Weighed in this morning, and I finally dropped below 370, at 369.4lbs. so I'm happy about that, not sure what I have been doing to cause it but I'll keep walking a couple days a week on my lunch break, it's not much just 1.25 miles but I guess it's better than nothing.

Hello everyone! I want to lose some weight but I lack motivation. I'm in this constant diet-binge cycle that I need to stop. I think blogging, posting my meals, my progress and other diet related things might help me. I really want to find people with similar goals so we can support and motivate one another!

Diet blog
I'll start logging all the food I have daily and my workouts to keep track and stay consistent, so I know when I fuckd up and ate something I shouldn't :)
I hope I find inspiration in here and motivation to keep on track. Not only I want to lose weight, but mostly to lose my fat (specially my abs), tone a little and go back to my fit habits I had time ago.
My goal is to get my confidence back and might as well inspire some of you guys going through the same!

Breakfast
Didn’t have any, which is very bad. But I didn’t have a lot of time and when I was going to get breakfast, my bike broke down so, well that’s a one time thing. I hope. I know.
Lunch
I had a whole grain piece of bread and some Rivella (diet soda) (295,5 kCal)
Diner
I had some home made pasta. I added some basil, garlic ( a lot!!!), some chili pepper. I baked some meatballs in olive oil and after that added some diced tomatoes and the pasta. I also added some grated cheese, because delicious! (937,4 kCal)
Snack
I had a small cake roll (98,2 kCal) and peanuts without salt (157,8 kCal)
Total; 1488,9 kCal
A little under my goal, so maybe I’ll add something. I do have enough vitamines etc.

Well friends, it’s time. I’ve been feeling sluggish and grumpy for weeks now, gaining weight and doing nothing but moping about it, SO today starts another 12 week cut for me and my boyfriend. These are my progress pics.
Welcome to my “before”
Last cut went from 125 to 110lbs. It was awesome. I felt great, I felt strong, I felt energized.
Then instead of maintaining I went WILD and ate everything I could get my hands on. It was not pretty.
So now I’m starting this cut at 117.2lbs. I’d LOVE to get to 100lbs, but that’s a bit too lofty a goal so 105-107 is where I’m amazing for right now.
