okay noah is an ignorant idiot and people are more than welcome to criticize him and his actions, but can some of y'all be normal 💀 bc apparently twitter doxxed his fucking dorm location and are asking upenn students to assault him on campus. i literally cannot think of any reason why this would be okay. if you don't support him, if you hate him — 100% fine. but don't dox him and advocate for him to be violated wtf????

WTFFF I thought thirteen would be my new girl crush love of my life heart eyes wife you-came-after-twelve-you-must-be-better-than-they're-all-saying bbygirl and then I had to sit down and watch as she told a man who (if he were not a murderer, of course) literally every regeneration before her would've LOVED and FULLY SUPPORTED that "the systems aren't the problem. how people use and exploit the system, that's the problem. people like you" </33333 !?!?

DEADLOCH SPOILERS
It's so interesting that #FeministAlly Serial Killer Ray is like 'Eddie we can get married and have a kid! We can watch Buffy on the couch together' as if a) that is ANYTHING that Eddie would want if he actually knew her rather than idealisng her and b) That Marriage was the end game for him
Like all his grandstanding about being an ally and such a good guy is undercut by him wanting credit, but also by him STILL buying into to this Essentialist view of men and women: men are always the agressors and women are always the victims, there is no repentance for the men, it is innate and unable to be change.
His paternalistic idea that women can't get out of bad situations by themselves, seen with his shock that Abby DID break up with James on her own. That his happy ending is a wife, kids, and a dog as if that tight nuclear family environment is not partially causal to IPV due to the closed off nature of our lives under the capitalist imperial system in so called australia, as Sharelle says 'All that civility and no Actualy community amoungst you Cunts' Ray was killing Sex Workers because they were 'undeseriable', and he seemed to to see what he did to them as Bad, because Eddie pointing out that murder is murder is what shakes him
It's RadFem logic, and it's facinating to see it in the show

Nah cause Ada didn't even use/manipulate Leon, she tried to get him off her ass repeatedly and he continually kept trying to "help" her, and she let him bother her instead of just killing him cause she cares, she even made sure he was stable after getting shot before leaving him because she cares enough but wants him off her back, but he still wouldn't leave her tf alone so she finally just gave him a Task after she was injured which, like the fucking dog he is, was all he needed. Yeah she lied to him but wtf was she gonna say when some cop wouldn't leave her alone and she has shit to do? I'd lie to him too

Reverse DL-6 where the gun Miles threw aimed just a liiiitle differently and ended up shooting Von Karma dead. Because apparently nobody on the DL-6 case was at all competent they can’t figure out what caused his death so it just gets ruled a suicide. Miles is too loopy from oxygen deprivation to remember throwing the gun and due to his dad still being alive he never gets the trauma nightmares that make him remember. Everything is objectively better for everyone until Franziska von Karma, years later, re-opens the case, and because she’s actually competent, figures out it must’ve been one of the three people in the elevator who shot him. Cue Defense Attorney Miles Edgeworth defending his dad from a murder charge that, honestly, really looks quite plausible.

hiii!!!!! for the hc ask game: 🧸 A headcanon about their childhood for muu, and maybe 💔 An angsty headcanon for any prisoner (or prisoners) of your choice? your writing is AMAZING btw, i really adore it
AH thank you so much!! I'm glad you're enjoying :D These were interesting ones to think about, ty! The ideas themselves are simple, I'm just long-winded, sorry 😭
🧸I like to think that Muu was just as shy/unwilling to leave her comfort zone as a kid, despite doing a lot of activities with her parents. This, combined with her parents giving her whatever dolls she asked for, results in her clinging to those for support. She has names and personalities for dozens of dolls, and talks to them all the time. She has one in particular she carries around everywhere she goes when she gets scared. The habit lasts a bit into her older years, but she's so downright cute that it only ever earns her doting instead of scolding.
💔 Immediately following the T2 attacks, I feel like Mahiru’s condition is bad enough that Shidou warna everyone there's a high chance she won't make it through the night. There's a solemn, grieving silence as everyone prepares themselves for another death. Shidou is wracked with guilt because he doesn't know if he can save her. Fuuta is dealing with his own injuries, but he and Amane get a kind of survivor's guilt that it could have easily been them on their deathbed. (And now with canon support) Kotoko didn't mean to kill anyone, just rough them up, so she's haunted by guilt/panic that she tries to cover up with a brave face. Kazui takes it the hardest, nearly breaking down in his cell because he blames himself for not getting to her in time.

look i like mike as much as the next person but i haaaate when people glorify him as this paragon of goodness. Is he miles better than walt and his ilk yes, of course. But he's still in the business, he still kills people, makes them disappear, and it doesn't really matter that he doesn't like it... (actually, there is a scene in brba where he says he loves his job but. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say he was being sarcastic). He still does it. Again and again. And if his backstory in BCS showed us anything it's that he's always compromised himself that way (he was a dirty cop) and he thinks of himself as already ruined but he sees hope in others, who haven't been as tainted yet - his son Mattie, Nacho, Jesse... but ultimately he doesn't actively do enough to help them get out for good. It's sad that he sees his dead son in other young misguided men but he's complicit in whatever happens to them. I don't think he's got any illusions after Nacho's death, because his dad lays it on Mike thick: he's no better than the drug dealers and gangbangers that he works with. At least they don't have a conscience/moral compass but he does and does it all anyway.

As one note as the yaoi jokes are it’s hard to deny that sol and ky’s present relationship is pretty much amicably broken up ex bfs/beloathed in-laws/flawed but well intentioned fathers of an unknown but growing number of children
There's definitely underlying homoeroticism to their relationship, but sometimes the fanfiction headcanons need to be set aside to look at what the actual canon is trying to get across, you know? It's easy to boil it all down to "because they're gay for each other" (which I also do sometimes because it's funny lol) but their relationship is so much deeper than that.
I'm not even really a Ky guy, tbh, but I very rarely see people talk about him with the same care they talk about characters with 1/10th the lore he has, and his relationship with Sol is discussed in a serious context even less.

THINGS ARE STARTING TO COME BACK TO YOU, AND YOU'RE CURIOUS. YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. › FROM ELIZABETH MARCH. @embodies
She still sensed it, the universe spinning around with no ending or beginning; the way her blood curdled a horrid gurgle, even if it no longer pumped to her brain. She haunted marble walls on silent feet. The place a fusion of malevolence and beauty, and Jane, despite her hollowed flesh and often unseeing eyes, couldn't help but find a strange sort of enticement within said walls, all perfectly draped and painted. She knew quite little of its happenings, bizarre spirits of muddled eras all sharing one patch of land; although the mind became a hazy thing due to submittance of the final years of her life, she was no fool. Isolated company was merely favoured, a lithe black cat scampering against corners, gaze finding deathly endurances but never remaining long enough to understand reasoning behind vile acts. Sitting, feeling, unthinking.
Where there was rot, there was Jane Ives. Stuck in the jaws of a hellish beast, taker of lives, but leaving the soul to crumble. Oftentimes she wondered what she was actually doing here; inner workings utterly vandalised by a madman's execution for warped world-peace. The toxicity resting in her bloodstream confused old memories, scorched her past-life: all she remembered of her mother entailed a whiff of perfume and a few phrases of a lullaby she used to sing. One day she'll uncover truths, the ugly and pure— but for now, the body only yearns for kindred consideration, perhaps something to call her own. Three decades would rear its date in a handful of months, and a spark had begun to litter in her mind's eye.
“Yes. I am curious.” The very first time Jane saw Elizabeth, she was positive she had moved to a better destination; swore she bore witness to an angel welcoming her to heaven's palace. (Oh Saint Peter let me in, you must know where I've been! Won't you tell me at last who I am?) Ever quickly, the hand she wished to hold, she realised, was sharp, a creature's claw; fascination did not dwindle but fear ushered the child away. It's clear the woman saw everything happening inside her hotel, including frizzled recollections resurfacing, taunting innocence of youth and marking it for horror. “I remember... things.” Honesty possessed no hesitation, as the words spilled it felt good to speak them aloud. To relieve herself. “There is a block. A... something foggy. It stops me remembering.” Frustration threatened its course, as one might perceive through her jaw tightening, lifeless pallor nearly gaining a flash of colour.
This is your story, written and rewritten, scratched out, burned and buried. “Did I... Was I always... this?” Is it foretold that I haunt the head of a girl graced for much more than her destiny provided? Chin cants, shoulders purposely squared like trying to light a guise of confidence. “Bee - cause I do not think I was always in this place.”

Btw when I say I ship tom hanniger and axel palmer I mean in the 1981 original specifically, I think in the 2009 remake they have way less chemistry and obviously axel is a dick in both movies but he's way more of a dick in the remake and I would not wish him on anyone 👎
