Somos energías que se agitan
en la coctelera del sentimiento,
carne, que se ama y que grita
¡ en el universo !
Somos un misterio suspendido
levitando en un cosmos inmenso,
altas dosis, de desatado delirio…
ansiando su cauce,
¡ en otro cuerpo !
Y aunque, desconocemos la meta,
somos latidos de la existencia…
y sangre que corre por las venas
hasta hacerse amor…
y honda violencia !!
Somos un tablero de ajedrez roto
jugándole una partida al destino,
estrategia, ahogada en el moho…
de una herencia,
¡ de sinrazón y desatino !
Somos cien mil estrellas esparcidas
componiendo, “un poema en el cielo”,
para que lo lean, los futuros eremitas
y se lo muestren…
a los que aún no nacieron.
Y sin embargo, luz somos y abismo
fusionados, en el alma de la especie,
un espejo mentiroso, “hecho lirismo”
maquillando el sentir…
oculto de nuestra suerte.

I will be VERY sincere.
I was really hyped by Kumoko-chan's anime, "Kumo desu ga, nani ka?"
I've waited since I saw a promo for this anime with animation in beta stage.
I have consumed the manga since I saw it and felt the great curiosity of how a girl was isekaied and turned into a spider.
One day I decided to read the novel and saw the first "problem" with the story regarding the adaptation in manga: The attention to other reincarnated characters, as the story forces them to be the most important, the ones who made the story go round.
So far nothing too terrible. A quick glance and I got the important subject from the parts of the other characters, Spider is the protagonist that matters.
But then the problems came
The novel forgot about the spider at a certain point to focus on the human characters and the War of the Elves' Village. Many chapters only of that part of that arch and nothing of the spider.
I dropped the novel because of that part.
But the manga practically ignores the secondary human characters, the designs are simple, easy to draw and BEAUTIFUL.
So what's the problem then?
The anime art direction decided to use the exaggerated and detailed style of the novel's illustrations to the simple and cute manga.
Okay, and what's the problem?
I never imagined that I liked the style of the manga so much until the anime appeared.
Look at this:
And now look at this:
Do you believe that they are THE SAME CHARACTER?
And I didn't say anything about the abusive use of 3D animation instead of the traditional 2D one, as that already needs no comment.
I got so much into animation and design that I almost forgot the main reason for the post.
The anime focuses mainly on the human characters that the main character that gives the name of the anime (?) Barely appears.
There was an episode, that of the camp, that Kumoko barely appears.
Human characters have as much charisma as a brick wall.
They are shallow, weak, unmotivated and have no single point for you to get attached to them.
Being sincere? I've seen characters with better character development and charisma in hentais.
And it was more like a bag of "disappointments from novels / manga that I follow that won adaptations in anime" together with Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear and Kami-tachi.
