Okay so…we’re currently having bunch of switches right now and it’s making us super exhausted the only bright side to it is that our headmates can fill their info in with whoever switches but um..does anyone have any advice on how to make it stop? It’s mostly whenever we nap or sleep that somebody else switches in and we’ve never did that before- I mean we did do it before before like a whileeee back, we are thinking it’s probably stress though but unsure of it :/ or just the brain being weird but any idea on how to like make the switching stop?
