Digital House, Wismar, Germany,

the “Digital House” is a prototypical building entirely digitally designed, fabricated, and assembled without the need for tools. Julian Krüger (Munich University of Applied Sciences) and Benjamin Kemper (Wismar University of Applied Sciences) developed a sustainable, cost-effective building system based on innovative plug-in construction methods.

In a grove not far from the Faculty of Architecture and Design at Wismar University, a small house with a shiny, silvery facade and a steep, west-facing mono-pitch roof stands 6.5 m high on a footprint of 3.3 × 4.9 m. Light enters the spacious interior through a continuous window ribbon and four large windows cutting through the facade made from recycled aluminum sheets.

The house features an inventive wood construction system CNC-milled from 24mm plywood, allowing two people to assemble it quickly without any tools or hardware, such as screws or nails. This flexible system, which allows for disassembly and reuse, strengthens the project's approach to sustainability.

The wooden structure is clad with plywood panels inside and a vapor-permeable wood fibreboard on the outside and insulated with eco-friendly wood fiber.

The "Digital House" rests on six ground screws, enabling quick and traceless disassembly and eliminating the need for concrete or groundwork.

I drew up a quick design for the DND campaign I run for my niece and nephew. Her name is Eleria, and I modeled her heavily off of Elsa because she’s their favorite Disney Princess (or ig Queen).

And I knew they were gonna wanna become friends with her despite the fact that she was suppose to be the final boss. So I planned for that lol. Right now, as we reach the end of our current adventure, they are on their way to destroy an entire city with her and her undead army.

On April 22, visual historian Jordan Lloyd released a “Colorizer’s Code of Conduct”in response to the scandal. The code seeks to provide an ethical framework for professional colorizers. Colorization, Lloyd explained, has been a “craft” since the 19th century. Now artificial intelligence has changed the industry, for better or for worse. In a personal conversation, Lloyd emphasized that practitioners must use digital technology prudently, approach colorization as a “genuine line of historical inquiry,” and distinguish between work of “sentimental” versus “commercial” value. Loughrey’s unethical conduct, Lloyd argued, was the result of promoting his business, while claiming to serve Cambodian families. He “cheated” by automating his workflow in order to post online content at high frequency. The algorithms of social media aggregators reward this behavior, said Lloyd, and it produced the “stripping away of context.”

Ash drinking at the Airship’s bar, faced with the possibility that she has to kill her brother, Kai in order to eliminate the BBEG, Evelyn, for keeps.

Or offer up the rest of the party as bargaining chip sacrifices so the BBEG will stop opening a portal to hell.

Ash was... not willing to do either. She loves Kai too much despite him actually signing a contract with Evelyn, but they also can’t allow for their party--who may as well be a second family by this point--to be sacrificed, because what’s to stop Evelyn from going back on her promise when the only people able to kill her are dead? Not to mention, if Ash, or by extension the party, kills Kai, she could never face her parents or her eldest sibling, Wren again. It was a lose-lose situation, and Kai wasn’t keen on giving an alternative-- He even gave her his knife to kill him right then and there and literally stuck his neck out to the blade. Ultimately, they parted, and Kai gave Ash three days to make her decision.

..Yeah they decided to use clairvoyance and teleportation to bypass his bullshit altogether, because that’s exactly the type of defiant bullshit the party has been doing since the beginning
