Godspeed Selfportrait (01/05/23) — kurtartfactory

Drawing of which I am extremely proud, according to a box in the eponymous comic book Godspeed (graphic novel about Kurt Cobain and Nirvana).

When I read the comic book for the first time I blocked on this box as the sentence corresponded to me.

No longer close to a resemblance to Kurt Cobain, I redesigned the box with a self-portrait.

"The saturated sound transmits unspeakable things, it's like a dialogue.

Like a dialogue with the universe. ” (Translated, bc I have the comic book in french)

Dessin dont je suis extrêmement fier, d’après une case de la BD éponyme Godspeed (BD roman graphique sur Kurt Cobain et Nirvana).

Quand j’ai lu la BD pour la première fois j’ai bloqué sur cette case tant la phrase me correspondait.

N’étant plus à une ressemblance près avec Kurt Cobain j’ai redessiné la case avec un autoportrait.

Comme un dialogue avec l’univers. »
