synopsis: How would the first year react to being on a “study date” with you.

(っ◔◡◔)っ ♥ FT. Ace, Deuce, Jack, Epel, and Sebek ♥

★彡[ᴀᴄᴇ ᴛʀᴀᴘᴘᴏʟᴀ]彡★

You didn’t technically ask him to go on a study date, but it was the only way Riddle was going to let him spend time with you.

Everyone knew you both like each other, but Riddle was very strict when it comes to... anything really. There was rules to everything with Riddle. During the time Ace wanted to ask you on a date, or to hang out to get closer to you, Riddle would interrupt about some rule made by a long dead queen.

You saw Riddle trying to drag Ace into a study secession with himself and Deuce after the issue with Azul. Being tired of constant interruptions, you told Riddle that you asked Ace to help you study for the upcoming basic healing magic test. Riddle said you could join the three of them, and that’s how you ended up here. Sitting next to Ace.

While Riddle and Deuce focused on math, Ace stared boringly at the words on the page. The knowledge of the magic was both interesting to learn about, but boring since you couldn’t perform it.

Ace, even though he was sitting next to you, was passing you notes under the table. Some were funny, some were cute. But the best ones were the bad drawings of Riddle. They were stick figures with its mouth open and hold a shitty drawing of Riddle’s staff and crown with a bubble saying, “I love to get in the way of love. It goes against the rules to love anyone other than the rules.”

You’d snicker at each one and pass your own notes back. It was like the two of you were in middle school.

Sometimes you’d point to a word and laugh as Ace tried to pronounce it in the dumbest ways. Clearly fucking the word only for Riddle to correctly pronounce it.

When he would try to look at the book with you, he’d place his hand over yours for some kind of contact, but he’d never tell you that. He’d lie and say he didn’t notice. Only to not let your hand go until you had to turn the page.

You did distract Deuce a few times as Ace would continue trying to make you laugh.

No real studying was done, much to Riddle’s disappointment.

★彡[ᴅᴇᴜᴄᴇ ꜱᴘᴀᴅᴇ]彡★

He asked you to help him study last minute.

He normally studies with Riddle, Trey, or Cater, but all three were busy with their own upcoming tests, and he didn’t trust Ace to actually help him study.

The two of you are at Ramshackle so neither of you will be embarrassed about some of the dumb questions the other would most definitely be asking.

“Wait so, if you don’t stir the potions in the proper direction, I could mess up the entire recipe?”

“I mean, probably. There must be a reason people purposely put which direction to stir it.”

Deuce, though lovable, is an idiot. He summoned a cauldron, almost dropped it on you, and then halfway through making a mock potion, realized neither of you had all the needed items. So in your pajamas, you both walked to very much closed botanical garden. His test was in the morning and poor guy was panicking over not being able to get one last chance to practice.

You both had to talk the other out of breaking in. You wanted to do it so he would feel better about the test. He also wanted to do it to get more practice. But neither of you wanted to deal with Crewel’s anger over the thieving, broken glass, and your poor time management.

He ending up spending the night because the two of you fell asleep in the lounge area to him repeating the ten potential potion’s recipes.

★彡[ᴊᴀᴄᴋ ʜᴏᴡʟ]彡★

You asked him if the two of you could study together.

Seeing it was you that needed help, he wasn’t really focused on studying himself.

He had you sitting on the floor in front of the couch so he could play with your hair and help you when or if you needed it. Jack kept the things around Ramshackle from completely falling apart while you tried to study.

Ace needs help running from Riddle? Jack lets him inside due to you telling him to, but the second he distracts you? Jack is calling Riddle.

Deuce coming over to join you while studying? Jack has you sitting in the middle with his arm around you to read off your text book. He will also use that hand to make sure Deuce pays attention to his own work by putting his hand on the top of his head to turn it. “You need to read your work too.”

Jack enjoys these little study dates because the way you light up when he tells you that you’re right. He loves seeing the smile it puts on your face and seeing you get excited for more of his praise.

★彡[ᴇᴘᴇʟ ꜰᴇʟᴍɪᴇʀ]彡★

He asked you. At first he was telling himself it was to get away from Vil, but then it shifted into wanting to see you more.

He started coming over to Ramshackle so much under the excuse of studying that Vil and Rook asked to join. It’s not that they didn’t believe him but his grades didn’t move any in the last test.

Epel didn’t say yes, but he also didn’t say no, so they showed up about thirty minutes after Epel should have arrived to Ramshackle. They knock and Grim was the one who opened the door. “If you’re looking for the country boy, he’s in the living area with MY henchman.” Grim clearly didn’t like the fact your time was being spent on someone else.

When the pair walked into the living area, they saw you and Epel reading out of the same book. It seems Epel hadn’t brought his study stuff.

Neither of you notice the duo as the looked at the two of you. Epel began muttering something as he waved his magic pen and a green mist coated the apple he tapped.

Vil and Rook didn’t metal with either of you as you both tried to figure out why It hadn’t worked. Epel seemed a bit upset it didn’t work and glared daggers at it. “Maybe it was because you weren’t speaking how you normally do?”

Epel tried again without attempting to sound proper. “In all honesty I prefer your accent. No one else around here sounds like you.”

It still didn't work.

"Speak louder and with more confidence. The more you mumble, the harder casting will be." Vil spoke to make himself present.

All four of you continued studying with minimal

★彡[ꜱᴇʙᴇᴋ ᴢɪɢᴠᴏʟᴛ]彡★

You invited him, but he originally said no. He is only here because Lilia told him that Malleus thought it would be interesting to study with a human from another world.

Sebek promised him that he would study with you and retell him everything about the study session. I didn’t see it as a date. At first.

You decided to study in the living room since he opened his mouth about how decrypt the dorm was as soon as he walked in. You tried not to let it get to you since you knew he spoke his thoughts as soon as they entered his mind.

You brought your books down as he set himself up to begin studying, and even asked if he wanted anything to snack on. Bringing a plate of cookies and a few pillows to sit on.

Sebek didn’t ask for anything during the time the two of you studied. Every now and then you had to ask him about the history of something, and he’d answer. After answering a question, he’d take a cookie and return to his own studies. Without realizing it, he began anticipating your questions. Sitting and waiting for you to ask anything about fae history.

You made the mistake of asking about past fae rulers.

At this point, he seemed to have forgotten about his study. He was going on and on about each past ruler. Telling stories of his grandfather's travels with a magnificent, blood-red haired fae. You wrote everything down. The material didn't even fit the parameters of the questions asked. It was simply to read them over and over again, hoping to ingrain the way Sebek faces lit up when speaking of his family's past.

Once he got to speaking on how Malleus was going to make a great leader and how he couldn't wait to guard him with his life, his eyes met yours. A smile graced your face as you looked back to your work.

"The next time I come over, we can discuss further on the matter. You must know next to nothing of the subject and you're lucky I care about your studies."

Maybe he wouldn't share the discovery of how sweet your cookies are or how his chest tightened when he saw how immersed you were with his topic. Maybe he could be a little selfish when it came to his studies with you.

Despite Riddle thinking Deuce is a little shit, he's really proud of him for trying so hard to be an honors student. Even with how strict Riddle is, he keeps an eye on how his students are doing. Since he dosen't have a great understanding of other people's emotions based on how he was raised, he uses success as a benchmark to measure how his students are doing.

With Deuce specifically he sees him studying late at night ((not past curfew but close to it. Otherwise he would have his head)) and struggling. Once or twice he saw him crying or yelling with frustration, but decided to give him space since he knows he isn't particularly good at emotional support.

When Riddle heard Deuce got the highest grade for the test he was studying for though, he held an unbirthday party for him. When Deuce went back to his dorm afterwards, he found an expensive looking pen decorated with chicks and eggs and a letter congratulating him on his good work.

Riddle does this for all of his students who struggle with their grades but improve

𝐃𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐃𝐈𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐋𝐘

HEADCANONS: Their ways of showing how much they love you in their own, little ways

CHARACTERS: Heartslabyul

READER: Gender-neutral

𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐀

Giving you random kisses. He likes to give you kisses that are so sudden that you ended up reacting too late. You'd stare at him with a pair of slightly wide eyes and opened mouth. He'd laughed at your amusing reaction. He seriously just likes your surprised reactions whenever he would do that. You would roll your eyes after snapping back to your senses, giving him a light slap on his arm and walking faster to get ahead of him. Ace would laugh even harder than before, matching your speed to catch up to you.

Scolding you before getting soft with you. Whenever you would get yourself into something so dangerous without his knowledge, he's there to give you an earful scolding. As you stayed silent throughout his entire scolding, he would sigh, before pulling you into a hug and burying his face at the crook of your neck. There, he would silently tell you not to do it again. He'd pull away rather fast when someone witnesses him on his soft moment with you, shouting at their teasing with red-tinted ears.

𝐃𝐄𝐔𝐂𝐄 𝐒��𝐀𝐃𝐄

Trying to help you in your studies even if Deuce doesn't understand the lessons. himself. Deuce usually studies with you, and he would try his hardest to understand each topic quickly so if you asked for his help, he would be able to tell you. But sometimes he would end up giving the wrong formula, and when you would used it for a homework or even worse, a test, you would get a lot of mistakes on your test and Deuce would immediately come rushing to you to apologized profusely once he've come to realized that he gave out the wrong formula when his answers ended up being wrong as well.

Encouraging you after not getting a good score. You'd be in your room, where Deuce would find you crying all by yourself. He'd panicked at first, but he would eventually calm down once he settled down beside you to listen to your reasons for crying. Deuce would understand and feel for you, after all he have these same failures too. He'd tell you that he understands your pain, and that you're not alone with the feeling! He would tell that you he knows that you're doing your best, and that you can achieved the highest score if you keep it up! With a bright smile on his face, he would tell you for you two to keep on doing your best. Optimistically saying that he knows your hard efforts would soon pay off.

𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐃𝐈𝐀𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐃

Knows when to put down his phone for you. Cater is already known to be always in his phone 24/7. Even if he tucks his phone back to his pocket, he'd go and bring it out just to post something. But whenever you're with him and have something to tell him, he would bring his phone down and gives you his full attention with a smile on his face. He would throw in a few question related to what you're talking about, and would give you nods from time to time so you know that he's keeping up with you. He won't give his phone any attention until you're done. But of course after it, it's picture time! Smile!

Slowly dropping his cheery facade. It doesn't happen that much often, and it definitely took a long time before Cater just slowly brings down his walls and just... not put up a bright smile when he's tired of widening his lips to do so. Cater will simply chill with you in silence, allowing himself to just take a break in your comfortable presence. He might just rest his head on your shoulders without uttering a single word, or just trace his fingers on your knuckles. It's him finally allowing you to get to see another side of him. And just be with him in these less exciting days of his.

𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐘 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑

Breaking some of the rules for you. You're not much of a troublemaker whenever you're in Heartslabyul, but sometimes you just don't feel like following some of the rules given by their dorm. Trey would be there, chuckling when you would voiced those thoughts out. Trey would tell you to be careful and simply just not do it. But he would be the one to actually break some of the rules for you. You want to play with the hedgehogs but Riddle doesn't allow it because of the different schedules of students taking care of them? He'd secretly talk with that particular student who is in charge and allow you a five minutes of play time with the little hedgehogs.

Allowing you to borrow something, and just fully giving it to you. Trey doesn't allow any classmates of his or schoolmates borrow something from him without returning it before the day ends. He'd tell them to return it with a serious expression on his face. It doesn't matter if it's a pen that he could simply buy again. But towards you, Trey would just give the item to you and tells you that you can keep it. He'd smile sheepishly when you would tell him that he doesn't usually do that. Trey reassures you that he's okay with you keeping it because he knows you'll take care of it.

𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐃𝐋𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐒

Changing something into something you want. Riddle is very attentive when it comes to listening to what you have to say, especially the dorm that he's a leader of. For instances, you would mention something about liking a different color to the design that he planned for the Unbirthday Party since you think that it fits more beautifully, then he would consider just doing that. The joy that he feels when you would express your happiness when seeing those small changed is truly special.

Letting himself get distracted by you. Riddle doesn't let himself get his focus off the things that he needs to concentrate on. He'd shoo any person away if their talking is something he doesn't considered to be important or is simply just a bother to him. But if you were the one to pull him out of what he's doing, whether by talking to him or requesting him to do something with you, he will—albeit quite reluctant, let himself indulge you. If you want to learn baking with him and Trey, then he'll gladly learn a bit more about baking after that incident with the Oyster tarts that is supposed to be Strawberry tarts.

Deuce w/ an honors! reader who doesn't study

a/n just a thought i had with deuce. *is an honors student who doesn’t study* anyways, i'm taking requests right now both for my event and normally so feel free to request! :3 i beg i feel so motivated rn

-the moment deuce finds out you’re an honors student, he starts enthusiastically bombarding you with questions like: what are your studying habits?, how long have you been in honors?, how do you manage it?, etc, etc.

-you are his goal after all, an honors student with good grades.

-he would ask you for tips and help with his homework. going to the mostro lounge to help him practice for presentations or just helping him with homework in general along with ace became normal.

-then when he tried asking you for tips for studying, you dodged the question having no idea how to answer him as you never studied.

-deuce was suspicious of that and thought you cheated via azuls study guide but quickly shook away the thought knowing you weren’t like that, right?

-when he tried again, he got the same response as last time, you dodging the question.

-so he straight forwardly asks you if you cheated your way into honors using azuls study guide.

-at this you came clean, embarrassed, saying you don’t study. deuce was… really shocked.

“you don’t… study…?”

“no, i don’t” you admit, chuckling nervously.

-he became really envious; you don’t study yet you have good grades and is in honors while he, despite studying a lot, doesn't get good grades. his grades are barely decent despite the amount of hard work he puts in while you, you do that effortlessly.

♡ jealous headcanons ♡ ♡ fluff, platonic and romance♡ ♡ gn!reader ♡

♡ ace trappola ♡ ♡ he's slightly angry, everytime he sees y/n help deuce with literally anything or vice versa, his heart tightens and he makes sure to mess with deuce even more than before, then he rants about it to cater as he laughs and tells ace that he's jealous. ♡ jealous? no way he's jealous of y/n and deuce, then he saw deuce helping them with carrying their books while talking and laughing, okay, he's jealous. ♡ ace got an idea as he walked up to the two and tells deuce that riddle is looking for him, deuce tells ace that he's busy right now but ace tells him that it's urgent and offers to help y/n, deuce nods as he gives ace the books and looks for riddle. ♡ y/n had a feeling that ace lied to deuce and asked him about it, which he denies and changes the topic, they just sigh and then joins the conversation with him. ♡ it takes them some time to realize that ace is jealous, they couldn't believe it at first, but everytime the two are alone y/n will tease ace to death about it, annoying him.

♡ deuce spade ♡ ♡ he's confused, when he sees y/n and ace being close to each other he gets a weird feeling that he doesn't really know what it is, he asks trey, riddle and his mom about it and the three of them tells him that he's jealous. ♡ he is jealous? when they explained it to him, he didn't believe them and thought they were just messing with him, then he saw ace and y/n being close to each other again, he believes them now, he's jealous. ♡ he walked up to ace and y/n and told ace to get away from them, making ace confused, then the two started to argue with each other which y/n had to stop the argument, calming them down and then seperate them. ♡ when y/n and deuce were alone they asked him why he did what he did, which he didn't answer, he was quiet and couldn't look at them face to face, he was too embarrassed. ♡ just by deuce's expression y/n easily guessed that deuce was jealous, they think it's kinda cute but won't tell him that and will keep it for themself for now.

♡ jack howl ♡ ♡ he's slightly confused and angry, when he sees y/n talking and laughing with other guys, he'll just walk away towards his dorm and calm himself down in his room, after some time realized that he's jealous. ♡ even though he knows he's jealous, he won't admit it at first but when he then saw y/n talking and laughing with a guy as they were standing a bit too close for his liking, that's when he finally admits it. ♡ jack walks up to them and asks y/n to help him with his training, they agreed as they said goodbye to the other guy and walked away with jack. ♡ y/n is slightly confused that jack suddenly asking them for help, since it wasn't like him and asked him about it, jack was quiet at first and then just tells them that he needed their help this time. ♡ they knew that jack was lying, he isn't the best liar and they figured out easily that he's jealous, they didn't think he was a jealous person but think it's cute and will rarely tease him about it.

♡ epel felmier ♡ ♡ he's slightly pissed, whenever he sees y/n being around other guys, especially if they're manly, he was about to walk away but was stopped by rook who saw everything, rook tells him that he's jealous with a smile. ♡ jealous? he had a feeling that he was jealous, but didn't want to admit it, that was until he saw y/n with another guy, talking and laughing, making him pissed again, he's jealous again. ♡ epel decided to walk up to y/n and ask them for help with magical shift training, they agreed as they said goodbye to the guy and walked away with epel. ♡ y/n asked him why he needed their help with magical shift, since they don't know how to use magic, but epel lied and said that everyone in the club and his friends were busy. ♡ it took y/n some time to figure out that epel was jealous, okay, rook gave them a hint, but they were surprised when they found out, they didn't see him as a jealous person but thinks it's pretty cute.

♡ ortho shroud ♡ ♡ he was so excited to hang out with y/n but when he saw y/n hanging out with grim instead, he was confused, he felt a feeling he haven't felt before so he went to his brother and ask him about it, idia told him he might be jealous, then ortho started to download all information about jealousy. ♡ during his research of jealousy he saw that some people usually denies that they're jealous, so he denies it too even though he knew that he was jealous of grim. ♡ he finally saw y/n alone and decided to walk up to them and ask them why they were hanging out with grim intead of him, y/n immediately apologizes and tells him that they totally forgot. ♡ ortho forgives them, then y/n tells him that next time if they have planned something together just walk up to them and remind them about it, ortho promises to do that next time. ♡ y/n never thought that ortho would be the jealous type and thinks it's pretty cute that he was jealous of grim, they'll make sure to spoil him next time they hang out together.

♡ sebek zigvolt ♡ ♡ he's just pissed, everytime he sees y/n around or just talking to someone, he gets angry and feels his heart tighten, he goes back to his dorm and angrily rants to malleus, lilia and silver about y/n being around others, silver sighs while malleus and lilia chuckles, then lilia tells sebek that he's jealous. ♡ of course he's not jealous! why would he be jealous of some humans? suddenly he saw y/n talking and laughing with another guy, he's pissed again. ♡ he walked up to y/n and the guy and started to yell at the other guy saying stuff that didn't really make any sense, the guy got pretty annoyed and just left because he didn't want to bother starting an argument with sebek. ♡ y/n looked at sebek, confused, as they asked him why he yelled at the other guy, sebek didn't answer and just told them that they should head to class since it's starting soon and left. ♡ then it finally hit y/n, he's jealous! they were so surprised, sebek was the last person they thought who would get jealous over a human, next time they're around sebek they'll tease him about it.

Hes the one in the back of the car with all the snacks and drinks

Asks for certain songs or suggests songs and then sings loudly and off-tune for the rest of the trip

He eats and eats and eats

The one who has to use the restroom first right after leaving a gas station so know you're in the middle of nowhere lol

He likes to play eye spy, card games, thumb wars, etc. games that you can play in the car

He somehow backs his Jeniffer Lorance poster?? He takes it out and shoves it against the window, talking to it and ‘showing’ it the nature

He doesn't get bored, hes talking, telling stories, asking questions, etc.

He barely stops talking, but to get him to shut up just shove some food in his mouth or give him a 1 player game he can fixate on

He sleeps during the last hour or two before you arrive at your destination

And then is groggy when getting out so hold onto him as you walk around for a few minutes before he fully wakes up

ᴋᴇɴᴛᴏ ɴᴀɴᴀᴍɪ (ᴊᴜᴊᴜᴛꜱᴜ ᴋᴀꜱɪᴇɴ)

Hes probably driving the car or sitting in the passenger seat

Hes controlling the music for the first few songs before passing it off to you or the kids in the back

Hes relatively quiet and prefers it being that way but understands that someone is going to talk to him sooner or later

He'll talk, answer questions, play games that aren't too distracting if he driving, etc.

He'll do it for your or the person's entertainment just so they'll leave him alone once they get bored

The type of person that buys enough snacks for the whole road trip so you don't have to stop and buy something along the way

Hes got a few cups of coffee in the car somewhere to keep himself awake and alert, as well as just help him keep calm from the kids in the back

Hes downloaded videos, shows, offline games, etc. beforehand for himself, the kids in the back, and anyone who wants that stuff

ᴅᴇᴜᴄᴇ ꜱᴘᴀᴅᴇ (ᴛᴡɪꜱᴛᴇᴅ ᴡᴏɴᴅᴇʀʟᴀɴᴅ)

The best person to go on a road trip with

He likes to sit in the back and just talk, look out the window, etc. calming things

He brings all the good games and downloads all the amazing shows and movies

Hes got snacks and drinks in his backpack

Hes got everything in there, it somehow all fits we don't know how it's like an endless void in there

Hes got stim toys, books, drawing stuff, and so much more just to keep himself distracted and for anyone else really

He likes to fixate on the stim toys, his hands pushing and rubbing the buttons on the cube, or his mind working on trying to solve the Rubix cube

Hes quiet with the few conversations but hes mostly focused on the toys in his hand

Hes literally baby and we love him <3

ᴢᴏʀᴏ ʀᴏʀᴏɴᴏᴀ (ᴏɴᴇ ᴘɪᴇᴄᴇ)

Don't let this boy drive you'll get lost on the highway somehow and end up halfway across the world from your destination

He doesn't really bring anything besides drinks for himself

He doesn't even have a backpack it's just an armful of drinks he keeps in the seat next to him or on the floor

Put him in the back pls, it'll be the best decision for everyone

He snores so fucking loud, it overpowers the music that's playing

He falls asleep about 30 minutes into the trip lol hes out like a light not even enjoying the view outside

He does ask if you're there yet when he wakes up from his sleep, or how much longer

Hes also another one who needs to go to the bathroom right after you leave the gas station :/

Then again it could be because hes asleep when its break time and no one can wake him up

And then right as your in the road again hes up and says he has to go to the bathroom

ᴀɴʏᴀ ꜰᴏʀɢᴇʀ (ꜱᴘʏ x ꜰᴀᴍɪʟʏ)

She gets bored pretty easily and likes to color in the car

Make sure to bring extra coloring books for her cause she will finish at least 2 of them

That's all that's in the backpack she brought, she's carrying the coloring stuff

She brought her a few plushies and plays with them, or talks to them, telling them how pretty the view is, that she's hungry, etc.

Deuce ‘against all authorities except my mom’ Spade

Deuce (in his punk years) would attend women’s rights, anti capitalism, pro human rights rallies, and also punch anyone who says anything sexist to any gender and any annoying nobody who would tell homeless to just get a job

his old @ on Magicam would be @Deviled.Spades

Deuce’s (current/NRC years) mom didn’t have a lot of money growing up so any money he got would either go to his mom or food for the week, so now that he’s in a well off place he donates a lot to charities and does walk around to give homeless food and water, blankets, sweaters and sometimes gifts for the children during the winter

he doesn’t go to rallies as much as he used to because of his focus on school but he posts about them quite frequently on his new user

Deuce (Future/ when he becomes a cop) attends rallies much more frequently to protect the people who are fighting for their cause if the people who don’t agree with them get to rowdy

he still donates quite a bit to charities but tends to do more charity work with either friends or family if they’re up to helping him

he has made quite a few friends with homeless people and has even helped them get into homes and jobs

he’s been thinking about adopting from the orphanage so they could have a better home with him and honestly he just wants a kid

Deuce is always and forever will be a family man

Deuce grew up around more feminine energy and is now more relaxed around older women then older men

Epel is most likely more interested in the drama going on around him

Enjoys the rowdy atmosphere as opposed to the prim and proper one of Pomefiore

He’s eating as many snacks as he can before he goes back to Pomefiore

Would smuggle some in if he wasn’t likely to get a full body search and bag search from Vil

Practically begging to be invited to another sleep over

As stated before he prefers action movies

Would 100% beat the shit out of Ace with the remote because he wouldn’t shut up during the movie, and he was tired of adjusting the volume constantly

i'm having my wisdom teeth removed next week and i'm pretty scared about the whole procedure + anesthesia. so as some sort of comfort i thought i'd request some headcanons about the twst boys being all groggy after their wisdom teeth removal and s/o taking care of them. like would they be all romantic and sweet? call somebody’s mother a bitch? (yes epel i am looking at you) shout their deepest darkest secrets for the whole campus to hear? endless possibilities. i hope you’re comfortable with this topic! also i couldn’t find a character limit anywhere, so i'll just ask for the first years (ace, deuce, jack, epel, sebek). thank you so much and welcome back again! 💕

❤️ probably requested that you film him when he’s loopy so he can laugh at himself later

❤️ when he’s loopy, ace keeps trying to talk to you and gets annoyed when you tell him not to. he’ll try to stick his fingers in his mouth to because he doesn’t believe you when you say there’s gauze in there

❤️ after you get home and he sleeps a little, all he does is complain when he gets up. he knows not to talk too much, so he mostly is texting you. he feels bad that you’re stuck looking after him and tries to tell you he’ll take care of things himself

❤️ ultimately, he’ll just want to watch movies with you for days on end until he’s all healed

Deuce Spade

❤️ extremely nervous about the whole thing--he’s less nervous about the surgery itself and more about the aftercare, because he doesn’t know what he’s doing and will definitely need your help

❤️ immediately after waking up from surgery, deuce will claim that “someone stole his tongue.” he’ll stick his tongue out, trying to prove that it’s gone

❤️ he spends most of his recovery sleeping. he gets back to moving around pretty quickly, since he wants to be in charge of his own recovery, but he listens to every word you say if you tell him to relax or that you’ll handle things for him

❤️ he promises to take you out “somewhere really fancy” as thanks for nursing him back to health once he’s able to eat real food again. you both know that’s probably not going to happen, just because of money, but he’ll be damned if he doesn’t do everything he can to make sure it does

Jack Howl

💛 honestly did not anticipate having to get any teeth removed, since he’s a wolf beastman. he braces himself for the operation, though, and tries to learn what he can beforehand to prepare

💛 after he wakes up, he’s very uncharacteristically bubbly and extra talkative. you try to remind him that he should keep his mouth closed, but he doesn’t realize that something’s “wrong” and doesn’t listen

💛 he tries to act tough when the silliness wears off, claiming that the pain’s not that bad and he’s fine, but he just doesn’t want to be a bother to you. if you approach him with painkillers, he’ll take them, but he’ll never ask for them

💛 jack reminds you at every opportunity that he really appreciates your company and is happy that you’re there. he would have been embarrassed if anyone else was looking after him, but with you, he had the most comfortable recovery possible

Epel Felmier

💖 epel is honestly very irritated that he has to get this done, claiming that it’s just not something people really worry about back home

💖 he is exactly how you would expect when he’s waking up after surgery. he’s deep into his natural accent and has absolutely zero filter. he’s slurring his speech, swearing, making rude comments about those around him--you’d almost think he was drunk

💖 when that wears off, he does everything he can to act as strong as possible. he’ll go as far to say that he’s fully healed after just a week, which you both know is a massive lie

💖 in truth, he doesn’t really mind having you look after him. he likes your constant presence, and it has him thinking about what it’d be like if you two had kids. would you be as kind, gentle, and helpful with pain like this? gosh darn it, of course ya would

Sebek Zigvolt

💚 saw this coming, since his dad is a dentist. was disappointed that he’d need to have this done, though

💚 sebek is very quiet when he wakes up, uncharacteristically. some people wake up after the surgery and, instead of being funny when they’re loopy, they’re more on the sad side. you try to shush him, but he vents a little about not thinking he’s good enough to be a knight for malleus and that he just wants to make everyone proud

💚 he has no recollection of this after it all wears off, though. his aftercare is the best out of all the first years, thanks to his pre-existing knowledge of the procedure, so you actually don’t need to do very much

💚 he does, however, love that it was you who was with him while he was vulnerable (recovering) and not someone like malleus, who he would hate to look weak in front of

You can ignore this if you want but can I request any twst characters of your choice with a very scary s/o. Like horror movie type scary, kayako from the grudge vibes. It also doesn't help that s/o does things that can be considered... not normal. For example climbing in vents, hiding under beds and and just stuff that would be considered scary in a horror movie situation. They can also just pop up out of nowhere, when you look away for a second and then look back y/n is just right behind you. S/o also has the naturally... ♡ floyd leech ♡ ♡ when he first saw her, he didn't think she was scary but he was interested in her, why is most of her hair covering her face? why does she have that scary look in her eyes? he just wanted to know more about her. ♡ he was slightly confused when he saw many people being scared of her looks, he thinks she's cute and funny, at first he thought that everyone was scared of him when the two were together, since he's used to people running away from him. ♡ whenever she's suddenly disappearing he'll just laugh and ask if they're playing hide and seek and start looking for her, though he sometimes gets surprised when she reappear, he just doesn't get scared that easily. ♡ he thinks it's funny when she's hiding under the bed or crawling through the vents, he wants to join her doing weird stuff too, but he'll often end up in a bad mood since he too big. ♡ he really loves her and love being around her no matter how odd she is, he always has a good time with her, doing weird stuff and he's rarely bored when she's around.

♡ malleus draconia ♡ ♡ he doesn't think she's that scary, though he is really interested in her when he first saw her, he'll always try and have a conversation with her when he gets the chance so he can get to know her better. ♡ at first he thought people were just scared of him like usual, but he got really surprised when he found out that many of them were scared of her too. ♡ he rarely gets scared, whenever she's randomly disappearing or reappearing he thinks it's pretty normal, since he does that pretty often too, but he's impressed that she can do that without magic. ♡ though he thinks it's odd that she's crawling through the vents or hiding under the bed, he asked her why she's doing these odd things and she answered that it's just a habit she has, he just smiles and tells her to keep doing weird habits that he haven't seen before. ♡ no matter how odd or weird her habits are, he really loves her and loves her company, she's interesting and she keeps surprising him which he really likes.
