, as used to be.

Aaaand that folks is Lucifer story! I hope it didn't ruin the character for you 😂 I think it turned out pretty well.

Dear Diary,

Today’s the day the next big adventure starts!

I received a letter some weeks back from my pen pal and dear friend Ursala telling me all about her new home on a deserted island. At first I was a tad worried to say the least, but she went on to explain that it was part of an Island Getaway package that was the latest offering from Nook Inc.

It didn’t take long for me to sell off my tiny home and catch the next seaplane out to this exciting fresh start!

So you can imagine my confusing when I wasn’t greeted by the seaplane that the package had promise, but a little rowboat and a strange little Kappa asking my name.

Turns out this fellow was called Kapp’n and asked to ferry the new residents to the island as the DAL Seaplanes had been discontinued.

Not quite off to the best start, but the island seems beautifully untouched!

story summery: A story in where Cloud decides to live the rest of her life on a deserted island alone. However Tom Nook has other plans, and against Cloud's will, chucks a few randoms on the island with her. Also apparently she's mayor now??? - The playable character in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Cloud, is shut off and doesn't wish to interact with anyone, humans or animagus, all because she was born with a strange trait that sets her apart from others. After having a few close calls while hiding this trait over the course of her life, she decides it would be better if she lived far away and alone. But after Tom Nook and the other people she meets on her new adventure, she realises that perhaps isolation was never supposed to be her fate. notes: Hey! This is an animal crossing new horizons fic I started last year so the first two chapters aren't the best but oh well, it's a nice show of how much I've improved writing wise. I do also change from first person pov to third person after the second chapter if I remember correctly so be aware of that. Large spotless windows stood on the other side of the room, letting the morning sun’s rays stream into the space, leaving the airport seeming less intimidating to even those who despised busy places. Like me.

“Next!” I focused back into the real world and gathered my things quickly; A single orange suitcase and cutesy pink backpack. As I neared the counter, a slight look of shock covered my face before I resumed an indifferent expression. The two receptionists were animagus, and at that they seemed to be quite young, as well as twins. “Good morning!” One of them spoke, “We’re so excited to have you here!” “…Have you here!” A slighter higher voice spoke at the end, repeating what the other said, assumingly their twin. I politely nodded in response.

“Let us be the first to congratulate you on your wise decision to sign up for this adventure.” He continued.

“Welcome to the Nook Inc. Deserted Island Getaway Package counter!” They both said in unison loudly. They seemed to be very excited.

“There is so much to look forward to! But first let us introduce ourselves. I’m Timmy with Nook Inc.” The one with the slightly lower voice spoke.

“And I’m Tommy!” The higher voiced one said. Again, I politely nodded.

“We’ll be flying to the island with you to help you get settled.” Timmy spoke happily.

“Think of us as your partners! We’re in it for the long haul.” I wasn’t too happy about other people accompanying me on the island.

‘I guess the staff would help me settle in… After that they’ll probably leave.’

“So, let’s get started, shall we?” “…Shall we?”

“Now, let’s walk through the steps to get you moved to an island!” Timmy spoke.

“The first step is checking your application. Is this your first time applying for one of our packages?” They both cocked their heads to the side. I nodded.

“Understood!” “…Stood!”

“Now then, we’ll need to look up your application. Can we have your name and birthday?” “…Birthday?”  I nodded again.

“Cloud, March 7th.” They both nodded and Timmy, closest to the laptop, began to type, his brother looking over his shoulder. I smiled slightly.

‘His tiny paws barely reached the keyboard.’

“Cloud, Cloud, Cloud…” as he spoke his eyes scanned across the screen.

“Aha!”, They both turned to look at me with smiles. “Yes, here you are!” I softly smiled in response.

“Our next step will be to take a picture of you, Cloud.” This wiped the smile off my face. I didn’t like having my picture taken.

‘I guess it’s necessary though…’

“Oh, don’t worry! Take as much time as you need to get yourself looking just the way you want.” Timmy added, seemingly noticing my displeasure. I nodded.

“We’ll be ready when you are!” “…You are!” They said happily.

“Once you are ready, please stand on that mat over there in front of the camera.” Timmy added, pointing to the area next to their desk. Once again, I nodded, and headed for the mat, adjusting the black beanie on my head to cover more of my head. I looked down, making sure my feet were on the guides on the mat and looked up at the camera. Tommy ran out from behind the desk and to behind the camera.

“Ok. One, Two, Three!” The camera flashed and Timmy began to type on the computer again as I rubbed my eyes slightly. The flash had been on. When I looked back up, Tommy smiled and gave me a thumbs up.

‘Gosh, these kids are adorable-‘

Tommy ran back to his place next to Timmy as I walked back to the counter.

“Is this alright?” Timmy motioned for me to look at the screen, so I leaned over the counter.

It was definitely…me. I had a neutral expression and stood straight with my hands at my sides. Fluffy pale pink hair was poking out of my black beanie and covered some of my eye, my other eye being covered by a medical patch. My black turtleneck with a muted red jacket were the only other things shown, the photo cutting off at around where my belly button is.

I leant back and nodded.

“Great! You’re all set.” “…all set!” Timmy spoke, with his brother repeating him and clapping.

“I’ll just go ahead and add that picture to your records.” Timmy continued, typing away at the computer.

“And now…Let’s start talking about your new home. So exciting!” “…exciting!”

“You see,” Timmy began to explain, “we’re quite proud of the work we’ve done to help you feel comfortable in your new life.” I nodded.

“Oh yes! In fact… if you want, you can even experience the seasons the same way you’re used to them!”

‘Huh?’ Timmy must have noticed my confusion and began to explain what he meant.

“What I mean is…we have islands in both the northern and southern hemisphere.”

‘Ohh, that makes more sense.’ I thought.

“We recommend choosing an island that has the same seasonal pattern as your current home!” “…current home!” Tommy nodded along to what his twin said.

“So, tell me, Cloud,” Timmy spoke, the both of them coking their heads to the side.

“Where do you live now?” “…Live now?” I thought about my answer for a moment.

‘I could lie and change things up a bit…’ I shook my head slightly.

“Oceania.”

“Ah, excellent! That information really helps us focus on just the right island for you.” Timmy spoke happily.

“So, naturally… we’d recommend an island in the southern hemisphere.”

“There are a few more decisions to make, but does that sound ok to you so far?” “…so far?” They both asked. I nodded in response.

“Very good! We have a number of lovely uninhabited islands in the southern hemisphere to choose from.”

‘I get to choose the island?’

“Now then…All our islands are approximately the same size, and they’re all quite natural. So don’t worry about not having enough space or comfort.” Timmy explained, shrugging his shoulders. I didn’t care much for those factors, but I appreciated their thoughtfulness.

“You can’t go wrong!”

“Just follow your instincts and choose an island with a layout that looks appealing. That’s how’d I do it!” Timmy explained as they both bobbed happily. Tommy stopped first and poked his brother, to get his attention back on to the matter on hand.

“I’ll show you some maps now, and you can choose the best one for your new home!” “…new home!” Timmy then reached under the desk and pulled out a paper, placing it on the counter in front of me.

It had a green banner at the top with the words ‘Nook Inc.’ and had four different maps. They all looked similar, they all had a few rivers, a big beach, and some higher areas somewhere. I looked over all of them a few times and pointed to the map in the bottom right corner.

Timmy pulled the paper back to the two of them and looked at my choice.

“Wonderful choice!” “…choice!” He beamed, Tommy nodding.

“I can’t wait to show it off to you!” They looked to be more excited about this than I was.

“Ah, but before we depart, I have just one final question for you…” Timmy added.

“If you could only bring ONE thing with you to a deserted island, what would it be?” “…what would it be?”

‘What an odd question.’ I thought. At first, my mind was blank. I had no idea as I had never really thought about anything like this. Eventually I had an answer.

“Some food.” I quietly spoke.

“How interesting…” Timmy said as he looked to be in thought. His expression changed and he began to speak again.

“Oh! I’m sorry, that was just a hypothetical question.” He seemed a bit embarrassed.

“Nook Inc. will cover all your basic needs. Yes, yes!” Tommy nodded. Then a short chime played out form the speakers in the airport,

“Your attention please. This is a service announcement. The charted flight for Nook Inc.’s Deserted Island Getaway Package is ready for boarding. Any customers waiting to board should make their way to the gate at this time,” A lady’s voice said.

“Ah, perfect timing!” I pulled my attention back to the racoon twins.

“C’mon! Let’s all board the plane together!” “…together!” I smiled and nodded, allowing them to lead the way.

The plane had just taken off and I was looking out the window, watching as the airport got smaller and smaller. A light thud drew my attention and I looked to my right. I smiled.

Across the aisle, Timmy and Tommy sat, faces smushed onto the window. Tommy not having his seat belt on and instead leaning on his twin. Another noise got my attention, a ding from the screen on the back of the seat in front of me. The screen was black with plain white text. Please plug in the headphones provided. I leant to the right and hanging off the side of my seat were a pair of blue headphones. I placed them on top of my beanie and positioned them over my ears while plugging them into the side of the screen, resulting in the text changing.

‘Well…That wasn’t the most informative video… But it was…nice?’ The video mainly showed snippets of other videos and pictures of what I assumed to be others who had also chosen this package in the past, both human and Animagus. It highlighted things like gardening and fishing, and other activities in all the seasons. I took the headphones off and placed them back next to my seat and adjusted my beanie, leaning back into my seat. I didn’t know how long the flight would take but I assume it would take a while. I settled on getting some sleep before we landed.

My mother had insisted that we have a farewell gathering with my cousins yesterday and it ended up running quite late. I was quite tired after the combination of a lot of socialising and the lack of sleep.

I closed my eyes and slowly drifted off...

•——————•°•✿•°•——————• “Hey, wake up.” “…up.” The feeling of little paws poking me dragged me back into the waking world. I opened my eyes and stretched in my seat; my body was uncomfortable from being in the same position for so long. I glanced to my right and Timmy and Tommy stood there in matching jackets. They were dark green and had a lighter coloured leaf in the top left. “We are about to land.” Timmy explained. I gave them a tired smile. “Thankyou.” They both radiated a positive energy as they smiled and rushed back to their seats and buckled themselves in. I adjusted my beanie and straightened my jacket before looking out the window. The plane flew over what I assumed to be my new home. It was covered in plenty of trees, some which bared pears and there were plenty of weeds littering the ground. A small structure caught my attention. A green tent on a pure dirt ground. Next to it some speakers and on the other side a notice board and some boxes.   The plane began to descend into the water, next to what seemed a very small airport standing on tall cylinders keeping it out of the water. ‘So, this is to be my new home…’ ‘It looks…nice.’
