My family isn't very good keeping with tradition. We use to when we were younger, but...yeah. Life. Also we're tired from the holidays and of cooking large meals, (If I see another freaking tamale so help me).
So getting the baby nowadays is just fun and I was excited. Lol.
small hunt, I got very beautiful treasures for the collection. It is quite exciting to go to the tianguis, walk around and find pieces from different periods. The boxed dolls were purchased on Amazon but I bought them for Three Kings Day.
I am very excited about these watercolors to start painting on paper.
Hi! I’m back with more Peter and Mexican wife content. How do you imagine it would go when they have their Día de los Reyes thing? Maybe she makes the Rosca de Reyes? I hope this is fine.
I had to look this up it looks so cool!
Peter's having a ball!
Everyone's loving the rosca de reyes, it looks pretty too!
I asked my friends and they said there's sometimes a play performed, so they go and see the play
Didn't get much done (well, apart from housework), but it has been nice to do things that I actually want to do.
I have been stressing about seeing friends and family before the holidays end. But today I had a good talk with mum and it made me feel better.
I also got some very nice presents!!
As I've mentioned before, we do three kings at home, so this is our day for giving presents!!
I got this sweater (perfect for work!), A flik flak watch with nessie on it (<3), a laptop bag, this mandalorian cologne and figure, the second book of a series I'm reading and my personalised teacher stamps! (Can't wait to try those!). That was from my parents, not pictured there's another book and a candle from my friend, and another friend just told me she's ordered a magic scarf for me!
I know I shouldn't, but I had a tiny bit of roscón. It's SO good!!
