No bc Jon makes me SO SAD like idk man the fact that it isn’t even just someone who looks like his dad but technically WAS his dad that did all that to him like imagine him having a nightmare or smth and Clark goes to help him out cause obviously and Jon gets MORE scared bc the person he’s looking at isn’t his dad who’d die before hurting him, but his captor of YEARS back in his room
#hc time 😋#not structured they never are but#besides the claustrophobia I think Jon would have an intense fear of the dark and heat in general#like imo it’d be less than the claustrophobia but it’s pretty high up there#he CANNOT eat pork anymore the smell of it makes him sick to his stomach and could cause him to spiral#he doesn’t have the traditional panic attacks or dissociation dazes since he needed to be aware in case there was a chance to escape#not projecting at all 🤞🏾😍 but he dissociates in the sense that he isolates his emotions#he can still be productive and if it’s a good day he can fake them but he feels hollowed out internally and sometimes it scares him bc it-#-still applied towards the ppl he cares about: he knows he loves his family but in that state smth EXTREME could happen to them and he’d#only feel mildly upset and even irritated instead of the worry he usually would#He’s touch starved but also very averse to physical touch and sometimes he himself doesn’t know which is stronger at the moment#so he’ll ask Kon for a hug and immediately flinch away or avoid everyone but bump into Lois and melt#used to be a fucking chatterbox and still kinda is but genuinely forgets that other ppl are around sometimes#like he’ll say something out loud to himself and he surprised when ppl react#his sleeping schedule is FUCKED kryptonians usually wake with the sun but since his access was cut off he’s kinda getting used to it again#was very sensitive to the sun for awhile bc after his powers were cut off for so long all of it rushing back in overwhelmed him#the audio sensory overload especially fucked him over and he has a blue kryptonite in his room just in case#he hates not having his powers but it became his basic comfortable state so it’s kind of like a detox thing#like he has to let himself get used to it in short increments#Fuck canon he did not immediately jump back into hero work#he TRIED but he crashed hard and that’s when his healing process started#he WANTS to talk about it but the words literally just don’t come out he does extremely well with the ‘ask and respond’ method#absolutely told Clark it wasn’t that bad so he wouldn’t feel guilt. didn’t work.#cannot be around Clark sometimes he hates it so much bc he LOVES his dad but Clark is so understanding Abt it and tbh it makes it feel worse#he does not fuck around with other universes or even space for a loooong time#big step in his progress was sitting on the moon with Kon#that’s kinda it whatver 😍#Jon Kent

I‘ve been using friendship bracelet braiding methods to make fancy trims and borders for future larp projecs (because getting nice looking ones that fit my aesthetic is mucho hard)
and so I got curious about where friendship bracelets come from
and now I‘m confused
because the practice of friendship bracelets is apparebtly appropriated from central american indigenous practices but the knot methods and just decorative knots in general can be seen all through out history, most notably china and arabic countries but also slav and norse cultures.
And now I‘m not quite sure if what I‘m doing can be seen as cultural appropriation or not because I‘m using these methods to supplement for decorative trims that I don‘t have the recources for to make in a historically appropriate way. The knotbinding itself doesn‘t really seem to be traceable to one specific culture as far as I can tell from the like 8 articles I‘ve read, just the bracelet giving thing and that‘s what the knots are most associated with, so idk if it would be okay for me to use the methods still or not.
It‘s generally a fun and easy to learn craft, it keeps my fingies occupied so my brain can focus and I but if this is a nother thing that has been forcefully taken from a nother culture then I‘m not sure if I want to continue using these methods :/

By eliminating these distractions, you create space to focus on meaningful activities.
4. PLAN YOUR DAY THE NIGHT BEFORE
Get everything ready you need for the morning.
Things seem simpler when everything is planned and handy.
This practice allows you to be more intentional with your time and ensures that you are working towards your goals effectively.
• make a to-do list or block time for tasks
• Set out your gym and work clothes
• Prep your morning breakfast
5. CONTROL YOUR EMOTIONS
Controlling your emotions can be a valuable skill that helps you address and navigate problems more effectively.
How controlling your emotions helps you: clear thinking (make rational)

controlling your emotions does not mean suppressing or ignoring them. It's about acknowledging and understanding your emotions while choosing how to respond to them in a constructive manner.

Nurture: Feminine energy, Inner Child
This group has not yet seen anything come to reality as of yet. Some of you have one goal and one goal only but are struggling to understand why your manifestations have not come to light. I'm here to tell you there is a blockage in energy, one that has to do with personal inner growth and healing. I see a gray cloud near your sacral chakra and throat chakra. This group would do well to start writing daily in a journal. I also sense this group may overthink the manifestation method too much, trying multiple methods to see if they're doing it wrong. The key here is you need to be in the right mind space to start receiving from the universe or God, depending on who you believe in. Your manifestation will come to reality six months into creating a healthy routine that includes catering to your feminine energy and inner child healing (the inner child part will be painful to go through but also refreshing at the same time).
Key to make this work faster: Play subs during the night while you’re asleep, Journal literally everything in your life, start working on self care, stop overthinking about others and focus on yourself, speak your mind OUT LOUD and clearly, take walks in nature, start scripting from an “I AM” point of view including gratitude.

Collective from this pile feel like new energy, new to the practical side of manifestation or have done a full reset and want to start from the beginning. Most of you have studied and explored the mindset point of view when it comes to manifestation and would now like to test the practical side of it. I see a lot of you being very sceptical due to an influxes of information coming in regarding manifestation. When it comes to the practical side of things and the work you put in it’s important you meditate on which methods you would like to start of with, which methods spiritually calls to you, not every method works for everyone. List all the methods that call to you and truly mediate of which one would best serve the manifestation you’re currently looking to achieve. One you have made the choice… practice consistently. This pile definitely rely on logic and practicality, so I see you guys being successful at this. There is a strong magician energy to you all, an academia background. You guys may even make a book documenting how your journey is going, what you’ve notice, what you would try in a different ways. There is no time frame because it doesn’t really seem like this pile is looking for a time but mainly a method to which works best for them. After mediating on a time frame and pulling a few cards, I feel you manifesting your first goal in 10 weeks to 12 weeks, Congratulations!

bunny's ✨digital detox✨ + manifestation challenge!

hi friends! i've decided to do a little "dopamine detox" so that i can become more present in my day-to-day, connect with myself and my passions, and apply the law. instead of leaving you without any posts, i thought i would turn this short absence of mine into a challenge so that you can join me if you're interested! this is going to be a very simple challenge that mostly focuses on regaining joy in your life, but i hope it can bring you inspiration and peace.
purpose of challenge: to help your brain enjoy simple things again and fill your life with more joy, to get off of social media and apply the law, and to manifest anything you desire. as you can see, this is mostly a challenge to reconnect with ourselves and what brings us joy, but manifestation is the added bonus of this challenge!

step one:
delete or hide apps on your phone or laptop that involve mindless stimulation. for me, this includes tumblr, social media, checking things that give me notifications like my email, etc. normally, tumblr wouldn't be included in this because i use it for learning about the law, but part of this challenge is about getting offline and actually applying the law, so for now i will be deleting it.
step two:
make a list of activities that bring you joy that don't involve mindless stimulation. here are some ideas of things that i like to do if you're having trouble coming up with your own list:
scripting my dream life and coming up with cute scenarios in my head
writing a letter to a friend and decorating it with my own art or stickers
reading a fiction book and getting lost in the story
reading a non-fiction book to learn things about my passions and interests
singing and playing instruments
journaling or filling out writing prompts
going for bike rides or long walks with music
playing fun video games, but not for hours on end like i normally would heh
step three:
decide what you are going to manifest and choose your favourite methods to fulfill yourself! remember, this challenge is about connecting with yourself and what you love, so pick the methods that make you smile. i really enjoy daydreaming about my desires and feeling every emotion in my body that comes up and knowing that my desire is real.
REMEMBER: this challenge is primarily about doing a digital detox to give our brains more happiness. the main goal isn't to manifest, but it is SO much easier to manifest when our brains aren't constantly stimulated and consuming information. our desires manifesting is an added bonus for this challenge!
step four:
as you engage with your life and connect with awareness (who you are at your core) and as you enjoy activities that bring you joy, remind yourself in whatever way feels best to you that you have all of your desires, and that this extra space you're giving your brain is allowing more space for your lovely desires to show up in your life
step five:
report back during the end of any three-day period from when you start this challenge with your results! results could include how you feel, what you learned about yourself, what you manifested or realized about your manifestation, how your days looked without constantly stimulation, or anything you wish to share!

important note:
detoxing from constant stimulation is a HARD THING TO DO! they design apps to make us addicted, and your need for constant stimulation is not your fault. if at any point this challenge brings up feelings of shame or struggle due to the addiction of constant stimulation, make sure you are compassionate and loving to yourself; you're doing a wonderful thing as a gift to yourself and are a good person who is doing something very tricky, and you should be proud that you are even giving it a try. you are strong and badass and deserve the world and all of your desires! if at any point you need to dip out of this challenge, make sure to pat yourself on the back and thank yourself for trying it and know that you can always do it again in the future if you want to c:

It’s not the norm. It’s purity culture at work.
You’re constantly surveilling yourself and others, and creating a level of psychological unsafety that will not keep you safe.
And let’s be serious for a sec, we know that abusers don’t come wearing “proshipper” badges.
Stats inform that they exist everywhere, and most commonly in heteronormative cultural blindspots such as family, schools, churches, institutions.
There could be overlap, but it’s a serious logical conflation to think it’s the 20 something with heart eyes over a fictional age gap you need to look out for.
That’s not to increase paranoia, but point out logical fallacies in that ‘shipping’ rhetoric.
Tbh on a personal level it’s so concerning because it’s so indicative of so many methods of coercive control: from cishetropatriarchy, to racism, to class based oppression - but it’s insidious in the way it’s creating pockets of surveillance within already marginalised + vulnerable communities who seem unable to realise that it functions on an insidious level that amounts to *thought control* + tokenistic morality.
It’s the opposite of safe.
It can be actually dangerous.
It’s doing the work of oppressors freely + willingly. /End thread]
Fandom has furthered a surveillance culture where treating real world people like they are characters with a visible level of morality you can instantly assess + react to is the norm.
It’s not the norm. It’s purity culture at work.

🌿🍃 having conversations with my mutuals all over the world, i was stunned to find out that not every country/culture practices drinking herbal teas for health issues. as a slavic person i decided to create this little guide because – and i'm saying this as a skeptical person who hates superstitions – they really work. 🌿🍃
