Astro observations # 2
~ Leo and Libra are popular because they have charming personalities. It's hard to hate them.😃
~ People think that Geminis flirt a lot, but that's just how they communicate with everyone else.😅
~ Sagittarius/Pisces Mercury aren't in detriment, because they're dumb. They actually have a lot of wisdom and knowledge when it comes to life. It's simply cause they easily misunderstand people's words and intentions whether for better or worse.😯
~ Gemini/Taurus Risings make people comfortable around them. They exude neighbor vibes. For Gemini, they know how to hold a good conversation. For Taurus, they have a calming presence that feels like home.😌
~ If you know someone in your family or social circle who's obsessed over vacuum cleaners, they most likely have Virgo in their big6.👪
~ All Water Signs are manipulative.🤧
~ If you have a stellium in your chart, people can think that it's your rising sign even if it's not.😫
~ Aries Risings usually have a strong aura, especially when it's strongly aspected to your other planets.😏
~ Scorpio/Sagittarius are really sarcastic, especially if it's in Mercury.😂
~ Cancer Liliths are scary, if you end up messing with them. Since they take revenge to people who hurt their feelings like Scorpio Liliths. Their payback is going to be twice as bad as the pain you gave them in the first place.😖
~ Pisces Risings are so cute and adorable, they mostly have baby faces. They also have mesmerising watery eyes.😶
~ Aquarius Venus like people who they think are weird since they're seen as fun and interesting in their eyes.🤡

venus into aries
venus is not at her most comfortable nor necessarily at her strongest in aries, and i would bet that that is extra true with all the eclipse/mercury retrograde stuff also going on that involves this same sign. so no, it's not necessarily a great time to change your aesthetic or make huge relationship strides. on the other hand, don't let people people scare you into thinking this is some horrible ingress/transit. we grow through our discomfort and our patience. venus here can also be great for love - just not in traditional confines. do not expect anything to fit into a formula. just let it be what it is and see what happens.

Mini Astrology Observations pt.1
✨ What people see from you as a first impression is actually rounded up in three placements. Not just your rising, but your Mars and Moon as well. The sun and other planets come around when a person gets to know you more. But your rising is visible because well, it's the house of appearance, expression and self. Your Mars is your movement and how you go about doing things, which as humans, so long as we are physically moving in whatever, your Mars sign will portray itself. Then your Moon, which some could argue doesn't really show as a first impression, however it is more visible than we think. Much like the saying 'real eyes realize real lies', the moon (being about emotions) shows in our eyes and just generally on our face. Our first reaction to whatever we see or grasp, that's the moon, and it's there with our first impression of someone, and our impression of them.
✨ Your midheaven is more-so what you consciously present yourself as to the world, whereas your rising is how you unconsciously present yourself. So the one is by choice, and the other isn't really by choice (you just find yourself acting like it).
✨ People you make the best of friends with most likely either have the same mercury as you or their rising is the opposite of your rising, or their suns are the sign of your 3rd, 7th, or 11th house. [E.g, if you're a Virgo sun with a Libra mercury and Cap rising, you could make great friends with Libra suns, Cancer risings (your opposite sign), or Pisces (your 3H), Cancer (your 7H) or Scorpio (your 11H) suns.]
✨ Signs in detriment placements [except for the sun, moon and mercury] actually thrive pretty well in those planets, but they don't really feel it, others just see it. For example, Libra Mars actually do great things for themselves (perhaps even more than Aries Mars), Scorpio Venuses love in very a beautiful, genuine way, and Gemini Jupiters can accomplish amazing, successful things in abundance [if they were to stop doubting themselves though].
✨ Your sun, moon and rising are actually more relevant with telling more about your physical self more than you may think. Firstly, all three combined form what your face looks like. So if you have, for example, a Leo sun, Sagittarius moon, Taurus rising; you have the face of a Leo person, as well as the face of a Sagittarius [sun] person, as well as a Taurus [sun] person all combined. So essentially, you could look similar to some random person who's a Sagittarius sun, because your moon's feature also show on your face. Secondly, more often than not, your sun, moon or rising plays a role in what your name is, based on the traits of that sign. Taking that example of being a Leo/Sag/Taurus person, your name [let's say Serena] in some language means 'the tranquil, peaceful one' , which is what Taurus is about. (Or if you have a name like Rosa, it could be more of a seasonal thing. So perhaps you could've been born or conceived in Spring. But that's off the topic of astrology). And thirdly, your sun, moon or rising is most likely also one of your parent's sun, moon, or rising. Or at least one sign next to it. So for example if you're a Leo/Sag/Taurus, one of your parents either has Leo, Sag or Taurus in their big three. Or if not, they have the signs next to Leo, Sag or Taurus in their big three.

There's this thing, sometimes, when reading fic - not shitfic, because I do read that and I know what to expect from it, but fic with actual thought and nuance, which cares about exploring trauma and fucked up emotional consequences, evenwhen when they're ugly and uncomfortable and awful -, when you realise that while the fic is willing to have the protagonists be angry but get over it with some characters, they just refuse to with others. And it can make sense to a degree - there's always one character that gets under another's skin, and there's gonna be some disagreements that just, due to individual perspectives, are that much harder to overcome. Even though having them work through it - having a character admit how and when and where they fucked up, and how severely, and the degree to which they recognise this, the internal complex, contradictory fuckery - can be fun! Can be nuanced and messy and delicious.
Then you see the fic says "[X Character] Bashing" and you realise you're never gonna get that. That those crunchy, messy, complex, fun scenes in your head? Will never leave it, because the author has decided that while they'll put in all this engaging messy nuance for (so far) literally every other character... for this single one, a flat one-sided view of a character is all they can be arsed to write.
I dunno, yeah, it's fic and you can write what you like, but bashing has always felt incredibly, astoundingly lazy to me.

✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧ capricorn / victim of the moon. nobody is home except for a child left alone in the dark, waiting for somebody to arrive. this child has been waiting a lifetime.
so speaking of the moon!!! virote's moon sign, capricorn, is in an unfortunate spot... capricorn is detriment with the moon. a detriment is when that sign is at its weakest.
capricorn - moon in detriment. unwilling to recognize or acknowledge the inner experience as being valid and worthy of being nurtured. tends to switch off emotions that could make one vulnerable or exposed as a child in an act of survival, but at the same time this inner child becomes paralyzed in this time and there are rarely comforting memories that can be returned to—which hey, you know he never speaks clearly in his own childhood. he's always vague about it. half purposefully, half not.
₊˚⊹♡ virgo / victim of venus. has more dislikes than likes. being solitary can be as painful as being in love, being alone can be as scary as surrendering your heart, everybody is a potential enemy.
his venus falls with virgo. virgo and venus do Not™ go together.
virgo - venus falling. his pleasure involves some form of self-destruction. highly critical of the physical appearance, sometimes resulting in self-punishing behavior. difficult recognizing flaws as flaws... you almost have to pry affection out of him lol. and a complete nightmare to win over, because he has compatibility issues and not very comfortable with men even if he seems comfortable. but once won over, he's probably the best kind of guy to be with... like he's rockin' with you no matter what. if it feels right.
it never feels right lmao.

I honestly wonder at what point during human evolution did seeing another showing closed teeth go from - threat display to a sign of friendliness/ not aggressive.
Especially when like basically among every other animal including our closest primate relatives seeing teeth is very much a warning / danger sign.
--
Same with the idea of direct eye contact, once again something far more commonly seen as like some kinda threat / aggression/ other wise negative in the animal kingdom
But humans be like no you gotta make direct eye contact with someone??? But why tho?
