Diet Log (Road to 50kg/109lbs) (30/05/2022)
Jun Hyo Seong Diet for 5 days
Diet consists of
Banana
Two boiled eggs
Soy milk (i changed it to strawberry milk)
You’re supposed to eat this 3x a day but I only did for lunch and ate snacks for dinner. I did have a cup of coffee everyday cause I cant be alive without it. Might do it again next week and add some exercises for better results!
Results:
SW: 59.2 kg/130.5lbs (30/05/2022)
Day 1: 58.4 (-0.8kg) (ate banana for dinner. 543 cal)
Day 2: 57.9 (-0.5kg) (drank milk for dinner. 525 cal)
Day 3: 57.4 (-0.5kg) ( ate banana and 2 crackers for dinner. 566 cal)
Day 4: 57.0 (-0.4kg) ( drank yogurt and ate two crackers for dinner. 503 cal)
Day 5: 56.7 (- 0.3kg) (ate only banana for lunch and quarter slice of a cheesecake and some chips for dinner. I was forced too, my colleagues were too annoying 😔)
Total Lost: -2.5kg/5.5lbs

(I don't currently count calories as for me in the past I have gotten very obsessive/restrictive about it, it's healthier for me to log my food and drink choices so I can see if my choices are aligning with my weight loss goals or not, and to help stay accountable to myself in a more relaxed way)

today was okay, tiring,
i ate a bowl of frosted flakes this morning, and wheat crackers with water (130+60=190)
my mom told me she's proud of me for losing 30 pounds, but she doesn't want me to not intentionally eat.. lol. she made me taste the broccoli, i chewed it and then went to the bathroom and spit it out in the toilet
dinner was forced upon me, kept it light with .5 cup of broccoli .3 cup of rice, and water (15+40=55)
had a zero cal cherry coke that lasted me all day, and i drank a diet coke at work, i almost passed out again today hahahahwhehd
