love how the armorer was like *sigh* 😔 unfortunately grogu cannot swear to the creed bc he can't speak. also he's an ORPHAN. he has NO PARENTS. since he has NO GUARDIAN around to give me permission to swear him in, i cannot add him to the song. oh if only he had A MOTHER OR A FATHER. this would be possible if he wasn't FATHERLESS. this poor ORPHAN BOY. if only there were someone around to ADOPT HIM.
like she was so tired of din dancing around adopting that boy. ADOPT HIM ALREADY DAMN IT.

it’s giving Tired Single Dad™ at the playground watching his toddler from the bench so he doesn’t get hurt
grogu falls down and he just shouts “walk it off buddy”
another child is playing with a toy grogu wants and when he uses the force to get said toy back you hear din from a distance “what did we say about using the force on other kids hm? give it back”
an exasperated “no, don’t eat that”
din dragging grogu from the playground after one too many duel attempts

I just saw a beautiful explanation of the “Din Grogu” name and I thought I’d pass it along!
Essentially, Din is currently sponsoring Grogu as a Mandalorian apprentice. This is because Grogu cannot yet speak the Creed. That being said, the name “Din Grogu” is showing that Grogu is still too young to have spoken the Creed and still under Din’s sponsorship.
Once Grogu can speak and take the Creed, the “Din” will be dropped and he will become “Grogu Djarin,” seeing as he will no longer require Din’s sponsorship. But having Din’s first name there for right now tells others that Grogu is still young and under his father’s sponsorship.
