Andd, if it's not much of a bother can you recommend more stuff like webtoons that yoy like !! Somehow all your recs are super fun to read,, so if its not a problem can you rec some more stuff hehe :3

^ a cat for yuor troubles
hi, mimi! thank you for sending me a message! and that's a super cute cat by the way! what's the name?? send me a gentle pat on the head, will you? i don't have one so i can only look at cat pics and videos of other people. (︶︹︺) and make gifs of that tsundere cat, hakutou. lol
anyway, did you enjoy one piece? i had fun watching it. not the best live action out there for me but considering it's one piece, i'd say the cast did a wonderful job. it's also nice to know you already tried the goofy boss manga!! they are all super adorable and just heal your soul. ^^
as for webtoons, i do have some i can recommend:
Devil Number 4 - a devil and a young woman formed a "contract" in exchange for her soul. it's a cute story, has some plot twists here and there and the story of the other characters are interesting too. this is already completed so you don't have to wait for the new chapters. i might reread this again.
Interview with a Murderer by Queensa - this one's BL. as the title suggests, one of the MC is a serial killer and the other character is a journalist. but if you are not comfortable with serial killers and psychological thrillers, feel free to ignore this one. this one is just one of my favourite BL webtoons so i might as well include it in the list. this is only around 60+ chapters and the ending felt a bit rushed. and because the story is so good, i would've preferred if there were a few more chapters or at least some side stories.
Eleceed - imagine Study Group but give the students powers, enemies of today become friends of tomorrow. this series is pretty much addicting. when i finished reading up to the latest, i ended up rereading my favourite parts. and the relationship of the main character with his friends is so good.
Bring the Love by Zestkyo - this one's my ultimate favourite romance webtoon. i must admit, i am not a superfan of series that focuses heavily on romance, but this one is just the best romance story for me. season 1 is already completed and season 2 is still ongoing. i also lost count of the number of times i reread my favourite scenes. this one's historical (13th century setting) so just a heads-up in case this setting is not your cup of tea. and oh, there are lgbt couples here, too!
these are what i recommend for now! i am still reading eleceed and bring the love, but devil number 4 and interview with a murderer are both completed. i hope this helps! ( ̄▽ ̄*)ゞ
last but not the least! i would also like to recommend another manga series, kyuujitsu no warumono-san (mr. villain's day-off). it's also a light-hearted, soul-healing series. and this is getting anime and broadcast starts in january. you may also watch this through my gifs since i will definitely be making edits for this one. lol

Heya! I'm Kasumi, a minor (12-16) and I use she/they pronouns.
I kinda wanna do a supernatural roleplay- like supernatural x supernatural or supernatural x human-
I wanna do female x male (with me being the female) or male x male-
I’d really want to do something from the Crave universe so uh-
But I have a ton of supernatural creatures (angels, devils/demons, zannie, vampires, shapeshifters) so yay-
I can also do Market of Monsters, Twilight, Devil Number 4, etc- so yeah-
We could also do AUs of canon characters (such as werewolf Bakugo or something-)
For canon characters we can do the aforementioned fandoms, or like- anime fandoms: My Hero Academia, Haikyuu (the two fandoms I use the most), Obey Me, Demon Slayer, etc.
You can contact me here on Tumblr with any questions! <3

Devil Number 4.
May contain spoilers
I really liked it… I must say I am NOT happy with the ending… towards the end it really felt like we barely actually got see much of Saho and Hannah. I really would have preferred to see more of their lives instead. Of peace and sejoon oops sorry I think that they could have shorten that story line by a lot like I legit feel like the whole Daniel character could have been omitted or shorten. And given us more Hannah and Mika instead or Hannah and saho.
I get Mika’s punishment and all but and I’m sure that’s what they implied that maybe they’d become friends but it would’ve been nice too see. I just want Mika to be happy.
But also what Scott joon he deserved so much better… he did nothing wrong and got the short end of the stick
Besides the ending the story taking was just amazing enjoyed reading this story. You can feel the characters emotions throughly. Even minor characters were just so well written. The author did such an amazing job with this webtoon I hope to read something from them again.

I find it incredibly funny, that I barely make it through the final boss, catching bombs and fists with my ass/face, zero supplies left, zero ammo that I started now fisting them with my bare hands, running around to pass time or idk confuse the machine, then when the game is fucking DONE with me, it decides to just fast-forward the fight and annonce that I miraculously won!
Then there's this cut scene where the boss is defeated and falls on the ground giving some last words about how bad he failed and I'm like BRO!????!! God works in mysterious ways I guess...

Let's talk about the use of the term 'number one' in the cuphead show. Spoilers for season 3.
Dice is referred to and Number 1 quite often, by the devil occasionally but mostly from himself. Really proud of the title, so I presume the devil gave it to him.
Dice and devil are a run of the mill concept. Showman who made deals with the devil for his fame.
And then chalice referred to herself and only herself, as Number 1. The person she is looking out for. Fitting for her manipulative lifestyle.
Both of them can be fairly self-centered, but dice's self-worth seems to plummet after he 'has a falling out with the boss' after failing to catch cuphead a few times. Causing him to give up on showbiz and end up homeless.
While chalice survives single-handedly after escaping an orphanage as a small child, using a similar performer's charm to scam people into giving her plenty to live off of.
It's a cool little similarity I picked up on! Thought I would talk about it.

I think one of my favorite video game locations is the despicable Alice In Wonderland themed fast food joint in SH shattered memories. it's so goddamn awful in there I love it, I also like that the roof is just close enough to the roof of the brothel next door that you can just jump it. I also like that this place and a brothel are right next to the high-school

The Devils I Know - Number 4
Welcome to “The Devils I Know!” For this spooky time of year, from now till Halloween, I’ll be counting down My Top 31 Depictions of the Devil, from movies, television, video games, and more! The end of the countdown draws ever nearer. Today’s Devil proves you can’t judge a fallen angel by his cover. Number 4 is…Tom Ellis, from Lucifer.
Tumblr media
Earlier in the list, I discussed two different DC screen versions of Lucifer: Peter Stormare in “Constantine,” and Gwendolyn Christie from “Sandman.” As I said with both of them earlier, I don’t really know much about DC’s Lucifer in the comics, so I have no idea how well either of them portray the character as depicted in said comics. However, sandwiched between both of those versions is a show that, at first, I honestly didn’t even realize WAS based on the DC version. Once I did, naturally, that only made things all the more intriguing. That version is the one played by Tom Ellis in the TV series simply and aptly called “Lucifer.”
“Lucifer,” the show, is a supernatural crime/mystery series, somewhat similar to shows like “Sleepy Hollow” or “Supernatural.” The plot focuses on Lucifer Morningstar, the Devil himself – played by Tom Ellis – who has basically decided to leave Hell and is sticking around on Earth. A chance encounter with a police detective, Chloe Decker, leads to Lucifer becoming the resident Sherlock Holmes of the local police department: a special consulting detective, whom they call on for particularly odd or difficult cases. From that point on, Lucifer embarks on many adventures, helping Chloe and her team solve mortal crimes, while at the same time dealing with “family matters” of the divine and cosmic. Within the same episode, he may face a human serial killer and an angry angel or rogue demon. The show, itself, is just a masterwork. These kinds of series tend to be hit or miss for me, and I’m not sure why. But Lucifer hits a good balance in its tone, style, and storytelling that I really love. A big part of what makes the show work, as you might expect, is Tom Ellis as Lucifer himself. Ellis’ Devil is NOT a villain protagonist, as you might expect, but rather a misunderstood anti-hero. While Lucifer is certainly not the greatest guy in the world – he has an ego the size of the Sun (fitting for a man named “Morningstar,” I suppose), and lives for the present with all of its deadly sins and vices – a constant running theme in the show is that he is NOT an evil man. He simply gets a bad rap because of the mixture of who he is and the job he’s been forced to do. His duty is to PUNISH evil, and make no mistake, he takes intense delight out of doing so; he can be quite sadistic and he feels genuine rage at the follies of man and how often they blame him for their own mistakes. But he is not evil himself; he doesn’t tempt humans to destruction, he doesn’t lead them on with false promises. Even when it comes to good ol’ fashioned Faustian pacts, he makes it clear that it’s all the person’s choice and he never gives them less or more than they demanded. As the show goes on, Lucifer becomes an increasingly rich character. From his relationships with the other characters in the series to the way his personal life develops as he deals with increasingly more challenging issues, both in the mortal and celestial realms, he continues to grow and shift, all while keeping basic ideals close to the heart. Among them is his sense of humor: Lucifer is HILARIOUS, both the show and the character. A big part of the humor for the Devil himself comes from the fact that…well…as he, himself, many times points out, he NEVER tries to hide the fact he’s the Devil. At all. He doesn’t change his name, he doesn’t do anything to pretend he’s anything but what he was, he’s ALWAYS making it clear that’s who he is. Which makes it kind of hilarious whenever anybody realizes he’s not joking and he’s not crazy, he’s totally serious. It leads to drama, too, but for me it mostly makes me laugh how they always react with, “OMG, you’re ACTUALLY Satan?!” and what else can he say but, “I’VE BEEN TELLING YOU THAT ALL THIS TIME!” Of course, much of what makes all this great goes to Ellis as a performer. He captures every moment perfectly, from Lucifer’s more zany, eccentric, whimsical moments – I feel like this is what you’d get if The Master from Doctor Who had their own show – to the points where his inner vulnerability shows, to even the scenes where he has to remind people, “I’m the literal Devil, DON’T F*CK WITH ME.” Whether he’s being charming, frightening, or downright hilarious, he definitely creates one of the greatest Devils in TV history, if not THE greatest of the same. I actually feel kind of bad for leaving him out of the Top 3…but hopefully those three above him will not greatly disappoint.
Tomorrow, we enter the Top 3! HINT: Don’t clown around with this Devil!
